Shindou Kaneto's earth, house and people : His technique as the film director
Get PDF論文Articles新藤兼人の監督作品を、その映像を中心に考察し、新藤の長年の創作活動を支えてきた、彼の映画演出の技術を明らかにする。新藤兼人は多作な脚本家であるが、映画監督としての作品には、自らや周りの人間の実体験を作品化するといった共通点がある。そして、その作劇術は、近代劇から着想を得た映画冒頭からのドラマの展開、シチュエーションの繰り返しと差異等が挙げられる。それは同一アングルの繰り返しとして表れ、最後の作品である『一枚のハガキ』にも見られる。また、『一枚のハガキ』で登場人物と共にもう一つの主役としてクローズアップされるのが家そのものである。そして『裸の島』にもつながる天秤棒で水を運ぶラストシーンでは、大地が強調される。それは新藤自身の幼少期の記憶から再現されているならば、私小説的な映画と考えられる。I consider the film which Shindou Kaneto directed mainly on the picture. And, I clarify a technique of his film direction that supported longtime creative activities of Shindo. Shindo Kaneto is the scriptwriter who is many products, but the work as the film director has a common point to make experience of himself and the people around him film. Then his dramaturgy is the development of the drama from the movie beginning and a repetition and difference of the situation from the modern theater. It appears as repetition of the same angle, it is seen the last work’s "Postcard".In addition it is house itself that is made a close-up as another leading role with a character by "Postcard". And, at the last scene to carry water to in the carrying pole which leads to "Naked Island", the earth is emphasized. Improvement Techniques of 3D-data Matching Precision for Regulating Fabrication of Illegal Objects Using 3D-printer
Get PDF論文Article3D プリンタに関しては、拳銃などの危険物が製造されたり、猥褻物の3D データがWeb サイトにアップロードされるという刑事事件が既に発生している。現在、国内で市販されているスキャナ、プリンタ複合機、Adobe Photoshop® など民生・業務用を問わず殆どの2D 画像処理機器やツールには、中央銀行偽造防止グループ（CBCDG）が開発し紙幣の偽造防止ソフトウェアが実装されている。これと同様に、紙幣に匹敵する違法造形物の形状認証と出力規制が行えるセキュリティ機能を3D プリンタ出力系に実装することが、今後重要になる。先報告にて、違法造形物の3D プリンタ出力を規制するため、3Dプリンタ出力用のポリゴンデータを特徴ベクトルに変換してブラックリストと照合し、出力可否判定を行なう手法を提案した。本稿では、互いに独立した特性をもつ２種類の特徴ベクトルを選定して2D ヒストグラムに統合し、2D ヒストグラムどうしで照合を行うことにより、ポーズ変更に対する耐性ももたせた高精度方式について紹介する。There were already two kinds of criminal cases related to 3D-printer applications: producingweapons (handguns) and uploading 3D-data for creating obscene figures (sexual organs). Securitysystems for 2D-imaging equipment sch as photo-copy machines have been developed by theCentral Bank Counterfeit Deterrence Group (CBCDG). This deterrence tool has been implementedinto 2D-imaging processors even in popular photo-editing software such as “Adobe Photoshop®”.Therefore, we think the similar system will be required, where it can inspect 3D-data processingin front-end of a 3D-printer and control rejecting to fabricate illegal objects whose social impactis equal to bank notes. In the previous report, we have proposed a 3D-printing regulation systemin fabricating illegal objects, which can determine to reject or permit given polygon data to bepassed to 3D-printing by matching their converted feature-vectors with black-list databases.In thispaper, we propose a high-precision matching method using improved feature-vectors composed of 2D-histograms, calculated by two kinds of independent feature-parameters, which will support a pose-robust matching function with pose-transformed 3D-models.departmental bulletin pape
Study of Discussions : A Proposal for Promoting Collaborative Business Meetings in Mito City
Get PDF論文Article私はこれまで、水戸市協働事業ミーティングをフィールドとして研究を続けている。研究では市民団体・行政といった立場の異なる人たちが、どのようなやり方でミーティングの議題について合意形成をしているかに注目している。しかし研究を進めていくにつれ、単に合意形成が目的ではなく、参加者間にラポール（信頼関係）を構築することも話し合いの場においては必要であり、参加者が忌憚なく意見を出し合えるという、参加者らの満足感も重要であることがわかった。そのためには、具体的に何が必要であるかを、水戸市に向けて提言する。I have been conducting research in the domain of collaborative business meetings in Mito City. I am focusing on how people in different positions, such as civic groups and the government, have been building consensus on meeting agendas. However, as the research progressed, it was found that it was not merely consensus building that was the objective. It was found that building rapport (trustworthy relationships) among participants is essential, and the participants’ degree of satisfaction, that is, being able to share opinions frankly, is also important. An Introduction to a New Technique of Average Down of Stock Investment by Using Information Literacy
Get PDF論文Article前回（川本勝2018）に続き、「手持ち資金は初値の4 倍」という修正条件の下で、東京証券取引所が公表している2013年のTOPIX Core30中の銘柄28社について、「株式売買のシミュレーション」を行った。
その結果、前回（川本勝2018）に比べて売り回数と成功率が大幅に改善した。
また、「値下がり初日に買い、値上がり初日に売る」という条件で株を売買することが最も効果的であることが解った。
なお、この結果が東京証券取引所に上場している全ての企業について同様に当てはまるかどうかは、別途、調査が必要である。
これらの結果は、筆者が既に発表している7 本の論文（川本勝2014、2015、2016a、2016b、2017a、2017b、2018）の結果とも矛盾しない。Following the last time (Kawamoto 2018),“ Simulation of stock trading” was carried out furthermore on 28 stocks in TOPIX Core-30 in 2013 published by Tokyo Stock Exchange under the corrected condition that is“ 4 times the initial price of funds”.
