The Formation and Development about the Responsibility of Person Obligated to Supervise in Korea
Get PDF論文Article韓国において、誰が責任無能力者の法定監督義務者になるべきかという問題につき、通説は、後見審判を受けた場合には後見人が法定監督義務者に当たると解する。後見人のいない責任無能力者については、慣習法または条理に基づいて、法定監督義務者を決定すべきであるという。精神健康福祉法上の保護義務者は、後見人と扶養義務者の順で就任し、精神疾患者の他害防止義務を負っている。禁治産宣告を受けていない心神喪失者の不法行為につき、条理上、妻、父母、戸主の順で法定監督義務者になるとの判例がある。
一方、社会の実情に目を向けると、認知症高齢者、重症精神疾患者、知的障害者等が増えている現実がある。ある調査によると、親族が後見人として選任される比率が87.3％、親族の中では、子女が後見人として選任される頻度が最も多く、続いて配偶者、父母、兄弟姉妹等の順である。認知症高齢者が増える中、子女が後見人になることが最も多いことから、法定監督義務者としての子女がいかに高齢者の監督ができるのか、また監督すべきであるのか課題が少なくない。また、痴呆患者をケアする家族の負担緩和に向けた国家や地方自治団体に対する努力義務の挿入、後見人は法定監督義務者に当たらないとする見解、親権者であるから当然に法定監督義務者になるわけではないとの見解の登場など、変化の兆しもないわけではない。Regarding the question of who should become the legal supervisor of the non-responsible person in South Korea, general opinion is that the guardian is the legal supervisor if he receives a guardianship referee. For those who have no guardian, the legal supervisor must be determined based on customary law or reason. Obligors for protection under the Mental Health and Welfare Law are determined by guardians and dependents in order and are obligated to prevent harm to mentally ill persons. It is the jurisprudence who should become for the legal supervisor of the non-responsible person who have not been declared banned from sanctions for legal conduct in order of the wife, parents, and the landlord.
On the other hand, when looking at the actual situation of society, there is a reality that elderly people with dementia, people with severe mental illness, people with intellectual disabilities, etc. are increasing. According to one survey, the proportion of relatives elected as guardians was 87.3%, and among relatives, children were most often elected asguardians, followed by spouses, parents, siblings, and so on. As the number of elderly people with dementia increases, the number of children is often the guardian, so there are many issues about how children as legally mandated supervisors can and should supervise the elderly. In addition, the government and local self-governmental organizations are required to make efforts to alleviate the burden on families who care for patients with dementia. Study on dynamics in piano performance by making use of MIDI keyboard : Differences in musical expressions depending on the size of halls
Get PDF論文Articles本論文では、ピアノの演奏表現のひとつである強弱法（デュナーミク）に着目し、MIDI 機能の付いた電子ピアノを利用することで、職業ピアニストの演奏表現について研究した。本実験を行うのに先立ち、予備実験として職業ピアニストと学生による演奏表現の違いについて比較実験した。その結果を踏まえて、本論では400人規模の講堂および50人規模の教室に電子ピアノを持ち込んで、職業ピアニストによる、演奏空間に応じた強弱法の調節について検証した。その結果、既往の研究のように、職業ピアニストの演奏表現は打鍵の速度や時間長等の平均で論じられるほど単純なものではなく、各々の音符に応じて微細な調節が施されていることが明らかになった。In this paper, we focused on dynamics (Dynamik), which is one of the performance expressions of the piano, and studied the performance expression of professional pianists by using an electronic piano with MIDI functions. Prior to conducting the experiment,as a preliminary experiment a comparative experiment was conducted on the difference in performance expressions between professional pianists and music students. Based on the results, in the main issue, we brought an electronic piano into an auditorium with 400 people and a classroom with 50 people, and verified the adjustment of dynamics according to the performance space by a professional pianist. As a result, it has become clear that the performance expression of professional pianists is not so simple that it can be discussed on average of the velocity and duration of keystrokes as in previous studies,and is finely tuned according to individual notes.departmental bulletin pape

Get PDF論文Articlesミュージックフェスティバルへの参加は、多くの社会の人々にとって重要かつますます一般的な経験となっているが、出席の結果として訪問者が得る利益の種類についてはほとんど知られてない。本研究は、日本の新潟県で開催されるフジロックフェスティバルに参加した人々の特徴と、反応を調べることによって前者の側面に焦点を当て、消費者マーケティングの考察への洞察を提供することを目的としている。音楽フェスティバルへの参加、消費行動、および満足度に影響を与える動機付けの調査を実施した。 調査結果に基づいて、参加者の芸術的、音楽的、社会的および心理的なニーズによりよく応えるために、フェスティバルのデザインを改善し、それによって体験のインパクトと深みを増すために、音楽フェスティバルマネジメントを提案した。Attendance and participation at music festivals has become an important and increasingly common experience for people in many societies, yet little is known about the kinds of benefits visitors perceive they gain as a result of attending. This study focuses on the former aspect by examining the characteristics and reactions of those attending the FUJI ROCK Festival in Niigata JAPAN,and is aimed at providing insights into consumer marketing considerations. An examination of associations between motivational tendencies influencing festival attendance, consumption behavior, and satisfaction levels is carried out. Based upon the research findings, music festival management strategies are suggested to improve the design of festival experiences to better cater to the artistic, musical, social and psychological needs of attendees thereby increasing the impact and depth of the experience.departmental bulletin pape
