Sociocultural management for vocational training towards pedagogical careers from the family (Review).
Get PDFEl Sistema Educativo en un país como Cuba no puede quedar de espaldas a las grandes transformaciones que enfrenta el mundo de hoy, donde se globaliza la guerra y proliferan el hambre y las desigualdades sociales. En este empeño el Ministerio de Educación incorpora todos los recursos existentes para perfeccionar los procesos que definen la continuidad histórica de la Revolución Socialista y en ello la formación vocacional es un instrumento útil a la hora de elegir un camino, a partir de las motivaciones que determinan el proyecto de vida. El tema de estudio se sustenta en la gestión sociocultural para la formación vocacional hacia carreras pedagógicas desde la familia. Por la complejidad de la problemática enunciada se realizó una revisión bibliográfica con el objetivo de actualizar los conocimientos asociados a la gestión sociocultural para la formación vocacional hacia carreras pedagógicas desde las familias. El diagnóstico realizado permitió identificar como regularidad la insuficiente influencia del docente para la orientación familiar en la formación vocacional hacia carreras pedagógicas, lo que limita el conocimiento por parte de las familias de la motivación profesional de sus hijos hacia esa especialidad. Se propone entonces, la implementación de una estrategia educativa de orientación familiar para la formación vocacional hacia carreras pedagógicas en la Secundaria Básica, como una vía de solución al problema investigado.The Educational System of a country like Cuba cannot turn its back to the great transformations faced by the world today, when war is globalized and hunger and social inequalities proliferate. In this endeavor, the Ministry of Education incorporates all existing resources to improve the processes that determine the historical continuity of the Socialist Revolution, in which vocational training is a useful instrument when choosing a path, based on the motivations that decide the life project. The topic of study is supported by the sociocultural management for vocational training intended to pedagogical careers starting within the family. Due to the complexity of the stated problem, a bibliographic review was carried out with the aim of updating the knowledge associated to the process mentioned before. The diagnosis carried out allowed to identify as a regularity the restricted influence of the teacher in the orientation of the family concerning the vocational training towards pedagogical careers, which limits the knowledge on the part of the families about the professional motivation of their children towards this specialty. It is proposed then, the implementation of an educative strategy of family orientation for vocational training towards pedagogical careers in Junior High School, as a solution to the problem under research
The principle of proportionality and the guarantee of motivation in disciplinary administrative procedures (Original).
Get PDFEl poder sancionador estatal se hace palpable a través de la potestad disciplinaria administrativa, que amerita ser considerada como legítima, al contar con varios momentos o etapas que permiten percibirla como tal; esto es desde su regulación hasta su aplicación; por lo que al abordar el principio de proporcionalidad, se debe tener en cuenta que definir la norma y la garantía de motivación son inherentes en cualquier proceso o procedimiento, sea judicial o administrativo, ya que mediante estos se puede prohibir el exceso, medir y controlar aquellas injerencias del poder público, adecuando el actual a la legalidad y a la seguridad jurídica, evitando vulneración de derechos de los administrados. Por tal razón, el objetivo del presente trabajo es analizar la legitimidad de la potestad sancionadora disciplinaria, desde su configuración hasta su conclusión, expresada en una resolución, para ser implementada por servidores y funcionarios públicos. Para su cumplimiento, se desarrolló un estudio descriptivo de tipo revisión documental, apoyado en el método de investigación jurídica. Como resultado se estableció que los referidos procedimientos deben mantener estricto apego a la normativa regente, ameritando una identificación clara del tipo de infracción, así como de su sanción, en el marco de la proporcionalidad y con los fundamentos suficientes para cumplir con la motivación cuando se emite la resolución.The state's punitive power becomes evident through its administrative disciplinary authority, which deserves to be considered legitimate. This legitimacy entails several stages for it to be perceived as such, ranging from its regulation to its application. Therefore, the principles of proportionality in defining the norm and the guarantee of motivation are inherent in any judicial or administrative process or procedure. Through these principles, excesses can be prohibited, and the interventions of public power can be measured and controlled, aligning the current practices with legality and legal certainty while preventing the violation of the rights of those governed. Hence, the objective of this work is to analyze the legitimacy of disciplinary punitive authority, from its establishment to its conclusion, culminating in a resolution, concerning public servants and officials. To achieve this, a descriptive study employing a documentary review method within legal research was conducted. The results established that these procedures must strictly adhere to the governing regulations, necessitating a clear identification of the type of infraction and its corresponding penalty. These actions must be in line with the principle of proportionality and supported by sufficient grounds to ensure motivation when issuing the resolution
Proportionality in the establishment of fines in criminal proceedings in Ecuador (Review).
