Instrumen Pendapatan Nasional dalam Perspektif Ekonomi Islam
National income is a key indicator used to evaluate a country's economic performance. Conventional economic systems typically rely on quantitative metrics such as Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and Gross National Product (GNP), which often neglect aspects of equity, social justice, and spirituality. In contrast, Islamic economics offers a holistic framework grounded in the values of maqashid sharia and supported by Islamic social finance instruments zakat, infaq, sedekah, and waqf (ZISWAF). This study aims to analyze the role of these instruments within the Islamic economic framework and evaluate their potential integration into national income measurement and fiscal policy. Employing a qualitative literature review of scholarly journals, classical Islamic texts, and contemporary policy documents, this research adopts a thematic analysis approach to explore the ethical, distributive, and spiritual dimensions of Islamic economic indicators. The findings suggest that the Islamic approach promotes not only material growth but also moral and spiritual well-being, prioritizing equitable distribution, sustainability, and collective responsibility. This paper contributes to the discourse by proposing the integration of ZISWAF as a complementary metric to conventional income indicators, offering a more inclusive and just model of economic development aligned with Islamic principles
Analisis Perbandingan Kandungan Makna Novel Kelana Cinta Shafiyya Dan Novel Layla Majnun
This study describes and compares the semantic content of the novels Kelana Cinta Shafiyya and Layla Majnun using a library‑research approach. In Kelana Cinta Shafiyya, analysis of its literary elements revealed themes of social empathy, as illustrated by Shafiyyah’s concern for both humans and non‑human creatures; deep affection, embodied in the compassionate portrayal of Bunda Shafiyyah; and the value of friendship, evidenced by dialogues depicting the bond between two girls. In Layla Majnun, the researcher identified expressions of hope in Layla’s reflections on her beloved; profound sadness experienced by both Layla and Majnun when their emotional trials intensify; and pervasive disappointment, manifested in Layla’s descent into daily sorrow and depression. These findings illuminate how each novel employs distinct affective meanings to engage readers and convey its core messages
The Dynamics of Profit-Sharing Systems on the Growth of Islamic Economics Amid Digital Financial Transformation: Dinamika Sistem Bagi Hasil Terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Islam Di Tengah Transformasi Keuangan Digital
Penulisan artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran dan dinamika sistem bagi hasil dalam mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi Islam, khususnya di tengah transformasi keuangan digital dan krisis ekonomi global. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan pendekatan kualitatif, melalui penelusuran jurnal ilmiah dan artikel akademik yang relevan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa sistem bagi hasil berkontribusi signifikan terhadap stabilitas ekonomi Islam melalui prinsip keadilan, transparansi, dan partisipasi aktif kedua belah pihak. Transformasi digital memperkuat efektivitas sistem ini melalui inovasi keuangan berbasis teknologi seperti fintech syariah. Namun, tantangan seperti regulasi, literasi keuangan, dan infrastruktur teknologi masih menjadi hambatan. Oleh karena itu, disarankan adanya penguatan regulasi syariah, peningkatan edukasi masyarakat, serta kolaborasi antara pelaku industri dan otoritas keuangan untuk membangun ekosistem ekonomi Islam yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan.This article aims to examine the role and dynamics of the profit-sharing system in fostering the growth of Islamic economics, particularly amidst digital financial transformation and global economic crises. The method employed is a literature study using a qualitative approach, through the exploration of relevant scholarly journals and academic articles. The findings indicate that the profit-sharing system significantly contributes to the stability of Islamic economics by upholding the principles of justice, transparency, and active participation between involved parties. Digital transformation has enhanced the effectiveness of this system through the emergence of technology-based financial innovations, such as Islamic fintech. However, challenges persist in the areas of regulation, financial literacy, and technological infrastructure. Therefore, it is recommended to strengthen sharia-compliant regulations, improve public financial education, and promote collaboration between industry players and financial authorities to build an inclusive and sustainable Islamic economic ecosystem
The Embodied Islamic Discursive Tradition in the Patorani Fishing Communities of South Sulawesi: Da'wah values
