Get PDF論文Article本研究の目的は、教師の在るべき姿、すなわち教師の人格や望ましい道徳性の在り方についての基本を考察することにある。このことが教師にとって、各種の教育方法や指導技術の巧拙を超えて、根本的に大事な資質だと思うからである。教育者たる者は、それにふさわしい人格や道徳性を自ら養う鋭意と、学習者の言動を皮相でとらえず彼らの心の奥を探って、その無意識下に去来する「あるもの」にはたらきかけていく努力とを忘れるべきではない。またそのために、人間の精神が常に安定と破壊に象徴されるところの、正負や明暗という二つの対立した観念の間を波動する拮抗調和として維持されることを知らなければならない。The purpose of this research is to examine the appearance of the teacher, that is, the personality of the teacher and the way of desirable morality. I think that this is fundamentally an important qualification for teachers.
Teachers should not forget that they are keen to cultivate their own personality and morality themselves and the effort to explore the inner part of the students’ problem behaviors and to work on “something” that they will unconsciously leave. Sound signal processing for students for not majoring science
Get PDF論文Article高等学校で理科系教育を受けてこなかった学生が音響クリエータなど、音響・音楽関連のキャリヤを志向するとき、音響信号処理の知識が必要となることに対応して、物理数学の高度の素養を要しない音響信号処理の授業の進め方を研究してきた。アナログ系とディジタル系での信号の扱いの違い、ディジタルフィルタの特徴、サンプリングの意味を直観的にイメージできることを念頭に、デルタ関数、遅延信号の重ね合わせを説明する。これをもとに、Z 変換を理解し、伝達関数の特性をスプレッドシートの利用を含む演習により体得する過程を易しい解釈により示す。This paper presents a study on how to give lectures of Sound Signal Processing to students who have not sufficient background in physics or mathematics. The lecture is prepared paying little attention to mathematical preciseness. On the contrary, for students to be artistic creators who use the signal processing tools, presented are basis of the sampling with delta-function, Fourier-Transformation, Z-Transformation, and convolution process of filtering. Firstly, a plain review of the sampling with delta-function and its time shift is presented. The Way toward the Poetry of Senryu : A Study on the Comparative Literature about the Zen and Humour of R. H. Blyth
Get PDF論文Articleこの論文は、比較文学の視点から「禅」と「ユーモア」に焦点をあてR.H. ブライスの英語による川柳の翻訳を考察したものである。戦前までの川柳の英語による翻訳の系譜を辿り、戦後のブライスの川柳の翻訳が、それ以前の日本人による翻訳とどの
ように違うのかを原句と比較しながら、考察した。
形式の面では、ブライスの川柳の翻訳は、俳句の翻訳と同様に三行形式で訳されている点に特色がある。
ブライスの俳句や川柳の翻訳には、「禅は詩」であり、「禅はユーモア」であるという視点が強くあらわれている。
ブライスは、俳句の翻訳を通して「禅は詩」であるという視点を表明し、川柳の翻訳を通して「禅はユーモア」であることを明らかにしている。ブライスにとって〈禅と詩とユーモア〉は三位一体のものなのである。
韻律の面では、ブライスの翻訳は川柳も俳句も17音よりも短い音数で創作されている。翻訳に用いられる言葉は、口語的な表現が使われ、詩的な技法には、擬人法やメタファー（暗喩）などが用いられている。
ブライスは、日本人以上に川柳という文芸を俳句と対等に論じ、両者の相違点を理解した禅の実践者であり、比較文学の視点を身につけた、日本と西洋の融合文化を実践した国際人であったと結論づけることができる。Mark’s House near the Tor Road in Kobe.
With the arrival of the American occupation forces, Blyth was freed and was able to play a significant part in the peace process, to the benefit of Japan. After the war, he and Harold G. Henderson(1889-1974) were prominent go-betweens in the cause of peace between Japan and the Allies.
