Development of Acoustic Application Software Using Visual Programming Environment "Scratch 3.0"
Get PDF研究ノートResearch Notes2020 年度より国内の小学校でプログラミング授業が必修化され、巷に開設された子供向けのプログラミング教室を含めて「Scratch」などのビジュアル・プログラミング開発環境が採用されている。米国MIT により開発された「Scratch」は、画面上でジグゾーパズルのようにブロックを連結させることによりビジュアルにプログラミングが可能である。一般に「Scratch」は、アニメーションやゲームのアプリケーションを開発するツールとして知られているが、多くのAPI が満載され、組み込みソフトを含め汎用的なソフトウェア開発が可能である。「Scratch」自体はJavaScript で実装されており、JavaScriptの関数に相当する構造化プログラミング機能や、マルチスレッド機能を活用した高度で大規模なアプリケーションを開発できる。マルチメディア機能として、現状の「Scratch3.0」には動画再生や３次元CG の機能は実装されていないが、波形オーディオ、MIDI、音声合成といった音響処理機能は実装されている。本稿では、「Scratch3.0」を用いた音響分野のアプリケーション開発の基本について紹介する。Since 2020, in Japanese domestic elementary schools, programming education has become compulsory. In many elementary schools including private programming schools in the streets opened for children, visual programming environments such as “Scratch” have been used for educational tools. Using the “Scratch” developed by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in the USA, it makes possible a visual programming, by connecting blocks on screen like a jigsaw puzzle. In general, the “Scratch” is known as a development tool for animation or game applications, but it includes a lot of APIs and it can be used as a development tool of generic software including embedded systems. The “Scratch” tool itself has been implemented by the JavaScript programming language. It is possible to develop a high-level and large-scale application, using structured programming and multiple thread functions supported by JavaScript. In the current “Scratch 3.0” version, video and 3D graphic functions are not supported, but acoustic functions such as waveform audio, MIDI and speech synthesizer are implemented. Get PDF論文Article基本的人権の尊重を中核に据えた世界で最初の近代成文憲法の典型はアメリカ合衆国憲法であると言われている。それは、イギリスにおいて17世紀中葉の挫折したピューリタン革命の「未完に終わった」憲政改革の完成を目指したピューリタンを中心とする移民が創出した北米の英領植民地の特異な政治制度にその起源を有する。日本国憲法はアメリカ合衆国憲法の基本的原則の影響を受けており、多くの種類の憲法の中で同じ方向性にある憲法であるので、アメリカ憲法の起源になる政治制度の理解は現行の日本国憲法の在り方を考える上で有意的であると思われる。そこで、本稿では、まずアメリカ憲法の全体を解明する第一歩として英領植民地の特異な政治制度の概観を試みることにしたい。It is said that the typical first written modern constitution in the history of world is the Constitution of the United States of America which was made by the political representatives of 13 English Colonies. These colonies were established by the people, particularly Puritan who tried to reform the semi-absolute monarchy into republic, but failed after their short reign at the middle of 17 century in England. Small radical religious group of the Puritan who immigrated into colonies of western part of north America had aimed to accomplish the unfinished reform of English political system. Its result was the political institution peculiar to the English Colonies. The Constitution of the United States of America is actually the development of this political institution. Japanese Constitution belongs to the same category of the American Constitution. In my view, it is relevant for us to understand the formative process of the political institution peculiar to the English Colonies, in order to grasp the distinct character of the Japanese Constitution. Lancelot Romance in the North? : Samsons saga fagra Revisited
Get PDF論文Articlesアーサー王伝説に題材を取ったアイスランド語による文学作品としては、アーサー王妃との不倫などのエピソードで知られる騎士ランスロット（ランスロ）を主人公とした作品は少なくとも現存はしない。一方、アイスランドで独自に物語が作られたと考えられ、複数のアイスランド語作品におけるアーサー王の名前の表記と同じアルトゥース（Artus）という名のイングランド王が登場する『美丈夫サムソンのサガ』と呼ばれる作品は、ランスロットを主人公とした大陸の作品との間で複数のモチーフの共通が指摘されているが、一般にはアイスランド独自のアーサー王文学作品とは認識されない傾向にあり、本作を扱った先行研究も少ない。そこで、本稿では『美丈夫サムソンのサガ』について、先行研究で指摘されているアーサー王物語のモチーフの大半が位置する作品前半部に焦点を当て、本作前半部の物語全体としての構造とその特徴について考察し、本作をアイスランドで独自に著されたアーサー王文学作品として位置づけることを試みたい。Erec et Enide, Yvain, and Perceval, all of which are Arthurian works by Chrétien de Troyes, who is also the author of Lancelot, are said to have been translated into Norwegian, but are now preserved exclusively in the Icelandic manuscripts, but any Northern European reduction of the so-called Lancelot romance is handed down till this day. On the other hand, the work called Samsons saga fagra, whose protagonist Samson is the son of the king “Artus” of England, is usually not regarded as an Icelandic original Arthurian romance in spite of many motifs, whose close relationship with a continental Lancelot romance is pointed out, and the work has not yet been well investigated.
In this article, after glancing over the synopsis of the work Samsons saga fagra and mentioning the motifs in the saga whose Arthurian origins have been pointed out, the structure of the first half of the plot will be investigated, then this article attempts to position the saga as an Icelandic original Arthurian romance in the history of the Arthurian literature.departmental bulletin pape

Get PDF論文Article音楽フェスティバルの市場は拡大し、様々な理由で観客を引き付けることができる、ユニークで特別なイベントである。しかし、日本では音楽フェスティバルに関する研究は殆ど存在しない。本論の目的は、ロックフェスティバルの初回訪問者とリピーターによる行動の相違点を発見することである。その結果、参加回数による参加動機の違いが明らかになった。初回来場者は音楽を中心とした興味関心が強いが、リピーターは音楽フェスティバル特有の価値を重視していた。この調査の結果から、主催者が大勢の観客を引きつけるために、特定のアーティストだけに頼ることは危険であることが示された。Music festivals are unique and special event that can attract audience for variety reasons and market is expanding. However, in Japan there are not so many researches the music festivals.
