MENINGKATKAN KEAKTIFAN DAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA PKN MENGGUNAKAN METODE PEMBERIAN TUGAS DENGAN MEDIA VIDEO PADA PEMBELAJARAN DARING DI MASA PANDEMI: (Penelitian Tindakan Kelas terhadap siswa SMPN 3 Cikancung Tahun Pelajaran 2020/2021)
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas, dan hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah keaktifan dan hasil belajar dapat meningkatkan dengan menggunakan metode Pemberian Tugas Dengan Media Video. Subjek yang melakukan tindakan adalah guru (peneliti) dengan guru mata pelajaran PKn sebagai (Pengamat) Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan menggunakan metode Pemberian Tugas Dengan Media Video ini ternyata lebih efektif dalam proses pembelajaran, yang ditunjukkan dengan meningkatnya keaktifan dan hasil belajar siswa: 1). Penerapan pembelajaran Pemberian Tugas Dengan Media Video dapat meningkatkan keaktifan siswa dalam pelajaran PKn yaitu pada Pra Siklus 57,84%, Siklus I 67,88%, pada Siklus II 75,68% dari jumlah siswa 36 siswa. 2). Hasil belajar siswa meningkat ditunjukkan dengan peningkatan rata-rata siswa pada Pra siklus (56,6) atau 38% siswa tuntas, Siklus I rata-rata (70,85) atau 73% dan pada Siklus II rata-rata meningkat menjadi (75,29) atau 94%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan yang menggunakan metode pembelajaran Pemberian Tugas Dengan Media Video lebih memungkinkan untuk meningkatkan keaktifan dan hasil belajar siswa bila dibandingkan dengan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan metode ceramah
Students' Perceptions of The Cake App as A Medium to Teach Vocabulary
In the 21st century, the use of technology in the teaching and learning process is undeniable. In the literature, researchs that focus on investigating the effects of technology on learning have been widely carried out. However, most research only provides a quantitative account. The views regarding the topics particularly from the students who are one of the key actors in the teaching and learning process have not been much investigated. This study aims to discover students' perceptions on the use of Cake Application as a medium to teach vocabulary. This study utilized a case study design and involved 5 students in one of the Elementary Schools in Garut. The participants who had been selected using purposive sampling were asked to join the interview and answer several guiding questions. The students' responses were analyzed qualitatively. The results showed that the students shared the same agreement regarding their views on the Cake Application as the medium in teaching vocabulary. The students agreed that Cake Application can increase their motivation in learning which eventually helps them in improving their vocabulary mastery. The results suggest that Cake Application is potential to be applied in teaching vocabulary
The Use of Digital Story-Telling in Teaching Narrative Texts at One of the Senior High Schools in Garut
The preliminary observation showed that senior high school students struggle when they are required to create narrative texts on their own. The study seeks to investigate the effect of digital storytelling on the senior high school student's ability in writing narrative text. This study which was conducted using a quasi-experimental design involved 18 first-grade students who were assigned to join two different groups (i.e. experimental and control groups). The experimental group received the treatment by using digital storytelling, while the control group used conventional instruction. The sample was asked to take part in both the pre-test and post-tests before and after the instruction. The data were analyzed by using statistical procedures using SPSS 20. The findings showed a difference between the experimental group and the control group in writing a narrative text, where the experimental group had an increase in writing ability. The effect may stem from the features of the digital storytelling which are in the form of videos, which makes learning to produce narrative texts easier for pupils. Further research investigating the same topic in schools with complete facilities and a larger number of participants is highly recommended
The Effectiveness of Songs for Vocabulary Mastery
Vocabulary is an important aspect that must be learned when someone wants to master English. Many students have difficulty in mastering vocabulary. So, in learning it, students need media that can support and make it easier for them to learn vocabulary. This article aims to find out whether songs can be used as a medium for someone to learn and master vocabulary and how itaffects them. From several studies, it has been proven that song is an effective medium for learning vocabulary. Songs can foster students' motivation to learn vocabulary. Songs help students to get a lot of new vocabulary, then students can identify the meaning of words in Englishthrough the lyrics in the song. Implementation of the Role Play Method to Improving Students’ Speaking Skill