Get PDFEn Ecuador, la aplicación de las multas establecidas en el artículo 70 del Código Orgánico Integral Penal (2014), se ha convertido en un verdadero problema de la realidad jurídica y social, en virtud de la desproporcionalidad que tienen estas sanciones pecuniarias a personas privadas de la libertad, que no cuentan con los medios económicos suficientes para solventar estas obligaciones económicas a favor del Estado. En consecuencia, el tema sobre la imposición de las multas precisa un tratamiento detallado a la hora de su aplicación por parte de los administradores de justicia; quienes con criterio y conforme a las circunstancias deben aplicar de manera proporcional las multas, específicamente las establecidas desde los numerales 10 al 15 del artículo 70 del Código Orgánico Integral Penal (2014), penas que van desde los 40 salarios básicos unificados y pueden llegar hasta los 1500 salarios básicos unificados. La situación económica de los privados de la libertad hacen que estas multas se conviertan en incobrables, generando un trabajo infructuoso al Consejo de la Judicatura, institución que debe realizar un trabajo administrativo inútil para poder establecer como una deuda incobrable; en tal virtud, con el presente trabajo se pretende analizar circunstancias que produce este fenómeno jurídico.In Ecuador, the application of the fines established in article 70 of the Comprehensive Organic Criminal Code (2014), has become a real problem of legal and social reality, due to the disproportionality of these monetary sanctions against private persons. Of freedom, who do not have sufficient financial means to meet these financial obligations in favor of the State Consequently, the subject on the imposition of fines requires a detailed treatment at the time of its application by the administrators of justice; who with criteria and according to the circumstances, must apply the fines proportionally, specifically those established from numerals 10 to 15 of article 70 of the Comprehensive Organic Criminal Code (2014), penalties ranging from 40 unified basic salaries and can reach up to 1500 unified basic salaries. The impact of inclusive tourism on the LGBTI community in the Jipijapa canton (Review).
Get PDFEl turismo inclusivo ha sido identificado como un motor de desarrollo económico y social, con un enfoque particular en la inclusión y aceptación de la comunidad LGBTI. Este artículo de revisión analiza el impacto de estas prácticas en el cantón Jipijapa, evaluando tanto los beneficios económicos como los avances sociales derivados de la integración de políticas inclusivas. Así también, expone los desafíos que enfrenta la comunidad LGBTI en esta zona, como la discriminación y la manera de abordar eficazmente estas problemáticas a fin de garantizar un turismo accesible y enriquecedor, independientemente de su identidad y orientación sexual. La metodología a utilizar se basa en un enfoque documental, que implica una revisión exhaustiva de la literatura disponible, es por ello que se revisaron diversas fuentes académicas y estudios de caso. Los resultados demostraron cómo el turismo inclusivo ha influido positivamente en la percepción y visibilidad de la comunidad LGBTI en Jipijapa, al abordar la discriminación, promover la igualdad, reducir perjuicios y estimular el desarrollo económico. Además de generar ingresos significativos para el sector turístico local, el turismo inclusivo ha desempeñado un papel crucial en la promoción de una mayor aceptación social. Sin embargo, todavía persisten desafíos que deben ser abordados para asegurar un entorno verdaderamente inclusivo. Estas estrategias podrían replicarse en otras comunidades para fomentar la diversidad e inclusión en el turismo.Inclusive tourism has been identified as a driver of economic and social development, with a particular focus on the inclusion and acceptance of the LGBTI community. This review article analyzes the impact of these practices in the Jipijapa canton, evaluating both the economic benefits and social advances derived from the integration of inclusive policies. It also exposes the challenges faced by the LGBTI community in this area, such as discrimination and how to effectively address these problems in order to guarantee accessible and enriching tourism, regardless of their identity and sexual orientation. The methodology to be used is based on a documentary approach, which involves an exhaustive review of the available literature; various academic sources and case studies were reviewed. The results demonstrated how inclusive tourism has positively influenced the perception and visibility of the LGBTI community in Jipijapa, by addressing discrimination, promoting equality, reducing harm and stimulating economic development and, in addition to generating significant income for the tourism sector. Locally, inclusive tourism has played a crucial role in promoting greater social acceptance. However, persistent challenges are also identified that must be addressed to ensure a truly inclusive environment. It suggests that these strategies could be replicated in other communities to promote diversity and inclusion in tourism