Study on End of Life Support based on the Difference in Meaning between "Nursing" and "Death" among Nursing sites, Welfare, and Nursing Staff
Get PDF論文Article我が国では一般的に人生の最期を迎える場所が病院であるが、2000年4 月に変化が訪れる。介護保険制度の開始である。これ以降、利用者本位という理念の浸透もあって、自宅や特別養護老人ホーム等で最期を迎えたいと希望する者が増加しつつある。家族は旅立つ高齢者に対してできる限りの要望を叶えたいと考える一方で、世帯人員数の減少も相まって暗黙的に看取りを行うには限界があり困難なことだと理解している。そのような背景もあり、家族は亡くなりゆく高齢者の看取りを行うため専門職の力を借りることを志向し始めている。このような背景もあり、介護・看護現場で働く専門職は看取りのニーズに対応するため、様々な工夫を凝らしながら手探りで終末期支援を行っているのが現状である。しかし、終末期支援というやり直しがきかない状況の中で、大きな課題が生じている。それは自らの専門性に基づいて行われる支援と異なる専門職の専門性との調整である。それが本研究のテーマでもある専門職が有している職業的死生観が、どのようなものとして位置づけられ、課題を乗り越えているのかという事である。そこで、多職種連携が一般的になりつつある今日、今回取り上げた介護職、福祉職、看護師が有している職業的死生観とはどのようなものなのかを検討し、そこから支援のあり方について調査、検討を行った。専門職の発言から得られた知見からは、介護職は終末期の宣告があっても利用者に対する支援のあり方は変わらない、福祉職は自らの専門性から家族支援への軸足を移すことをする、そして看護師は医療的支援の頻度が高まることから、医師との橋渡し役を担いながらも他の専門職との調整役を受け入れているという事が明らかになった。In Japan, hospitals are generally the end of life, but changes will come in April 2000. It is the start of the long-term care insurance system. Since then, with the spread of the useroriented philosophy, the number of people who want to reach the end in their homes and special nursing homes is increasing. While the family wants to fulfill as many requests as possible to the elderly who are dying, it understands that there are limits and difficulties in implicitly taking care of it due to the decrease in the number of household members.Against this background, families are starting to seek the help of professionals to take care of the elderly who are dying. Against this backdrop, professionals working in the nursing / nursing field currently provide end-of-life support by groping in various ways to meet the needs of nursing. But, a big problem has arisen in the situation where it is difficult to redo the end-of-life support. It is a coordination between support based on one's own expertise and the expertise of different professionals. That is what the professional occupational view of life and death possessed by the profession, which is also the theme of this research, is positioned as, and overcoming the challenges. Therefore, today, as multi-professional collaboration is becoming more common, we examined what the view of care and welfare, the occupational life and death possessed by the nursing staff, welfare staff, and nursing staff this time, and provided support from there. We investigated and examined the ideal way. Based on the knowledge obtained from the remarks of professionals,care workers do not change the way of support for users even if they are declared at the end of life, and welfare workers shift their focus from their expertise to family support It has become clear that nurses are accepting coordinators with other professionals while acting as a bridge with doctors, as the frequency of medical support increases.departmental bulletin pape

Get PDF論文Article本稿では、考古学の立場からわが国の日本史学習漫画の歴史とその特徴について検討した。その結果、子ども向けの日本史学習漫画シリーズは1960年代後半に登場し1980年代になってわが国に普及したこと、それらは1980年代頃までは説明・解説型が中心であったが1990年代頃からストーリー重視の作品が増え、1990年代中頃からは人気の漫画キャラクターを起用したシリーズが現れたことがわかった。その後、1980年代末頃から考古学者が原案を作成したり考古学者が監修するシリーズが増加し、新発見の遺跡や考古学の研究成果が学習漫画に取り入れられるようになった。しかし、その結果「旧石器捏造事件」の遺跡や遺物が紹介されるという弊害を生むことになった。In this paper, I examined the history and the feature of Japanese history study comics from the view point of archaeology. As a result, children-oriented Japanese history study comic series appeared late in the 1960s, and they spread through the 1980s in Japan. Although they were explanation and description types in the mainstream till the 1980s, it turned out that they which were focused on the story increased from around the 1990s.
