YOUTH ENTREPRENEURIAL ACTIVITY IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF RURAL GREEN TOURISM: THE CASE OF UKRAINE
Full text linkThe subject of the research is the entrepreneurial potential of young people in the development of rural green tourism in Ukraine. Studies of trends in the rural labour market in terms of modernisation of the agrarian sector and the impact of world trends in transforming the role of rural territories have been taken into account. The development of entrepreneurship in the agricultural and industrial complex, including rural tourism, is one way of solving the youth employment problem. In the study, the authors rely on an assessment of the potential of rural green tourism in Ukraine, which is significant. The main directions of youth entrepreneurship in rural green tourism are identified. The article focuses on promoting the realisation of the potential of youth in rural green tourism businesses. Specific examples show features of labour motivation and highlight opportunities for its increase in entrepreneurship in rural green tourism. It is proposed to create conditions for the activation of youth entrepreneurship in rural green tourism. The authors come to the conclusion that modern youth, as a specific socio-demographic group, are a reserve for the multiplication of the labour force in the agricultural sector, and are a strategic resource for the development of rural areas through entrepreneurship in various fields, including rural green tourism.KEY WORDS: entrepreneurship, youth, rural green tourism, Ukraine, private farming households.JEL: J13, L83, P25DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.15181/rfds.v31i2.210
THE CONCEPT OF INNOVATION IN THE APPROACH TO NOVELTY, VALUE CREATING, INTERACTION PROCESSES AND SOCIAL PROGRESS
Full text linkCountries and businesses focus on processes optimization aiming to cut cost and increase profit. The main keyword for achieving it is usually “innovations”. Innovations is one of the most popular trends in most economies and businesses. The paradox is that there is the lack of understanding the concept both in business and science. The term of innovations is not a new topic in the research literature. However, the problem is that the definition of the concept of innovations is constantly evolving and there is no clear definition. The paper aims to define the concept of innovations and identify the changes in the concept by reviewing the scientific literature.Literature analysis revealed that the development of innovations concept started in 1934, approaching the concept from the novelty perspective. Later new perspectives were introduced such as interaction processes, value creation and social progress. Namų ūkių finansinių įpročių tyrimas Covid-19 karantino laikotarpiu
Full text linkNamų ūkių finansiniai sprendimai priklauso nuo ekonominio ciklo fazės. Atlikti tyrimai atskleidė, kad visame pasaulyje dėl įvairių su pandemija susijusių apribojimų, pasikeitė namų ūkių apsipirkimo įpročiai, daugiau domėtasi finansų ir akcijų rinkų pokyčiais, sumažėjo paslaugų vartojimas. Ribojimai turės įtakos ir namų ūkių finansiniam stabilumui. Siekta išanalizuoti Klaipėdos miesto ir Klaipėdos rajono namų ūkių finansinių įpročių pokyčius COVID-19 karantino laikotarpiu. Lietuvos partizaninio karo archeologijos dešimtmetis: tyrimų kryptys ir ateities perspektyvos
No full text2010 m. pradėti partizanų bunkerių ir žeminių tyrimai tapo lūžiu partizaninio karo tyrimuose ir pačioje Lietuvos archeologijoje. Nuo šių tyrimų pradžios prabėgus dešimtmečiui, Lietuvos partizaninio karo vietų tyrimų skaičius išaugo, kryptys išsiplėtė, o patys tyrimai, jų sklaida mokslinėje literatūroje ir plačiojoje visuomenėje tapo neatsiejama Lietuvos archeologijos dalimi. Straipsnyje pristatomi 2010–2019 m. Lietuvoje atlikti partizaninio karo vietų tyrimai ir jų rezultatai, išskiriamos partizanų bunkerių, žeminių ir jų aplinkos, stovyklaviečių, kautynių vietų, palaikų užkasimo vietų ir kitų Lietuvos partizaninio karo vietų tyrimų kryptys. Full text linkThe analysis of the article focuses on the process of spiritual growth as integral component of every Christian life. The terminological and theoretical spectrum of this phenomenon is discussed together with elaboration of the dynamics, structure, and stages of spiritual growth. The significance of spiritual growth from the biblical and Church Magisterium perspectives is actualized. From these perspectives the process of spiritual growth is seen as a universal calling of the Church and its members. The possible linkages between theology and psychology are discussed as ways which can help to retain the holistic approach to the personal growth and one’s relationship with God.KEY WORDS: spiritual growth, holiness, christian maturity

No full textTyrimas atliktas alternatyviąją mediciną praktikuojančių asmenų grupėje, siekiant užfiksuoti minėtoje grupėje paplitusias ligos ir sveikatos traktuotes XXI a. pradžios Lietuvoje. Autorės atliktame kokybiniame (empiriniame) tyrime 2016–2019 m. (tyrimas tęsiamas; atlikta 30 giluminių interviu su alternatyvią mediciną praktikuojančiais asmenimis) Lietuvos didžiuosiuose miestuose išryškėjoa, kad alternatyvius gydymo(si) metodus praktikuojantys asmenys ligą ir sveikatą interpretuoja ne vien kaip fizinio, bet ir kaip filosofinio – metafizinio – pasaulio dalį. Tyrimo duomenys atskleidė sveikatos (gerovės) kaip harmonijos, pusiausvyros būsenos tarp asmens išorinio (fizinio) ir vidinio pasaulių tarsi mikro- ir makropasaulių bei jų dinamiškų sąsajų, tarpusavio rezonanso traktuotę.
