This painful shoulder injury occurs when there is either a structural or a functional narrowing of the subacromial space. Improvement research about school management : The situation of management about "private citizen principals"
Get PDF論文Article平成12（2000）年、学校教育法施行規則の一部が改正され、校長の資格要件の緩和により「民間人校長」が誕生した。10余年の時を経た民間人校長のマネジメントを巡る状況について検証し、教員系校長にも資する手法を確認する。
民間人校長に関する先行研究・報告書からは、①マッチング、②学校文化への対応、③コミュニケーション、④発信・普及の4 項目の課題が確認された。また、校長のリーダーシップを検証するために、三重県教育委員会による「学校経営品質」のアセスメントシートを活用した。
民間人校長10人のヒアリング調査の結果、課題への対応、リーダーシップの発揮について、確認された。彼らは、コミュニケーション力を生かし、学校文化とマッチングし、組織の活性化・個別管理を図っていた。また、その実践は、教員系校長による学校の活性化にも、効果的に活用できる。In the year of 2000, The part of Enforcement Regulations for the School Education Law were revised, so“ private citizen principals” were established by deregulating qualifications required for principals. It has been more than a decade, and I want to reassess the situation of management regarding“ private citizen principals”, and I want to confirm an approach that will contribute to former teacher principals.
I confirmed four problems to be solved based on previous research on“ private citizen principals”:school fit, correspondence to school culture, communication, and transmission/spread. Get PDF論文Article講道館柔道の投げ技の中でも、山嵐は使えるものが少なく、極めて特殊な技と言える。また使用者であった西郷四郎が、この技について直接的な文章を残していないことから後世の柔道家にとって、実態がはっきりしない幻の技となっている。筆者は約25年前に日本武道学会で一般口頭発表として、この技が柔道技術書において著者達の得意技に近寄せて記載されていることを指摘し伝承の不十分さと旧来の柔道家達の我田引水的な判断を批判した。また当時は柔道を総合格闘技的な視点でとらえることが流行っていたため山嵐は背負い投げや体落、払い腰などの一連の投げ技とは逆の回転で肘や肩の関節を制しながら投げたのではないか、古流の柔術、特に大東流合気柔術の技が用いられたのではないかという推論が出された。本研究ではこの技を最も間近に見てきたであろう富田常次郎の手記を中心に、嘉納治五郎が山嵐に込めた願いについて述べた。また、西郷四郎の用いた原点の山嵐は、現在講道館の手技として教えられているものに近いものであることを論証した。Here are few usable people in YamaArashi, and, in a throw of the scheme way building judo, it may be said that it is the extremely special skill. Study on dance education in United Kingdom
Get PDF研究ノートResearch Note現在、日本の大学教育機関にて実践されている舞踊教育の中で、今後活かすことの可能な科目内容や指導方法の具体的な導入を検討することを目的に、舞踊教育機関の制度が整ったイギリスにてインタビュー調査を行った。対象は、イギリスの大学で舞踊コースあるいは舞踊学部に所属をした経験のある日本人ダンサーと、現在指導を行なっている大学教員とした。筆者は、日本における大学の舞踊教育に携わる立場としてこの調査を継続し、論としてまとめることに留まらず、具体的な科目導入へ繋げていく実践的な取り組みを目的としている。
結果として、国による教育制度の違いからカリキュラム全体に通じる教育プログラムを参照することは難しいが、具体的な科目の設定やその達成目標を参照することで、日本の大学におけるダンス専門科目の科目設計に関して新たな視点の導入を狙える調査となった。今後の課題として、ダンス教育から習得を狙うことの出来る思考力や判断力の育成を見越し、科目の方針と評価基準の設計を目指した追調査の重要性が見出された。The purpose of this study is to research new method of dance education. I went to the United Kingdom to study dance education. I interviewed Japanese dancers who has experience of belonging to a dance course or a dance department at a UK university, and university educators.By continuing this study, I want to introduce a new viewpoint of subject contents to Japan. As a results,by referring to specific setting and achievement goal of education subjects in the UK, We may be able to introduce a new viewpoint on subject design of dance education in Japan. In the next research, the new purpose is deep understanding about the design of evaluation standard of the dance education. A Preliminary Study of the Regional Characteristics of Agricultural Management : With a Focus on Management Advancement in Organizational Farming
