Strategi Inovatif dalam Pembelajaran PAI: Menerapkan Problem Based Learning, Blended Learning, dan Flipped Classroom untuk Meningkatkan Kualitas Pendidikan: Haerani Nur, Hasnah, M.Amir Idris
Kemajuan teknologi dan perubahan sosial di era digital menuntut inovasi dalam metode pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan relevansi pendidikan. Sistem pembelajaran konvensional yang masih banyak diterapkan sering kali kurang optimal dalam membekali peserta didik dengan keterampilan berpikir kritis, pemecahan masalah, dan kemandirian belajar yang dibutuhkan didunia nyata. Oleh karenaitu, penelitian inibertujuan untukmenganalisis penerapan Problem Based Learning (PBL), Blended Learning, dan Flipped Classroom sebagai strategi pembelajaran inovatif yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kajian pustaka dengan menganalisis berbagai sumber literatur dari jurnal ilmiah, buku akademik,serta dokumen penelitian yang relevan dengan topik ini. Kajian dilakukan melalui tahapan identifikasi, seleksi, analisis, dan sintesis data guna memperoleh pemahaman komprehensif tentang efektivitas masing-masing model pembelajaran serta potensi integrasinya dalam sistem pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PBL efektif dalam mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir kritis dan pemecahan masalah melalui pembelajaran berbasis masalah nyata. Blended Learning memungkinkan fleksibilitas dalam pembelajaran dengan memadukan metode daring dan luring, sementara Flipped Classroom mengoptimalkan interaksi di kelas dengan membalik pola pembelajaran tradisional. Namun, terdapat beberapa tantangan dalam implementasi, seperti kesiapan pendidik dalam memanfaatkan teknologi dan keterbatasan infrastruktur digital. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa kombinasi ketiga model pembelajaran ini dapat memberikan solusi yang lebih komprehensif dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pendidikan. Untuk penelitian selanjutnya, diperlukan studi empiris guna mengukur dampak integrasi model ini dalam berbagai jenjang pendidikan serta eksplorasi pemanfaatan teknologi seperti kecerdasan buatan untuk mendukung pembelajaran yang lebih adaptif dan personalisasi
ANALISIS PEMAHAMAN DAN PEMBELAJARAN MATAN AL-JURUMIYAH PADA PONDOK PESANTREN
This study aims to analyze students' understanding of the matan al-jurumiyah text, which is a foundational text in the study of Arabic grammar (nahwu) at MTs. The research employs a qualitative approach and was conducted at Pondok Pesantren Al Ikhlas Addary DDI Takkalasi. Data collection methods included observations, interviews with students and educators, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that some students can explain, define, and apply their understanding of the matan al-jurumiyah text, while others can only understand it without being able to apply it. The main supporting factor is the high motivation to learn, while the main inhibiting factor is a lack of enthusiasm among students. The study concludes that motivation and support are crucial in the learning process of Arabic grammar. The implications of this research suggest that to improve students' understanding, more effective teaching strategies and greater support from educators are necessary.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemahaman peserta didik terhadap kitab matan al-jurumiyah yang merupakan pondasi penting dalam pembelajaran ilmu nahwu di MTs. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang dilakukan di Pondok Pesantren Al Ikhlas Addary DDI Takkalasi. Metode pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara dengan peserta didik dan tenaga pendidik, serta dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian peserta didik mampu menjelaskan, mendefinisikan, dan mengaplikasikan pemahaman mereka terhadap kitab matan al-jurumiyah, sementara sebagian lainnya hanya mampu memahami tanpa dapat mengaplikasikan. Faktor pendukung utama adalah semangat tinggi dalam menuntut ilmu, sedangkan faktor penghambat adalah kurangnya semangat belajar di kalangan peserta didik. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya motivasi dan dukungan dalam pembelajaran ilmu nahwu. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa untuk meningkatkan pemahaman peserta didik, diperlukan strategi pengajaran yang lebih efektif serta dukungan yang lebih besar dari tenaga pendidik
The Evolution of Fasakh in Indonesia and Malaysia: A Legal Comparative Bibliometric Review
