Get PDFBrand Ambassador is an instrument of achieving the interests of the state which is popularly used South Korea as one example of countries that use their Brand Using (Hallyu) as the mediums to get achieved success in Indonesia. in 2002, Indonesia began to look at South Korea by showing Korean drama with the introduction of Korean drama in Indonesia through private television. The reason for the development of Korean pop culture (Korean Wave) in Indonesia is the embodiment of globalization. In the communication and cultural dimensions, South Korea is increasingly recognized by the Indonesian public drama that aired in Indonesia became the gateway for the entry of other Korean cultural products or known by the name Hallyu / Korean Wave, such as Korean pop music (K-Pop), Korean food (K-Food ), and Korean language and letters (Hangeul). It also makes many products made in Korea also enter Indonesia, including cosmetics, automotive, electronics, etc. As a form of Korean Nation Brand in Indonesia. So, Indonesian people can feel about (Hallyu) that came in. Determinan Kecenderungan Kecurangan Akuntansi
Get PDFThis research aims to prove the influence of the effectiveness of internal control, compliance with accounting rules, compensation, and asymmetry information against the tendency of accounting fraud. The object of this research was conducted on local government employees in the Pekanbaru City Regional Work Unit (SKPD) total 43 SKPD. This research was conducted against the 108 respondents using primary data through a questionnaire that was distributed directly to the respondents. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of internal control, compliance with accounting rules, compensation significant negative effect on the tendency of accounting fraud, and asymmetry of information significant positive effect on the tendency of accounting fraud. Test results revealed that the simultaneous effectiveness of internal control, compliance with accounting rules, compensation, and asymmetry information collectively influence the tendency of accounting fraud.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan dampak Keefektifan Pengendalian Internal, Ketaatan Aturan Akuntansi, Kesesuaian Kompensasi dan Asimetri Informasi terhadap Kecenderungan Kecurangan Akuntansi. Objek penelitian ini dilakukan pada pegawai pemerintah daerah yang ada dalam Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah (SKPD) Kota Pekanbaru yang berjumlah 43 SKPD. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 108 responden dengan menggunakan data primer melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan langsung kepada para responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi liner berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pengendalian internal, ketaatan aturan akuntansi, kesesuaian kompensasi berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kecenderungan kecurangan akuntansi dan asimetri informasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kecenderungan kecurangan akuntansi. Hasil uji simultan mengungkapkan bahwa pengendalian internal, ketaatan aturan akuntansi, kesesuaian kompensasi dan asimetri informasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kecenderungan kecurangan akuntansi

This study used a qualitative approach with six sources consisting of groups leaders of tourism enthusiasts, the members and representatives from the government. The analysis used in this research is SWOT with content analysis techniques IFAS, EFAS, and SFAS. The findings in this study indicate that there is still a very large potential for tourism, especially related to non-mainstream tourism such as cultural tourism, educational tourism and also religion tourism. The suggestion that can be given in this research is that there is a need for penta helix synergy in this community-based agritourism development strategy

Get PDFThis study aims to determine the effect of return on asset (ROE), debt to equity (DER), and total asset turnover (TATO) on stock returns on property & real estate companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2014 to 2018. The sample is 37 companies chosen by using a purposive sampling technique. The regression analysis shows the mixed results: ROE has a significant positive effect on stock returns, the DER does not have a significant effect, while the TATO has a significant negative effect on stock returns. This study provides implications and suggestions for future researchers and practitioners to predict stock returns in the property and real estate sectors from the company's fundamental factors
Pengaruh Pembiayaan Syariah Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Perbankan Syariah
Get PDFThis study aims to analyze Islamic financing; Mudharabah, Murabahah, Financing To Deposit Ratio, Non Performing Financing on the financial performance of Islamic Banking in Indonesia. Based on the sampling criteria, there are 15 Islamic Banks, namely a combination of Islamic Commercial Banks and Sharia Business Units with a research period of 5 years (2014-2018). The research analysis used is panel data regression analysis using E-Views 10. Based on the results of data analysis, only Non-Performing Financing has a significant effect on Return on Assets. Meanwhile, Mudharabah, Murabahah, and Financing to Deposit Ratio have no significant effect on Return On Assets. The research implication is that not all Islamic financing can contribute to the financial performance of Islamic banking.

This type of research is quantitative and analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. The sample of this study was 210 respondents who were selected by the convenience sampling method. The results of this study are that Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty. Therefore, McDonald supposes that customers consider fast service, so they should minimize customer queues, to provide better price quotes to customers, and Mc Donald should continue to improve the quality of its services

The population in the study was 108 people and the sample was 52 people. Data collected by questionnaire and interview. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. The research results obtained where the determination test shows the variable organizational commitment, supervision, and incentives are able to affect the performance variable. Organizational commitment supervision and incentives together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Partially organizational commitment positive and significant effect on employee performance. Partially supervision positive and significant effect on employee performance. Partially incentives positive and significant effects on employee performance. Of the third independent variable covering organizational commitment, supervision, and incentives is known that partially incentives variable have the most dominant influence on employee performance

By maximizing the use of online media, it can increase business competitiveness. For MSME players, adequate online media knowledge and quality content can be used to market their products. This situation is very influential, significantly since the Covid 19 pandemic that has hit Indonesia since March 2020 has changed the way people meet their daily needs. Consumers who used to shop directly are now experiencing changes by using digital transactions. Marketing online through social media provides opportunities for MSME to interact with consumers. The approach method used is for active MSMEs. The method is done by providing counseling online through zoom media. This service activity was carried out orderly and smoothly. The participants were very enthusiastic about listening to the speakers’ presentations. The attendance of the participants proves this right from the beginning of the event to the end of the event. It is hoped that training and the service team can assist MSMEs so that they can monitor the progress of increasing sales turnover.

It is hoped that after participating in this training activity, partners will be proficient in using accounting applications such as MYOB and Zahir.

Pelaksanaan Pendidikan Agama Islam Pada SD Kelas Khusus Pasar Lima Banjarmasin
Get PDFPurpose: This study aims to determine the implementation of Islamic religious education (PAI) learning material for prayer among street children and the factors influencing PAI learning material for prayer among street children at the Pasar Lima Special Class Elementary School Banjarmasin. Methods- The subjects of this study were PAI subject teachers and all particular class students in SD Pasar Lima Banjarmasin. This research aims to implement PAI learning of prayer material among street children at the Pasar Lima Special Class Elementary School, Banjarmasin, and its factors. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, documentation, and interview techniques. Data processing techniques used are editing, coding, and interpreting data, which is then analyzed using qualitative descriptive. Findings- The results showed that the implementation of PAI learning materials for prayer among street children at the Pasar Lima Special Class Elementary School in Banjarmasin had run optimally. The teacher's learning plan (RPP) adapts to the conditions and circumstances of the street children special class students so that the implementation of learning consisting of the initial activities, core activities, closing activities, and evaluations goes well
