Roles and issues of professionals when implementing end-of-life care at home-visit nursing / home-visit care sites
Get PDF論文Article終末期看護・介護の特徴は、時間に限りがある、やり直しがきかない、突発的な状況変化に対応することが求められる、そして医学的知識を下敷きにしたケアを求められることである。介護保険法の理念の浸透もあり、人生の最期をどこで迎えるのかも重要である。しかし、終末期ケアの中心を担うのは看護師であるが、業務の多くを抱え込んでしまっている。そのため、本来の専門性を発揮することが難しくなっている。そこでインタビュー調査を行い、その結果を考察した。業務が偏っている看護師はできる限り、その業務分担を進めていくことが必要である。看護師しかできない業務以外については、介護職や福祉職は医学的知識を習得したうえで、各自の役割（介護職は生活支援、福祉職はチーム内の調整、家族対応）を通常の業務と同様に担っていくことが求められる。他方、業務負担の軽減には、各職種だけで行うだけでなく、そして、チーム全体として横断的にどのような役割を担う必要があるのか、サポート体制をどうするのかを同時に調整しておくことが必要である。The characteristics of end-of-life nursing / long-term care are that time is limited,irreversible, it is required to respond to sudden changes in circumstances, and care based on medical knowledge is required. With the permeation of the idea of the Long-term Care Insurance Law, it is also important where to reach the end of life.However, although nurses play a central role in end-of-life care, they carry much of their work. Therefore, it is difficult to demonstrate the original specialty. Therefore,we conducted an interview survey and considered the results. It is necessary for nurses whose work is biased to promote the division of work as much as possible. Except for the work that only nurses can do, care workers and welfare workers have acquired medical knowledge, and their roles (care workers are life support, welfare workers are coordinating within the team, and family support) are regarded as normal work. It is required to carry it in the same way. Online vocabulary level test for Japanese extensive reading : as an aid to choosing the appropriate level
Get PDF研究ノートResearch Notes本研究は、学習者が多読を行う際に適切な読み物のレベルを判定するオンライン版「多読のための語彙レベルテスト」の有用性を検証しようとするものである。このテストの目的は、独学で多読をする学習者が適切なレベルの読み物を選択することの支援である。オンライン授業の課題の一部として、テストの受験と多読を行った学習者の読書記録とアンケートをもとに、次の2 点から分析した。まず、判定されたレベルと学習者がはじめに選んだレベルの一致度、そして、学習者が多読を続ける際に選んだレベルとはじめの読み物の難易度との関係である。アンケートでは70% の学習者が、テストがあった方が良いと回答した。読書記録の分析から得られたデータをもとに考察した結果、学習者が読み物を選ぶ際、テストの結果を参考にしていることが示唆された。This study examines the usefulness of an online vocabulary level test for extensive reading which indicates an appropriate level of graded readers for learners to start reading from. The purpose of this test is to support learners to choose their first book. Based on the book review sheets and answers to a questionnaire by students who took the test and read graded readers as part of a remote course, this study analyzed the following two points: the correspondence of the test result to the level at which learners read, and the relationship between the difficulty of the first book they read and the level they chose next. 70% of the learners said that the test was helpful. A Practice of Online Instruction on Promoting an Understanding of "Jiritsu-Katsudo" for Students in Teacher Training Course Who do not Major in Special Needs Education
Get PDF論文Article特別支援教育を専門としない教職課程の学生を対象にした、教職課程コアカリキュラムの事項「特別の支援を必要とする幼児、児童及び生徒に対する理解」に関する講義科目において、オンライン講義実践の省察を行った。具体的には、学生の特別支援教育に関する前提知識（用語の理解, 障害の認知度）を明らかにした上で、当該事項の中核的な内容である自立活動について、講義を通じたイメージの変容を調査した。その結果、自立活動の目標・内容の抽象さ、具体的な障害による学習上または生活上の困難の想起のしにくさ等から、自立活動の指導に対するイメージは目標の文言に留まっている様子が看取できた。講義の目的を達成していくために、理念や内容の概念的な説明だけでなく、具体的な障害による困難、自立活動の指導実践の紹介を通して、自立活動のプロセスの理解を促す必要性があることが分かった。The purpose of this study was to reflect on the lecture of “understanding for children with special support needs”, which is based on core curriculum in teacher training programs. Knowledge of special needs education（special needs education, inclusive education, reasonable accommodation, universal education）and recognition of disabilities （visual impairments, hearing impairments, intellectual disability, physical disabilities, health impairments, developmental disabilities）was surveyed and image and its change of “Jiritsu-Katsudo”was to examined through reaction-paper of students. As a result, Studentsʼ understanding of “Jiritsu-Katsudo” was just only reflected on wording of the aim of “Jiritsu-Katudo”, due to abstraction of wording aim or contents, difficulties in imaging learning or living difficulties of children with disabilities. In order to improve the purpose of this lecture, it is necessary to promote understanding the process of “Jiritsu-Katsudo” through the introduction or exercise on actual learning or living difficulties of children with disabilities, and teaching example of “Jiritsu-Katsudo”.departmental bulletin pape
