Meningkatkan Nilai Ekonomi Lokal melalui Keripik Ubi Jalar yang Inovatif
Sweet potatoes are a key agricultural product in Indonesia, particularly in five significant provinces: West Java, Central Java, East Java, Irian Jaya, and North Sumatra. One popular way to prepare sweet potatoes is by making them into delicious and nutritious chips. Chips are dry, crunchy snacks known for their durability, convenience, and ease of storage. Creating sweet potato chips could boost the economic value of fresh sweet potatoes. Given these points, introducing innovative sweet potato chips with enhanced nutritional value presents an enticing solution to address community nutritional needs and create new snack options. With a shortage of processed sweet potato products available, offering a variety of sweet potato chip flavors can also promote public health
The influence of social media, digitalization, and financial literacy on generation Z's investment decision
The study aimed to understand how social media, digitalization, and financial literacy influence Sharia stock investment decisions among Generation Z. As Gen Z becomes more predominant, it presents both opportunities and challenges for transforming the digital landscape, particularly in terms of financial literacy and the distribution of products and services in the Sharia stock market. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 selected respondents using purposive sampling. A quantitative method was employed, utilizing the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the Smart PLS application for analysis. The findings revealed that social media and digitalization significantly and positively influenced Sharia stock investment decisions among Generation Z. However, the financial literacy did not show a significant impact.
Public interest statements
The positive impact of social media and digitalization on investment decisions indicates that financial institutions and Sharia-compliant stock market participants should leverage these platforms to connect with Generation Z.

Herding behavior analysis of Jakarta Islamic Index 2019-2024
The number of new investors on the Indonesia Stock Exchange has steadily increased in the past five years. However, both literacy and inclusion levels remain very low. This raises concerns about herding behavior in the stock market, leading to market prices not accurately reflecting true value. The author employs the CSAD method, utilizing variables such as market return (Rmt), CSAD, and Rm,t2, followed by a regression analysis. The data processing is carried out using EViews software, version 13, to enhance the accuracy and reliability of the research outcomes. The findings indicate significant herding activity among stocks indexed in the Indonesian JII from 2019 to 2024. From an Islamic perspective, natural herding behavior can be seen as a normal reaction due to market psychology. However, when herding is driven by deliberate manipulation—such as acts of Najsy or Ghisysy, which arise from misleading information, price manipulation, or non-transparent activities like pump and dump or hype and dump—it constitutes a violation of ethical standards and fair market principles, rendering it illegal.
Public interest statements
The findings emphasize the necessity for clear ethical guidelines for investors and market participants. Creating a code of conduct that prioritizes ethical trading practices can help reduce the risks tied to herding behavior and foster a fairer market environment.

How Islamic work ethics affect thriving at work and employee commitment
This study explores the relationship between Islamic Work Ethics (IWE) and organizational commitment (COM), with thriving at work (THR) as a mediating factor. Data were collected from 172 employees across various sectors in Jakarta and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the JAMOVI program. The findings reveal that while there is no direct relationship between IWE and organizational commitment, thriving at work fully mediates this relationship, highlighting the importance of fostering vitality and growth in the workplace. Furthermore, gender-specific analysis shows that the relationships among IWE, thriving, and commitment are significant only for female employees. This study contributes to the literature by uncovering the mediating role of thriving at work in the IWE-commitment relationship, a perspective underexplored in prior research. It also offers new insights into how gender influences the impact of Islamic work ethics on workplace outcomes, providing a nuanced understanding of these dynamics.
