No full textThe purpose of this study is to determine whether food quality, price, environmental location and service quality affect customer satisfaction, and whether customer satisfaction affects customer loyalty as well, and to determine whether brand image strengthens or weakens customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. This study uses a survey method with an questionnaire for data collection. This research method uses multiple linear analysis test, the population and sample of this research are customers who are located around Tangerang. The total number of samples in this study were 150 respondents. The results of this study explain that food quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and price has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, and location and environment have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, and brand image moderates customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.

Get PDFThis study aims to explore the distribution of wage subsidy assistance in accordance with the government's objectives, this study will answer whether BSU is right on target and minimizes the spread of the corona virus in the Ministry of Education and Culture. The research method used is exploratory and descriptive. Exploratory is used to provide in-depth explanations, while descriptive is used to analyze the study qualitatively in order to obtain findings and descriptions of a phenomenon that occurs. The results of this study found that; BSU distribution is right on target without any significant obstacles, the distribution mechanism is ineffective in suppressing the spread of the corona virus. Distribution through government banks found technical obstacles in the form of recipient validation which required visiting the channeling bank with a relatively long service time so that it created a potential crowd, even though there had been prevention in the form of strict implementation of protocols but conditions became more complicated where the assistance of teachers and lecturers coincided with government stimulus assistance. other, so the goal of suppressing the spread of the corona virus is contrary to the results of this study. Further research recommends researching appropriate dispensing methods.

Get PDFTalent Management is the key to organizational success in an era of complex global economic competitions and developments. The talent management process is an effort to acquire superior talent, build, develop and produce superior employees to be prepared in key positions in the organization. This study is structured specifically to analyze the effect of innovation, reward and punishment, and career advancement in the company's superior performance strategy. This research was conducted with a quantitative quantitative approach with 60 respondents. The results showed that the innovation and reward and punishment variables had a significant effect on the superior performance strategy, while career advancement had no effect. Simultaneously the effect of the three independent variables on the dependent variable reached 71,2%.
 
Penggunaan Metode Pembelajaran Dengan Sistem Mahasiswa Menyapa Madarasah (M3)

The more people who are educated, the more able for a country to build its nation. Therefore, one way to advance this is the implementation of the program addressing madrassas. One of the target activities of the program addressing this madrasa is schools or madrasas whose student or student activities still need further assistance so that they are at least able to match the quality of schools that have been independent in academic activities.
The problem that the team of devotees wants to solve in this dedication activity is the realization of one of the activities of the Higher Education Tri Dharma, which is interrelated to one another in the learning process and supporting activities. The method or step carried out in the service activities of lecturers from the Nahdlatul Wathan University (UNW) Mataram, namely conducting socialization with the service team. The result of this service is the provision of material in the service activities or programs to the target schools given in the service activities this time. This is useful to generate enthusiasm for learning, awareness, and change the behavior of students and madrasa or school students into successful learners than ever before. ABSTRAKSalah satu visi dan misi pendidikan di Negara kita adalah meningkatkan kualitas sumber manusia. Makin banyak orang yang berpendidikan, maka makin mampu bagi suatu negara untuk membangun bangsanya. Oleh sebab itu, salah satu cara untuk memajukan hal tersebut adalah pelaksanaan program menyapa madrasah. Salah satu sasaran kegiatan dari program menyapa madrasah ini adalah sekolah atau madrasah yang kegiatan siswa atau siswinya masih perlu pendampingan lebih lanjut agar minimal mampu menyamai kualitas di sekolah yang telah mandiri dalam kegiatan akademik.
Masalah yang ingin dipecahkan oleh tim pengabdi dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah terwujudnya salah satu kegiatan dari Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi, yakni yang saling terkait satu sama lain dalam proses pembelajaran dan kegiatan penunjang. Metode atau langkah pelaksanaan yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan pengabdian dosen dari Universitas Nahdlatul Wathan (UNW) Mataram, yakni melakukan sosialisais bersama tim pengabdi. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah pemberian materi dalam kegiatan pengabdian atau program kepada sekolah binaan diberikan pada kegiatan pengabdian kali ini. Hal ini berguna untuk menimbulkan gairah untuk belajar, rasa sadar, dan mengubah perilaku siswa dan siswi madrasah atau sekolah menjadi pembelajar yang sukses dari sebelumnya. Pada kegiatan pengabdian kali ini, para siswa/I juga diberikan pengetahuan, diajak turun langsung dan mempraktikkan apa yang sudah dijelaskan pada kegiatan menyapa sebelumnya.

Pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) dan Struktur Modal terhadap Profitabilitas Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia
Get PDFPurpose- This study aims to analyze the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Capital Structure on the Profitability of Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia for the 2011-2017 period. Methods- Research uses a quantitative approach. Samples were taken by purposive sampling technique, amounting to 5 Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression with the assistance of the EVIEWS 9 program. Finding- The research results prove that CSR has an effect, but not significantly, on profitability. DAR has a positive effect on profitability. CSR and DAR together have a positive effect on profitability. The implications and suggestions are described in the article
AbstrakTujuan- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) dan Struktur Modal terhadap Profitabilitas Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia periode 2011-2017. Metode- Riset menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling berjumlah 5 bank umum syariah di Indonesia. Teknik analisis data dengan regresi linier berganda berbantuan program EVIEWS 9. Temuan- Hasil riset membuktikan bahwa CSR berpengaruh namun tidak signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Pelatihan Penggunaan Software Autocad Untuk Meningkatan Kompetensi Siswa-Siswi Smk Rigomasi Bontang

One of the obligations is to carry out Community Service, this is carried out in connection with the care of every institution or institution engaged in education. AutoCAD (Computer Aided Design) is a "program or software commonly used for the purpose of drawing and designing with the help of computers in the formation of models and sizes of two and three dimensions. The aim of this community service is to introduce the AutoCAD program to Bontang Vocational School students, so as to increase their motivation to learn by using computer drawing techniques (AutoCAD) which are more practical, effective and efficient compared to manual drawing methods obtained by students in drawing subjects technique. The implementation of community service has been carried out using four methods: presentation, tutorial, practice, and question and answer. The results showed that the high enthusiasm of the trainees so that participants can understand the basic concepts of drawing techniques and participants can apply the AutoCAD software directly by drawing 2 and 3 dimensional products.