Choice Theory in early 20th century Economics and Bounded Rationality
Get PDF論文Article本稿は、H. サイモンの限定合理性に基づいた選択行為のモデルの特徴を、20世紀初頭の経済学説における選択理論と比較検討する。合理的経済人に基づく新古典派モデルの問題点を完全知識と選好順序に関する無矛盾性の2つの仮定にみることができるが、これらの仮定の現実性を問う姿勢は20世紀初頭の経済学者にも共通している。このことを踏まえると、20世紀半ば以降における限定合理性に基づく行動経済学の成立は、従来は批判対象であった新古典派経済学から接続するものとして説明することができる。またこのことは、実証科学としての経済学がモラルサイエンスなどの外部の領域へ接続しうることの示唆を与えると考えられる。This paper compares the features of H. Simon's model of choice action based on bounded rationality with those of choice theory in early twentieth-century economics. The problems of the neoclassical model based on the Economic Man can be seen in the two assumptions of perfect knowledge and consistency of preference , and the question of the reality of these assumptions is common to the economists of the early 20th century. Considering this, the establishment of behavioural economics based on bounded rationality from the mid-twentieth century onwards can be explained as being linked with neoclassical economics, which had previously been the object of criticism. Current State and New Trend of "Archaeological Site Festival" in Japan
Get PDF論文Article近年、日本各地の古墳や遺跡において遺跡まつりが開催されている。遺跡まつりは、地元にある遺跡の周知や埋蔵文化財への理解を促す「教育普及型」と遺跡を観光資源や町おこしに積極的に活用しようという「町おこし型」とに大まかに類型化される。近年になって「町おこし型」の遺跡まつりが増加する中で、2010年代以降になると「町おこし型」の遺跡まつりに新たなタイプのものが登場するようになった。本稿では、この新たなタイプの遺跡まつりの一例として大阪府高槻市で開催されている「古墳フェス はにコット」の事例を紹介した。このイベントではアートイベントや音楽イベントに加えて、様々な考古学グッズを扱う店舗が集まることが最大の特徴である。こうした新たな遺跡まつりが登場した背景に若者を中心とした考古学ブームが存在することを指摘し、遺跡まつりが現代社会と考古学の関係を探る契機となることを示した。In recent years, "archaeological site festival" is held at the Kofun (ancient tomb) and archaeological site all over Japan. the archaeological site festival can be roughly categorized into the "education and information type" which make known the presence of local archaeological site and deepen understanding of buried cultural property,and the "town revitalization type" which positively utilized the archaeological site for regional tourism or "town revitalization" .While the "town revitalization type" of archaeological site festival has increased in recent years, it became that a new type of archaeological site festival came to appear after the 2010s.In this paper, I introduced the "Kofun Festival Hani-kotto" currently held in Takatsuki city, Osaka prefecture, as an example of archaeological site festival of this new type. It is the greatest features of this event that the stores treat various archaeology goods in addition to holding art event or music event. I pointed out that the archaeology boom affected Japanese young man and served as the background of this new type of "archaeological site festival" appeared, and showed that "archaeological site festival" serves as an opportunity which explores the relation between modern society and archaeology in Japan.departmental bulletin pape
Transformation of Retail Business in the Western Area of Saitama Prefecture since the 2000s