This study examines how the Patorani maritime tradition of Palalakkang Village in South Sulawesi operates as a culturally embedded medium for transmitting Islamic values. While previous research has emphasized economic or ritual dimensions of maritime life, limited attention has been given to how indigenous coastal traditions function as mechanisms for internalizing aqidah, sharia, and akhlak. Using a qualitative–interpretive approach, the research combines discourse and narrative analysis. Data were collected from 12 purposively selected Patorani practitioners, supported by extended participant observation of sailing rituals and community interactions, as well as documentation of local manuscripts and ethnographic records. All materials were transcribed and coded using a hybrid inductive–deductive scheme focused on moral vocabularies, ritual lexicons, authority markers, and vernacular Islamic concepts. The findings show that aqidah values are expressed through collective prayers, tauhid-oriented invocations, and acts of tawakkul and syukur. Sharia values emerge in practices of shura, adherence to communal norms, and moral accountability, while akhlak values appear in cooperation, honesty, patience, responsibility, and mutual respect. The study proposes Maritime Cultural Da’wah as a theoretical contribution, capturing how Islamic teachings are embodied and sustained through ritual labor, seafaring ethics, and localized cultural repertoires. Empirically, the study demonstrates that the Patorani tradition is not merely a ritual practice but a culturally grounded mechanism of Islamic moral internalization. The findings underscore the broader significance of indigenous maritime traditions in preserving Islamic identity and ethical orientation within rapidly changing coastal environments.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap nilai-nilai da'wah yang terkandung dalam tradisi Patorani masyarakat pesisir di Desa Palalakkang, Kecamatan Galesong, Kabupaten Takalar. Tradisi Patorani sebagai warisan budaya maritim tidak hanya mencerminkan kebijaksanaan lokal tetapi juga berfungsi sebagai sarana untuk menginternalisasi ajaran Islam melalui pendekatan da'wah budaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai dakwah tercermin dalam tiga aspek utama, yaitu nilai-nilai aqidah, syariat, dan akhlak. Nilai aqidah tercermin dalam praktik tauhid, tawakkal, dan syukur, yang diwujudkan melalui shalat berjamaah sebelum berlayar, sikap pasrah kepada Allah, dan rasa syukur atas hasil tangkapan. Nilai syariah hadir dalam praktik musyawarah (shura) sebelum berlayar, yang mencerminkan prinsip kolektivitas dan keadilan dalam pengambilan keputusan. Nilai-nilai moral terlihat dalam perilaku kerja sama mutual, kejujuran, kesabaran, tanggung jawab, dan penghormatan terhadap hak orang lain dalam aktivitas penangkapan ikan dan kehidupan sosial. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa dakwah budaya mampu menyampaikan ajaran Islam secara kontekstual melalui integrasi dengan budaya lokal, sekaligus memperkuat identitas sosial dan solidaritas komunitas nelayan. Dengan demikian, tradisi Patorani tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai aktivitas ekonomi dan budaya, tetapi juga sebagai media dakwah yang menanamkan nilai-nilai Islam dalam kehidupan sehari-hari
Sociological Juridical Review Regarding The Protection of Children's Rights as Witnesses in Criminal Acts of Abuse Committed by Children at the Investigation Stage
Abstract
Background: Witnesses are a form of evidence that is valid according to law because it is used to reveal a fact. The witness's statement can be extracted by the investigator, namely at the investigation stage. If the witness is a child, their rights are protected as regulated in Law No. 23 of 2006 concerning Child Protection.
Purpose: This research aims to find out how children's rights are protected, the obstacles to providing protection, and efforts to overcome barriers to delivering protection rights for children as witnesses due to the crime of sexual abuse committed by children at the investigation stage in the jurisdiction of the Kepanjen Resort Police.
Methods: This research uses a sociological juridical approach, data collection techniques in the form of interviews with investigators, and direct observation at the PPA Unit of the Kepanjen Police and Children who have been witnesses as a place for collecting primary data to carry out document studies in the form of official documents, reports and regulations used.
Findings: The results reveal substantial inconsistencies in the age of criminal responsibility, limited compliance with the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, and inadequate consideration of psychological maturity in determining culpability.
Theoretical and Practical Implications: Research results show that in investigations of child abuse cases, children as witnesses have received guaranteed rights under the law .
