No full textThe Coey Creative House program in Dramaga Subdistrict is an inclusive social investment model aimed at empowering marginalized communities through entrepreneurship training and creative product development. This study aims to evaluate the program’s effectiveness in improving residents' economic capacity. A qualitative method was employed through observation and in-depth interviews. The results show that the program successfully enhanced participants’ skills, social networks, and economic motivation. The study concludes that Coey Creative House represents a community-based empowerment practice that makes a tangible contribution to inclusive social development in the post-pandemic period

The type of research is qualitative descriptive, the subjects of the research are the heads of farmer groups in Marannu Village, Mattiro Bulu District, Pinrang Regency. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, documentation. Equipped with data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation, conclusions and data verification. The results of the study showed a lack of extension workers so that field officers were unable to overcome various problems faced, the lack of knowledge possessed by extension workers and the lack of participation of farmer group members

Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kontribusi objek wisata Menralo dalam pengembangan ekonomi masyarakat di Desa Wiringtasi, Dusun Lero Menralo, Kecamatan Suppa, Kabupaten Pinrang. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa objek wisata Menralo memberikan dampak positif dalam peningkatan pendapatan, penciptaan lapangan kerja, serta perbaikan infrastruktur Meskipun demikian, terdapat pula dampak negatif seperti rusaknya kawasan ekologi wisata dan tantangan dalam menjaga keberlanjutan budaya lokal di tengah derasnya arus pariwisata. Penelitian ini memberikan saran untuk pemerataan manfaat dan pengelolaan yang berkelanjutan

Get PDFCorporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in Islamic economics is a concept that emphasizes the importance of achieving a balance between the profits earned by a company and the positive impact it provides to society through various social and economic programs. In the context of Islamic entrepreneurship, CSR strives to balance company profits while simultaneously benefiting society through various social and economic initiatives. The ethical principles of Islamic business that underlie CSR include justice, mutual assistance, and environmental sustainability. In Islam's view, CSR is not just about fulfilling legal and moral obligations but also a strategy to ensure the continuity of the company and the long-term welfare of society. Islamic economic actors have the duty to assist the community and preserve the surrounding environment. The implementation of CSR from an Islamic perspective must align with maslahah, which includes both dharuriyyah (basic needs) and hajiyyah (secondary needs). Some of the Islamic business principles related to CSR include environmental protection, efforts to alleviate poverty, and prioritizing urgent needs. CSR in Islamic business is a moral responsibility of business actors as representatives of the company to Allah SWT, with the aim of obtaining both worldly and spiritual benefits, making every action in business an act of worship
Peran intermediasi bank syariah terhadap pengurangan kemiskinan dalam konteks ketimpangan ekonomi global
No full textThis study aims to examine the role of Islamic bank intermediation in poverty alleviation amidst global economic inequality. Operating on the principles of justice, transparency, and profit-sharing, Islamic banks serve as alternative financial institutions focused on community empowerment. Through intermediation mechanisms such as microfinance, productive zakat, and social investments, Islamic banks enhance financial access for underprivileged groups. This research employs a qualitative method with a data collection technique in the form of literature review, by analyzing relevant academic literature, accredited journal articles, research reports, and policy documents. The findings indicate that Islamic bank intermediation plays a significant role in reducing structural poverty and promoting economic equity. In the context of global disparities, Islamic banks also act as instruments of stabilization and fair wealth redistribution. To optimize this role sustainably, regulatory support and cross-sector collaboration are essential.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran intermediasi bank syariah dalam upaya pengurangan kemiskinan di tengah ketimpangan ekonomi global. Bank syariah beroperasi berdasarkan prinsip keadilan, transparansi, dan bagi hasil, yang menjadikannya sebagai lembaga keuangan alternatif yang berorientasi pada pemberdayaan masyarakat. Melalui mekanisme intermediasi seperti pembiayaan mikro, zakat produktif, dan investasi sosial, bank syariah dapat meningkatkan akses keuangan bagi kelompok kurang mampu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa studi pustaka, yaitu dengan menelaah berbagai literatur ilmiah, jurnal terakreditasi, laporan penelitian, serta dokumen kebijakan yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa intermediasi bank syariah berperan penting dalam mengurangi kemiskinan struktural dan menciptakan pemerataan perekonomian. Dalam konteks ketimpangan ekonomi global, bank syariah juga mampu menjadi instrumen stabilisasi dan redistribusi kekayaan yang lebih adil. Diperlukan dukungan regulasi dan kolaborasi lintas sektor agar peran ini dapat dimaksimalkan secara berkelanjutan
Gender Equality in the Qur’an: A Thematic and Critical Interpretation of Women-Related Verses
Get PDFGender inequality in some Muslim societies is often legitimized by narrow interpretations of religious texts. This study investigates the concept of gender equality in the Qur’an through a thematic-critical analysis of verses concerning women. Employing a qualitative library research method, it integrates tafsīr maudhu‘ī (thematic exegesis) with critical hermeneutics. Primary sources include the Qur’an and authentic hadiths, while secondary sources consist of classical and contemporary tafsir literature, along with feminist interpretations by scholars such as Amina Wadud and Asma Barlas. The findings indicate that the Qur’an affirms gender equality in terms of spiritual dignity, moral responsibility, and human potential. However, the historical development of tafsir has often been shaped by patriarchal contexts, leading to gender-biased interpretations. This study outlines a progression from literalist to more contextual hermeneutical approaches, highlighting the Qur’an’s interpretive flexibility in addressing evolving social realities. The study concludes that recovering the Qur’an’s original message of justice and equality necessitates a contextual and inclusive interpretive framework. By reaffirming the equal status of men and women as moral agents and servants of God, it contributes to contemporary discussions on gender justice in Islam