Henderson, also, a haiku scholar, was on the staff of General Mac Arthur’s GHQ. Blyth went to see him, and learnt that Mac Arthur wanted to close down Gakushuin University.
Blyth persuaded him to let it continue, opening it to the general public. Blyth began teaching at Gakushuin University after the war. At the same time, Blyth became private tutor to the Crown Prince Akihito, and was to say that the Prince was the pupil he taught longest.
Blyth’s first book, Zen in English Literature and Oriental Classics was published in 1942 in the midst of the war. In the prison Blyth went on to write parts of the volumes on Haiku and Senryu.
The first editions of Blyth’s four volumes of Haiku tranlations and commentaries, published between 1949 and 1952 by Hokuseido. He wrote assiduously: Senryu (1949), Japanese Humour (1954), Oriental Humour (1959), Japanese Life and Character in Senryu (1961) and so on.
Blyth demonstrated that Zen is poetry through English translations of Haiku and Zen is humour through English translations of Senryu.
A feature of Zen and Humour are admitted on the translations of Blyth’s Haiku and Senryu through in these works.
The question whether Senryu is poetry or not has been debated by Japanese critics ever since the inception of Senryu.
If it were accepted that Haiku is poetry, it would not be difficult to prove that Senryu is poetry.
I conclude that Blyth was a cosmopolitan who practiced the Zen Buddhism and harmony & combination of cultures from a comparative point of view.departmental bulletin pape
Perspective of special needs education on the next course of study in Japan
Get PDF論文Article本稿では特別支援学校新学習指導要領（2020 年から実施）を概観し、今後の特別支援教育の展望について論じた。
2007 年の改正学校教育法施行により「特殊教育」から「特別支援教育」への転換が図られ、すべての学校において実施されるものとなった。また、あらゆる障害者の尊厳と権利を保障する「障害者の権利に関する条約」が2014 年に批准され、公教育では障害の有無に関わらず、すべての人が相互に尊重し合い認め合える全員参加型社会である共生社会を目指すために必要な教育制度として「インクルーシブ教育システム」が示された。この教育制度を構築していくために、特別支援教育を着実に進め教育現場で具体化していくものが新学習指導要領である。
本稿では学習指導要領改訂の経緯と新学習指導要領の理念を確認した上で、特別支援学校小学部・中学部新学習指導要領について考察した。
今後、加速的に進展する共生社会の中で特別支援教育がすべての教育の質の向上を図る上で教育界全体においてきわめて重要な役割を担うであろうと考える。そのためには、特別支援教育は障害の有無に関わらずすべての子供にとって重要な役割を果たしていく教育であることをすべての教育者が自覚し実践研究に努めていくことが不可欠である。In this paper, we outlined the next course of study for special needs schools (to be enforced from 2020) and discussed future prospects for special needs education.
By the revised School Education Act in 2007, conversion from "special education" to "special needs education" was aimed and special needs education was carried out at all schools in Japan. Furthermore,the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities was ratified in 2014 and the inclusive education system was proposed as an educational system necessary to realize Symbiosis society,where all people mutually recognize and respect each other.
The next course of study will guide steadily advances special needs education and build the inclusive education system.