Fasakh, a legal mechanism in Islamic family law, allows a wife to seek marriage annulment under specific conditions, differing from talaq, which is initiated by the husband. While both Indonesia and Malaysia recognize fasakh, their legal frameworks differ; Indonesia regulates it under the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI) with significant influence from customary law (adat), whereas Malaysia enforces it through the Islamic Family Law Enactment, varying across states. This study aims to compare the legal, procedural, and socio-cultural dimensions of fasakh in both countries, employing comparative legal analysis through doctrinal research and bibliometric analysis using VOSviewer to map the evolution of fasakh-related studies from 2018 to 2024. The findings reveal that courts in both jurisdictions acknowledge domestic violence, financial neglect, religious conversion, contagious diseases, and fraud as primary reasons for fasakh, with an increasing recognition of psychological abuse and economic vulnerability as legitimate grounds. This study contributes to comparative Islamic legal scholarship by systematically analyzing fasakh across jurisdictions and introducing bibliometric analysis to trace its scholarly development, identifying emerging trends such as identity fraud, psychological abuse, and digital documentation in marital disputes. Additionally, the study underscores the role of ijtihad in expanding the interpretation of fasakh, aligning it with contemporary maqasid al-shariah (objectives of Islamic law) to ensure justice. Theoretically, the findings highlight the adaptability of Islamic jurisprudence in modern legal contexts, while practically, they provide insights for legal practitioners, policymakers, and religious authorities to enhance judicial consistency and improve access to legal aid for women seeking annulment. This study reinforces the necessity of balancing Islamic legal principles with evolving human rights perspectives, ensuring fasakh remains a protective mechanism within contemporary Muslim societies
Family Planning and Legal Change: A Cross-Cultural Study Inspired by Ibn Qayyim in Egypt and Indonesia
This study addresses the challenges of integrating Islamic jurisprudence with family planning policies in Egypt and Indonesia, two Muslim-majority countries with distinct socio-political contexts. The research aims to analyze the alignment and divergence of these policies with Islamic legal principles, focusing on the practical application of Ibn Qayyim’s legal philosophy. Employing a qualitative approach, the study combines semi-structured interviews, focus group discussions, observations, and document analysis to gather comprehensive data from over 50 stakeholders and 100 legal and policy documents. Findings reveal that while Egypt’s centralized governance benefits from Al-Azhar’s religious endorsements, rural resistance highlights cultural challenges. In Indonesia, decentralized governance fosters regional diversity, but inconsistent fatwa issuance complicates policy implementation. The study contributes practically by recommending enhanced collaboration between policymakers and religious leaders and theoretically by extending Ibn Qayyim’s framework to contemporary governance. Analisis Strategi Pemasaran Pada Café Purnama Di Kecamatan Polewali, Kabupaten Polewali Mandar: A Strategic Marketing Analysis of Café Purnama in Polewali District, Polewali Mandar Regency
This study aims to analyze the marketing strategies of Café Purnama in Polewali District, Polewali Mandar Regency. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that Café Purnama's strengths lie in its superior quality of local coffee, strategic location, comfortable and aesthetic atmosphere, friendly service, and complete supporting facilities. However, weaknesses were found in the aspects of promotional strategies that have not been optimized, limited workforce during peak hours, an unstructured ordering system, and a lack of menu innovation. The business opportunities include the increasing demand for hangout spaces among youth and digital workers, as well as the potential for collaboration with local communities. The threats faced involve competition with other cafés that implement more aggressive promotions and have larger seating capacities. This study concludes that Café Purnama has significant potential to grow if it is able to develop more structured and innovative promotional strategies.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pemasaran pada Café Purnama di Kecamatan Polewali, Kabupaten Polewali Mandar. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kekuatan Café Purnama terletak pada kualitas kopi lokal yang unggul, lokasi strategis, suasana nyaman dan estetik, pelayanan ramah, serta fasilitas penunjang yang lengkap. Namun demikian, ditemukan kelemahan pada aspek strategi promosi yang belum maksimal, keterbatasan tenaga kerja saat jam sibuk, sistem pemesanan yang belum rapi, serta minimnya inovasi menu. Peluang usaha ini mencakup meningkatnya kebutuhan tempat nongkrong bagi anak muda dan pekerja digital serta potensi kolaborasi dengan komunitas lokal. Ancaman yang dihadapi yaitu persaingan dengan kafe lain yang memiliki promosi lebih agresif dan kapasitas tempat lebih besar. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Café Purnama memiliki potensi besar untuk berkembang jika mampu menyusun strategi promosi yang lebih terstruktur dan inovatif
