    The current economic situation has created fierce competition among companies to increase their value and appear attractive to investors. This study aims to determine the impact of financial ratios (liquidity, profitability, and solvency) on the value of pharmaceutical companies listed on the IDX. Multiple linear regression analysis methods were used in this study. The results indicated that liquidity positively and significantly affects firm value. In contrast, profitability and solvency have a negative and insignificant impact on firm value. Simultaneously, liquidity, profitability, and solvency collectively significantly influence firm value. Public interest statements This study is valuable for understanding how financial ratios affect the value of pharmaceutical companies listed on the IDX. By analyzing liquidity, profitability, and solvency ratios, this study helps investors and managers make better-informed decisions. Investors can evaluate financial health and growth potential, while managers can pinpoint areas that require improvement. This research is anticipated to enhance the transparency and efficiency of the Indonesian capital market, particularly in the pharmaceutical sector

    The purpose of this research is to examine the role of Web Design, Information Quality, Delivery Service on Electronic Satisfaction and the influence of Electronic Satisfaction on Sociolla customers Repurchase Intentions. The population in this research are users of the Sociolla application or website throughout Indonesia. This research used a sampling technique in the form of purposive sampling with 159 respondens who had made at least two purchases via the Sociolla application or website as a samples. The data was analyzed using the SEM-PLS technique and processed using the SmartPLS 4 program. The reults obtained in this research show that Web Design, Information Quality, and Delivery Service as a whole have a significant positive effect on Electronic Satisfaction. In addition, Electronic Satisfaction has a significant positive effect on Repurchase Intention of customers using the Sociolla application or website

    This educational program to develop community motivation is based on collaboration between students studying real work in Siunggam Tonga Village, Padang Bolak Tenggara District, Mandailing Natal Regency. In this program, the most hoped for goal is to provide motivation and a high level of awareness of cleanliness on the part of the community in Siunggam Tonga. KKN Stain Madina Group 29 still needs hard work and direction from village officials or government to build a spirit of mutual cooperation in the community, because the community still has low awareness of cleanliness and how to build a village that is good and independent, comfortable and peaceful. The village government and KKN STAIN Madina have tried to carry out or establish several activities such as mutual cooperation, cleaning cemeteries, cleaning prayer rooms, renovating mosques and village offices and providing a little explanation about the importance of cleanliness and togetherness between one individual and another. With the participation of the STAIN MADINA KKN in this program and actively participating in every activity that has been held during the KKN in Siunggam Tonga village, many changes have emerged, especially in the sense of kinship and togetherness that is well established

    Purpose: This study aims to determine the effect of brand awareness, product quality, brand trust on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions on H lip cream series customers in Jakarta. Methods: This research uses a quantitative approach with data collection using questionnaires and interviews of part of the questionnaire. The population in this study are customers who have bought more than once H lip cream series products and live in Jakarta with a sample size of 100 respondents using purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics and path analysis with the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software. Result: The results prove that brand awareness, product quality, and brand trust have a direct effect on purchasing decisions. Brand awareness and brand trust have a direct effect on customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, purchasing decisions have no direct effect on customer satisfaction. Furthermore, purchasing decisions do not mediate brand awareness, product quality, and brand trust on customer satisfaction. Implication: The results of this study focus on the marketing strategy of the importance of strengthening brand awareness and brand trust in creating satisfied customers rather than just focusing on encouraging purchases

    Purpose: This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, sales growth, and solvency on tax avoidance. Methods: This study uses a quantitative approach based on secondary data on primary consumer goods sector manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the 2017-2019 period. The sample was selected purposively based on certain criteria. Data analysis was carried out through descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, panel data regression, and hypothesis testing, with the help of Eviews software version 10. Findings: The results of this study indicate that based on research conducted to analyze the effect of profitability, sales growth, and solvency on tax avoidance in primary consumer goods sector manufacturing companies located on the IDX for the 2017-2019 period, it can be concluded that profitability, sales growth, and solvency have a negative effect on tax avoidance. Practical Implications: The results of this study provide important insights into the relationship between profitability, sales growth, and solvency with tax avoidance in manufacturing companies in the primary consumer goods sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. In this context, companies with high profitability and sales growth tend to avoid taxes, while high solvency encourages tax avoidance. These findings indicate the need for stricter supervision from the tax authorities to prevent tax avoidance practices. Furthermore, companies are advised to develop more ethical and transparent tax policies to maintain their reputation and social responsibility

