Get PDF気象庁が命名した顕著な水害に限って、自衛隊の災害救助出動の問題点と改善策を検討した。その結果、気象庁が命名した顕著な水害に限って、ボートの方がヘリコプターより効果が大きい事が解った。特に、ボートの機動性上の弱点は、エアボートを使用することで改善できることが解った。Only to significant flood that the Japan Meteorological Agency has been named, it wasinvestigated problems and improvement measures of the disaster rescue dispatch of JapanSelf-Defense Forces.As a result, it was found that the boat has a larger effect than the helicopter onlyagainst the significant flood named by the Japan Meteorological Agency.Especially, it was found that weakness on the mobility of the boat can be improved byusing the Airboat.In addition, to improve the survival rate of rescued persons, it is desirable to beequipped with emergency medical equipment comparable to the ambulance that has beendeployed in the Self-Defense Forces.It should be noted that the budget to improve the boat is covered by our geothermaltax.6KJ00010276939論文Articledepartmental bulletin pape
An Introduction to the Portfolio of Equity Investment by Using Information Literacy
Get PDFTOPIX Core30の2013年のデータを用いてNISAの初心者が株式投資するためのポートフォリオについて調査した。その結果、NISAの初心者でも、「局所的な極小値で買い、極大値で売る」手法のみで大きな利益が出せる事が解った。しかし、この結果が東京証券取引所に上場している全ての企業について同様に当てはまるかどうかは、別途、調査が必要である。この結果は、筆者が既に発表している2 本の論文(川本勝2014、2015)の結果とも矛盾しない。It was investigated about a portfolio of equity investments for beginners of NISA byusing the data of 2013 of the TOPIX Core30.As a result, it was found that even a beginner of NISA can obtain big profits by only a"to buy in the local minimum value, to sell at the maximum value" method.However, another inspection is necessary separately whether this finding comes underequally about all companies listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.This result is consistent with the results of the two papers that the author already published (Kawamoto 2014, 2015).3KJ00010194079論文Articledepartmental bulletin pape
Huangdi : The Suffering Emperor
Get PDF黄帝の断片的な伝説をつなぎ合わせると 「雄々しき帝」としての黄帝の映像が見えてくる。 しかし、やがて伝説が時代の推移とともに広がってゆき、〈天〉という概念に到達すると、所謂、黄老思想に発展してゆく。 この黄老思想のなかで創り出された数々の説話は、「悩める帝」 としての黄帝の姿を描き出す。伝説から説話へ、「雄々しき帝」から「悩める帝」 へ、ポジティブな黄帝からネガティブな黄帝へと、黄帝像は大きな流れをなして変容してゆく。 本稿は前漢初期までのその変容の様相を整理し、 背景を考察しようとするものである。Combining the various fragments of the legends of Huangdi (黄帝, the Yellow Emperor) reveals an image of a heroic emperor. However, with the passage of time these legends grew until reaching the concept of (天), developing under the influence of Huang-Lao Ideology (黄老思想). Many episodes presented by this ideology depict an image of an ailing, suffering Emperor Huangdi. From legends to episodes, from the heroic emperor to the suffering emperor, from the positive Huangdi to the negative Huangdi, his image changed significantly over time. Harmony as Musical Process : An Analysis of "Concerto for Violin and Orchestra" by Gyorgy Ligeti