Students must be able to communicate in English in order to grasp the significance of English as an international language. However, not all students can communicate in English. The approach utilized does not stimulate speaking skills, hence it is vital to establish an English method to help pupils improve their speaking ability. It is used by almost everyone from all over the world to communicate in both formal and informal contexts. English language proficiency is critical in international interactions to be able to engage in the larger world of work, whether it be entrepreneurship or employees in domestic and international companies. The capacity to hold a conversation in a foreign language is used to assess speaking abilities. This reality leads instructors, particularly teachers and parents, to think that students and their children must develop speaking skills. Based on the above reasons, researchers concentrated on teaching English rather than teaching about the English Language. The focus is on increasing students' communicative abilities as well as their language abilities. Teachers must design situations to teach languages in a dynamic, active, and interesting manner in order to increase students' communicative capacities. Students frequently encounter various issues while learning to speak. The problem is that their native language makes it difficult for them to communicate in other languages. A lack of enthusiasm to practice a second language in ordinary speech is another cause. Many approaches can be used, including role playing, which has been shown to be successful in teaching speaking in numerous studies. As a result, researchers are interested in examining the use of role playing in English Proficiency learning to increase speaking skills. Language Proses in the brain of Language Acquisition
Because of a process in the brain, every individual can understand the language. that it is simple for language users to believe that language comprehension and production are two separate things. Both Processes are one of the three main areas of study for language and cognition in psycholinguistics. The goal of psycholinguistics is to develop theories that can explain how our brains process language. If you follow a set of written instructions or speak to yourself internally through your inner voice, you are almost unable to act or think without utilizing language. Like no other talent, language permeates our minds and our daily lives. Before, linguists' theorized rules served as a way for psycholinguistics to explain how we comprehend and use language (Fodor, Bever, & Garrett, 1974)
PENGEMBANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI MONITORING KEUANGAN DESA (STUDI KASUS: DESA BATUSARI KECAMATAN DAWUAN KABUPATEN SUBANG)
UU Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 beserta peraturan pelaksanaanya telah mengamanatkan pemerintah desa untuk lebih mandiri dalam mengelola pemerintahan dan berbagai sumber daya alam yang dimiliki, termasuk di dalamnya pengelolaan keuangan dan kekayaan milik desa. Pengelolaan Keuangan Desa sangat menentukan terhadap berjalannya proses pembangunan menuju desa yang mandiri dan berkeadilan. Berdasarkan masukan dari beberapa aparat desa, aplikasi yang ada saat ini sudah cukup baik tetapi perlu ada penyempurnaan terutama yang terkait dengan proses monitoring terhadap realisasi anggaran. Dari permasalahan tersebut, penulis mencoba untuk membuat penelitian terkait pengembangan Aplikasi Monitoring Keuangan Desa dengan studi kasus di Desa Batusari Kecamatan Dauwan Kabupaten Subang. Untuk mendapatkan gambaran terkait dengan kebutuhan sistem yang akan dikembangkan penulis melakukan interview dengan pihak Desa dan hasilnya direpresentasikan dalam Functional Requirement dan diagram Use Case. Hasil dari Analisa kemudian dilakukan proses perancangan yang meliputi perancangan database, antarmuka, dan perancangan class. Prototype aplikasi disiapkan menggunakan Bahasa pemograman PHP dengan Framework Code Igniter dan DBMS MySQL
Profesionalisme Aparatur Sipil Negara
Abstrak
Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah profesionalisme asn yang belum optimal yang ditandai dari kewajiban sosial yang belum sepenuhnya tercapai karena pegawai asn belum bersikap obstruktif dalam profesinya. Hal tersebut disebabkan oleh keahlian pegawai asn yang masih kurang dalam bidangnya, lingkungan dan suasana kerja yang tidak kondusif. Profesionalisme asn yang rendah akan berpengaruh pada kinerja asn. Fenomena tersebut harus segera ditanggulangi agar tidak menganggu pada proses pencapaian tujuan organisasi dengan melalui pengawasan dari tiap-tiap atasan terhadap pegawai asn dan mendapatkan pelatihan-pelatihan guna mengasah keterampilan pegawai sehingga dapat memaksimalkan kinerjanya.