Get PDFThis research explains the relationship between study concentration and the level of use of TikTok social media among students at the Ushuluddin Adab and Da'wah Faculty at IAIN Parepare. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between study concentration and the level of use of TikTok social media among students at the Ushuluddin Adab and Da'wah Faculty of IAIN Parepare. The research method used is an associative quantitative method with data collection techniques using a questionnaire instrument which was announced to 40 students of the Ushuluddin Adab and Da'wah Faculty of IAIN Parepare with data analysis using the classic Assumption Test and research hypothesis testing. The results of the research, namely the relationship between study concentration and the level of use of TikTok social media among students at the Ushuluddin Adab and Da'wah Faculty of IAIN Parepare, show that Ho is accepted with the statement that there is a relationship between study concentration and the level of use of TikTok social media among students at the Ushuluddin Adab and Da'wah Faculty of IAIN Parepare. from the sig (2-tailed) value, namely 0.000 < 0.05 and the relationship level value, namely 0.620 in the Strong Relationship category with data interpretation that there is a tendency that the use of TikTok social media contributes positively to student learning concentration
Collaborative Teamwork Development in Islamic Education Management: A Thematic Study of Qur'anic Verses
No full textCollaborative teamwork development in Islamic education management is an important aspect in creating a positive work environment in school development. Collaborative teamwork development can help improve team efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity and achieve common goals in the organization. The purpose of this study is to explore the verses of the Qur'an on Collaborative Teamwork Development in Islamic Education Management. This type of research is a qualitative study using a literature review. This study uses a thematic approach, combining several verses of the Qur'an that discuss Collaborative Teamwork Development in improving work efficiency and effectiveness. The primary data source in this study is the Qur'an. While secondary data is taken from books, journal articles, websites related to the discussion. The data analysis technique uses content analysis. The results of the study show that Collaborative Teamwork Development in Islamic Education Management: (1) Instilling Ukhuwah Values; (2) Deliberation in decision making; (3) Fair and non-discriminatory; (4) Trust and responsibility; (5) Cleansing the soul (Tazkiyah al-Nafs) and (6) Evaluation and mutual reflection. The conclusion of this research emphasizes the importance of developing collaborative work teams to create a healthy work environment.Pengembanga tim kerja yang kolaboratif dalam manajemen pendidikan Islam merupakan aspek penting dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang positif dalam pengembangan sekolah. Pengembangan tim kerja yang kolaboratif dapat membantu meningkatkan efisiensi, efektivitas, dan produktivitas tim serta mencapai tujuan bersama dalam organisasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengekplorasi ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an tentang Pengembangan Tim Kerja Yang Kolaboratif Dalam Manajemen Pendidikan Islam. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan kajian pustaka (Literatur Review). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan tematik, menggabungkan beberapa ayat Al-Qur'an yang membahas tentang Pengembangan tim kerja yang kolaboratif dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas kerja. Sumber data primer dalam penelitian ini adalah Al-Qur’an. Sedangkan data skunder diambil dari buku, artikel jurnal, website yang berkaitan dengan pembahasan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis isi (Content Analisis). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Pengembangan Tim Kerja Yang Kolaboratif Dalam Manajemen Pendidikan Islam: (1) Penanaman Nilai Ukhuwah; (2) Musyawarah dalam pengambilan keputusan; (3) Adil dan tidak diskriminasi; (4) Amanah dan tanggung jawab; (5) Pembersihan jiwa (Tazkiyah al-Nafs) dan (6) Evaluasi dan muhasabah bersama. Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis aspek Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) dan keuangan pada usaha Pertamina yang baru berkembang. Dalam pengembangan usaha, dua aspek ini memegang peranan penting dalam menentukan keberhasilan dan keberlanjutan bisnis. Aspek SDM mencakup rekrutmen, pelatihan, dan pengembangan karyawan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan operasional. Sementara itu, aspek keuangan meliputi analisis modal, pengelolaan kas, dan profitabilitas.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus pada salah satu unit bisnis Pertamina yang baru berdiri. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan manajer dan staf, serta analisis laporan keuangan.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan SDM yang efektif mampu meningkatkan kinerja operasional, sedangkan pengelolaan keuangan yang baik berkontribusi pada stabilitas dan pertumbuhan usaha. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi usaha Pertamina yang baru berkembang dalam memperbaiki strategi SDM dan keuangannya

