THE INFLUENCE OF FINANCIAL LITERACY AND LIFESTYLE ON FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT BEHAVIOR OF CAREER WOMEN IN PITU RIAWA DISTRICT
Get PDFIn the era of globalization and rapid technological development, career women are faced with various challenges in managing their personal finances. Financial Literacy, which includes knowledge and understanding of basic financial concepts, as well as Lifestyle which reflects consumption patterns and individual priorities, are believed to play an important role in forming healthy financial management behavior. The aim of this research is to determine whether there is an influence between Financial Literacy and Lifestyle on Financial Management Behavior and whether both influence simultaneously.
The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach using data collection techniques, namely primary data in the form of questionnaire data and secondary data obtained indirectly which is tested using descriptive analysis tests, data feasibility tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests, and multiple linear regression analysis.
The research results show that: (1) Financial Literacyhas a positive and significant effect on Financial Management Behavior, this is proven by the calculated t value > t table or 4.563 > 1.998 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. (2) Lifestyle has a negative and significant effect on Financial Management Behavior, this is proven by the calculated t value < t table or -5.063 < 1.998 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. (3) Financial Literacy and Lifestyle simultaneously influence Financial Management Behavior, this is proven by the Fcount value of 22.809 > Ftable 3.15 and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05
Peran Orang Tua Dalam Mendukung Perkembangan Potensi Anak Usia Dini

Likewise, parents are the first foundation for their children to teach all education. The aim of the research is to find out the importance of parents in understanding potential development, so they can follow their children's interests and talents. Talent in children usually arises from hobbies that they like, if parents support the development of the child's potential. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach which produces descriptions in the form of written or spoken words from the sources studied, using data collection techniques such as interviews, observation, data analysis techniques and research objects. The results obtained by researchers show that the role of parents in developing the potential of early childhood does not look good, because most parents there do not know the science of parenting and several external and internal factors. The role of parents really helps develop children's potential in cultivating interests and talents. Parents are expected to play an active role and always be a support system in their child's growth and development.Anak merupakan karunia yang dari Tuhan sebagai amanah dalam menjalankan tugas di dunia sebagaimana menjadi manusia yang berbudi pekerti baik serta bermanfaat bagi orang lain. Begitu pun Orang tua menjadi pondasi pertama bagi anaknya untuk mengajarkan segala pendidikan. Tujuan dari penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui pentingnya orang tua dalam memahami perkembangan potensi, supaya dapat mengikuti minat dan bakat anak. Bakat pada anak biasa muncul dari hobi yang dia sukai jika orang tua mendukung perkembangan potensi anak. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Deskriptif kualitatif yang menghasilkan deskripsi berupa kata-kata tertulis atau lisan dari sumber yang di teliti, menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data seperti wawancara, observasi, teknik analisis data dan objek peneliti. Hasil yang diperoleh peneliti bahwa peran orang tua dalam mengembangkan potensi anak usia dini terlihat kurang baik, karena kebanyakan orang tua disana tidak mengetahui ilmu parenting dan beberapa faktor Eksternal dan Internal. Dengan adanya peran orang tua sangat membantu perkembangan potensi anak dalam menumbuhkan minat dan bakat. Orang tua diharapkan dapat berperan aktif dan selalu menjadi Support System dalam tumbuh kembang anak

The decision-making process in public administration requires a balance between discretion and legality. Discretion provides officials the freedom to make decisions based on their personal judgment. However, discretion also has the potential to be misused. This research was conducted to identify and analyze the balance between the freedom to act and legal compliance in the decision-making process of the Indonesian government. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of the study indicate that discretion has the potential to increase flexibility and effectiveness in decision-making, but it also has the potential for misuse. Therefore, a proper balance between the use of discretion and the principle of legality is necessary. Recommendations include enhancing the awareness and ability of administrative officials to use discretion appropriately and transparently, and improving the quality of legislation by providing clearer and more detailed guidelines. As a result, the government can function better and achieve better national objectives.
Pengambilan keputusan administrasi negara memerlukan keseimbangan antara diskresi dan legalitas. Diskresi memberikan kebebasan bagi Pejabat negara membuat keputusan berdasarkan pandangan pribadi mereka. dalam situasi yanNamun, diskresi juga berpotensi disalahgunakan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis keseimbangan antara kebebasan bertindak dan kepatuhan hukum dalam proses pengambilan keputusan pemerintahan Indonesia. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa diskresi berpotensi meningkatkan fleksibilitas dan efektivitas dalam pengambilan keputusan, tetapi juga berpotensi disalahgunakan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu keseimbangan yang tepat antara penggunaan diskresi dan prinsip legalitas. Saran yang dapat diambil adalah meningkatkan kesadaran dan kemampuan pejabat administrasi dalam menggunakan diskresi secara tepat dan transparan, dan meningkatkan kualitas peraturan perundang-undangan dengan menyediakan pedoman yang lebih jelas dan terperinci. Oleh karena itu, pemerintahan dapat berjalan dengan lebih baik dan mewujudkan tujuan bernegara yang lebih baik.

