The expression of grief through singing: a case study of a geriatric male in music therapy sessions
Get PDF音楽療法の悲嘆援助において、作詞や即興の技法が悲嘆者の表現を促すために使われることが多い。しかし、歌唱活動のみを通して悲嘆者が心理的な解決に向かうことがある。音楽療法セッションで高齢者が喪失体験に直接関係のない内容の歌を歌いセラピストとの対話を通し悲嘆の症状が減少したケースを、グラウンデッドセオリーに基づき分析した。悲嘆の心理プロセスは、混沌と模索、スプリット、気づきと希望、受容の4段階に別れ、心理過程が音楽にも投影されていた。高齢者の選曲や今後の音楽療法における悲嘆援助について最後に考察した。This study describes the relationship between musical elements and grieving process. Song writing and improvisation are often used for grief care in music therapy; however, many grieving clients overcome their losses and bereavement by singing non-grief-themed songs. Grounded Theory was used to analyze the musical and verbal expressions of a geriatric client. His sessions had terminated before this study. Four psychological stages are categorized: Chaos and Exploration, Split, Awareness and hope, and Acceptance. Those stages are analogizing to a thanatological grieving process. The features of each stage reflect both the musical elements of the songs and his musical expressions. Although the songs he selected were not directly related to his grief or losses, the selected songs represented his grief. These findings resulted from a single case, which discussed the significance of understanding clients through music and possible roles of the music therapist during this stage of life.1KJ00004933454論文Articledepartmental bulletin pape
Tuning of thoroughbass harpsichord for Mozart's opera "Le nozze di Figaro"
Get PDF本論は、モーツァルトのオペラ《フィガロの結婚》の通奏低音チェンバロにもっとも適した調律法を探る試みである。モーツァルトの鍵盤楽曲全般がそうであるように、《フィガロ》の通奏低音チェンバロにもまた、平均律はふさわしくない。なぜなら、モーツァルトが作曲の際に使用する調と転調の可能性をみずから制限し、それとの引き換えに鍵盤楽器の美しい響きを求めていたことは明らかだからである。したがって、われわれは歴史的な不等分律のなかから、このオペラのレチタティーヴォ伴奏に最適な調律法を探り出さなくてはならない。しかし、ラモー、ヴェルクマイスターIII、ヤングII、ヴァロッティといった、よく知られる歴史的調律法を採用することには、いくつかの難点がある。鳴り響きの美しさや演奏効果、および演奏上のさまざまな条件を勘案すると、ピタゴラス・コンマをF-C-G-D-A-E-B-F♯の7つの5度に割り振る「1/7調律法」が、《フィガロ》にもっとも適した方法として推奨できる。This paper is an attempt to search for the suitable tuning of thoroughbass harpsichord for Mozart's opera "Le nozze di Figaro." As in his keyboard music on the whole, the equal temperament is also inappropriate to harpsichord for the opera, because it is obvious that Mozart restricted himself keys for his composition and possibility of modulation, and that he looked for beautiful sound of keyboard instruments. So we ought to find out the most suitable tuning for thoroughbass harpsichord among historical unequal temperaments. Well-known historical temperaments such as "Lameau", Werkmeister III, Young II and Vallotti, however, have some defects for "Figaro." No full text公民協働は、世界の公の世界における一つの潮流である。公民協働は、公における仕事のやり方の一つであり、外部への切り出しである。公共サービスについて公(行政)が自ら実施していたのに代わり,公と民が、それぞれの役割・責任分担の下に協働・連携して提供する形が公民協働である。公民協働における公と民との組み合わせの原理は、対等な立場と民の主体的な参加にある。公民協働の形態・手法は、それにより提供する公共サービスの属性により民間委託、指定管理者、PFI,公設民営、地域協働などさまざまである。公共サービスの特性に応じた適切な手法がとられなければならない。Public and private cooperation is a trend in the public sector around the world. Publicand private cooperation is a way of work of the public sector and its role assignment to theoutside. In public and private cooperation, the public sector (administration) does not directly provide public service; instead, the public and private sectors provide public service cooperatively and collaboratively with roles and responsibilities shared between the public and private sectors. The principles in a combination of the public and private sectors in public and private cooperation are an equal status for the public and private sectors and voluntary private participation. There are various modes and methods of public and privatecooperation according to the character of public service provided by the public and private cooperation, such as private consignment, a designated manager system, PFI, public ownership and private operation, and regional cooperation. Get PDF日本文人画誕生の秘密を解くためには、岡倉天心が『東洋の理想--特に日本美術について--』において指摘したような日本文化の本質的な性格を知らなければならない。