The Power of Headlines: A Critical Discourse Analysis of Tempo.Co English News
With the rapid development of digital technology, online news headlines play a crucial role in shaping public perception. Headlines not only summarize news content but also reflect ideological stances and influence reader engagement. This study investigates the use of discursive strategies, reveals underlying media ideologies, and explores implicit meanings embedded in the headlines of 30 articles published in the Popular News section of Tempo English from January 2024 to February 2025. Using Fairclough’s Critical Discourse Analysis framework, this research views headlines as texts shaped by discursive practices and broader social structures. Drawing on Molek-Kozakowska’s typology of discursive devices, the study identifies features such as evaluative language, intensification, emotional appeal, elite references, institutional labelling, and nationalistic framing. The findings analysed through Fairclough’s three-dimensional model reveal that, Tempo English headlines employ strategic lexical choices such as superlatives, institutional authority (e.g., Forbes, surveys), and vague quantifiers to attract attention, legitimize dominant ideologies, and frame national pride or economic achievement. These discursive strategies often simplify complex news content while reinforcing power relations and depoliticized representations. Theoretically, this study enriches discussions in digital discourse and media language. Practically, it assists journalists and editors in crafting headlines that align with content while remaining critically responsible. Pedagogically, the findings contribute to media literacy and English news writing instruction in digital journalism programs, offering students tools to evaluate language use and ideological framing in contemporary media
IMPLEMENTATION OF GREEN UNIVERSITY BASED ON RAHMATAN LIL ALAMIN IN REALIZING ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTING
This study aims to examine the implementation of a Green University based on the values of Rahmatan Lil Alamin in realizing Environmental Management Accounting at the State Islamic University (UIN) Alauddin Makassar. The research employs a qualitative phenomenological approach and is conducted at UIN Alauddin Makassar, located in Gowa Regency, South Sulawesi. Primary data were collected through in-depth interviews with key informants, including the head of the planning bureau, commitment-making officials, lecturers, and students, as well as through direct observation. Secondary data were obtained from documentation, literature studies, and internet searches. The findings show that UIN Alauddin Makassar has implemented the Green University concept through environmental education, energy and water conservation, and the development of environmentally conscious infrastructure (green architecture). The values of Rahmatan Lil Alamin serve as an ethical and spiritual foundation in fulfilling environmental responsibilities through the relationship with God (hablum minallah), with fellow humans (hablum minannas), and with nature (hablum minal alam). The implementation of environmental management accounting is reflected in the allocation of budgets for environmental maintenance, evaluation of environmental performance, and strategies for reducing ecological impact. The integration of Islamic values with sustainability principles creates a campus management system that is both ecologically responsible and spiritually grounded
Penerapan Strategi Pembelajaran Untuk Meningkatkan Aspek Moral Agama Pada Anak Usia Dini
Early childhood is a very important period in the development of children's character and personality, which is often referred to as the golden age. At this age, children tend to imitate the behavior of adults around them, so the role of parents and educators is very crucial in providing good examples. Early childhood education (PAUD) covers the age range of 0-8 years and involves various educational institutions such as Kindergartens (TK) and Child Care Centers (TPA). One important aspect in PAUD is moral development, which is the basis for forming children's character. The development of religious morals in early childhood includes the introduction of God, good and bad behavior, and religious values that are adhered to. This study aims to identify learning strategies that can improve moral aspects in early childhood, with a focus on habituation through daily activities such as prayer, reading short letters, and storytelling. The data collection technique used was through the process of observation and interviews, and the approach used in this study was a qualitative