Get PDF論文Article本稿では、埼玉県の「西部地域」を事例として、2000年以降の東京圏の郊外における小売業の変容を検討している。東京大都市圏では、2000年以降も、郊外では人口は増加し続けているが、一部に人口減少や高齢化が生じた地区もある。そこで、国勢調査や商業統計調査のデータを用いて、事例地域における人口と小売業の変容を捉えようとしている。埼玉県「西部地域」では、2000年以降、商店街が衰退する一方で、工場跡地を活用する大型店など、チェーンストアの出店が続いた。アウトレットモールや駅ビルの開業、東京都心部へのアクセスの良さ、インターネット通販の普及に伴い、買回品を扱う百貨店の再編が生じた。他方で、埼玉県「西部地域」では、西部の山間地、一部のニュータウンを除いて、人口減少や高齢化はモザイク状に生じている。そのため、小商圏に対応する形で、食品や日用雑貨などの最寄品を販売するチェーンストアの進出が続き、小売業が衰退傾向にあるとはいえない。しかし、今後に人口減少や高齢化が進行し、商圏人口が減少すれば、大型店を含めて、最寄品を販売するチェーンストアが減少し、小売業の再編成が進むことが予想される。In Tokyo metropolitan area, the population has increased in the suburban areas since 2000, but, in some areas, the population has declined and has been aging. In this paper, the author tries to clarify the transformation of population and retail industry in the study area, analyzing the data of census and the commercial statistics survey. In the "western region" of Saitama Prefecture, while the shopping district has declined,the number of chain stores, such as large stores which locating the site of the factory,have been increased. Due to the opening of new outlet malls and station buildings,improved access to the central Tokyo, and increased use of online shopping, department stores have been reorganized. On the other hand, in the "western region" of Saitama prefecture, decline and aging of population are seen as a mosaic pattern, except the western mountainous areas and some new towns. At present, it cannot be said that the retail business is declining due to the continued development of chain stores in response to small commercial areas. However, if the population in the trade area changes due to the declining and aging of population, it is expected that the number of chain stores,including large stores, will decrease and the retail industry will be reorganized.departmental bulletin pape

Get PDF論文Articlesデンマーク自治領のフェロー諸島で多数伝承されるフェロー語のバラッド作品群に、「男性が他国の権力者の娘との結婚を望み、求婚に出向くも、現地で捕らわれの身となる。求婚相手（権力者の娘）が自らの父（権力者）に求婚者の解放を嘆願するも認められず、求婚者の兄弟が救援に駆けつける」との物語を伝える作品が複数見受けられる。これらのうち、アーサー王伝説等に取材したバラッド・サイクル『ヘリントの息子ウィヴィント』（CCF108）を構成するサブ・バラッドの一つである『クヴィチルスプラング』と、このサイクルとは別の独立したバラッド『美丈夫フィンヌル』（CCF 26）の物語の類似はしばしば指摘されるが、本稿ではフェロー語バラッド作品で、これら二作品との物語の類似や影響関係についてはあまり指摘されない『コンスタンティノープルのハラルドシェルドゥル』（CCF 62）について、前出の二作品との内容上の比較を行い、この作品の位置づけや物語の由来をめぐる考察を試みたい。Some of the Faroese ballads relate the story of a suitor who is imprisoned by the wooed maiden’s father（ the ruler of a certain district） and is later rescued by the wooer’s brother after the maiden’s father rejects her plea for his release such as Kvikilsprang ,one of the sub-ballads comprising the ballad-cycle Ívint Herintsson （CCF108）, which contains several Arthurian materials, and an independent ballad Finnur hin fríði（CCF26）. This article focuses on the Faroese ballad Haraldskjøldur á Miklagarði（CCF62）, a ballad which relates a similar type of story to the two aforementioned ballads but has not been so often studied in relation to them, and compares it with them in order to reveal the ballad’s position among the related works and the origin of its story.departmental bulletin pape
Potential Contribution of AI to ESG Ecosystem
Get PDF論文Article比較可能なESG（環境・社会・ガバナンス）情報を起点として、資本市場のダイナミクスをドライビング・フォースに取り込めれば、ビジネスと持続可能な社会をつなぐエコシステムの循環に資する。こうした問題意識から本稿では、ESG に係る企業活動への市場規律向上を基本的視座とし、現下のESG インデックスのばらつきによる比較可能性欠如という実務的課題の克服に向け、AI を活用したS-Ray による比較可能性改善の事例研究を通して、ESG エコシステムの実現に向けたAI の貢献可能性を展望する。
S-Ray は、メディア報道を含む膨大な外部情報源の迅速な解析に強みを有しており、ESG インデックスのばらつきを克服するユニークなツールとして、市場規律の向上に資するポテンシャルを有している。他方で、AI のブラックボックス問題や学習データ依存性に起因して、S-Ray を含め情報源・アルゴリズムの偏向等への疑念も現状では完全に払拭し切れていない。AI によるESG 評価の品質保証は難しい課題であるが、モデル策定プロセスの内部統制に係る検証等に関しては、監査保証論のフレームワークを基礎として役立てられる可能性があり、今後は会計・監査保証分野においても幅広いAI 研究コミュニティと緊密に連携した学際的な研究の深化が求められる。Incorporating the dynamics of capital markets into the driving force through comparable ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) information, will contribute to the circulation of the ecosystem that connects business and a sustainable society. Based on this awareness of issues, this article focuses on improving market discipline for corporate activities by improving the comparability of ESG evaluations using AI in order to overcome the current practical issues of ESG index variability, and specifically starting with S-Ray's efforts utilizing AI, the author considers the potential contributions and challenges of AI toward the realization of an ESG ecosystem.