We think that it is essential for all educators to be aware that all special needs education is an education that plays an important role for all children regardless of disability.departmental bulletin pape

Get PDF近年、社会の急速な変化が、子どもたちの生活や意識に大きな変化をもたらし、健やかな育ちに様々影響を及ぼしている。このような状況の中で、子どもたちが自ら課題を見つけ、自ら学び、自ら考え、調和のとれた人間形成や豊かな社会性を育むための取組として、自然体験や生活体験が注目されるようになった。こうした体験重視の活動は、現在多くの学校教育の様々な場面に取り入れられるようになってきている。筆者は、小学校以降の上記のような体験活動の原点は、幼児期の遊びであると考える。子どもたちにとって何よりも欠かすことが出来ないのが「遊び」であろう。遊びが子ども時代から奪われれば、遊びから学ぶであろう、社会性や創造性、協調性に欠けた大人になることを危惧している。遊びは子どもの成長において重要なことである。この遊びを保障するのが、仲間であり、時間であり、空間としての遊び場である。近年の少子化や都市化の影響から、子どもにとって本来、子どもの生活空間であった地域社会は、急速に変化してきているのである。筆者は「空間」という言葉を、「居場所」に近い意味合いで表現している。これは、子どもの居場所をより広く捉え、児童館や遊び場のようなハード面と、心のよりどころとなるような友人や地域の大人の存在などソフト面との両面の整備をめざしたいとの思いからである。本研究では、生活環境を視点としながら、その原点ともなる子どもの生活空間の実態とその在りようを考察し、子どもの「遊び」との関連性を明確にする。In recent years, rapid changes in society, led to major changes in the children's life andconsciousness, and has had a different effect on the healthy grow. Get PDF日本では年間150以上のロックフェスティバルが開催され、 数日の開催期間で多くの観客を集め、 地域活性化にも、 ビジネス面でも成功する傾向にある。 本研究では、 2つのタイプのロックフェスティバルの違いを、 経済波及効果の視点で分析した。 郊外型の事例として 「MONSTER baSH2015」、 都市型の事例として 「VIVA LA ROCK2015」 の経済波及効果を算出。 その結果から、 地域に与える影響を考察し、 郊外型がより高額であることを明らかにし、 観客の来場意図へも言及した。Rock festivals gather large numbers of people in concentrated areas for brief periods of time. Effects of these events extend far beyond their spatial and temporal boundaries. Rock festival will present more than 150 in Japan, and has been successful in the business side.This paper analyze difference between the two types Rock festival through economic impact. The Effects of English Extensive Reading in Class and Observations from the Participants' Records in Reading : A Case of Japanese University Students.
Get PDF第二言語習得における英語多読の効果については広く認識が進んできている。本研究では、英語を専攻としない日本人大学生のクラスで、前後期24回(実質約10ヶ月間)に渡り、週に1度、各自の好みによる選書で、毎回30分ずつの授業内英語多読を実施した。英語多読を進めるにあたっては、知らない単語があっても読みの流れを止めず、辞書を引かずに文脈から意味を推測して読むことが推奨された。事前テスト・事後テストの両方を受験し、最後に読書記録を提出した22名のデータを分析した結果、もともとの英語力が高い人の方が低い人よりも、期間中により多くの語数を読んだ傾向があるが、単純に多くの語数を読めば英語力が高まる、とは言えなかった。更に、短い本を多く読んだ参加者の方が長い本を選択する傾向の参加者よりも英語得点が上がった、という結果が得られた。英語力の伸びた参加者は平易なレベルの本をじっくりと数多く読み進めていった傾向が見られ、読む本の難易度のアップダウンが激しい読み方をした参加者は英語得点が伸びない傾向が見られた。英語多読を実践するにおいて、少なくとも本研究の参加者の英語レベルの人については、易しい本をたくさん読み続け、読む本の難易度を急激に上げていかない方が効果的である可能性が有る。The purposes of this study were to examine the effect of extensive reading (ER) in EFLclasses for Japanese university freshmen and to find what the tendency of the participantswas likely to make ER activities more effective. An ER program was conducted for twosemesters. None of the participants were English majors. In every lesson, the first 30minutes of the class were allocated for ER activities. The books they read were of theirown choice. The participants were strongly advised not to use dictionaries but to use inferences when they encountered unknown vocabulary during their reading. When the results of pre- and post-tests and the participants' reading records were analyzed, it was found that their scores in the vocabulary/grammar section improved significantly. Also it was found that the participants who have a higher English level tended to read larger amount of words, and that successful readers had a tendency to read easier and shorter books consistently in larger amounts. Not raising the difficulty level of the books too fast also seemed to be an important aspects towards making ER activities more effective in English studies.7KJ00010196239論文Articledepartmental bulletin pape
