QRIS as a catalyst for growth: Analyzing its role in Tanjung Balai's MSME sector from an Islamic viewpoint
This study examines the role of QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) in enhancing the performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Tanjung Balai. It evaluates the Islamic perspective on its use in economic transactions. The research employs a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with MSME actors, traders, and other relevant stakeholders. The findings indicate that QRIS has significantly improved the performance of MSMEs in Tanjung Balai by facilitating transactions, increasing efficiency, and expanding market reach. From an Islamic perspective, the use of QRIS is generally viewed positively, as it aligns with Sharia principles and represents an innovative development in the business sector. However, challenges exist, such as limited digital literacy among MSMEs and uneven infrastructure.

QRIS has significant potential to improve the quality of MSMEs in Tanjung Balai by providing convenience in transactions, increasing income, and ensuring security in business operations. From an Islamic viewpoint, using QRIS supports Sharia principles and promotes sound business ethics. Therefore, the government and related institutions need to continue supporting the socialization and development of technological infrastructure so that MSME players in the area widely experience the advantages of QRI
Assessing the impact of lifestyle and basic necessity price inflation on welfare through the lens of Islamic perspective
This research investigates the impact of lifestyle choices and the rising prices of necessities on community welfare. The study employs a probability sampling technique using primary data collected through questionnaires with a sample size of 100 participants. The analysis is conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) facilitated by SmartPLS version 4, which aids in addressing the formulated research questions and hypotheses while examining the relationships between the variables. The findings indicate that lifestyle does not significantly influence community welfare. In contrast, the increase in prices of necessities is found to have a substantial effect on the welfare of the community.

Partnership in corporate social responsibility program: Indonesia case study
This current study is a qualitative single case study focusing on the implementation program of the CSR partnership between PT Prudential Life Assurance (PLA) and Institut Kemandirian Dompet Dhuafa Republika (IKDDR) from 2012–2016. Based on purposive sampling, the main respondents in this research are representatives from three institutions: the government, corporations, and Third Sector Organizations (Organisasi et al./OST), as well as beneficiaries from the society. The study finds six conclusions: (1) the partnership of these two institutions is affected by a lack of resources, efficiency pressure, and other innovative program opportunities; (2) partner selection relies on the alignment of the vision, mission, and values of the organization, reputation, experience, and competency of a potential partner; and (3) the main considerations in program formulation are innovation and cost efficiency; (4) the most important aspects in program monitoring and evaluation are performance and punctuality; (5) program impact analysis is obtained from field observation and interview with related institution and (6) decision of the program continuation is on the authority of funder organization. 
Pengaruh manajemen sumber daya manusia ramah lingkungan terhadap perilaku green service dengan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan sebagai pemediasi
Many companies are implementing Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) and Green Service Behavior to support sustainable development and meet customer expectations. By investigating how GHRM initiatives influence employees' engagement in environmentally friendly service behaviors and the mediating role of CSR, this research contributes to understanding how organizations can promote sustainability and meet stakeholder expectations. However, there needs to be more research in this area. This study aims to investigate the impact of GHRM on green service behavior (GSB) and explore the role of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as a mediator of GHRM on GSB. The study involved 108 respondents from PT. BIMA and data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the SmartPLS 3.0 application. The results show that GHRM can positively influence GSB, and CSR mediates this relationship

This research aims to analyze the impact of Cash Flow Management (CFO), Firm Size, Leverage, and the Anomalous Year of COVID-19 on the financial performance (ROE) of health sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2017-2022. Panel regression method is employed to test hypotheses and analyze these variables. The results reveal that Leverage has a significant negative influence, while Size has a significant positive effect on financial performance. The Anomalous Year of COVID-19 also demonstrates a positive impact on ROE, indicating adaptation and growth within the health sector during the pandemic. Cash flow management (CFO), though not statistically significant, highlights the complexity of the relationship between operational cash flow and financial performance. These findings provide valuable insights for health sector companies in crafting adaptive and sustainable strategies amidst economic dynamics and specific situations such as a pandemic
The effect of promotional mix on repurchase intention of lubricant customer trough attitude
Customer loyalty is essential in any industry, especially the oil industry. Customer loyalty is influenced by their attitude towards the product or service, which the promotional mix can influence. The promotional mix includes sales promotion, word of mouth, social media, and electronic word of mouth. This research aims to determine how the promotional mix dimensions affect customers' repurchase intention by influencing their attitude. The research sample consisted of 210 respondents who were customers who used oil in the Jabodetabek area—the results of the research hypothesis test support all hypotheses. The strongest factor influencing repurchase intention is social media promotion. The SEM method results for all variables from the promotion mix showed acceptable results, which can be implemented in company management. In conclusion, sales promotion, word of mouth, social media, and electronic word of mouth can influence customer attitudes and create repurchase intention. The limitations of this study are the limited areas of development and the fact that the dimensions analyzed were only attitudes towards promotion mix and repurchase intentio
Halal Awareness: Insights into Gen Z's Perceptions in Indonesia
This study aims to assess the level of halal awareness among Gen Z in Indonesia and determine if there were any differences in awareness between men and women. The research involved 450 Muslim respondents aged 19 to 25 (Female 54.4 percent), who participated through self-administered questionnaires and convenience sampling. The results indicated a high level of awareness regarding halal food products, with an average mean score of 4.54. Additionally, the comparison between male and female respondents showed no significant differences in their awareness of halal food products. The high level of halal awareness among Gen Z suggests that businesses and marketers should tailor their strategies to this demographic. Companies can leverage this awareness to promote halal products more effectively, emphasizing quality and compliance with halal standards to attract this consumer group.