ABSTRACT
Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi adalah Pendidikan, Penelitian, dan Pengabdian Masyarakat. Salah satu kewajiban tersebut melaksanakan Pengabdian Masyarakat, hal ini dilaksanakan berkaitan dengan kepedulian setiap lembaga atau institusi yang bergerak dibidang Pendidikan. AutoCAD (Computer Aided Design) merupakan “program atau software yang biasa digunakan untuk tujuan menggambar serta merancang dengan bantuan komputer dalam pembentukan model serta ukuran dua dan tiga dimensi. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memperkenalkan program AutoCAD kepada siswa-siswi SMK Rigomasi Bontang, sehingga dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajarnya dengan teknik menggambar menggunakan computer (AutoCAD) yang lebih praktis, efektif dan efisien dibandingkan metode menggambar manual yang diperoleh siswa-siswi pada mata pelajaran gambar teknik. Pelaksanaan dari pengabdian masyarakat yang telah dilakukan menggunakan empat metode yaitu: presentasi, tutorial, praktek, dan Tanya jawab. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa antusiasme yang tinggi dari peserta pelatihan sehingga peserta dapat memahami konsep dasar menggambar teknik dan peserta dapat mengaplikasikan secara langsung software AutoCAD dengan menggambar produk 2 dan 3 dimensi.

Get PDFThis study aims to determine the impact of economic growth, population, and capital expenditure on the original income of the district/city in Bengkulu Province. The population of this study is all regencies/cities in Bengkulu Province, amounting to 9 districts and 1 city. The sample consists of the entire population, using local government financial reports, regional financial statistical reports, and regional statistical reports for the period 2014 - 2018. The analytical method used in this study is the multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study concluded that economic growth had a positive and significant impact on regional own-source revenue, the population had a positive and significant impact on regional own-source revenue, while capital expenditure had a positive and not significant effect on regional own-source revenuen.

The object of this research is Principal State Financial Audit IV (AKN IV) on The Audit Board of The Republic of Indonesia. This research was conducted using a sample of as many as 80 respondents. Determinants of the sample using a purposive sampling method. The design of this research a causal relationship. Therefore, the analysis of the data used is structural equation modeling using partial least squares. The result of this research suggests that the culture of the organization and the audit judgment professional skepticism, situation audit not significant impact on the implementation of the audit opinion. While the audit scope has some positive effects significantly on the implementation of the audit opinion. This is evidenced by the results of the partial test (t-test) demonstrated the significant value of one independent variable that supports the hypothesis
Pengaruh Volume Perdagangan Saham, Leverage, dan Kebijakan Dividen Terhadap Volatilitas Harga Saham
Get PDFThis study aims to determine the influence of Stock Trading Volume, Leverage, and Dividend Policy both simultaneously and partially from LQ45 Index companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the IBM SPSS 26 program. This type of research is a quantitative study using secondary data, there are 18 companies as a sample of research data collected by purposive sampling technique. The dependent variable in this study is Stock Price Volatility, while the independent variables are Stock Trading Volume, Leverage, and Dividend Policy. The results showed that partially Stock Trading Volume has a positive and significant effect on Stock Price Volatility. Leverage and Dividend Policy have no significant effect on Stock Price Volatility. It is expected that the results of this study can be taken into consideration for investors to choose the right type of investment based on the level of stock price volatility that is influenced by various factors, especially stock trading volume.
Peningkatan Penjualan Melalui Pengemasan, Labelling dan Branding Produk di Desa Sukaratu Kecamatan Cikeusal Kabupaten Serang
Get PDFPackaging, labels, and brands are one of the main attractions for products to increase sales. Community Service Activities are carried out in Cikeusal Subdistrict, Serang Regency, with the target of being business actors producing chips in Sukaratu Village, Cikesal District, Serang Regency. Community Service Activities are carried out with the aim of providing an understanding of the emping-producing citizens regarding the importance of packaging, labeling and branding on a product that can increase sales levels and will automatically increase their economic income. The socialization was adjusted to the problems and needs faced by emping entrepreneurs in Cikeusal District.
The method of implementing the activity consists of three stages. The first stage of preparation includes pre-survey, team formation and coordination of teams and participants as well as preparation of training tools and materials. The second stage is the program implementation stage in the form of socialization. Socialization is carried out through outreach (presentation of material) and discussion. The third stage is the evaluation and reporting stage. Evaluation is carried out by comparing the conditions of the participants before and after the program implementation with the interview and observation methods. After that, a report was prepared.
The material presented in the socialization was regarding the form of a legal entity and its important function of having a business license and business licensing mechanism. All stages of this activity have reached 100% implementation and have resulted in outcomes including understanding of community service participants about the importance of packaging, labeling and branding on a product
