MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) are independent productive business units, carried out by individuals or business entities in all economic sectors. In principle, the distinction between micro, small, medium, and large businesses is generally based on the initial asset value (excluding land and buildings), average annual turnover, or number of permanent workers. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) on Community Welfare in the Perspective of Islamic Economics in Sipispis Village, Sipispis District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. To determine the pattern of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) on Community Welfare in the Perspective of Islamic Economics in Sipispis Village, Sipispis District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. To determine the implementation of wage payments for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) on Community Welfare in the Perspective of Islamic Economics in Sipispis Village, Sipispis District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. The method used in this study is quantitative. It is called Quantitative because the data collected in this study can be analyzed using statistical analysis.
The characteristics of real and pseudo-true thinking in STEM students' analytical thinking process in solving set problems
It is essential to analyze students' cognitive development, particularly in mathematics, to determine their ability to solve problems effectively. This research focuses on analytical thinking as a critical component of students' problem-solving processes in mathematics. The subjects of this study were two students from a school in Bandung who are part of a STEM program, which incorporates additional learning approaches in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. Through this approach, researchers aim to understand the students' analytical thinking processes and characteristics in solving given problems using qualitative methods. The instruments utilized in this study were tests and interview guidelines. The findings revealed that each student exhibited two distinct analytical thinking characteristics. The "real true thinking" character is where students can provide justification for their correct problem-solving results and navigate through the entire analytical thinking process. In contrast, the pseudo-true thinking character is unable to justify correct problem-solving and fails to complete the analytical thinking process, particularly at the differentiation stage

This article aims to examine reading skills, which are one of the language skills taught to students in learning Arabic. Reading is translating written letters into meaning or giving meaning to printed words. This is a dual process. In tenth grade, students learn reading skills while teaching Arabic every Wednesday and Thursday at seven to eight. This learning has a big impact on students in their daily life at Islamic boarding schools and cannot be separated from the study of heritage books. The research questions for this study are: (1) How is Arabic language teaching implemented for class X students at Misykat Al Anwar Islamic High School Jombang? (2) How do reading skills improve in class X at Misykat Al Anwar Islamic High School Jombang? (3) What are the motivations and obstacles in implementing Arabic language learning in class 10 of Misykat Al Anwar Islamic High School Jombang? This research method is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. This type of research uses case study research. Data collection through observation, interviews and documentation. The data in this research was analyzed by means of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. PENJAMINAN MUTU INTERNAL PENDIDIKAN MELALUI TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT (TQM) BERBASIS KOMPETENSI KERJA
AbstractThis research aims to explore internal quality assurance of education through work competency-based Total Quality Management (TQM). The background to this research is driven by the need to improve the quality of education so that graduates can meet the demands of an increasingly competitive industry and labor market. This research uses qualitative data collection through in-depth interviews and observations at SMK Darussalam Banyuwangi. Data sources in this research include primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through in-depth interviews with school principals, teachers, education staff and students, as well as direct observation of the process of implementing Total Quality Management (TQM) in educational institutions. Secondary data includes official documents such as work competency-based curricula, education quality reports, and government policies regarding the implementation of TQM. The data analysis technique used is a qualitative approach with the Miles and Huberman interactive model. To ensure the validity of the data, this research uses triangulation techniques. Triangulation is carried out through comparison of data from various sources, such as interviews, observations and documentation. This research identified three main findings: first, work competency as a basis for quality assurance, which shows the importance of a competency-based curriculum in preparing students for the world of work; second, an integrated managerial system that integrates all aspects of educational management to ensure an effective learning process; and third, collaboration and stakeholder participation involving all related parties in quality improvement efforts. The research results show that the application of work competency-based TQM not only improves the quality of education but also the relevance of graduates to industry needs.
