    Kompetensi Tenaga Perpustakaan Bagian Pengolahan Bahan Pustaka Dalam Memanfaatkan Aplikasi Inlislite

    Library automation is one solution that can be used by libraries during the development of today's technology. There are many library automation software that can be used to support all library activities and library staff in carrying out their work effectively and efficiently. This study aims to determine the competence of library staff in the processing of library materials in cataloging by utilizing the INLIS Lite application in terms of knowledge, skills, behavior / work attitudes and obstacles in the Bandung Regency Archives and Library Service. This study uses social cognitive theory which is related to social learning theory. In this study using qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques in this study were through observation, interviews and documentation studies. The results obtained in this study indicate that the competence of the library staff in the processing of library materials in cataloging by utilizing the INLIS Lite application from the aspect of knowledge, skills and behavior/work attitude can be said to be good.Keywords: social cognitive theory, competence, librarians, INLIS Lite applicationAutomasi perpustakaan merupakan salah satu solusi yang dapat digunakan oleh perpustakaan dimasa perkembangan teknologi teknologi masa kini. Banyaknya software automasi perpustakaan yang dapat digunakan untuk menunjang segala kegiatan perpustakaan dan tenaga perpustakaan dalam melakukan pekerjaannya secara efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kompetensi tenaga perpustakaan bagian pengolahan bahan pustaka dalam pengkatalogan dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi INLISLite yang ditinjau dari aspek pengetahuan, keterampilan, perilaku/ sikap kerja dan hambatan yang ada di Dinas Arsip dan Perpustakaan Kabupaten Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori social cognitive theory yang berkaitan dengan teori belajar sosial. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini ialah melalui observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi tenaga perpustakaan bagian pengolahan bahan pustaka dalam pengkatalogan dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi INLIS Lite dari aspek pengetahuan, keterampilan dan perilaku/ sikap kerja dapat dikatakan baik

    This research is motivated by the phenomenon that occurs in today's society, namely the role of parents is needed in the distance learning process. Parents as motivators in providing motivation, attention and also support for children during learning activities. The specific purpose of the researcher is to find out the role of the family (parents) as a motivator in increasing students' learning motivation in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic. And to find out the various obstacles and solutions faced by the role of the family as a motivator in increasing student learning motivation in the Covid-19 pandemic era. This researcher uses a qualitative method with descriptive analysis. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the research on the role of families in increasing students' learning motivation during the Covid-19 pandemic show that parents have high enthusiasm in teaching their children at home, especially mothers who accompany their children more all the time. There are parents who pay less attention to their children's learning because they have very busy jobs so that children learn on their own, but there are also parents who are very concerned about their children's school assignments and guide and direct them. The obstacles and solutions in this research are factors that constrain the occurrence of the online learning process carried out by students / students, including: lack of time given by parents, lack of parental knowledge about children's learning, lack of facilities and infrastructure provided by parents, On the other hand there are solutions to support the occurrence of online learning, but only apply to parents who are able and have a lot of time as follows: 1) educators, namely nurturing, educating, fostering and training children so that they achieve developmental tasks appropriately and optimally, 2) people parents as motivators, in this case parents must always provide encouragement to their children to have a passion for learning, especially studying at home as a support for successful achievement in school. 3) facilitator, parents must provide facilities, fulfill family/child needs in the form of clothing, food and shelter, including speed oh education. and 4). Parents as mentors, the role of parents is to accompany, and guide their children in learning and provide assistance to children when experiencing learning difficulties.     Education is one of the sectors affected by Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. This condition makes changes to the learning process, especially in the method of delivering lessons. The government conveyed guidelines for organizing learning from home during the emergency period for the spread of Covid-19 by introducing Daring methods (online methods). The intent of this research is to determine the implementation of online methods in PAI subjects in building the students’ charachers. This research is a qualitative research with descriptive method. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation. The location of data collection was taken from two schools, namely SDN Kebonjati and SDN Limusnunggal 1. The results showed that SDN Kebonjati and SDN Limusnunggal 1 systematically used the online method and carried out planning, implementation, and assessment steps in the PAI learning process in order to strengthen the character of the students. The problems that emerge are the lack of students’ enthusiasm because they have not been optimally adapted to online learning methods