(supervised by Ms. Nurhikmah, and Mr. Muhammad Ismail ) This study raises the issue of the application of the al-kalam method in increasing the reading of the Koran at TPA Al-Ihsan Mubarak Cempaka Putih with the sub-problem how the communication patterns of TPA teachers apply the al-kalam method in increasing the reading of the Koran at TPA Al-Ihsan Mubarak Cempaka Putih then the advantages of the al-kalam method in increasing the reading of the Koran at TPA Al-Ihsan Mubarak Cempaka Putih. This research uses descriptive qualitative which produces descriptive data in the form of other people's written or spoken words and observable behavior. The technique used is in the form of data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the application of the al-kalam method in improving reading of the Qur'an uses interpersonal communication patterns and group communication and both of these communication patterns have the same type of communication, namely verbal communication and non-verbal communication. The advantages of the al-kalam method are that it is easy for children to understand and very fun for children and with the application of this method it will be easy to increase students' reading of the Koran at TPA Al-Ihsan Mubarak Cempaka Putih.Penerapan Metode Al-Kalam dalam meningkatkan bacaan al-Qur’an di TPA Al-Ihsan Mubarak Cempaka Putih. (dibimbing oleh Ibu Nurhikmah, dan Bapak Muhammad Ismail ) Penelitian ini mengangkat tentang penerapan metode al-kalam dalam meningkatkan bacaan al-Qur’an di TPA Al-Ihsan Mubarak Cempaka Putih dengan sub masalah bagaimana pola komunikasi guru TPA dalam menerapkan metode al-kalam dalam meningkatkan bacaan al-Qur’an di TPA Al-Ihsan Mubarak Cempaka Putih kemudian kelebihan metode al-kalam dalam meningkatkan bacaan al-Quran di TPA Al-Ihsan Mubarak Cempaka Putih. Penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif yang menghasilakn data deskriptif berupa kata-kata tertulis atau lisan orang lain dan perilaku yang dapat diamati. Tekhnik yang digunakan berupa tekhnik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode al-kalam dalam meningkatkan bacaan al-Qur’an menggunakan pola komunikasi antarpribadi dan komunikasi kelompok dam kedua pola komunikasi ini mempunyai jenis komunikasi yang sama yakni komunikasi verbal dan komunikasi non verbal. Adapun kelebihan dari metode al-kalam ini yakni mudah dipahami oleh anak-anak dan sangat menyenangkan bagi anak-anak dan dengan penerapan metode ini maka akan mudah meningkatkan bacaan al-Qur’an santri di TPA Al-Ihsan Mubarak Cempaka Putih

Get PDFGermany, being the Western nation with the largest Muslim population in Europe - estimated at approximately 5.3 to 5.6 million people based on 2021 data from the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees (BAMF) - has implemented highly restrictive and exclusive government policies toward Muslim immigrants. As a result, Islamophobia cases frequently grab headlines in German media, closely linked to the breakdown of multicultural policies that have fostered a negative portrayal of Islam. These cases often serve as manifestations of societal tensions and prejudices, exacerbating the perception of Muslims as the ‘other’ within German society. Based on descriptive research that depicts ongoing phenomena and aims to uncover the roots of discrimination in Germany, the study results indicate that through a deeper historical examination, Germany indeed has significant interactions with the Muslim world despite not having colonies. Multiculturalism in Germany, contrasting with its history, is believed to have emerged after World War II. A labor shortage prompted a substantial influx of immigrants, primarily from Africa, seeking work opportunities. Many arrived with their families, belonging to African ethnic groups and practicing Islam, contributing to the diverse fabric of Germany. This immigration-induced diversity played a pivotal role in shaping Germany into a multicultural society. As the immigrant populace continued to grow, its presence exerted influences on societal, political, and cultural landscapes. Social disparities between locals and immigrants sparked tensions, culminating in conflicts within shared living spaces and resulting in discriminatory and racist behavior

This research uses descriptive qualitative research with snowball sampling method. The results of the study indicate that there are problems faced by business actors in the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises cluster in Pati Regency, including aspects of capital, production, technology, marketing, human resources, bureaucracy, facilities and infrastructure, as well as social and economic aspects. In addition, the right strategy for developing. MSMEs in Pati Regency is the SO (Growth) Strategy. SO (Growth) strategy is a strategy that utilizes existing strengths to increase competitive advantage. MSMEs need to take more advantage of access to capital through related agencies such as Regional Innovation SIPENCAR (Synergy of Planning Assistance Through Clusters). SIPENCAR Bappeda oversees and ensures that from a planning standpoint, in the synergy of OPD planning assistance, the main tasks and functions overlap with MSME assistance. So that the OPD as mentioned above allocates its budget in planning documents to assist and facilitate MSMEs hoping that MSMEs can upgrade so that they can improve the people's economy