Considering the rising demand for halal food products, food manufacturers and suppliers should explore developing new halal-certified products that meet the preferences and dietary requirements of Generation Z. This may involve creating innovative food choices that align with current trends, such as plant-based or health-focused halal products

This research is very important to do because there is a very low decline in the number of Annual Tax Return reporting from the number of registered MSMEs in 2022-2023 caused by several factors such as religiosity, environmental culture and trust in tax authorities. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effects of religiosity, environmental culture and trust in tax authorities. The approach used in this research is quantitative. The data needed for this research is primary data, obtained from google forms and distributed to MSMEs in Karawang Regency. The population in the study was 17,760 MSMEs recorded at KPP Pratama Karawang in 2023. The sample was taken utilizing purposive sampling so that 100 taxpayers were obtained with predetermined criteria according to the needs of the researcher. The test tool in the study used SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this study show that first, religiosity has no effect on MSME taxpayer compliance. Second, environmental culture affects MSME taxpayer compliance. Third, trust in tax authorities affects MSME taxpayer compliance
Cara Sukses Menjadi Pengusaha Muda
ujuan pengabdian pada masyarakat oleh Dosen STEI adalah untuk menumbuhkan jiwa berwirausaha siswa SMK Diponegoro sehingga nanti lebih siap dalam menjalankan berbagai usaha. Memberi pemahaman bagaimana memulai wirausaha sehingga mampu menciptakan lapangan kerja sendiri. Mengurangi tingkat pengangguran karena menunggu pekerjaan atau pola berfikir negatif dalam dirinya terhadap dunia usaha. Waktu pelaksanaan Senin, 8 Januari 2024 di Gedung SMK Diponegoro Jakarta di Jl. Sunan Giri Jakarta. Masing masing Pembicara Dosen STEI memberikan materi untuk para siswa SMK Diponegoro Jakara. Metode PKM adalah dengan ceramah dan tanya jawab, dengan materi motivasi dan matari tentang strategi memulai bisnis dan mngelola bisnis secara baik dan berhasil. Kesimpulan dari hasil penyuluhan pada kegiatan pengabdian diketahui bahwa peserta mengerti dan berkeinginan kuat untuk meningkatkan kreativitas mereka dalam berwirausaha dan terus menciptakan ide-ide bisnisnya. Dengan berbekal pengetahuan dan motivasi dari Tim Dosen Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Indonesia Jakarta, siswa SMK Diponegoro dapat mulai menerapkan perencanaan dalam kegiatan usaha. Para siswa siap membuat perencanaan bisnis yang dikaitkan juga dengan pelajaran kewirausahaan di sekolah dengan bimbingan para guru untuk kelanjutannya
Menanamkan Kreativitas Melalui Pembuatan Lilin Aromaterapi Dari Minyak Jelantah Untuk Komunitas Anak “Sanggar Sadar Belajar” Ploso Kuning, Sleman
Processing used cooking oil into aromatherapy candles is a community service activity carried out at Sanggar Sadar Belajar. This activity is based on the large amount of used cooking oil production in the surrounding environment, so there is a need for nature-based learning for children to be able to preserve their environment. Thus, this service activity provides an opportunity for studio children to gain new experience and knowledge in processing used cooking oil into aromatherapy candles. This service activity was carried out at Sanggar Sadar Belajar on Thursday, April 18 2024 and Sunday, April 21 2024. This activity was carried out in three stages, namely the preparation stage, implementation stage and evaluation stage. Based on the results of the pretest and posttest, this service activity can be useful in instilling creativity in studio children in processing used cooking oil into aromatherapy candles