Analysis of the Tax System, Tax about the Sales and Special Contribution to Social Security (Original)
Get PDFLa ley del sistema tributario en Cuba, garantiza la recaudación de recursos financieros que permitan financiar los gastos sociales y reducir el déficit fiscal. Este artículo tiene como objetivo analizar el nivel de preparación de los técnicos, especialistas y cuadros de la Sucursal CIMEX Granma acerca de la actividad tributaria, en particular los Impuestos sobre las Ventas y la Contribución Especial a la Seguridad Social, así como su cumplimiento a través del Impuesto sobre las Ventas y la Contribución Especial en función de mejorar la efectividad de la actividad tributaria. Como método fundamental se asume el dialéctico-materialista, además de los métodos teóricos, empíricos y estadístico matemático, así como las técnicas cuestionario y entrevista. En la investigación se exponen los criterios autorales de mayor relevancia sobre la administración financiera del estado como parte más importante el sistema tributario. Como principales conclusiones se tienen que, se muestra la importancia del cumplimiento del Impuesto sobre las Ventas y la Contribución Especial a la Seguridad Social; las guías aplicadas demostraron que son insuficientes los conocimientos de la legislación tributaria y que es necesario seguir trabajando en el fortalecimiento de su cultura a nivel de empresa.The law of the tax system in Cuba guarantees the collection of financial resources to finance social expenditures and reduce the fiscal deficit. The objective of this article is to analyze the level of preparation of technicians, specialists and cadres about the tax activity, particularly the sales tax and the special contribution to social security, as well as their compliance, through the Sales Tax and the Special Contribution in order to improve the effectiveness of such activity in the Sucursal CIMEX Granma. The dialectical-materialist method is assumed as the essential method, in addition to the theoretical, empirical and mathematical statistical methods, as well as the questionnaire and interview techniques. The research exposes the most relevant authorial criteria on the financial administration of the state as the most important part of the tax system. As main conclusions we have that, the importance of compliance with the Sales Tax and the Special Contribution to Social Security is shown, the guides applied showed that there is not enough knowledge of the tax legislation and it is necessary to continue working on strengthening its culture at the company level
Resilient capacities to face and overcome impacts in vulnerable communities of Esmeraldas, Ecuador (Review)
Get PDFEn el artículo se demuestra el avance preliminar de una investigación iniciada en el 2022 y diseñada hasta el 2024 como parte de un proyecto institucional. Tiene como objetivo reflexionar acerca del desarrollo de capacidades resilientes, asertivas y de pensamiento positivo en las comunidades de mayor vulnerabilidad en la provincia de Esmeraldas, Ecuador, que les permita a sus pobladores el enfrentamiento y la recuperación ante los impactos adversos. En tal sentido, se aplica como metodología la investigación de campo, con la colaboración de los estudiantes de sexto semestre de la carrera de Sociología de la Universidad Técnica Luis Vargas Torres, a través del proceso de interacción social durante las prácticas de servicio comunitario y de la aplicación de encuestas, lo que se conjuga con el análisis documental y posibilita el acercamiento a la precisión y caracterización de las comunidades de mayor nivel de vulnerabilidad en los seis cantones de la provincia. Con ello se incrementa la sensibilización sobre la postura correcta para enfrentar impactos fuertes a partir del conocimiento de debilidades, fortalezas, amenazas y de oportunidades de ampliar las ofertas de empleo y emprendimiento, para mantener la calidad de vida en situaciones desfavorables, así como contribuir a la formación del futuro profesional de la sociología. Estos primeros resultados sientan las bases para la elaboración de un folleto teórico-práctico con las cuestiones esenciales que permitan el accionar sociológico en el desarrollo de capacidades resilientes, asertivas y de pensamiento positivo, así como viabilicen una adecuada actitud postraumática.The article demonstrates the preliminary progress of a research initiated in 2022 and designed until 2024 as part of an institutional project. It aims to reflect on the development of resilient, assertive and positive thinking skills in the most vulnerable communities in the province of Esmeraldas, Ecuador, to enable its inhabitants