The management of Paputo Beach has implemented various efforts, programs and policies to develop tourist destinations at Paputo Beach. Namely the construction and development of infrastructure, promotion and improvement of environmental quality. Regarding the principles of sharia tourism development, Paputo Beach has fulfilled several principles so that Paputo Beach can be used as a tourist destination with a sharia concept in the future with various improvements, requires the readiness of human resources and requires seriousness and optimal support from stakeholders.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk pengelolaan pada aspek perencaanaan untuk optimalisasi pengelolaan wisata di Paputo Beach. The increase in its value triggers financial burdens, delays in marriage, disputes between families, and exploitation of women. The phenomenon of "commercialization" of marriage reinforces the stereotype of women as an economic burden. This research aims to analyze the shift in the panai money paradigm from an Islamic legal perspective. The research method used is qualitative with an interdisciplinary approach, combining Islamic law, anthropology, sociology and economics. Data was collected through literature study and textual analysis of Islamic legal sources related to marriage and dowry. The research results show that the shift in the panai money paradigm is caused by social, economic and cultural factors. Islamic law offers a solution to overcome this paradigm shift by emphasizing justice, balance, and prohibiting the "commercialization" of marriage. Penerapan Strategi Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Team-Assisted Individualization (TAI) untuk Meningkatkan Penguasaan Mufradat Siswa
Get PDFThis research aims to determine the effectiveness of applying the Team-Assisted Individualization (TAI) cooperative learning strategy in improving the Arabic vocabulary mastery of eighth-grade students at MTs Nurul Ilmi Barukku in Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The study employs a quantitative approach with an experimental research type and a pre-experimental design in the form of pre-test and post-test. The research sample consists of 18 randomly selected students. The results show a significant improvement in students' vocabulary mastery after implementing the TAI strategy. The average pre-test score of 20.83 increased to 83.89 in the post-test. This indicates that the application of the TAI cooperative learning strategy is effective in enhancing students' Arabic vocabulary mastery, particularly related to الْمِهْنَةُ الطِبِّيَّة (medical professions). The study concludes that the TAI strategy can be a good alternative for Arabic vocabulary learning.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penerapan strategi pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Team-Assisted Individualization (TAI) dalam meningkatkan penguasaan mufradat bahasa Arab peserta didik kelas VIII MTs Nurul Ilmi Barukku Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksperimen dan desain pre-eksperimen dalam bentuk pre-test dan post-test. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 18 peserta didik yang dipilih secara acak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan pada penguasaan mufradat peserta didik setelah penerapan strategi TAI. Nilai rata-rata pre-test sebesar 20,83 meningkat menjadi 83,89 pada post-test. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa penerapan strategi pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TAI efektif dalam meningkatkan penguasaan mufradat bahasa Arab peserta didik, khususnya terkait الْمِهْنَةُ الطِبِّيَّة (profesi medis). Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa strategi TAI dapat menjadi alternatif yang baik untuk pembelajaran mufradat bahasa Arab
Strategic Management in Improving Strong Education

Education is a very important skill for every individual. A strong education can help individuals achieve desired goals, such as achieving a higher level of education, getting a suitable job, and advancing their career. However, a strong education depends not only on individual ability but also on a good education system and effective management. Therefore, this research analyzes effective strategic management in improving strong education. This research uses a literature review as a research method. This literature review is carried out by collecting data from various sources, such as journals, books, and articles. The results of this research show that effective strategic management in improving strong education has several factors that influence increasing student achievement, including creating a sense of urgency, using new curricula and programs, setting bold and ambitious goals, and using new student admission selection, providing appropriate learning, providing additional time and assistance to students who experience difficulties, and teachers as role models. The conclusion can be drawn that strategic management requires environmental analysis, strategy formulation, strategy implementation, and evaluation and control.Pendidikan merupakan suatu hal yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Namun kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia masih terbatas karna disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor. Pendidikan merupakan suatu keterampilan yang sangat penting bagi setiap individu. Pendidikan yang kuat dapat membantu individu untuk mencapai tujuan yang diinginkan, seperti mencapai jenjang pendidikan yang lebih tinggi, mendapatkan pekerjaan yang sesuai, dan memajukan kariernya. Namun, pendidikan yang kuat tidak hanya bergantung pada kemampuan individu saja, melainkan juga pada sistem pendidikan yang baik dan manajemen yang efektif. Oleh karena itu tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis manajemen strategi yang efektif dalam meningkatkan pendidikan yang kuat. Penelitian ini menggunakan literature review sebagai metote penelitian. Literature review ini dilakukan melalui pengumpulan data dari berbagai sumber, seperti jurnal, buku dan artikel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen strategi yang efektif dalam meningkatkan pendidikan yang kuat mempunyai beberapa faktor yang memengaruhi dalam meningkatkan pencapaian siswa, diantaranya menciptakan rasa urgensi, menggunakan kurikulum dan program-program yang baru, menetapkan tujuan yang berani dan ambisius, menggunakan seleksi penerimaan siswa baru, memberikan pembelajaran yang tepat, memberikan waktu tambahan dan bantuan kepada siswa yang mengalami kesulitan serta guru sebagai suri tauladan. Dapat ditarik kesimpulannya bahwa dalam manajemen strategik perlu adanya analisis lingkungan, perumusan strategi, implementasi strategi dan evaluasi serta pengendalian