その表層だけを眺めてはならない。これは日本文化について考察する際、つねに忘れてはならないことだが、日本文人画の場合には、とくに心に留めておく必要がある。それは中国絵画との関係がきわめて密接だからである。その基本的様式が中国絵画によって規定されているからである。そして日本文人画家の中国憧憬が誰よりも強かったからである。本論は『芥子園画伝』など中国画譜の学習と、荻生徂徠が重視した唐話学を改めて取り上げることによって、日本文人画誕生における中国憧憬の重要性を指摘したものである。In order to understand the secret of birth on Japanese literati paintings, we must get to know the essential character of Japanese culture Okakura Tenshin pointed out in "The Ideals of the East with Special Reference to the Art of Japan". We must not look at the surface. It is extremely significant point whenever we think about Japanese culture. In the case of Japanese literati paintings, it is much more important point. It is because Japanese literati paintings are much connected with Chinese paintings and the fundamental style is influenced by Chinese paintings. And it is because Japanese literati painters excessively longed for Chinese culture. Get PDF近時、デジタル技術の発展が目覚しいが、それは同時に著作権侵害を拡大した。これに対して各国は、そうした被害に歯止めをかけるため、著作権保護立法を強化している。ところが、こうした著作権保護立法の増加は、表現の自由に影響を与える。パブリックドメインが狭小化し、翻案物の作成等に制限がかかるからである。このような状況において、最近になってようやく憲法学は関心を払い始めているが、それはなおアメリカを中心としたものにとどまっている。そこで本稿では、アメリカの議論を参考にしながら、カナダに焦点を当てて、表現の自由と著作権の関係について検討することにする。具体的には、カナダにおけるこの問題に対する調整方法を考察しながら、表現の自由に対する配慮が十分かどうかを検討し、アメリカの議論も参考にして調整のあり方を模索する。まず、カナダにおける表現の自由と著作権の関係に対する立法府の対応を考察する。つぎに、それを基にして、司法府がいかなるの対応をしているのかを明らかにする。そして、司法府の調整原理に問題があることを指摘しながら、最後に、表現空間等の議論を用いながら、あるべき調整の姿について検討を行う。This article is concerned with the relationship between freedom of expression and copyright in Canada. Freedom of expression and copyright has often been viewed as harmonious and complementary concepts. But, today, many countries tend to protect copyright increasingly without full considering freedom of expression. In this article, first, I explore the accommodative rule based on federal statute. Canadian Congress establishes fair dealing system like U.S. copyright law. Second, I discuss how to reconcile freedom of expression and copyright law by court. Judicial approach to decide whether the speech is protected relies on fair dealing and idea/expression dichotomy. Rhetorical techniques of the allegorical image in TV quiz shows
Get PDFテレビジョン放送におけるクイズ番組を、その出題傾向から分類すれば、知識を問う知識指向タイプと、謎掛けに近いパズル指向タイプに分けることができる。後者の番組内でなされる出題の映像表現には、言語とイメージのレヴェルを跨いだ多様なテクスト表層での記号表現が行われているものが見られる。その修辞技法の記述の試みとして、映像表現技法の修辞について事例に則した考察を行った。これらのクイズは、修辞学的に捉えれば、解答が規範表現で、対応する問いが、或る隔たりを設定した逸脱表現であると見ることができる。主に、解答となることばを音韻レヴェルで別の意味を成すことばに分節した後、転義的なイメージを付加的に配列したものである。イメージ記号の性質は、記号表現と記号内容が分節しがたい個別性を持っているが、ここでは言語に対応する抽象的な記号として用いられている。その修辞的技法は、映画芸術において詩的な叙述が成されていると指摘される場合の事例と非常に似た表現傾向を示す。In analyzing a trend of quiz programs of television today, it is possible to categorize it into two types: a knowledge-oriented, a type of show asking one's knowledge, and a puzzle-oriented programs, a type similar to playing riddles. In the puzzle-like program, in Japan there seems to be puzzles that replace the word notation by using characters and images. This paper examines the puzzles how they are created and asked in the various quiz show programs based on case studies. In this context, we find the word to be expected as answer of a certain Japanese word is, first of all, articulated per phoneme-orthographic separation. The separation, as a result, will be combined with some phonemes having an obvious meaning from each phonemes-orthographic unit. And finally, each combination is transformed into images and characters and put in order. The rhetoric technique used by these phonemic transformations indicates the tendency similar to a poetic rhetoric as often seen in the semiology of cinema.1KJ00004920360論文Articledepartmental bulletin pape