Penelitian ini membahas hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan Profesionalisme ASN di Kabupaten Subang dengan teori Konsep profesionalisme yang dikembangkan oleh Hall, James A dan Tommie Singleton (2007:45) pada buku Abdurrozzaq Hasibuan “Etika Profesi-Pofesionalisme Kerja”. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan pada kondisi objek yang alami, data yang dihasilkan bersifat deskriptif dan analisis data dilakukan secara induktif melalui pengamatan dan observasi, wawancara, studi kepustakaan dan dokumentasi. Sumber daya diperoleh dari informan melalui pengamatan dan wawancara secara langsung dan dokumen diperoleh dalam bentuk peraturan perundang-undang dan pengelolaan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Pofesionalisme ASN di Kabupaten Subang sudah bisa cukup dikatakan secara optimal.

Abstract
The problem studied in this study is ASN professionalism that is not yet optimal which is characterized by social obligations that have not been fully fulfilled because ASN employees have not been obstructive in their profession. This is caused by the expertise of ASN employees who are still lacking in their fields, the environment and work atmosphere are not conducive. Low ASN professionalism will affect ASN performance. This phenomenon must be addressed immediately so as not to interfere with the process of achieving organizational goals through supervision from each superior over ASN employees and receiving training to hone employee skills so that they can maximize their performance.
This study discusses matters related to ASN Professionalism in Subang Regency with the theory of the concept of professionalism developed by Hall, James A and Tommie Singleton (2007:45) in Abdurrozzaq Hasibuan's book "Professional Ethics-Work Professionalism". In this study using a qualitative approach, namely research conducted on natural object conditions, the resulting data is descriptive and data analysis is carried out inductively through observation and observation, interviews, literature studies and documentation. Resources were obtained from informants through direct observation and interviews and documents were obtained in the form of laws and data management. The results of the study show that ASN Professionalism in Subang Regency can be said to be optimal

Penerapan Prinsip Good Governance dalam Kebijakan Publik di Indonesia (Studi Kasus Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Subang)
Abstrak
Good Governance adalah suatu konsep yang mencakup berbagai komponen, termasuk etika, prosedur, dan kebijakan publik, yang mengatur interaksi antara pemerintah, warga negara, dan usaha swasta untuk mencapai tujuan bersama. Penerapan prinsip-prinsip Good Governance di Indonesia, terutama di daerah, telah menjadi topik yang hangat diperbincangkan. Studi kasus ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi prinsip Good Governance di Pemerintah Daerah (Pemda) Kabupaten Subang, Jawa Barat, melalui kebijakan publik. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan menggunakan wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pemerintah Daerah (Pemda) Kabupaten Subang telah mengikuti prinsip-prinsip Good Governance dengan melaksanakan kebijakan publik yang berlandaskan pada keadilan, akuntabilitas, transparansi, partisipasi, dan kesetaraan. Namun, masih ada beberapa hambatan yang menghalangi penerapan prinsip Good Governance secara optimal. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan bagi pemerintah daerah lain yang ingin mengimplementasikan prinsip Good Governance dalam kebijakan publik.

Abstract
Good Governance is a concept that includes various components, including ethics, procedures, and public policies, which regulate interactions between government, citizens, and private businesses to achieve common goals. The application of the principles of good governance in Indonesia, especially in the regions, has become a hot topic of discussion. This case study aims to analyze the implementation of the principles of good governance in the Regional Government (Pemda) of Subang Regency, West Java, through public policy. The method used is qualitative by using in-depth interviews, observation, and document analysis. The results of this study indicate that the Regional Government (Pemda) of Subang Regency has followed the principles of good governance by implementing public policies based on fairness, accountability, transparency, participation and equality. However, there are still several obstacles that hinder the optimal application of the principles of Good Governance. The results of this study can be used as material for consideration for other local governments who wish to implement the principles of good governance in public policy.

Evaluasi Ketangguhan Alumunium terhadap Beban Dinamis melalui Pengujian Impak Charpy Takikan V
This study evaluates the toughness of aluminum against dynamic loads through V notch Charpy impact testing. Tests were conducted on aluminum specimens with varying temperatures to observe their effect on impact energy, fracture type, and transition temperature. The methodology involved the use of an impact machine to present consistent and reliable data. The main findings include the influence of V notches on the impact characteristics of aluminum, identifying critical zones that may experience deformation or cracks. Results show that impact energy and the predominance of ductile fracture increase with higher temperatures. At low temperatures, brittle fracture is dominant. A transition temperature curve was successfully drawn, showing the change in material properties from ductile to brittle. It has been demonstrated that V notch Charpy impact testing is useful for evaluating aluminum toughness and can help improve the design and safety of aluminum components in dynamic load applications