And the series which appointed the popular comic characters in the work appeared from the middle of the 1990s. Then, archaeologist created the draft proposal around or the series which archaeologist supervises increased from the end of the 1980s, and the archaeological sites of new discovery and the results of archaeological research came to be taken in the study comics. However, as the result, the evil in which the archaeological sites and remains of“ Japanese Paleolithic hoax” were introduced was born.departmental bulletin pape

Get PDF論文Article本稿は、終末期介護における職種間のコミュニケーションについて、多様な側面の分節化によって、ケアマネージャー、介護職、看護職が何をより問題視し、職種間でどのような違いが見られるのかを分析した。結果を見ると、全体的に自職種の自由裁量より他の職種とのコミュニケーションの機会の確保の希望が強いが、看護職への意志の伝達、看護職の話の理解の双方が課題とケアマネージャーから（他職種より強く）認識されている。This paper analyzes what welfare and care professions and nurses see as problems and differences between three professions, by distinguishing various viewpoints as interprofessional communications as terminal care.As a result, as a whole, they take more of communication with other professions than more discretion .On one hand, care managers view both communications of their opinions with nurses and understanding of communications of nurses as a problems more strongly than care and welfare professions.departmental bulletin pape
Behavior of repeater in Rock Festival : Case of VIVA LA ROCK 2016
Get PDF論文Article日本において音楽フェスティバルへの参加は一般的になり、音楽産業として見過ごせなくなった。しかしその参加動機については、ほとんど知られてない。本研究はVIVA LAROCK（埼玉）を事例に、参加動機を探るものである。訪問者を再来場回数で分け、探索的因子分析を行った。 その結果再来場回数が増えるにつれて、出演アーティストではなく、フェスティバル要素が評価されていることが明らかになった。この結果は、音楽フェスティバルの競合は、ディズニーランドである可能性を示唆している。Attendance and participation at music festivals has become an important and increasingly common experience for people in many Japanese societies, yet little is known about the motivation of Japanese attending. This research explores of the motivation with their attendance at the VIVA LA ROCK (Saitama). In this thesis, the visitors were divided by repeat times and exploratory factor analysis was carried out. As a result, as the number of repeat increased, it became clear that the emphasis was on festivals factor rather than artists. Analysis of Chinese Character (Kanji) Ability of Foreign Students
Get PDF論文Article本学では非漢字圏の留学生が増えてきたのを受け、2017年度より「日本語特殊（漢字）」科目が新設された。半期ごとの通年授業として2018年の後期で4期を終えた。この授業は漢字圏、非漢字圏を問わず、すべての留学生が履修可能となっており、留学生の漢字力を測ることが可能になった。そして、非漢字圏でもベトナムとその他の国との留学生のレベル差、漢字圏中国人留学生の点数が必ずしも高いわけではないという、2つのことが明らかになった。また、入学時に行っている日本語プレイスメントテストと授業の最初に行う漢字実力テストの結果から留学生の日本語力と漢字力との相関関係がわかった。さらに、日本語プレイスメントテストと期末テストの相関を調べると、授業を通して全体的に漢字力が底上げされている可能性が示唆される結果となった。Following the fact that foreign students in the non-kanji area increased in Shobi university,a new subject “Japanese Language Special(Kanji)” was founded in 2017. This subject is a one semester class offered twice a year in the Spring and Fall semesters.Since2017, four terms have passed. All foreign students in both kanji and non-kanji areas are able to take this class, and their Kanji ability is then measured by the class. There were two main findings. In the non-kanji areas, the level of Vietnamese students was higher compared to students of other countries. And the number of Chinese students studying in the kanji area was not necessarily high. The results of the Placement Test conducted at the time of enrollment of university and the Kanji Proficiency conducted at the beginning of the course, then revealed a correlation between Japanese proficiency for the foreign students and Kanji ability. In addition, the results of the Placement Test and Term-end Test suggest that the Kanji ability is improving throughout the class.departmental bulletin pape
Current Status and Issues of Community school : from "school open to the community" to "school with the community"
Get PDF研究ノートResearch Notes学校と地域住民等が力を合わせて学校の運営に取り組み、特色ある学校づくりを目指すことを目的として2004年に制度化されたコミュニティ･スクール（学校運営協議会制度）は、現在（2018年4月1日）全国の学校のうち14.7%が導入している。この間、コミュニティ・スクール導入形態として「教育論の流れ」モデルと「政策論の流れ」モデルを中心として進められてきたが、コミュニティ・スクールを基盤とした「小・中一貫教育校」モデルも登場している｡本論は導入後のコミュニティ・スクールの展開と現状を概観したうえで、現在の課題について論じる。また、「小・中一貫教育校」モデルの実践例として北海道八雲町における事例を紹介する。The community school （school management council system） was institutionalized in 2004 with the aim of creating a unique school by working together with schools and local residents. Currently （April 1, 2018） 14.7% of schools across the country have introduced community schools. During this time, the “school education flow” model and the “policy flow” model have been promoted as a form of community school introduction, and the “consistent elementary and junior high school education” model based on the community school has also appeared. This paper outlines the development and current status of community schools after the introduction, and discusses current issues. In addition, a case study in Yakumo-cho, Hokkaido is introduced as a practical example of the “consistent elementary and junior high school education” model.departmental bulletin pape