As a result, the number of times of selling and the success rate were significantly improved compared with the last time (Kawamoto 2018).
And, it was found that it is the most effective for stock trading to sell stocks on the first day of price rise after buying on the first day of price down.
Furthermore, another inspection is necessary separately whether this finding comes under equally about all companies listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
This result is consistent with the results of the 7 papers that the author already published(Kawamoto 2014, 2015, 2016a, 2016b, 2017a, 2017b, 2018).departmental bulletin pape

Get PDF研究ノートResearch Note蔡英文の政権樹立直後、「新南向政策」が打ち出され、東南アジアまたはアセアンとの経済連携及び貿易関係の強化を推進している。その結果として、対中国貿易の依存度は低下することは容易に想像される。しかし、これは直ちに「脱対中国貿易依存」とみるべきかどうか。蔡英文政権では、中国の「一帯一路」などとは代替的なものではなくて、むしろ「補完的な役割」を果たすことになると主張している。一方、20数年前の李登輝時代において「南向政策」が推進されていたが、当時の台湾を取り巻く国際環境はすでに大きく変わり、その点も注目しつつ、「新南向政策」の成功の道について考察するのが本論文の目的である。Immediately after Tsai Ing-wen’s administration was established, “New Southbound Policy” was launched, promoting economic partnership and trade relations with Southeast Asia or ASEAN. As a result, it is easy to imagine that dependence on trade with China will decline. However, whether this should be regarded immediately as strategy to lower the degree of “trade dependence on China” or not. Tsai Ing-wen’s administration has argued that it will rather be a “complementary role” rather than an alternative to China’s“Belt and Road Initiative (BRI)” and so on. On the other hand, it is remarkable that“Southbound Policy” was promoted twenty years ago during the Lee Teng-hui’s administration,however, the international environment surrounding Taiwan at that time has already undergone significant changes. Get PDF論文Article本稿では神奈川県横須賀市で発掘された高度経済成長期のゴミ穴に廃棄された生活財について紹介する。廃棄された生活財には陶磁器、ガラス製品、金属製品、プラスチック製品など様々な素材が使用されており、その種類では薬品、日用品、調味料、化粧品が全体の10％を超え、当時の日常生活を反映するものである。調査の結果、これらの生活財は都市銀行の寮で消費されたものが廃棄されたものであり、廃棄年代は1960年代中頃であることが判明した。さらに、同時期の一般家庭の資料との比較によって、この資料の性格が行員寮における消費生活を反映していることもわかった。この資料はわが国の高度経済成長期の日常生活の実態を知る手掛かりとなるものである。In this paper, I introduce the life goods discarded into the garbage pit of the rapid economic growth period in Yokosuka-city, Kanagawa prefecture. Various materials, such as pottery, glassware, metal goods, and plastic article, are used for the discarded life goods. and if it totals for every kind, medicine, daily necessaries, seasonings, and cosmetics are over 10% of the whole rate, and it reflects everyday life of those days. As a result of investigation, it became clear that these life goods were consumed in the dormitory of the city bank, and the discarded age was middle of the 1960s.Furthermore, the feature of these materials also understood reflecting the consumption habits of dormitory by comparison with the materials of ordinary home of the period. This is the most fundamental and simple rule to capture the dominant 7th chord, which is an indispensable element in expressing the jazz sound until the 1950s. On the other hand, learning diatonic chord with open voicing makes it easier for jazz-specific sounds and approaches. It is also a feature of Mr. Barry to capture the main chord as the 6 th chord, and by combining it with the diminished chord, it is possible to create a tasteful sound movement that can not be expressed only by a chord name or a scale.