Get PDFジェルジ・リゲティ (1923-2006) は、 20世紀後半を代表するハンガリーの作曲家である。 彼の音楽は 「音響の変化のプロセス」 を音楽の時間構造と結びつけたという点で非常に独創的であり、 1960年代には「ミクロポリフォニー」という語法を確立した。 その後一貫して音響空間や時間構造への試みを行うが、 1980年代以降になると和声的な書法や旋法を用いた書法など過去の時代の音楽にみられた書法に回帰する。 また、 同時にミニマリズムの影響からポリリズムやポリテンポなどの多層的かつ複雑なリズム書法を用いるようになる。 本論文では、 リゲティの作風の変遷を考察することによってリゲティの音楽的関心やそれに伴う作曲語法の変遷を明らかにし、晩年に書かれた作品である 「ヴァイオリン協奏曲」の分析を通して和声的な書法や過去の書法が彼の音楽においてどのような効果を持っているのかを考察する。 また、このような考察は、過去の音楽書法と現代作品の書法の関連性について検証することにもなるといえる。Gy=rgyLigeti (1923-2006) was a Hungarian composer who was a one of the most influential composers in the latter part of the 20th century. His music was extremely creative because he connected"processof variation in sound phases"with temporal process in music. He established his musical style called"micro-polyphony"in 1960s.In 1980s and beyond, he composed using past musical style,such as harmonic style by"poly-tonal"and church modes. And he came to compose using complicatedand multi-layeredstructure of rhythm,suchas"poly-rhythm"and"poly-tempo" . Research on 3D-data Matching Techniques for Regulating Fabrication of Illegal Objects Using 3D-printer
Get PDF3Dプリンタに関しては、拳銃などの危険物が製造されたり、猥褻物の3DデータがWebサイトにアップロードされるという刑事事件が既に発生している。今後、3Dプリンタや3Dスキャナの性能向上とともに低価格化が進むと、異業種や個人のモノ作りへのハードルが低くなり、新規な問題が引き起こされる懸念がある。現在、国内で市販されているスキャナ、プリンタ複合機、Adobe Photoshop8など民生・業務用を問わず殆どの2D画像処理機器やツールには、中央銀行偽造防止グループ(CBCDG)が開発した紙幣の偽造防止ソフトウェアが実装されている。これと同様に、紙幣に匹敵する違法造形物の形状認証と出力規制が行えるセキュリティ機能を3Dプリンタ出力系に実装することが、今後重要になる。本稿では、 違法造形物の3Dプリンタ出力を規制するための基盤となる、3Dプリンタ出力用データに対して出力可否判定を行うため、3Dポリゴンモデルをブラックリストに登録されている3Dモデルや2D画像と照合する各種技術に関する研究事例を紹介する。There were already two kinds of criminal cases related to 3D-printer applications: producing weapons (handguns) and uploading 3D-data for creating obscene figures (sexual organs). From now on, as performance and price-down of 3D-printers and 3D-scanners will be progressing, barriers to entry in maker-business for both consumers and workers in miscellaneous industries will become lower. This will cause another inexperienced problems related to 3D-printer applications. The similar security system for 2D-imaging equipment such as photo-copy machines has been developed by the Central Bank Counterfeit Deterrence Group (CBCDG). This deterrence tool has been implemented into miscellaneous 2D-imaging processors even in photo-editing software such as "Adobe Photoshop 8 ". Therefore, we think the similar system will be required, where it can inspect 3D-data processing in front-end of a 3D-printer and control rejecting to fabricate illegal objects whose social impact is equal to bank notes. A study of Japanese Proficiency based on the Results of the Placement Test for Foreign Students at the Time of Enrollment

Then,it compares the chage in achievement between the enrollment test and the test after one year ofstudy. Get PDF本稿は、二十世紀第4 四半期に比較政治学のなかで「成長産業」と目されるに至った比較民主化論に焦点を据え、この研究分野で際立たされた一般化論者と個性化論者との論戦を吟味する。意図するところは、この論戦を通じて浮き彫りにされた一般化の信奉者と独自性の信奉者との相対立する主張を整序して、比較民主化論の態様を明らかにすると共に、「法則定立- 個性記述」論争の解明に多少とも資する素材を提供することにある。そこで先ず、比較民主化論がいかに展開してきたかを粗描して、移行論者(一般化の信奉者)と地域研究者(独自性の信奉者)との論戦の学説史的背景を概観する。その上で、この論戦がいかに交わされてきたのかを要約的に指摘して、移行論とその批判の輪郭を確認したい。When high waves of democratization surged toward Eastern Europe and the Soviet Empire,the question was raised regarding whether the transition paradigm, derived largelyfrom the cases of South Europe and South America, could manage to retain its theoreticaland methodological capability. The subsequent disputes on this subject between generalcomparativists and area specialists have left their mark on comparartive democratizationstudies.
