Pengaruh Knowledge Management terhadap Kinerja Inovasi: Studi Kasus Perusahaan Manufaktur Indonesia
Get PDFMeningkatkan kinerja inovasi perusahaan manufaktur adalah salah satu isu terkini di era Revolusi Industri 4.0 saat ini. Faktor kurangnya pengetahuan telah disebutkan sebagai salah satu faktor penghambat kinerja inovasi organisasi. Mengingat masalah ini, penelitian ini mencoba untuk menyelidiki praktik dan efek proses knowledge management (dengan dimensi knowledge acquisition, knowledge dissemination, dan knowledge application) terhadap kinerja inovasi di industry manufaktur. Pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS) digunakan untuk menganalisis data yang diperoleh dari 170 karyawan manajerial dari salah satu perusahaan manufaktur di Tangerang Indonesia. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa seluruh dimensi proses knowledge management (manajemen pengetahuan) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja inovasi. Akhirnya, berdasarkan temuan yang diperoleh, rekomendasi dan saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya telah diberikan dalam pembahasan lanjut penelitian ini
Model Peningkatan Volume Penjualan Melalui Kualitas Produk, Kualitas Pelayanan dan Loyalitas Kopi Golda
Get PDFAbstract- This research aims to analyze the model of increasing sales volume through product quality, service quality and loyalty of golda coffee at PT Bekasi Distributionndo Raya. The research methodology used is quantitative research using analysis of validity, reliability, normality, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. The population of this research is all consumers of PT Bekasi Distributionsindo Raya who use bottled golda coffee in Bekasi. Purposive sampling was used in the study, obtained by respondents as many as 88 consumers. The results showed that the product quality had a partial effect on sales volume, service quality had a partial effect on sales volume, and loyalty had a partial effect on sales volume. Service quality, Product quality, service quality and loyalty simultaneously affect the sales volume of golda coffee at PT. Bekasi Distributionindo Raya

Abstrak- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa model peningkatan volume penjualan melalui kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan dan loyalitas kopi golda pada PT Bekasi Distribusindo Raya. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, uji t, uji F dan koefesien determinasi. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen PT Bekasi Distribusindo Raya yang menggunakan produk kemasan kopi golda dalam botol di Bekasi. Purposive sampling digunakan dlaam penelitian diperoleh responden sebanyak 88 konsumen. Hasil penelitian diperoleh kualitas produk berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap volume penjualan, kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap volume penjualan. Loyalitas berpengaruh terhadap volume penjualan. Kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan dan loyalitas berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap volume penjualan kopi golda pada PT. Bekasi Distribusindo Raya

Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the performance of local governments in all districts on the island of Sumatra for the 2015-2018 budget year. The data used is secondary data obtained from the Audit Board of the Republic of Indonesia in the form of a Budget Realization Report for the 2015-2018 fiscal year. This study is a descriptive study using an analysis of regional independence ratios and financial ratios to assess the performance of local governments in all districts on the island of Sumatra. The results showed that, the development of the level of regional independence of all districts on the island of Sumatra during 2015-2018 was at a low point, namely with an average yield of only 25%, so for the development of the level of efficiency in the management of regional expenditures of all districts on the island of Sumatra, it can be said less efficient. And then for the development of the level of effectiveness of the management of Regional Original Income, it can be said to be effective, namely with an average yield of above 90%, while for the growth rate of Regional Original Income it is still in a fluctuating condition

The existence of technology provides convenience in various activities of humans; however, it replaces human labor too. Likewise, the advancement of digital-based information enables humans to access information from anywhere at any period, while the most current information moves quickly. The presence of Technology and Information must be accompanied by human ability. Ability to use well and filter information effectively. The sophistication of technology and the speed of information should be accompanied by the ability to use it, which aims to use various technological products in learning activities. Thus, teachers can teach using technology products such as e-books, animations, slides, and videos. However, humans have numerous opportunities to use technology products to make things that go against the good intentions of technological and information inventions. For this reason, before and while using technology and reading the information, every technology user must obtain an education.