S-Ray has strengths in rapid analysis of vast numbers of external sources, including media coverage, and has the potential to contribute to improving market discipline as a unique tool for overcoming ESG index variability. On the other hand, due to the black box problem of AI and the dependency on learning data, doubts about the bias of information sources and algorithms including S-Ray have not been completely dispelled at present. Quality assurance of ESG evaluation by AI will be a difficult issue in the future, but it may be useful based on the framework of auditing/assurance theory for verification related to internal control of the model formulation process, and it will be necessary to promote interdisciplinary research in close collaboration with a wide range of AI research communities.departmental bulletin pape
Design Lab : Designing a space for ideas and a practical active learning environment
Get PDF研究ノートResearch Notesデザイン表現において、企画・アイディアを生み出す「発想」の過程は大切だ。この善し悪しが、成果物のクリエイティブに大きく影響する。徹底的なこだわりが必要な領域だ。では、その作業環境に目を向けるとどうか。こと大学生においては、環境はまちまちだ。「発想」にはとりあえずの教室、最低限の椅子と机があれば良いか。どんな空間であっても果たして同じように閃きを得られるか、検討の余地があると考察する。
大学における画一的な教室で、教員が教壇から学生のアイディアや、作品成果物を評することに大きな問題はない。しかし学びの場である以上、学生がより実践的に「自ら考えて、つくる。」ことに重きをおいた空間づくりを目指すことはできないか。そこを起点に、多くの先生や関係者に協力をいただき、2020 年に既存教室をリノベーションし大学設備「デザインラボ」を創設した。本報告では、「デザインラボ」のデザイン計画の記録と、設備を活用した実践教育、学生たちに起きつつある変化、今後の展望などについて紹介する。In design expression, the "conception" process of creating plans and ideas is important. The quality of this process has a great impact on the creativity of the final product. It is an area that requires thorough attention. But what about the work environment? In the case of university students, the environment varies widely. Is a classroom with a formal of chairs and desks enough for "ideas"? There is room for consideration as to whether any space can provide the same inspiration.
There is nothing wrong with teachers critiquing students' ideas and work products from the podium in a standardized university classroom. However, since it is a place of learning, can't we aim to create a space where students can think and create more practically? With this as a starting point, and with the cooperation of many professors and other related parties, we renovated an existing classroom and established the "Design Lab" as a university facility in 2020. Consideration on SDGs Ecology Village in Rural Cambodia : From Interview Surveys and Report Materials with Corporate Representatives
Get PDF紹介Introduction本研究で、カンボジア農村部におけるSDGs エコビレッジに関するインタビュー調査と報告資料から次のことがわかった。農村部の人々の収入は低く、出稼ぎや貧困の問題がある。村の子ども達は高校までほとんど進学していない。都市部で就職するには高卒でないと厳しい現状がある。その観点から、村で産業が確立し、一定の収入を得ることができればそれらの問題を解消することに期待できる。SDGs エコビレッジは、学歴に関係なく職業訓練的な要素を持っている。さらに、近隣の14ある村において、今後中学校や高等学校の誕生にも可能性があり、将来的に子ども達の就職にもつながるだろう。
SDGs エコビレッジの取り組みを、主に「1．貧困をなくそう」「4．質の高い教育をみんなに」「5．ジェンダー平等を実現しよう」「8．働きがいも経済成長も」「9．産業と技術革新の基礎をつくろう」「10．人や国の不平等をなくそう」「17．パートナーシップで目標を達成しよう」の項目との関連性についてまとめた。そして、今後も活動に注視し、持続可能な開発目標を目指していく中で、多くの可能性を模索することが必要であろう。In this study, the following was found from interview surveys and report materials on SDGs ecovillages in rural Cambodia. Villagers have low incomes and have problems with migrant workers and poverty. The children in the village rarely go on to high school. It is difficult to get a job in an urban area unless you have a high school diploma. From that point of view, if the industry is established in the village and a certain amount of income can be earned, it can be expected that these problems will be solved. The SDGs Ecology Village has a vocational training element regardless of educational background. In addition, there is a possibility that junior high schools and high schools will be born in 14 neighboring villages in the future, which will lead to employment of children in the future.
The efforts of the SDGs Ecology Village in this study are mainly "1. No Poverty", "4.Quality Education", "5. Gender Equality", "8. Decent Work and Economic Growth","9.Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure", "10. Reduced Inequalities", and "17.Partnerships". It will be necessary to continue to pay close attention to activities and explore many possibilities while aiming for sustainable development goals.departmental bulletin pape