    Employees are a crucial asset for any business to achieve its goals. The effectiveness and efficiency of employee performance are essential for the success of a business. In other words, the company's progress depends on the employees' work results. This research aims to study the impact of knowledge management, work environment, employee engagement, transformational leadership, and organizational culture on employee performance through job satisfaction. The research uses quantitative methods and collects data from 450 respondents through a Google form. The results indicate that employee engagement and work environment do not significantly affect job satisfaction. However, knowledge management, organizational culture, and transformational leadership significantly impact job satisfaction. Organizational culture and transformational leadership do not significantly affect employee performance. Various cultures that have significantly entered Indonesia include Chinese and South Korean cultures, mainly because these companies have invested in Indonesia. This research aims to determine the leadership styles of Korean-Chinese expatriates and local managers in multinational companies PT. X, PT. Y, and PT. Z when facing issues related to individual culture, personality, behavior, and differing beliefs, as well as when understanding the problems faced by Korean-Chinese expatriate leaders and local managers within multinational companies PT. X, PT. Y, and PT. Z in Indonesia. Based on the data analysis presented, it can be concluded that the cross-cultural leadership style of expatriates in PT. X, PT. Y, and PT. Z is employee-centered (democratic). The leadership style applied by expatriates in PT. X and local managers from PT. Y is seen in decision-making, leader roles, and delegation of authority.     The effect of religiusity, income, transparency and digitalization on millenial compliance paying zakat in LAZ DKI Jakarta

    The research investigates how religiosity, income, transparency, and digitalization affect the compliance of millennials in paying zakat in LAZ DKI Jakarta. The data was gathered from 160 DKI Jakarta residents who practice Islam, selected through convenience sampling. Primary data was collected through online surveys distributed via Google Forms. The data analysis involved descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression. The results show that higher levels of religiosity and digital advancement have a positive impact on millennial zakat compliance. In contrast, income and transparency do not appear to influence compliance, suggesting that millennials prioritize zakat payment based on beliefs rather than financial status or the audit status of zakat institutions. The study recommends improving zakat literacy among DKI Jakarta residents to enhance their understanding and awareness of zakat responsibilities. Public interest statements The paper is highly relevant to the general public as it addresses the issue of zakat, which can provide social and economic benefits to the community. The research findings can serve as a valuable reference for the government and related institutions to optimize zakat as a tool for poverty alleviation and to enhance public understanding of its importance.     To implement Presidential Instruction No. 10 of 2016 concerning Actions to Prevent and Eradicate Corruption, the National Standardization Body adopted ISO 37001:2016 concerning the Anti-Bribery Management System (Sistem Manajemen Anti Penyuapan/SMAP) to become SNI ISO 37001:2016. Currently, SMAP has been implemented by government institutions and companies in Indonesia. One of the agencies implementing SMAP is the Inspectorate General of Ministry A. The urgency of implementing SMAP is that the Inspectorate General as the Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus has a risk when conducting an audit that has the potential for negotiations to cover up a problem, so that the audit process made to be vulnerable to bribery. The purpose of this research to evaluate the implementation of the SMAP that has been carried out by the Inspectorate General of Ministry A. This research is case study research with evaluation scenarios using the gap analysis method on 7 requirements clauses based on SNI ISO 37001: 2016 namely Organizational Context, Leadership, Planning, Operations, Support, Performance Evaluation, and Improvement. Gap analysis is used to find out the weaknesses between the current application Conditions and how important the Conditions must be achieved. The results of the study show that the implementation of the Support, Performance Evaluation, and Improvement clauses in terms of implementation still needs to be improved

    Abstract This study investigates the impact of capital structure, profitability, leverage, and dividend policy on company value, focusing on how corporate social responsibility (CSR) moderates these relationships. The research was conducted on financial services companies in the banking sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2019 to 2023. The sampling method used was purposive sampling, resulting in 16 companies meeting the criteria for analysis. Secondary data from each sample company's official website or www.idx.co.id was used. The data was analyzed using descriptive statistics, classic assumption tests, normality, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity tests, model selection tests, panel data regression analysis, hypothesis tests, and moderated regression analysis (MRA) tests. Eviews Software Version 12 was used for data processing. The findings suggest that capital structure, profitability, leverage, and dividend policy positively and significantly impact company value. Additionally, the moderated regression analysis (MRA) results indicate that CSR plays a moderating role in the relationship between these financial factors and company value. Public interest statements This research emphasizes the importance of capital structure, profitability, and dividend policy in determining company value. It provides valuable insight for investors and consumers into a company's financial management and decision-making, enabling informed investment choices and employment decisions