approach. The results of the study showed that the habituation method, including the use of audiovisual media, can be effective in instilling religious moral values in children. In addition, collaboration between teachers and parents is very important in strengthening religious moral education at home and school.Anak usia dini merupakan periode yang sangat penting dalam perkembangan karakter dan kepribadian anak, yang sering disebut sebagai masa keemasan (golden age). Pada usia ini, anak cenderung meniru perilaku orang dewasa di sekitarnya, sehingga peran orangtua dan pendidik sangat krusial dalam memberikan contoh yang baik. Pendidikan anak usia dini (PAUD) mencakup rentang usia 0-8 tahun dan melibatkan berbagai lembaga pendidikan seperti Taman Kanak-kanak (TK) dan Taman Penitipan Anak (TPA). Salah satu aspek penting dalam PAUD adalah pengembangan moral,yang menjadi dasar dalam pembentukan karakter anak. Perkembangan moral agama pada anak usia dini meliputi pengenalan Tuhan, perilaku baik dan buruk, serta nilai-nilai agama yang dianut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi strategi pembelajaran yang dapat meningkatkan aspek moral pada anak usia dini, dengan fokus pada pembiasaan melalui kegiatan sehari-hari seperti doa, membaca surat pendek, dan bercerita.Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukanyaitu melalui proses observasi serta wawancara,dan Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode pembiasaan, termasuk penggunaan media audiovisual, dapat efektif dalam menanamkan nilai moral agama pada anak. Selain itu, kolaborasi antara guru dan orang tua sangat penting dalam memperkuat pendidikan moral agama di rumah dan sekolah
Karakteristik dan Model Pendidikan Islam bagi Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus (ABK) Tuna Grahita
This study aims to explore the characteristics of children with intellectual disabilities (ABK tuna grahita) and to understand the Islamic education model implemented in the context of a special needs school. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data collected through in-depth interviews with Ms. Shofia, the Vice Principal of SLB Nur Rahmah. The findings indicate that children with intellectual disabilities experience limitations in cognitive and adaptive aspects, which affect their learning process and social interactions. The Islamic education model applied includes individualized approaches, reinforcement of spiritual values, and active involvement of families. Despite various challenges, such as social stigma and limited facilities, a contextual approach grounded in Islamic values has proven effective in supporting the holistic development of these children.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali karakteristik anak berkebutuhan khusus (ABK) tuna grahita serta memahami model pendidikan Islam yang diterapkan dalam konteks sekolah luar biasa. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara mendalam bersama Bu Shofia, Wakil Kepala Sekolah SLB Nur Rahmah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa anak tuna grahita memiliki keterbatasan dalam aspek kognitif dan adaptif, yang berdampak pada proses belajar dan interaksi sosial mereka. Model pendidikan Islam yang diterapkan meliputi pendekatan individual, pembiasaan nilai spiritual, serta pelibatan aktif keluarga. Meskipun terdapat berbagai tantangan, seperti stigma sosial dan keterbatasan fasilitas, pendekatan yang kontekstual dan berlandaskan nilai keislaman terbukti mendukung perkembangan anak secara holistik
Criminal, Policy Kebijakan Kriminal Dalam Penanganan Kasus Pencurian (Jarimah Sariqah) Berdasarkan Hukum Pidana Islam
Kebijakan kriminal dalam penanganan kasus pencurian (jarimah sariqah) dalam konteks hukum pidana Islam. Pencurian dianggap sebagai tindak pidana serius yang dapat merusak stabilitas sosial dan melanggar hak milik individu. Oleh karena itu, hukum Islam menetapkan syarat-syarat ketat untuk penerapan hukuman, termasuk adanya kepastian hukum dan nilai minimum barang yang dicuri. Pendekatan ini mencerminkan tujuan syariat untuk menegakkan keadilan dan mencegah kejahatan, dengan memberikan efek jera kepada pelaku sambil tetap menjaga prinsip keadilan. Selain itu, artikel ini juga menyoroti pentingnya pendekatan ta’zir, di mana hukuman ditetapkan oleh penguasa atau hakim jika syarat hudud tidak terpenuhi. Dalam konteks modern, penerapan kebijakan kriminal ini menghadapi tantangan, terutama dalam masyarakat yang plural. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk mengadaptasi kebijakan kriminal dengan mempertimbangkan aspek sosial dan budaya masyarakat setempat, tanpa mengabaikan prinsip-prinsip dasar syariat Islam. Dengan demikian, hukum pidana Islam berupaya menciptakan masyarakat yang aman, adil, dan sejahtera melalui implementasi hukum yang berlandaskan pada keadilan dan kemaslahatan bagi seluruh masyarakat