The aim of this study is to identify visitors of Rock Festival based on the frequency and di stinguish them between first-time visitors and repeated visitors. This study found that there are different motivation between first-time visitors and repeated visitors. Their motivation for first-time visitors is mainly music matter and for repeated visitors is festival matter. Get PDF論文Articlesこれまでデジタル音楽作品の音量レベルは、DAWなどで波形を表示し、それをもとに推察するしかなかった。しかしそれは波形表示の縮尺により、見え方が変わってしまう。ここでは、オーディオデータの新しい解析・表現方法として、音の大きさの出現頻度をグラフ化したものを提案する。これによって楽曲の音量レベルが一目でわかるようになった。またこの表現方法を用い、同一楽曲で各年代にマスタリングされた音源を解析することにより、CDが発売された80年代以降の年代ごとの音量レベルについて考察する。Until now, the volume level of digital music works had to be inferred based on the waveform displayed by DAWs. However, the appearance changes depending on the scale of the waveform display. Here, I propose a new analysis / expression method for audio data : graph of the frequency of sound loudness. This makes it easier to see the volume levels of music. In addition, by using this expression method and analyzing the same sound source mastered in each era, I consider the volume levels of each era after the 1980s when the CD was released.departmental bulletin pape

A novel method of management consulting for startups using "Aroma"
Get PDF研究ノートResearch Note本稿では、概ね創業数年後の成長期の企業の支援を目的に、経営コンサルタント（組織外の補佐者）の立場から考案した、「香り」を利用する新たな創業者面談手法について論じる。この期にある創業者は、事業拡大にともなう組織のスケールアップや長期的な目標の再設定、トップマネジメントとしての自己認識の再考などに迫られることが多い。この難しい局面に対する支援には、一般的な経営コンサルティングで行われる、財務諸表に基づく助言やフレームワークを用いた現状分析による提案に加え、創業者自身が全人的に企業の発展に向かうことを促す新たな面談手法の導入が必要ではないかと筆者らは考えた。この問題意識から、14 種類の「香り」をコミュニケーション・ツールとした面談手法を考案し、今後の調査に備え研究を行った。In this paper, we will argue about a novel method of management consulting using “Aroma” for supporting founders and their companies in the growth stage, several years after their foundations. This method is designed from the viewpoint of outside consultants. Founders in the growth stage are often faced with the necessary to scale up their organizations, reset long-term goals, and reconsider their self-awareness as a top management. As support for this difficult situation, Consultants should apply another approach for holistic effort of founders, not only proposals based on financial statements and current-state analysis frameworks which are general technique of management consulting. Get PDF論文Article終末期にある利用者は残された時間が限られていることから、介護職、看護師、福祉職はチームとして最大限の支援を行っている。それぞれの役割は介護職が生活支援、看護師が健康管理、福祉職がケアマネジメントである。異なる立場と専門性を踏まえて、どのような課題があるのかを量的調査と質的調査の結果から分析を行った。
各専門職は円滑な支援を実現するために、想定される範囲で事前準備を行うようにしていた。受け入れが決まった段階での情報収集、緊急時の連絡体制等があった。その上で、終末期にある利用者を担当する際の専門職が抱える課題の検討を行った。
介護職は知識と技術に不足があることが明らかになった。これは全ての専門職からの評価として共通するものであった。これに付随して情報の相互共有が困難な場合が課題として生じていた。
看護師は業務独占の立場かつ高度な知識と技術を有する立場であるが、介護職や福祉職との情報共有に際してそれが妨げになることがあった。また、福祉職に対する関係性も十分なコミュニケーションがとりにくい傾向があった。
福祉職はケアマネジメントをする立場であることから、家族対応に重きを置くようになっていくことから介護職との情報共有や意見交換がうまくいきにくい傾向があり、看護師との関係も意見が伝わりにくい傾向があった。Since users at the end of life have a limited amount of time left, caregivers, nurses, and welfare workers provide maximum support as a team. The roles of each are life support for care workers, health management for nurses, and care management for welfare workers. Based on different positions and specialties, we analyzed what kind of issues there are from the results of quantitative and qualitative surveys.
In order to realize smooth support, each profession made advance preparations to the extent expected. There was information gathering at the stage when acceptance was decided, and an emergency contact system. After that, we examined the issues faced by professionals when dealing with users at the end of life.
It became clear that care workers lacked knowledge and skills. This was common to all professional evaluations. Along with this, there was a problem that it was difficult to share information with each other.
Nurses are in a position of occupational monopoly and have advanced knowledge and skills, but this sometimes hinders the sharing of information with care workers and welfare workers. In addition, the relationship with welfare workers also tended to be difficult to communicate sufficiently.
Since the welfare staff is in a position of care management, it tends to be difficult to share information and exchange opinions with the care staff because the emphasis is on family support, and the relationship with the nurse is also an opinion. その結果、筆者が担当した留学生に限った結果ではあるが、特に、起業を考えている留学生には肯定的な評価が得られることが明らかになった。A new programming education class was conducted for foreign students from Asian countries that is using flowcharts and Scratch from the perspective of an operational manual.