Analysis of the Alignment Between the Aqidah Curriculum of PKPPS Ibnu Abbas As Salafy Sragen and the Ministry of Religious Affairs Curriculum
The curriculum of Aqidah subject at Pondok Pesantren Ibnu Abbas As Salafy Sragen has distinctive characteristics differing from the 2013 Curriculum implemented by the government. This study aimed to analyze the alignment between the pesantren's curriculum and the national curriculum and identify challenges faced in the integration process. This study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive method to explore and describe the differences and alignments between the pesantren’s curriculum and the 2013 Curriculum. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The obtained data were analyzed to identify gaps and challenges in curriculum implementation. The findings indicate that while there is alignment in the content of Aqidah teaching between the pesantren and the 2013 Curriculum, there are significant differences in teaching methods and evaluation systems. Teaching methods in the pesantren's traditional, that focusing on memorization and lectures, need to be adapted to the student-centered learning approach recommended in the 2013 Curriculum. Additionally, a more comprehensive and varied evaluation system is required to reflect various aspects of student development according to national standards. Peranan Pekerja Sosial dalam mencegah dan menangani Anak yang Berhadapan dengan Hukum (ABH) di Kabupaten Batu Bara
AbstractSocial workers play a highly strategic role in the implementation of Law Number 11 of 2012 concerning the Juvenile Criminal Justice System (SPPA), which aims to ensure the protection of the rights of Children in Conflict with the Law (ABH). This research aims to conduct a comprehensive study of the role of social workers in the implementation of the SPPA Law in Batu Bara Regency, with a particular focus on efforts to prevent and address ABH. This research is an empirical study using a qualitative method with a descriptive qualitative approach to provide handling for Children in Conflict with the Law. The results of the study show that social workers act as facilitators in building an effective referral system between families, schools, and judicial institutions, social workers act as companions for ABH, and social workers are also actively involved in the diversion process. This study also identifies a number of challenges faced by social workers in carrying out their duties, such as improving the capacity of social workers through training and certification, increasing cross-sectoral collaboration, and improving rehabilitation service facilities. This study concludes that the role of social workers in SPPA is crucial. Therefore, there is a need for policies and programs that better support the role of social workers in efforts to prevent and handle ABH. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan kajian komprehensif mengenai peran pekerja sosial dalam pelaksanaan Undang-Undang SPPA di Kabupaten Batu Bara, dengan fokus khusus pada upaya pencegahan dan penanganan ABH. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Empiris dengan menggunakan metode Kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif untuk memberikan penanganan Anak yang berhadapan dengan Hukum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pekerja sosial bertindak sebagai fasilitator dalam membangun sistem rujukan yang efektif antara keluarga, sekolah, dan lembaga peradilan, pekerja sosial berperan sebagai pendamping bagi ABH dan pekerja sosial juga aktif terlibat dalam proses diversi. Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi sejumlah tantangan yang dihadapi pekerja sosial dalam menjalankan tugasnya, seperti peningkatan kapasitas pekerja sosial melalui pelatihan dan sertifikasi, peningkatan kolaborasi lintas sektor dan peningkatan fasilitas layanan rehabilitasi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa peran pekerja sosial dalam SPPA sangat krusial. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya kebijakan dan program yang lebih mendukung peran pekerja sosial dalam upaya mencegah dan menangani ABH.Kata Kunci : : Pekerja Sosial, SPPA, AB
STATUS HUKUM NARKOTIKA MENGGUNAKAN PENDEKATAN QIYAS JALI
Abstract:The issue of narcotics abuse has become a critical concern due to its widespread negative impacts on social, health, and economic aspects. This study examines the legal status of narcotics in Islamic law using the Qiyas Jali method, comparing it with Indonesian Law Number 35 of 2009 on Narcotics. The research highlights the harmful effects of narcotics, analogizing their prohibition to the Quranic and Hadith-based prohibition of khamr (intoxicants). The findings emphasize the necessity of strict medical supervision and regulation to prevent misuse while allowing limited medical applications in specific circumstances. This study concludes that narcotics are prohibited (haram) in Islam due to their intoxicating nature and destructive effects, aligning with the principles of maqashid syariah to protect the intellect (hifzh al-‘aql). Legal harmonization between Islamic and statutory law underscores the importance of preventive measures and effective rehabilitation systems.Keyword: Khamar, Narcotics, Qiyas Jali Abstrak Masalah penyalahgunaan narkotika telah menjadi perhatian serius karena dampak buruknya yang luas terhadap aspek sosial, kesehatan, dan ekonomi. Penelitian ini mengkaji status hukum narkotika dalam perspektif hukum Islam dengan pendekatan Qiyas Jali, serta membandingkannya dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika. Penelitian ini menyoroti efek merusak narkotika, yang dianalogikan dengan larangan khamr (minuman memabukkan) berdasarkan Al-Qur'an dan Hadis. Temuan penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya pengawasan medis yang ketat dan regulasi untuk mencegah penyalahgunaan, sembari memungkinkan penggunaan medis terbatas dalam kondisi tertentu. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa narkotika diharamkan dalam Islam karena sifatnya yang memabukkan dan dampaknya yang merusak, sejalan dengan prinsip maqashid syariah untuk menjaga akal (hifzh al-‘aql). Harmonisasi hukum Islam dan hukum positif menekankan pentingnya langkah-langkah pencegahan dan sistem rehabilitasi yang efektif.Kata Kunci: Khamar, Narkotika, Qiyas Jal