Pengaruh E-Service Quality Aplikasi MyXL Terhadap E-Satisfaction Dan E-Loyalty Pengguna Aplikasi
No full textObjective: analyze the effect of e-Service Quality of MyXL application on E-Satisfaction and e-Loyalty of application users. Research method: survey with Quantitative Approach. Methods Of Analysis: Factor Analysis, Simple Linear Regression, Multiple Linear Regression, Test F (Anova), Test T (Coefficient). Results: the results of a simple linear regression test the effect of e-satisfaction on E-loyalty R 0.914 and R2 of 0.835 can mean that the contribution of e-satisfaction to E-loyalty is 80.35% and the remaining 19.65% is another factor caused by things outside the study. The results of multiple linear regression effect of e-service quality on E-satisfaction and e-loyalty there is a correlation coefficient R value of 0.854 which means there is a strong relationship of the effect of e - service quality and e-satisfaction on e-loyalty of 85.4% while the value of the coefficient of determination of 0.730 which means the contribution of the effect of e-service quality on e-satisfaction and e-loyalty of 73% while the rest of 27% influenced by things outside the study. Conclusion: there is an effect of e-service quality on E-satisfaction and e-loyalty of application users. Suggestion: the author suggested that XL Axiata can improve user security to be safe in transactions and improve the appearance of the application to attract attention and make the appearance of the application easy to understand

No full textThis study examines the effect of profit-sharing financing, third-party funds, and operating expenses on the level of profitability of Islamic banking with the object of study at PT. BPR Syariah Semarang city in the 2013-2020 period. Sharia Banking is an intermediary financial institution whose role is to collect funds from the wider community. The data collection method in this study is library research using a total sample of 128 samples. The purposive sampling technique carried out the sampling technique. The results showed that profit-sharing financing, third-party funds, and operating expenses had a simultaneous effect on profitability. However, it partially shows that third-party funds and operating expenses have a significant negative effect on the profitability of Islamic banking, especially at PT. BPR Syariah Semarang city registered with OJK for the period 2013-2020

No full textThe purpose of this study was to determine whether the calculation, deposit and reporting of VAT at PT Astragraphia Xprins Indonesia was in accordance with Undang-Undang No. 42 tahun 2009 tentang PPN dan PPnBM, and to see the optimization of value added tax planning at PT Astragraphia Xprins Indonesia. The methodology used is descriptive quantitative and uses secondary data obtained from the company. The results obtained are that the calculation, deposit, and reporting of VAT at PT Astragraphia Xprins is in accordance with the VAT Law, the optimization of tax planning is optimal in terms of tax delays and less than optimal in maximizing the input tax. Suggestions in order to maximize Input Tax by making purchases from partners who have PKP.

No full textThe article explains about the effect of modal intelektual on financial performance and growth of third-party funds as a moderating variable. Modal intelektual is measured by the Value Added Modal intelektual (VAICTM) method, financial performance is measured by return on equity (ROE). The population of this research is banking companies listed on the IDX in 2016-2020. The technique used in determining the sample is purposive sampling with a total of 200 observations at banking companies. The analytical technique used in this research is Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA). The hypothesis is accepted if the probability value is 0.05. The results of this study indicate that: (1) modal intelektual has no effect on financial performance, (2) growth of third-party funds strengthens the influence of modal intelektual on financial performance, (3) growth of third party funds does not moderate the effect on financial performance

No full textThis study aims to determine the effect of Regional Original Revenue (PAD), General Allocation Fund (DAU), Special Allocation Fund (DAK), and Revenue Sharing Fund (DBH) on the Human Development Index (IPM). The population in this study were districts/cities in all provinces in Kalimantan for the 2015-2019 fiscal year. This study uses the purposive sampling method in determining the research sample to produce as many as 200 research samples. The data used in this study is secondary data originating from the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) and the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The hypothesis testing in this study is multiple linear regression and descriptive statistical tests using SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Regional Original Revenue (PAD) has a positive and significant effect on the Human Development Index (IPM), 2) General Allocation Funds (DAU) have a negative and significant effect on the Human Development Index (IPM), 3) The Special Allocation Fund (DAK) has a negative and significant effect on the Human Development Index (IPM), 4) Revenue Sharing Funds (DBH) have no effect on the Human Development Index (IPM). 5) PAD, DAU, DAK, and DBH simultaneously affect the IPM