No full textخلفية: يواجه تعلم اللغة العربية تحديات كبيرة في الوصول إلى الجيل Z الذين هم على دراية بالتكنولوجيا ويريدون التعلم التفاعلي. تعتبر النهج التقليدية أقل صلة باحتياجاتها وخصائصها.
أهداف البحث: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى دراسة فاعلية التعلم القائم على المشاريع (PBL) كاستراتيجية مبتكرة تتناسب مع أسلوب التعلم لدى الجيل Z ، وكذلك دور التكنولوجيا وتحديات تنفيذها.
الأساليب: استخدمت هذه الدراسة مراجعة منهجية للأدبيات ل 30 مقالة (2010-2025) من المجلات المفهرسة ، مع تحليل موضوعي لفعالية ومعوقات واستراتيجيات تطبيق PBL في تعلم اللغة العربية.
النتائج: أظهرت النتائج أن PBL حسنت المهارات اللغوية (الكلام والمفردات والقراءة) ومهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين (التعاون والتفكير النقدي والإبداع). تعمل تقنيات مثل WhatsApp و Canva و AR على تعزيز مشاركة الطلاب. تشمل العوائق الرئيسية تدريب المعلمين المحدود ، والوصول إلى التكنولوجيا ، ووقت تنفيذ المشروع.
الاستنتاجات: يعد برنامج اللغة العربية الثانوية فعالا في التعلم السياقي للغة العربية للجيل Z. يعد تعزيز تدريب المعلمين والمناهج الدراسية القائمة على 4C والبنية التحتية الرقمية والتعاون المجتمعي أمرا أساسيا لتحسين هذه الاستراتيجية في المستقبل