to cope with and recover from adverse impacts. In this sense, field research is applied as a methodology, with the collaboration of sixth semester students of Sociology at the Luis Vargas Torres Technical University, through the process of social interaction during community service practices and the application of surveys, which is combined with documentary analysis and enables the approach to the accuracy and characterization of the communities with the highest level of vulnerability in the six cantons of the province. This will increase awareness of the correct position to face strong impacts from the knowledge of weaknesses, strengths, threats and opportunities to expand employment opportunities and entrepreneurship, to maintain the quality of life in unfavorable situations, as well as contribute to the training of future professionals in sociology. These first results lay the foundations for the elaboration of a theoretical-practical brochure with the essential questions that allow sociological action in the development of resilient, assertive capacities and positive thinking, which enables an adequate post-traumatic attitude
Approach to the socioclassist structure of Cuban society in the construction of socialism (Review)
Get PDFEn la actualidad, la sociedad cubana enfrenta un escenario político, económico y social complejo, de máxima presión y recrudecimiento del bloqueo. A los efectos provenientes de la hegemonía imperialista del gobierno estadounidense y de su clase dominante, se añaden los asociados a la crisis de carácter internacional, junto a las derivadas de la actualización del Modelo Económico y Social de Desarrollo Socialista, que incluye aquellas distorsiones resultantes de errores en su aplicación. El estudio se sustenta en una valoración de los procesos de homogeneidad y heterogeneidad en el interior de la sociedad, así como de los grupos sociales, lo que alcanza dimensiones nuevas en su complejidad y rebasa las fronteras del debate teórico, pues encierra en sí mismo significativa importancia política. Por todo lo anterior, el objetivo es reflexionar sobre las transformaciones en la estructura socioclasista de la sociedad cubana. Se precisan elementos de las relaciones de propiedad y su lugar en el sistema de construcción socialista, los que constituyen fundamentos básicos del análisis. La investigación se sustenta en el enfoque dialéctico- materialista, con métodos de análisis-síntesis e inducción-deducción. Son referentes el análisis documental y la experiencia personal del autor. En el análisis se revela cómo los cambios que se han producido y que ampliaron la heterogeneidad social, no tienden a la descomposición del sistema, pero sí requieren de un avance en la manera de ejercer la dirección y el cambio de mentalidad.At present, Cuban society is facing a complex political, economic and social scenario of maximum pressure and tightening of the blockade. To the effects coming from the imperialist hegemony of the U.S. government and its ruling class, are added those associated with the crisis of international character, together with those derived from the updating of the Economic and Social Model of Socialist Development, which includes those distortions resulting from errors in its application. The study is based on an assessment of the processes of homogeneity and heterogeneity within society, as well as of social groups, which reaches new dimensions in its complexity and goes beyond the boundaries of the theoretical debate, since it contains in itself significant political importance. For all the above, the objective is to reflect on the transformations in the socio-classist structure of Cuban society. Elements of property relations and their place in the system of socialist construction are specified, which constitute the basic foundations of the analysis. The research is based on the dialectical-materialistic approach, with methods of analysis-synthesis and induction-deduction. Documentary analysis and the author's personal experience are referents. The analysis reveals how the changes that have taken place, which have increased social heterogeneity, do not tend to decompose the system, but do require an advance in the way of exercising social responsibility

Resistance of three tomato varieties to Tuta absoluta in the Cuanza Sul region (Original)
