No full textstudy aims to determine how much influence the Covid-19 outbreak has on the turnover of clothing convection sales in Pekanbaru City. The research data was collected from clothing convection entrepreneurs in maintaining their business in the pandemic era and how the Islamic economy reviews the efforts of clothing convection entrepreneurs in maintaining their business in the pandemic era. The results showed an effect of the Covid 19 outbreak on the sales turnover of clothing convection. As for the sharia economic review regarding the efforts used by clothing convection entrepreneurs, follow the sharia concept because they have optimism and leave the nature of breaking up and are willing to work hard to innovate products tailored to consumer needs. So that the convection business they run continues to survive even in the pandemic era
Analisis Pengelolaan Zakat Fitrah Masjid Paripurna Nurul Ibadah Kecamatan Tenayan Raya Kota Pekanbaru
No full textThe purpose of this study was to determine the management of zakat fitrah at the Paripurna Nurul Ibadah Mosque, Tenayan Raya District, Pekanbaru City. The data collection technique used is the documentation technique, namely the systematic analysis of qualitative data (Observation, Interview, and Documentation). The results of this study indicate that the management and distribution of zakat fitrah at the Nurul Ibadah Plenary Mosque has met the management standards of zakat fitrah, but in the aspect of the collection, there are still muzakki who pay their zakat fitrah outside the mosque. As for the zakat fitrah distribution system, technically, muzakki delivers to amail, amil picks up the muzakki's house, muzakki transfers his zakat account to the mosque. The collection technique is like money/rice if it is in a percentage of 2.5%. Meanwhile, the zakat fitrah distribution is carried out for the congregation of the Nurul Ibadah Mosque congregation by UPZ, distributed five days before Eid; the maximum time is on the eve of Eid al-Fitr"

No full textThis study aims to examine the effect of organizational culture and leadership on satisfaction and performance and place compensation as a control variable. Data were obtained through questionnaires, and hypotheses were tested by path analysis. The analysis results support the proposed hypothesis that organizational culture positively and significantly affects job satisfaction and performance. Similar results were also obtained where leadership significantly affected job satisfaction and employee performance. Finally, job satisfaction in this study was shown to predict performance directly and act as a mediator of the relationship between organizational culture and leadership on employee performance

The method used in this activity is counseling using zoom meetings by presenting speakers from religious experts. This activity can get a good response from the participants and the next activity can be planned.

The Relevance of Mathematics Lessons and Understanding of Islamic Inheritance Law
Get PDFPurpose: This study aims to test whether there is an effect of mastery of the concept of mathematical fractions on students' understanding of the calculation of inheritance. Methods - Data were collected through a test on two parts of the question: mathematical fractions and a test of inheritance calculations on 66 students majoring in Islamic Religious Education (PAI). The analysis technique used is correlation and regression. Findings- Through data analysis, it can be concluded that the two are indeed interrelated and mastery of the material fraction concept has a 40% influence proportion on students' ability to calculate inheritance. These results indicate that to support students' ability to calculate inheritance and be equipped with fiqh knowledge, they also need to be fitted with their ability to calculate, especially in mathematical fraction functions. Limitations - This study is limited to a sample of PAI students with Fiqh concentration class 2014, so it does not describe all students at Antasari Islamic University. Future studies are advised to expand the sample size and add more math fraction tests to show students' real abilities

Stres kerja dan cybeloafing pada generasi Y dan Z: Peran usia dan status pernikahan sebagai boundary condition
Get PDFUsing the transactional stress and border theory framework model, we explore the relationship between job stress and cyberloafing by placing biographies (age and marital status) as boundary conditions. An online questionnaire involved a total of 182 employees in this study. The analysis results using moderated hierarchical regression indicate that work stress has a positive and significant effect on cyberloafing behavior. In the moderation model, this study only proved that age was significant as a moderator in the relationship between job stress and cyberloafing, but not for marital status. In addition, age and marital status were not potential predictors of cyberloafing. Implications and suggestions are described in the article

Model Hubungan Empowering Leadership, Spiritual Value, Co-Worker Incivility dan Work Engagement
Get PDFThis study aims to examine the relationship model of empowering leadership, spiritual value, incivility, and work engagement. A total of 396 participants (57 percent women) were sampled and hierarchical regression techniques were used to test the hypothesis. The results showed that empowering leadership and organizational spiritual values had a significant impact on work engagement, however, incivility was not shown to moderate the relationship between empowering leaders and work engagement. The practical implications that can be given from these findings are: leadership styles that lead to employee empowerment can have a unique effect on employees' work attitudes and behavior so that companies need to provide leaders and managers with training and development programs to develop leadership models that can act effectively and willingly. delegated authority