Get PDF論文Article本研究の目的は、組織農業経営体（集落営農団体や農業法人）を対象として、経営先進性に焦点を絞った経営実態と販売先に関する地方別特性を明らかにすることである。
分析データを収集するため、組織農業経営体を対象として、2018年6 月に郵送配布郵送回収による記名式アンケートを実施した。配布数は1,072件、回収数は286件であった。このうち、無記入で返送されたのが3 件、回答団体が記入されていなのが9 件あり、地方別の分析対象件数は274件である。
経営先進性の全体傾向をみたところ、常勤雇用者の確保は喫緊の課題である。特に、中部地方では緊急性が高く、要因の究明と解決方法の検討を要すると思われた。次に経営先進性を比較したところ、「関東地方と近畿地方」において、「生産・栽培技術や加工技術のレベルアップ」と「販路が着実に拡大」で有意な差が観察された。いずれの指標でも、関東地方のほうが近畿地方よりもあてはまり度合いが高かった（先進性が高かった）。このことから、関東地方の組織農業経営体では大都市圏に位置していることを活かした直営の直売所での、ならびに実需者への売上が順調に拡大している一方で、近畿地方の組織経営体では大都市圏に位置しているメリットを活かしきれていない組織経営体が相対的に多いのではないかと推測された。This research aims to clarify the regional characteristics of agricultural management,with a focus on management advancement and sales destinations in organizational farming(farming organizations and agricultural corporations). Analytical data was collected through a questionnaire survey distributed by mail to the management entities of the organizational farming industry in June 2018. A total of 1,072 questionnaires were distributed,of which 286 were returned. Among these, 3 instances were returned blank and 9 instances were returned with the organization name unspecified, leaving 274 instances to be analyzed by region. The overall trend in managerial advancement indicates that securing full-time employees is a critical matter, particularly in the Chubu region where the urgency is highest. Hence, it is necessary to investigate the cause of this urgency and to study methods for solving it. Next, when comparing managerial advancement by area, a significant difference was observed between the Kanto and Kinki regions in terms of“leveling up the production/cultivation technology and processing technology,” and“steadily expanding sales routes.” In both indices, the degrees were higher in the Kanto region than the Kinki region, indicating that the degree of advancement was high. From this, it is clear that businesses in directly-operated sales offices that maximize the benefits of their location (the metropolitan area) and businesses with actual customers are steadily expanding in the Kanto region. On the other hand, in the Kinki region, it is speculated that there are relatively few management entities that maximize the merits of being located in a metropolitan area.departmental bulletin pape
English-language education at the Department of Information Expression
Get PDF研究ノートResearch Notes筆者は2015 年度から主に音楽応用学科と情報表現学科の英語教育を担当しているが、音楽応用学科では音楽ビジネス、情報表現学科ではゲームビジネスに関わる世界的に著名な人物をそれぞれ1 人取り上げ、これまでの人生や仕事、リアルタイムの活動状況について、1 年間じっくり英語で学ぶ機会を提供することを試みている。
本稿では、情報表現学科における英語教育について述べる。ゲームビジネスに関わる人物として任天堂の宮本茂氏（以下、敬称略）を取り上げることの意義について考究した。宮本茂は日本のゲーム史に残る多数のヒット作を生んだ人物であることに加え、学生時代から造形表現や音楽など芸術情報学部の様々な対象領域への関心を有してきた人物でもあることなどから、情報表現学科の学生にとって良きロールモデルの1 人となり得るのではないだろうか。このような考えから、宮本茂を取り上げることによって、情報表現学科ならではの英語教育をどのように構想・展開できるかということについての私見を提示した。I have considered the significance of using Shigeru Miyamoto as a subject for English-language education at the Department of Information Expression.