Get PDFA cultura do tomate (Solanum lycopersicum L.) abrange grandes áreas de cultivo e emprega considerável mão de obra. A sua expansão favoreceu o desenvolvimento da Tuta absoluta (Meyrick) (Lepidoptera: Gelechiidae) que afecta consideravelmente a sua produção. Este artigo teve como objectivo avaliar à resistência do tomate IPA6, Rio Grande, e Elgon à Tuta absoluta, em condições de campo na Estação Académica 2 do ISP-Cuanza Sul. O experimento foi conduzido em delineamento em blocos casualizado (DBC) com três blocos e três repetições. Foi constituído por nove mini-estufas de 1,70 x 1,70 x 1,70 m separadas entre si por 0,8 x 0,8 m; onde foram colocados os vasos de polietileno de cinco 5 litros contendo uma mistura de solo, areia e matéria orgânica. A área total do experimento foi de 98 m² e a útil de 15,3 m²; teve um total de 45 plantas na razão de 15 plantas por variedades e uma planta por vaso com o espaçamento de 0,4 x 0,4 m. Observou-se diferenças significativas nas médias dos parâmetros de Resistência dos T1, T2 com relação ao T3, referente ao número de folhas raspadas, número de folhas furadas. Os restantes parâmetros não se verificaram diferenças significativas. As médias dos parâmetros de rendimento diferenciaram-se significativamente no diâmetro equatorial do fruto entre os tratamentos T3 e T1 com o T2. As variedades IPA6 e Rio grande mostraram-se mais resistente face ao ataque da Tuta absoluta. Enquanto que a Elgon foi a menos resistente.The tomato crop (Solanum lycopersicum L.) covers large areas and employs considerable labor. Its expansion has favored the development of Tuta absoluta (Meyrick) (Lepidoptera: Gelechiidae), which considerably affects its production. The aim of this article was to evaluate the resistance of IPA6, Rio Grande and Elgon tomatoes to Tuta absoluta under field conditions at the ISP-Cuanza Sul Academic Station 2. The experiment was conducted in a randomized block design with three blocks and three replications. It consisted of nine mini-greenhouses measuring 1.70 x 1.70 x 1.70 m separated from each other by 0.8 x 0.8 m; where the five 5-liter polyethylene pots containing a mixture of soil, sand and organic matter were placed. The total area of the experiment was 98 m² and the useful area was 15.3 m²; there were a total of 45 plants at a ratio of 15 plants per variety and one plant per pot with a spacing of 0.4 x 0.4 m. There were significant differences in the averages of the Resistance parameters of T1, T2 in relation to T3, in terms of the number of leaves scraped and the number of leaves pierced. There were no significant differences in the other parameters. The averages of the yield parameters differed significantly in the equatorial diameter of the fruit between treatments T3 and T1 and T2. The IPA6 and Rio Grande varieties proved to be more resistant to Tuta absoluta attack. Elgon was the least resistant
Set of activities to promote appropriate sexual behaviors in adolescents with a diagnosis of intellectual disability
Get PDFLa investigación tiene como objetivo fundamental la elaboración de un conjunto de actividades destinado a promover comportamientos sexuales apropiados en adolescentes de séptimo grado con diagnóstico de discapacidad intelectual leve en la escuela Fructuoso Rodríguez del municipio Campechuela. Este enfoque busca abordar la necesidad de garantizar el acceso equitativo a información sobre la sexualidad y su expresión libre para todos, sin importar su condición. Para lograr este propósito, se han empleado tanto métodos teóricos como el histórico lógico, análisis síntesis, inducción-deducción y el enfoque sistémico estructural-funcional. Además, se han utilizado métodos empíricos, tales como la observación, encuestas, entrevistas y revisión documental, respaldados por procedimientos matemáticos basados en análisis porcentual y estadística descriptiva. Esta combinación metodológica posiciona el estudio en un marco integral, permitiendo una comprensión profunda de la problemática y su abordaje desde diversas perspectivas. El conjunto de actividades desarrollado se concibe como una respuesta para superar la contradicción evidente entre la preparación necesaria para la vida adulta independiente requerida por la educación especial, y las limitaciones actuales en la concepción, organización y ejecución del proceso de educación sexual para adolescentes con discapacidad intelectual leve, centrándose específicamente en la promoción de comportamientos sexuales adecuados.The fundamental objective of the research is the development of a set of activities aimed at promoting appropriate sexual behaviors in seventh grade adolescents with a diagnosis of mild intellectual disability at the Fructuoso Rodríguez school in the Campechuela municipality. This approach seeks to address the need to guarantee equitable access to information about sexuality and its free expression for all, regardless of their condition. To achieve this purpose, both theoretical methods such as logical history, synthesis analysis, induction-deduction and the structural-functional systemic approach have been used. In addition, empirical methods have been used, such as observation, surveys, interviews and documentary review, supported by mathematical procedures based on percentage analysis and descriptive statistics. This methodological combination positions the study in a comprehensive framework, allowing a deep understanding of the problem and its approach from various perspectives.