Originality/Novelty: The obstacles faced are classified as internal and external obstacles. So that in the future, PPA will tighten supervision and establish better cooperation with the government
Sharia-Ethical Self-Identity and Sustainable Brand Loyalty: The Nexus of Green Brand Love
Purpose – This study aims to analyze the role of the Social Self and Inner Self in shaping Brand Loyalty through the mediation of Green Brand Love in the context of sustainable Islamic marketing. This study stems from increasing consumer awareness of environmental issues and the need to integrate ethical and spiritual values into consumption behavior.
Method – A quantitative approach was employed, collecting data from 160 respondents in Indonesia (atau lokasi spesifik lainnya) selected via purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) to ensure robust testing of the measurement and structural models, including mediation effects.
Findings – The results demonstrate that both Social Self and Inner Self are powerful predictors of Green Brand Love, which in turn acts as a crucial mediator in strengthening Brand Loyalty. Notably, the Inner Self shows a deeper connection to green values, suggesting that personal ethics are fundamental to sustainable brand attachment.
Implication – These findings provide a theoretical bridge between self-identity theory and green marketing within the framework of Islamic management. Practically, firms should align their branding strategies with consumers’ ethical and social identities to foster genuine loyalty toward sustainable initiatives, thereby contributing to the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs
PROGRAM GURU BIMBINGAN DAN KONSELING DALAM MENCEGAH KENAKALAN REMAJA DI SMA NEGERI 2 SIDRAP
Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui Program guru Bimbingan dan Konseling dalam mencegah kenakalan remaja di SMA Negeri 2 Sidrap dan Mengetahui factor pendukung, penghambat serta mengetahui dampak pada peserta didik, program mencegah kenakalan remaja di SMA Negeri 2 Sidrap. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualiatatif dengan metode Fenomenologi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Teknik, wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Sumber data di peroleh dari 3 orang guru bimbingan dan konseling, 1 orang wali kelas, 6 orang siswa, 2 orang tua siswa, dan kepala sekolah SMA Negeri 2 Sidrap.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa; 1) Program guru Bimbingan dan konseling dalam mencegah kenakalan remaja di SMA Negeri 2 Sidrap memiliki tiga program utama yaitu, a). program kerja sama dengan Polres Sidrap yang dinamakan BERSINAR (bersih dari narkoba) b). layanan informasi, pencegahan bullying, pergaulan bebas, narkoba dan merokok, metode yang digunakan yaitu ceramah, dan penggunaan media sosial, media cetak brosur, dan video c). pemberian bimbingan keagamaan. Dalam bentuk ceramah keagamaan, shalat berjamaah, dan Latihan kultum pada siswa. 2) Dampak pelaksanaan pada program pencegahan kenakalan remaja pada peserta didik, a) kesadaran Diri, b) motivasi belajar agama, c) pengetahuan bahaya narkoba dan efek bulliying
Dinamika pengelolaan keuangan lembaga dakwah dalam konteks inovasi dan kewirausahaan di era disruptif
Islamic propagation institutions play a strategic role in the spiritual and social empowerment of Muslim communities. However, the dynamics of the disruptive era marked by digitalization, the emergence of fintech, and changing donation patterns demand innovation in financial management and funding strategies. This article aims to analyze the financial strategies of Islamic propagation institutions based on innovation and social entrepreneurship in response to the challenges of digital disruption. Using qualitative literature review and comparative analysis, this research examines various secondary sources, including books, journals, zakat institution reports, and annual reports of Islamic philanthropic organizations. The results indicate that digitizing Islamic propagation finances through e-wallets, crowdfunding, and blockchain can increase efficiency, transparency, and access to new donors. Furthermore, diversifying funding sources through the development of social enterprises, sharia cooperatives, and productive waqf has the potential to strengthen the financial independence of Islamic propagation institutions. However, this transformation faces challenges such as limited professional human resources, cybersecurity risks, and the need for accountable digital governance. This study recommends a roadmap for financial independence for Islamic religious institutions encompassing five pillars: strengthening internal capacity, digital product innovation, funding diversification, cross-sector collaboration, and governance and regulatory reform. By implementing adaptive strategies based on Sharia principles, Islamic religious institutions have the potential to