Shigeru Miyamoto is a video game designer who produced a series of historic hits in the Japanese video game industry. Throughout his life, Miyamoto has been interested in various fields in the Faculty of Informatics for Arts, such as formative expression and music. Therefore, he will be an excellent role model for students in the Department of Information Expression. Get PDF論文Article近時の学説は、従前の学説と比較して、法律による行政の原理と信頼原則の両要請のバランスを重視する。そして、「利益衡量」を通じて行政処分の取消しと維持の両ベクトル間の調整を図るようになっている。近時の学説は、最終的には個々の事案に即して考慮を要する事項を総合して判断を下すことになるとする。筆者は、当該判断をするに当たり見通しを与える重要な指標に基づく「比較衡量」の判断枠組みが課題として残されていると考える。比較衡量に際して、考慮を要する事項のうち重要な指標になるものが、法律による行政の原理の要請から主として「行政処分の瑕疵の程度」、信頼原則の要請から主として「行政処分の相手方の利益」、それに公共の福祉の要請から主として「瑕疵のある行政処分が公共の利益に及ぼす影響の程度」の三つであると考える。The recent theory gives weight to keep the well balance between the principal of government by law and the trust relations policy in comparison with the previous theory. And it is understood that the interests of both parties must be specifically balanced in the light of conflicting vectors such as revocations and maintenances of administrative dispositions.The recent theory is understood that the individual cases must be finally made the general judgements of considerations. I think that the remaining challenge of the recent theory is to construct the framework of judgements based on important indicators which gives the prospect about the judgements in the light of the balancing of the considerations. I think that important indicators are the following three. The first indicator is the degree of the defects of administrative dispositions mainly based on the principle of government by law. The second is the interests of the counterparties of administrative dispositions mainly based on the trust relations policy. Get PDF論文Article本稿は、L. ロビンズの経済学における行動モデルとミクロ経済学の前提である合理的な経済人の仮定との相違点を検討する。ミクロ経済学の方法論的基礎を構築したと理解されるロビンズは、合理的経済人や選択の無矛盾性などの仮定を補助的に用いている。これらの仮定は、「希少性定義」と呼ばれる彼の経済学の前提とは異なるものに位置付けられているため、彼の行動モデルは経済人モデルとは異なる特徴を備える。こうしたロビンズの行動モデルの特徴については、ロビンズに大きな影響を与えたL. v. ミーゼスとP. H. ウィックスティードの影響がある。本稿は先行研究に基づき、こうした多様な学派から影響を受けたロビンズの経済学の特徴を明らかにする。This paper makes comparative discussions focused on the behaviour model of Lionel Robbins (1898-1984) and Homo-Economics model. In his Essay, Robbins divied the assumptions of his Economics into the chief assumptions and the rest assumptions. The chief assumptions means the ‘Scarcity definition’, but it does not include the assumptions of the perfect foresight or the consistency of choice. These unrealistic assumptions are used as ‘expository device’, and positioned as part of the rest assumptions. In previous research, Robbins has three characteristics, Classical Economics, Wicksteed, and Austrian School, and this paper focuses on the influences from P. H. Wicksteed and L. v. A Study on Spatial Development of Industrial Activities in Kawagoe City
Get PDF論文Article地理学における大都市圏を対象とした研究は、大都市圏全域の構造を捉えるアプローチと、特定の地域に限って、実情を明らかにするアプローチがみられる。前者の研究では、様々な指標を用いて大都市圏の構造、成長や衰退を検討している一方で、後者の研究では、大都市圏の製造業、小売業、サービス業などの実態を明らかにしている。しかし、大都市圏内の個々の地域について、地域内の様々な産業活動を分析し、その空間的展開を捉えた研究は限られる。本稿では、埼玉県川越市を対象に、この点を検討する。川越市は、東京都心部から約30kmの郊外都市で、第一次産業では農業、第二次産業では製造業、第三次産業では商業やサービス業、観光業を主としている。川越市では、主要な鉄道駅付近で商業やサービス業が卓越し、中心市街地の歴史的地区においては観光関連産業が展開されている。周辺部では、郊外型の商業施設、工業団地や卸売団地が形成されている。その他の周辺部では農業が中心で、台地上では畑作、河川付近では稲作が顕著である。各産業には、大都市圏内部という地域的特徴が色濃く反映されること、大都市圏全体と同様に、郊外都市内部にも地帯構造がみられることを指摘した。The studies of Japanese metropolitan areas discuss the structure of the areas, while others analyze the today’s condition of a specific area. Former studies examine the structures,development and decline of metropolitan areas. Latter studies reveal the conditions of manufacture, retail business or service industry in metropolitan areas. However, few studies examine the features of a specific area, by analyzing multiple industries’ condition and spatial development of them. This study tries to examine this point in a suburban city of Tokyo Metropolitan Area. The case area is Kawagoe city, which is located 30km away from Central Tokyo. Main industry is agriculture (in the primary industry), manufacture(in the secondary industry), retail business, service industry, and tourism (in the tertiary industry). Commercial business and service industry has been developed in the central area of Kawagoe (near the main station), and many tourists come to historical sites in the northern area. On the other hand, there are ome shopping centers, industrial park in the outer area. Also,in the outer area, farmers cultivate the paddy fields near the rivers and farms on the uplands. We discussed that each industry in suburban city is affected by the dynamics of metropolitan areas, and there would be a zone structure not only metropoli an area, but also inside the suburban city.departmental bulletin pape
