Working Capital Turnover, Liquidity, Solvency and Firm Size Effect on Profitability
Abstract-The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of working capital turnover, liquidity, solvency and firm size on profitability. The research data used is secondary data. The total population used is 30 food and beverage companies for the 2017-2020 period. This sampling technique uses a purposive sampling technique with a research sample of 18 companies and a data sample of 65 data. Based on the multiple regression analysis tool, previously the data was tested using the classical assumption test and it is known that working capital turnover has no significant effect on profitability, liquidity has no significant affect on profitability, solvency has a significant effect on profitability and firm size has no significant effect on profitability.

Macroeconomics and the LQ45 Index: Is the COVID-19 pandemic making a difference?
This study examines how macroeconomic indicators and Covid-19 cases can affect the movement of the LQ45 index. The Covid-19 case was also studied as a moderator between the relationship between macroeconomic indicators and the LQ45 index to determine whether the Covid-19 case needed to be a crucial consideration when investing in stocks using macroeconomic indicator analysis techniques. This study was tested using multiple regression analysis methods. The results of the analysis found that the factors that were found to significantly affect the LQ45 index were the exchange rate which impacted the LQ45 index significantly negatively, the price of Brent oil, which involved the LQ45 index significantly negatively, the DJIA index, which positively affected the LQ45 index, and the case of Covid-19 which affects the LQ45 index significantly negatively. This study found two macroeconomic variables that had no significant effect on the LQ45 index: the inflation rate and real interest rates. Furthermore, the results has found a negative effect of the Covid-19 pandemic on the LQ45 index, so it is hoped that the government and investors can consider this research indicator as a consideration in making economic and investment decisions
Pricing strategy and buyer's considerations for house: Central government area vs tourism centre area
The purpose of this study is to propose Pricing Strategy. First, this study determines the dominant factors that influence the number of housing prices in Denpasar as the Capital city of Bali Island, a center of tourism in Indonesia and Jakarta as the Capital City and central government of Indonesia. This study uses a multiple linear regression test; the sample was 115 houses data, 60 houses in Denpasar, and 55 in Jakarta. Second, this study will propose a strategy for determining house prices. The survey results will show what factors are dominant in determining the number of housing prices in Denpasar and Jakarta. This research is helpful for home sellers to determine the cost of the house to be sold. This research is also helpful for prospective home buyers to determine the reasonableness of the house price they will buy. This study also covers the discussion regarding the consideration of homebuyers in terms of taxes
Fluktuasi harga sahama perusahaan sub-sektor restoran, hotel dan pariwisata sebelum dan setelah pandemi COVID-19
This study was conducted to see whether there is a similar influence on fundamental factors such as net profit margin, debt to assets ratio, and firm size on share prices of companies in the restaurant, hotel, and tourism sub-sector in the pre-pandemic period after the covid-19 pandemic. The research method used in this study is panel data regression to see the relationship between net profit margin, debt to assets ratio, firm size, and stock prices before and after the covid-19 pandemic. The research method in this study is the model suitability test, with the Chow test, Hausman test, and LM test. The test will continue with panel data regression. The sampling method is a purposive sampling method. The results of this study state that the variables of net profit margin and firm size have a significant negative effect on the stock prices of the restaurant, hotel, and tourism sub-sectors before and after the covid-19 pandemic. The variable debt to assets ratio has a positive and significant effect on stock prices of the restaurant, hotel, and tourism sub-sector before the covid-19 pandemic but has a negative and significant impact on the stock price of the restaurant, hotel, and tourism sub-sector after the covid-19 pandemic
Sosialisasi Merger Bank Syariah Indonesia Kepada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam
The development of Islamic banking in Indonesia has resulted in the merger or merger of 3 (three) existing Islamic banks, namely Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM), Bank Negara Indonesia Syariah (BNIS) and Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah (BRIS). The meaning of a merger is a process of merging two companies in which one of them remains standing and uses the name of the company while the other company disappears and all of its assets are transferred to the company that remains standing. There are several types of mergers. Among others: horizontal, vertical and conglomerate mergers. The purpose of this community enggangement program (PkM) activity is to provide socialization and discussion in to students regarding the bold merger of three Islamic banks in Indonesia. Based on the results, it shows that there is an increase in students insight that is more complete regarding the merger process of Islamic banks so that it becomes an impetus for them to join as customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia, especially in the Rangkas Bitung area, Banten Province

This examination was led to analyze the financial health with the factor Current Proportion, Obligation to Value Proportion, Absolute Resource Turnover, and Firm Size on Benefit Development. Good corporate governance, pengungkapan corporate social responsibility dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan
This study aims to determine and prove that the influence of good corporate governance, disclosure of corporate social responsibility, and firm size has implications for the company's values. The sample in this study amounted to 100 from the observation data of the population of 25 companies in the consumer goods manufacturing industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2016-2019. The sampling technique uses the purposive sampling method. Data analysis techniques use analysis using SPSS version 23. The results of this study show that good corporate governance proxied through the audit committee and for disclosure of corporate social responsibility is positive and not significant to the company's value. Encouraging employees' voice behavior through Islamic work ethics and civility climate: The role of organizational identification
This study explores the relationship between Islamic work ethics (IWE) and employee voice in the education sector. Our research model includes the role of civility climate and organizational identification as moderating factors. Using a time-lagged approach, we collected data from 227 lecturers across various universities and analyzed the model using a mediation moderation procedure and macro Process. Our results confirm that IWE is positively related to civility and employee voice. Moreover, employee voice is positively associated with the civility climate, which mediates IWE and employee voice. Lastly, the strength of the relationship between IWE and employee voice depends on the level of organizational identification
