Get PDF2025年には団塊の世代が後期高齢者となり、介護職が37.7万人不足すると予想されている。なぜ介護職のなり手がいないのか。いたとしてもなぜ働き続けられないのか。そこで介護職の職業的特性について検討し、マンパワーの確保を進めていくための論点を明らかにする。ここで明らかになったことは介護が職業として成立した当時の影響を受けていること、職業としての専門性が確立していないこと、介護職の養成制度間の関連付けがされていないこと、キャリアアップシステムがないこと、所属する法人による労働環境の未整備である。今後、更に増していく人材不足に対応するためには特効薬はなく、職業的課題を地道に解決することしかないのが現状である。Baby boomers become old-old in 2025, long-term care workers are expected to lack377,000 people. Huangdi : The Heroic Emperor
Get PDF黄帝の伝説は春秋時代以降に生み出されたものである。 そしてその内容はきわめて多岐に亘っている。 数々の古典のなかでさまざまな伝説が黄帝像を断片的に描き出している。 本稿はその断片をつなぎ合わせ、 黄帝の全体像をつかもうとするものである。 この作業にあたって、 司馬遷の 『史記』 を基軸とする。 そして他の古典をそこに加えてゆく。 すると見えてくるものは 「雄々しき帝」 としての黄帝の映像である。 やがて伝説は時代の推移とともに広がってゆき、〈天〉という概念に到達する。〈天〉とは天空であり、 また天道でもある。 黄帝は天空を翔け、 天の摂理にかなった治世を行なった。 それは 「雄々しき帝」 の到達点でもあった。The legends of Huangdi (黄帝, the Yellow Emperor) emerged after the era of Chunqiu(春秋). These legends are extremely diverse in their content, with many classical sources presenting fragmented images of the varied legends of Huangdi. This paper connects these fragments, attempting to construct a total and complete image of Huangdi. The Shiji (史記) by Sima Qian (司馬遷) is the core source for this investigation, with other classical source materials being used to supplement the Shiji. This process reveals an image of Huangdi as a heroic emperor. With the passage of time these legends grew until reaching the concept of (天). Ten can mean both the sky (the heavens) as well as divine providence. Huangdi soared in the sky and also governed the people according to this divine providence, the ultimate principle of Ten. Performance Evaluation of a Prioritized Limited Round-Robin System
Get PDFSuppose that there are two classes and that an arriving (class-1 or class-2) request encounters n1 class-1 and n2 class-2 requests in a single-server system. We then propose a new prioritized limited round-robin (RR) rule, under which m quanta are individually and simultaneously allocated to class-1 requests in each RR cycle, whereas one quantum is allocated to class-2 requests. Furthermore, the sum of the quanta being included in each RR cycle is kept below a fixed value. An arriving request that cannot be allocated a quantum because of such a restriction is either entered in the service waiting queue (the waiting system) or rejected (the loss system). Practical performance measures, such as the relationship between the mean sojourn time, mean queue waiting time, loss probability, and quantum size are evaluated via simulation. In the evaluation, the sojourn time of an arriving request is evaluated using the requested service time, number of quanta included in each RR cycle, and quantum size. Then, the change in the number of quanta needed before service is complete is reevaluated at the arrival or departure of other class-1 and class-2 requests. Tracking these events and calculations enables us to analyze the performance of the prioritized limited RR rule. In particular, we obtain the most suitable quantum size that minimizes the mean sojourn time for the case where the switching time for each quantum is considered. In recent years, projection to the huge structure such as a building is in the spotlight. Despite the fact that, small-scale projection on to residential and office environment, to be needed. And constructing new space to give fun life is important. Get PDF論文Article特別養護老人ホームは在宅、病院に次ぐ第3 の人生最後を迎える場所となりつつある。その背景には世帯人員の縮小もあり看取りを家族だけで行うことが難しくなってきたこと、住み慣れた場所で最期を迎えたい希望があるからだ。しかし、そこに配置される職員たちは看取りを経験したことのある者は多くはなく、また資格取得段階で十分に看取りや死について学ぶことはしていない。そこで異なる地域の、異なる特徴を有した特別養護老人ホームにおいてなされている看取りの実践について調査した。そこでは異なる職種が連携しながら、どのような要素が円滑な看取りを実現するのかを明らかにした。すなわち、様々な方法での情報共有を図り状況の変化に対応する体制を構築していること、意思疎通を図りやすいように共通言語を用いていること、利用者・家族の状況に応じてそれぞれの職種が専門性に即してリーダーシップを発揮することである。これらのことを基本として押さえることでより利用者・家族のニーズに即した終末期ケアが実現できると考える。In the nursing home for the elderly, it is becoming a place to end the third life after home and hospital. A Study of Languages in Danger : Moseley's Perspective on the UNESCO Atlas
Get PDF本稿は、ユネスコが発行している世界危機言語アトラス第3 版の編集長C. モーズリーの論考を通して、危機言語研究の様相を考察していくことが目的である。これまでも、歴史上、いくつもの言語が消滅してきた。世界には、話者がいる言語は6000を超えるとされる。しかしながら、そのうちの半数は、世代間継承が途絶え、今世紀中に話者がいなくなり、消滅していくと考えられている。そうした状況に対してユネスコが対応していったのが危機言語アトラスの作成である。ユネスコアトラスの第3版は、従来のプリント版に加え、ユネスコのウェブサイトを通してアトラスのデータに直接アクセスすることができるようになるとともに、利用者は、ユネスコにコメントを送ることができるようになった。危機言語研究は、書かれたデータだけを扱うのではなく、むしろ、文字化されていない情報の中にその言語を考える重要な要素が含まれていることがある。また、実際の話者による視点は、研究者の守備範囲を大きく超える可能性があり、オンライン版の登場を通して、そうした新たな地平が開かれていくことが期待される。According to the news letter of the Foundation for Endangered Languages, there areagreement among linguists who have considered the situations that over half of theworld's languages are monibund, i.e. effectively being passed on the next generation(1).The United Nations Educational Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) decidedto respond to this situation and recognized it as a task of great urgency. ChristopherMoseley is a general editor of the third edition of UNESCO Atlas of the World's Languages in Danger. In the third edition of the Atlas, we can access online for the first time through the UNESCO website, and submit comments and suggestions for amendmentsand corrections to the more comprehensive data. On the differences between the print andonline editions, Moseley addresses the many editorial decisions and challenges. A Study on the Role of the Accounting Advisor System

The Stadium Effect for Attendance : Case of Minor League Baseball
Get PDFプロスポーツイベントに於ける、集客要因については幾つもの議論が存在している。本研究ではアメリカマイナーリーグに於けるスタジアム築年齢と、新築スタジアムによる集客効果を議論した。2005年から2015年シーズンの年間観客数データ6641を使用した。既存研究によって提唱されている集客要因、人口、所得、チーム成績との関係性は希薄であり、スタジアム築年齢との相関が認められた。研究対象期間に新築された49スタジアムにおける観客数動向を分析した結果、1年目から20年目まで平均106%の増加が認められ、22年目から改築前観客数を下回ることが明らかになった。The determinants of attendance at professional sporting events come from some factors.Contrary to expectations, there is no systematic interaction between population, income,team performance and attendance. This study focused the stadium effect. Usingdata the 6,641 minor league baseball attendance of year average 2005-2015 season, fromclass AAA to class rookie league. 49 Stadium was opened to the study period. Stadiumeffect of Minor league was found to be longer than Major league. There was a new stadiumeffect from 1 year to 20 years, increases every year 106% of the attendance.