    Free association among teenagers has recently become a complex problem. When viewed from certain aspects, promiscuity has a negative influence on the development and growth of personality, especially in building the young generation who are moral and pious and as the backbone of the nation. Adolescents as the young generation who inherit what has been achieved if not saved from the dangers of promiscuity will destroy the future of the youth itself, which also means that the future of the state and nation will be threatened. This study aims to obtain an overview and analyze the implementation of faith and piety in preventing promiscuity among MA Al-Husna students in Bandung. The basis for this research is 1) Theological basis: There are several verses of the Qur'an that explain the prohibition of free association with goer mukhrim, including the Qur'an of An-Nur verses 30 and 31, the Qur'an of Surah Al- Isro verse 32. 2) The philosophical foundation has written by H. Nasruddin Rajak. 3) Theoretical foundation: Abdul Mujib's theory. This research is qualitative research. Data collection in this study was carried out by means of observation, interviews, and document review. In analyzing the data, the researcher used qualitative analysis techniques with steps of data exposure, data reduction, and drawing conclusions. Based on the research that has been done, it was found that MA Al-Husna has carried out the process of implementing faith and piety in preventing promiscuity among students by planning, organizing, implementing, assessing, and trying to make solutions to the obstacles found by good. Departing from the discussion and conclusions that have been put forward, there are several implications of this research as follows: 1) The implementation of the values of faith and piety must first be instilled in the values of faith and piety in students, therefore we need relevant teaching materials as sources values of faith and piety. 2) For the successful implementation of the values of faith and taqwa in preventing promiscuity among teenagers, it is not enough just for teachers to teach the class about science about the values of faith and piety but need field workers who process the actualization of the values of faith and piety so that can prevent promiscuity, therefore an organization must be formed that occupies functions that process the implementation of the values of faith and piety that are integrated into one command. In this study, there are organizations that meet these elements, but the number of BK functions is still lacking

    PENGARUH METODE HATULISTIWA (Hafal Tulis Teliti Warnai) DALAM MENINGKATKAN PEMAHAMAN NAHWU DAN SOROF (di SMK Daarut Tauhiid Bandung)

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan metode hatulistiwa terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran bahasa arab khususnya materi nahwu dan shorf serta untuk mengetahui sejauh mana peningkatan hasil belajar siswa kelas XI SMK Daarut. Tauhiid Bandung menggunakan metode ini. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah teknik metode kuantitatif menggunakan quasi eksperimen dengan bentuk non-equivalent control group design. Variabel dalam penelitian ini yaitu, variabel bebas berupa kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen, sedangkan variabel terikatnya berupa hasil belajar siswa. Subjek penelian ini adalah siswa kelas XI SMK Daarut Tauhiid Bandung yang berjumlah 40 siswa. Sampel ditentukan secara purposive sampling yaitu, 22 siswa kelas XI-D eksperimen sebagai kelompok dan 18 siswa kelas XI-C sebagai kelompok kontrol. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tes deskripsi masalah berupa pretest dan posttest. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji syarat-normalitas dan tidak menggunakan uji homogenitas karena hasil uji normalitas memiliki hasil yang berbeda. Validitas instrumen dilakukan dengan uji validasi butir soal. Instrumen uji reabilitas dihitung dengan rumus dengan Kuder-Richardson (KR-20) harga r = 0,466 diperoleh yang berisi kriteria-kriteria tersebut. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji-t kelompok terpisah. Uji-t digunakan untuk mengetahui perbedaan tingkat hasil belajar siswa. Untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan uji Mann-Whitney, uji ini sebagai alternatif uji – t. hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan nilai P = 0,003 untuk uji 1 sisi. SIG. = 0,043 0,05 yang berarti metode hatulistiwa dapat meningkatkan pemahaman siswa dalam pembelajaran nahwu dan shorf. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai rata-rata hasil pretes belajar kelas kontrol sebesar 27,6 dan nilai rata-rata postes sebesar 31,5; sedangkan pada kelas eksperimen abjad rata-rata pretest 27,7 dan nilai rata-rata posttest 35,8. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan metode hatulistiwa lebih besar daripada hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan metode konvensional

