Turn-taking in EFL Classroom Discourse
In this essay, there will be a contrast and comparison between the teacherdominant turn-taking patterns and students-centered turn-taking patterns. This comparison can help us to find out which pattern can help develop an effective turn-taking in classroom discourse. In terms of the turn-taking pattern in EFL classroom, there also will be a study of turn-taking patterns. This study is concentrated on the EFL students who study in foreign language classroom. Different turn-taking patterns will be recorded to analyze students’ language performance and language anxiety during the turns change process. Brown (2008) proposes that senior foreign language learners tend to be influenced by the low sense of confidence, the feel of shame and inferiority. However, evidence shows that many students with higher level of language proficiency also are silent in the foreign language classroom. They seldom take turns to make a contribution to the speech in the classroom. This essay shows great interests in the relationship between EFL learners’ language anxiety and turn-taking patterns. Particularly, this essay will explore the several turn-taking patterns which can help to foster the flow of classroom talk. These turn-taking patterns will be analyzed in two directions: the teacher-fronted turns exchange and students-centered exchange. This can help EFL teachers to adjust the turn-taking patterns to the classroom teaching to help students get more involvements in the classroom conversation
Discussion of the Relationship between Fairness and Efficiency ——Based on Rawls' “A Theory of Justice”
Since China’s reform and opening up, from the Third Plenary Session of the 14th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China that put forward "efficiency first and fairness" to the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, "first distribution and redistribution must deal with the relationship between fairness and efficiency, and redistribution pays more attention to fairness" Distribution policy, in 2021, the tenth meeting of the Central Finance and Economics Committee clearly stated that it is necessary to promote common prosperity in stages. The relationship between fairness and efficiency has always been the basic principle and standard for the country to formulate policies, and it is also the core issue discussed by scholars. Both utilitarianism and Rawls' two principles of justice provide us with different perspectives to explore the relationship between fairness and efficiency. This article focuses on Rawls's critique of utilitarianism and the specific content of the two justice principles, and makes a simple discussion on the relationship between fairness and efficiency and its enlightenment on the formulation of distribution policies in our country
Probe into Reverse Operation of Apoptosis Gene
Objective: The programmed death process of cells according to gene coding belongs to apoptotic natural extinction (PCD). The purpose of this study is to explore the phenomenon of “returning to old age and rejuvenating children” in the extreme anoxia, no nutrients and survival in the extreme environment of fish and earthworm. Methods: the adult earthworms were put into the sealed quartz sand or fine yellow sand plastic bottle with humidity of 35-40%70 ml and poured out 100-150 d, then put back into the natural environment (simulated natural plastic basin) and raised 100-150 d, to collect the experimental information. The same object can be observed repeatedly. Results: The earthworms which were closed in the little oxygen-free and nutrition-deficient vials were reduced by autophagy, and the rings and reproductive pores disappeared completely. When they were put back into the natural environment for two or three months, they were all restored to their original morphological structure. Conclusion: Most of the same subjects underwent 1-3 years of cyclic observation. The biological structure was adapted to the changing environment. It was helped by the resonance of many biota and complex stress factors
Discussion on Nursing Mode of Ecmo in Treating Severe Patients
Objective: To evaluate the nursing effect of Ecmo treatment for severe patients.Methods :66 patients treated with extracorporeal membrane pulmonary oxygenation were included in the experimental data. From August 2018 to August 2019, the patients were divided into experimental group and reference group by random digital table method, each group was 33 cases. Routine nursing and targeted nursing were performed to compare the complications of the two groups.Results :(1) The correlation index of extracorporeal membrane pulmonary oxygenation treatment before treatment was consistent, P>0.05, the oxygen saturation and oxygen partial pressure of 2 h、4h after treatment in the experimental group were higher than those in the reference group, compared with the reference group, the carbon dioxide partial pressure of 2 h、4h after treatment in the experimental group was lower, showing statistical significance of data test (PP>0.05). (2) The incidence of infection, bleeding, coagulation, embolism and hypotension in the experimental group (12.12%) was lower than that in the reference group (45.45%), showing statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion: the specific nursing effect of extracorporeal membrane pulmonary oxygenation in severe patients can effectively improve the success rate of treatment, and the possibility of complications during treatment is low

Improving Bearing Capacity of Weak Soils: A Review
Weak soils, such as soft clay and loose sand, have a poor bearing capacity, making them incapable of bearing the load of superstructures that will be imposed on them. As a result, engineers must have a solution to the issue of poor bearing capacity in weak soils before embanking into building on them. This paper reviewed the use of stone columns, piled rafts, and geogrids for improving the bearing capability of weak soils. Important findings from recent research are also discussed. From the review of the previous researcher’s findings, it was found that modelling approaches such as physical modelling (full scale, centrifuge, laboratory scale) and numerical modelling are used to study bearing capacity improvement
Economic Policy Uncertainty, Heterogeneity of Executives and Enterprise Innovation
This study analyzes how economic policy uncertainty affects corporate innovation, and the moderating effects of executive heterogeneity. A threephase dynamic investment and financing model is first built to analyze the mechanism. Empirical analysis confirms that the increase in the degree of economic policy uncertainty promotes enterprise innovation. Further results show that this promotion effect is more significant in enterprises with male executives, low educational level, no financial experience and political background. Moreover, the positive impact is only found in enterprises with moderate executive ability, and the overconfidence of senior executives plays a positive regulating role in it

Tick-borne Diseases, Transmission, Host Immune Responses, Diagnosis and Control
Present review article explains tick-borne diseases, transmission, host immune responses, diagnosis and control in relation to climatic variations. Ticks are hematophagous ectoparasites which suck large volumes of blood from livestock and humans. They release large numbers of protozoans, bacteria, rickettsia and viral pathogens during blood feeding and transmit disease pathogens through saliva. Due to heavy blood sucking by ticks animals face significant blood and weight loss that affect their overall health. Due to more severe illness, high economic losses were noted in livestock. This article highlights medically important tick borne diseases in man and livestock, its pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment methods. The present article emphasizes invasion of hosts, host-pathogen interactions, tick saliva toxin induced host immune responses and biological effects. This article highlighted various tick control methods i.e. physical killing, acaricidal, biological, hormonal, genetic and immunological methods such as administration of protective antibody and vaccines for disease control in human being and his livestock. The authors suggest non-chemical environmentally safe methods for successful control of tick borne diseases to kill cattle, bird and canine invading ticks
Numerical Simulation of Resistance Field of Hull-Propeller-Rudder Coupling
Based on the incompressible RANS equation, the KVLCC1 ship’s resistance field’s numerical simulation is carried out. In this paper, the bare hull (calm water resistance and wave resistance) and hull-propellerrudder models are studied and compared with the values of the Hydrostatic resistance test. In the hull-propeller-rudder system’s performance analysis, the body force method is used to replace the real propeller model. The new calculation domain is set for the hull-propeller-rudder system model and meshed again to obtain the highly reliable numerical simulation results. Finally, the calculation results are analyzed. The research results in this paper can provide technical support for the resistance of similar ship types
