    The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the relationship of leadership and organizational culture with the implementation of good governance through work motivation in Sitahuis District, Central Tapanuli Regency. The total population and sample of this study were 57 people. Data was collected by using questionnaires and interviews. The method of data analysis in this study used descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results indicate that leadership and organizational culture positively correlate with motivation and implementation of good governance. Implications and suggestions are described in the article

    This study aims to examine and determine the effect of the Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Asset Turnover, and Net Profit Margin on Profitability (Return on Assets). The research uses an associative approach, and the type of data used is quantitative in the form of secondary data, which is analyzed using a financial ratio scale. The population in this research is the food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2019 periods, which are 26 companies. There were 12 manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector that met the criteria so that the sample to be used was 36. The results showed that the current Ratio had no significant effect on Return on Assets. Meanwhile, theDebt to Equity Ratio, Total Asset Turnover, and Net Profit Margin significantly affect Return on Assets. The research results will also have implications for business actors. Companies must be able to utilize their assets and capital optimally and efficiently and continuously monitor how their financial health is, primarily related to matters that can affect the company's profitability, such as related to asset management and owned capital.     This article discusses the research entitled the influence of product quality and brand image on consumer loyalty of Le Minerale in Jakarta. The research object selected was 123 respondents, namely consumers who often buy bottled water using purposive sampling technique. The approach chosen is quantitative associative, which is a research method that analyzes the relationship between two variables. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires via google form with a Likert scale that functions to measure each question item. Data analysis techniques using validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple regression, correlation, determination, t test and F test (Anova). The results showed that both product quality and brand image variables partially and simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty

     The COVID-19 pandemic has drastically reduced the number of face-to-face buying and selling transactions, thus opening up opportunities for online buying and selling transactions, especially through social media. However, the owners of SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) do not understand how to brand their products through social media. This training activity aims to provide knowledge for SME owners assisted by Bina Nusantara University Jakarta so that they can understand social media branding to better promote their products and increase their competitiveness in the era of globalization. The method used in this activity is in the form of online training through the Zoom application with a duration of two hours which is carried out every Friday during June 2021. The training activities carried out for the participants are material explanations and case studies, followed by a question and answer session, discussion and practice. Activity participants can take part in the training well and enthusiastically, and begin to understand how to brand their products through social media. Keywords: Social media branding, UK

    Purpose- This study aims to describe an individual approach in classroom management in social studies learning at MI Nahdlatussalam. In line with the research objectives, this study uses qualitative descriptive research methods. The research subjects were three social studies teachers, and the object of the research was to apply an individual approach in classroom management in social studies topics. Methods- Data collection methods are observation, interviews, and documentary. The technique of checking the validity of the data uses editing techniques, data classification, and data interpretation; then, the data is analyzed using inductive techniques that conclude the specific to the general. Findings- The results showed that the application of the individual approach in class management in social studies subjects at MI Nahdlatussalam had been carried out quite well, then the problems in learning social science at MI Nahdlatussalam and the factors that influenced the implementation of the individual approach in the classroom management in social studies lessons, namely the teacher factor. , students, time, and facilities of MI Nahdlatussalam

    This study intends to obtain an effective and efficient strategy in the development of agri-tourism areas based on community empowerment. This study used a qualitative approach with six sources consisting of group leaders of coffee and cocoa farmers as well as tourism enthusiasts and representatives from the government. The analysis used in this research is VRIO framework and content analysist. The findings in this study indicate that there is still a very large potential for tourism, especially related to non-mainstream tourism such as cultural tourism, educational tourism and also religion tourism.     Effect of Self Assessment System, Electronic Invoice Number, and E-Invoice Application on Value Added Tax Revenue

    This research aims to know the influence of the self-assessment system, the application of electronic invoice number (e-Nofa), an e-invoice to the VAT revenue 2017-2018. The object of this research is all taxable employers located in Jakarta. This research was done on 100 respondents by using a quantitative-descriptive approach. Thus, data analysis is used in statistic analysis in the double linear regression test and using SPSS 25. This research shows that either partially or simultaneously, the variable the self-assessment system, electronic invoice number (e-Nofa), and e-invoice on the VAT revenue. It has been proven from the result of (f) simulant test, and the result of (t) partial shows the significant point of three independent variables that support the hypothesis. Therefore, the accepted assumption is, there is influence between the self-assessment system, the application of electronic invoice numbers, and e-invoice to the VAT revenue.&nbsp

    This research aims to find out the effect of Capital Intencity, Liquidity and Firm Size on Tax Avoidance. The type of data used is a secondary data, with the methodof collecting documentation data from the IDXwebsite (www.idx.co.id). The object of this research is a manufacture company who has been registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2018 -2019. Sample is taken using a purposive sampling method in companies that publish the required data for this research in their annual reports. From 195 manufacture companies that listed on IDX, only 147 companies who have a complete data to be researched for 2 periods, and there are 294 samples obtained. The statistical test used is the classic assumption test, the feasibility of model test. The result of this research showing that the Capital Intencity of the company will not affect tax avoidance. While the two other variables, who took part in the research Likuiditas and Firm Size simultaneously against tax avoidance