become key actors in the development of the Muslim economy and sustainable social transformation in this disruptive era.Lembaga dakwah memiliki peran strategis dalam pemberdayaan spiritual dan sosial masyarakat Muslim. Namun dinamika era disruptif yang ditandai dengan digitalisasi, kemunculan fintech, serta perubahan pola donasi menuntut inovasi dalam pengelolaan keuangan dan strategi pendanaan. Artikel ini bertujuan menganalisis strategi lembaga keuangan dakwah berbasis inovasi dan kewirausahaan sosial sebagai respon terhadap tantangan disrupsi digital. Dengan menggunakan metode studi literatur kualitatif dan analisis komparatif, penelitian ini menelaah berbagai sumber sekunder, termasuk buku, jurnal, laporan lembaga zakat, dan laporan tahunan organisasi filantropi Islam. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi dakwah keuangan melalui e-wallet, crowdfunding, dan blockchain mampu meningkatkan efisiensi, transparansi, serta akses terhadap donatur baru. Selain itu, diversifikasi sumber dana melalui unit pengembangan usaha sosial (social enterprise), koperasi syariah, dan wakaf produktif berpotensi memperkuat kemandirian finansial lembaga dakwah. Namun demikian, transformasi ini mengatasi tantangan berupa keterbatasan SDM profesional, risiko keamanan siber, dan kebutuhan tata kelola digital yang akuntabel. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan roadmap kemandirian keuangan lembaga dakwah yang mencakup lima pilar: penguatan kapasitas internal, inovasi produk digital, diversifikasi pendanaan, kolaborasi lintas sektor, serta pembaruan tata kelola dan regulasi. Dengan penerapan strategi yang adaptif dan berbasis prinsip syariah, lembaga dakwah berpotensi menjadi aktor utama dalam pengembangan ekonomi keumatan dan transformasi sosial yang berkelanjutan di era disruptif
Perspektif Peer Assessment sebagai Model Evaluasi Autentik dalam Pendidikan Agama Islam
The implementation of PAI learning assessment is still dominated by a traditional one-way evaluation model from lecturers to students, which does not encourage active, reflective, and participatory involvement. This situation is not in line with the principles of authentic assessment, which emphasizes the importance of student involvement in the assessment process. This study aims to explain the implementation of peer assessment in PAI learning, including its benefits, perceptions, and challenges. Using qualitative methods and case studies, data were collected through in-depth interviews with one lecturer and four PAI students, classroom observations, and documentation. The analysis was conducted thematically with the help of the NVivo 12 application to identify the main themes. The results show that peer assessment provides a new, more participatory and reflective experience for students. The benefits include the development of learning styles, increased creativity, critical thinking skills, and learning motivation. However, this study found several obstacles in the form of friendship bias, reluctance to give criticism, and differences in understanding of the rubric, which affect the objectivity of the assessment. For lecturers, clarity of assessment instruments is considered an important factor for successful implementation. Overall, peer assessment has been proven to contribute to improving the quality of Islamic Religious Education while shaping critical, reflective, and responsible attitudes in students. This study emphasizes the ethical and emotional dimensions of peer assessment practices, which show that peer assessment is not only an academic tool but also a means of shaping Islamic character based on the values of honesty, justice, and trust.

Back to the Great Ideas: Perennialisme sebagai Solusi Krisis Moral di Dunia Pendidikan
This study examines the moral crisis occurring within contemporary educational settings, marked by declining honesty, responsibility, and respect among students. The purpose of this research is to analyze the relevance of perennialism as a philosophical foundation for strengthening moral and character education in the modern era. The study employs a library research method by reviewing books, scientific articles, and authoritative documents related to perennialism, morality, and Islamic education. Data were analyzed using content analysis through three stages: data reduction, thematic classification, and conceptual synthesis. The results indicate that perennialism emphasizes universal and timeless values, character formation through intellectual discipline, and the central role of teachers as moral guides. These principles align closely with the aims of Islamic education, which prioritizes the development of noble character. The study concludes that perennialism holds strong relevance in addressing moral degradation among students and recommends its integration into character-based curricula, teacher competence development, and Islamic educational practices.