Implementasi Perlindungan Hukum Terhadap Anak Korban Kekerasan Rumah Tangga Perspektif Maqashid Syariah
Abstract:The rise of violence against children causes a decrease in the quality of a child's self-confidence. The author's aim is to find out the implementation of Maqashid Syariah in Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection. By using normative juridical research methods. The results of this research are that violence is a physical act that results in injury, disability or suffering for someone, in this case the application of Maqashid Syariah in Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning child protection includes Hifzh al-Din (maintaining Religion), namely in the freedom to Choose Religion there is in article 6, Hifzh al-Nafs (maintaining the soul) in Child Care is found in article 7, Hifzh al-Aql (maintaining reason) in Protection of education is found in article 9, Hifzh al-Nasl (maintaining lineage or descendants), Hifz al-Mal (Protection of property). These 5 forms of protection are primary human needs. Hasil penelitian ini adalah, kekerasan merupakan perbuatan fisik yang mengakibakan luka cacat atau penderitaan bagi seseorang, dalam hal ini penerapan Maqashid Syariah dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2014 tentang perlindungan anak mencakup Hifzh al-Din (memelihara Agama) yaitu dalam kebebasan Memilih Agama terdapat pada pasal 6, Hifzh al- Nafs (memelihara jiwa) dalam Pengasuhan Anak terdapat pada pasal 7, Hifzh al – Aql (memelihara akal) dalam Perlindungan pendidikan terdapat pada pasal 9, Hifzh al-Nasl (memelihara nasab atau keturunan), Hifz al-Mal (Perlindungan harta benda). 5 bentuk perlindungan tersebut merupakan kebutuhan primer manusia. MENGUJI KAPASITAS POLITIK DAN KUALITAS DEMOKRASI INDONESIA: STUDI KASUS PEMILIHAN GUBERNUR SUMATERA UTARA 2024
Pemilihan gubernur Sumatera Utara 2024 memberikan kasus menarik untuk menganalisis hubungan antara kapasitas politik dan kualitas demokrasi dalam konteks regional yang beragam dan kompleks. Penelitian ini mengintegrasikan tiga dimensi kapasitas politik—ekstraktif, koersif, dan administratif—ke dalam kerangka komprehensif untuk mengevaluasi dampaknya terhadap tata kelola pemilu. Dengan meneliti partisipasi pemilih, efisiensi logistik, dan netralitas institusional, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi kekuatan serta tantangan yang terus-menerus memengaruhi kepercayaan publik dan legitimasi demokrasi. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan hambatan signifikan, termasuk rendahnya tingkat partisipasi pemilih, ketidakefisienan logistik, dan pelanggaran netralitas, yang melemahkan kredibilitas pemilu. Namun, kemajuan seperti implementasi sistem SILOG dan penguatan kolaborasi antar-lembaga menunjukkan peluang untuk meningkatkan transparansi dan inklusivitas. Selain itu, penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya pendidikan publik dan literasi digital dalam mendorong keterlibatan politik dan melawan disinformasi. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan pengetahuan yang ada dengan mengatasi kesenjangan dalam pemahaman mengenai peran saling terkait dari dimensi kapasitas politik dalam proses demokrasi. Penelitian ini juga memberikan rekomendasi praktis untuk meningkatkan akuntabilitas, inklusivitas, dan transparansi pemilu, khususnya dalam konteks pemilihan regional. Wawasan yang diperoleh memiliki implikasi signifikan bagi pembuatan kebijakan di masa depan dan inisiatif pembangunan kapasitas yang bertujuan memperkuat tata kelola pemilu dan stabilitas demokrasi
WOMEN, EDUCATION, AND EMPLOYMENT: CHALLENGES AND OPPORTUNITIES IN ISLAMIC HIGHER EDUCATION
The findings indicate that many alumni are employed in fields not directly related to their academic specialization. Contributing factors to this trend include limited job market opportunities that align with the program's focus and inadequate integration of practical training throughout their studies. Stakeholders recognize strengths among alumni, such as adaptability and commitment, but they also emphasize the necessity for curriculum enhancements aimed at improving job readiness. This research investigates the alumni tracking of the Muamalah Study Program within the Faculty of Sharia and Law at Universitas Islam Negeri Sumatera Utara. The primary objective is to analyze employment patterns among alumni and their correspondence with the academic outcomes of the program. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and content analysis of stakeholders' perceptions and alumni experiences. The results reveal a significant number of alumni securing employment outside their academic fields. Factors contributing to this situation include a scarcity of job market opportunities that align with the program's focus and insufficient practical training during their academic tenure. Stakeholders highlighted alumni strengths, including adaptability and commitment, while stressing the need for curriculum improvements to enhance job readiness. This study underscores the importance of strengthening the alumni network and establishing institutional partnerships to bridge the gap between academic training and employment opportunities.