    Narcotics crime is different from crime in general because it is transnational, carried out using high modus operandi, sophisticated technology, supported by a wide network of organizations, and has caused many victims, especially among the young generation of the nation which is very dangerous to the lives of the people, the nation, and country. Narcotics crime is usually carried out by a crime network that operates across countries. This is possible because places where certain types of narcotics are made are different from countries where certain types of narcotics are sold. Objective: To be able to explain how the disparity in the decision of narcotics crime can distort the process of law enforcement, and be able to provide solutions that can be proposed to overcome the problem of distortion of law enforcement caused by the disparity in the decision of narcotics crime. method: normative legal research with a case study approach and statutory regulations, and the results: Disparity in the decision of narcotic crime in this thesis research case study is caused by the disparity in criminal charges itself. Disparity in decisions of narcotics crime distorts the law enforcement process because it can lead to legal uncertainty and gives law enforcement officials the opportunity to use it for their own interests in ways that violate the law. Tindak pidana narkotika berbeda dengan tindak pidana pada umumnya karena bersifat transnasional, dilakukan dengan menggunakan modus operandi yang tinggi, teknologi canggih, didukung oleh jaringan organisasi yang luas, dan sudah banyak menimbulkan korban, terutama di kalangan generasi muda bangsa yang sangat membahayakan kehidupan masyarakat, bangsa, dan negara. Tindak pidana narkotika biasanya dilakukan oleh suatu jaringan kejahatan yang beroperasi lintas negara. Hal tersebut dimungkinkan karena tempat dimana jenis-jenis narkotika tertentu dibuat berbeda dengan negara dimana jenis-jenis narkotika tertentu tersebut dijual.     Problematika Pelaksanaan Eksekusi Terhadap Terpidana Yang Melakukan Tindak Pidana Militer Dalam Perkara Desersi Secara In Absentia

    Banyak ditemukan di kesatuan militer, yang personilnya meninggalkan dinas tanpa ijin satuan berturut-turut lebih dari 30 (tiga puluh) hari atau desersi. Keunikan seorang militer yang melakukan tindak pidana desersi tetap dilakukan proses hukumnya (tetap disidangkan) meskipun terdakwanya tidak hadir di persidangan (in absensia). Tenggang waktu penyelesaian persidangan perkara desersi yang Terdakwanya melarikan diri, harus ditaati dan dipedomani yang secara limitatif dan imperatif diatur Pasal 143 Undang-Undang Nomor 31 Tahun 1997 tentang Peradilan Militer, yaitu  tenggang waktu selama 6 (enam) bulan, dan pemanggilan sebanyak 3 (tiga) kali dalam persidangan, dapat disimpangi (discretion) demi percepatan penyelesaian perkara. Pelaksanaan (execute) pemidanaan terhadap Terpidana yang diputus dalam perkara desersi secara in absensia dilakukan Oditur Militer, ketika Terpidana diketemukan atau datang menyerahkan diri. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui dapatkah Pasal 143 Undang-Undang Nomor 31 Tahun 1997 mengenai Penanganan Desersi secara inabsentia dapat disimpangi dan mengetahui secara mendalam upaya-upaya untuk mengatasi hambatan-hambatan eksekusi putusan desersi secara in absensia. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa diskresi ketentuan Pasal 143 Undang-Undang Nomor 31 Tahun 1997 tentang Peradilan Militer, Mahkamah Agung R.I. menerbitkan Surat Edaran Mahkamah Agung (SEMA) Nomor 1 Tahun 2017 tentang Pemberlakuan Rumusan Hasil Rapat Pleno Kamar Mahkamah Agung Tahun 2017 sebagai Pedoman Pelaksanaan Tugas Bagi Pengadilan menyatakan persidangan perkara desersi in absensia ditentukan batas waktu paling lama 5 (lima) bulan, setelah dipanggil sebanyak 3 (tiga) kali berturut-turut secara sah dan resmi. Upaya mengatasi hambatan pelaksanaan hukuman terpidana putusan desersi secara in absensia diantaranya : Peningkatan sarana dan Prasarana melalui renovasi bangunan dan melengkapi fasilitas gedung; Peningkatan personil melalui pendidikan sekolah formal di luar jam dinas serta kursus keterampilan kepelatihan/pembinaan; Peningkatan pengawasan melalui Hakim Pengawas dan Pengamat; Berusaha meningkatkan koordinasi tersinergi dan komunikasi aktif dengan kesatuan lain dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi (Information and Technology) serta mengeluarkan Daftar Pencarian Orang (DPO) yang memudahkan pencarian identitas terpidana

    The purpose of this research was to find out how the legal certainty the restitution of victims for criminal acts of trafficking in Indonesia and how the application of restitution in judicial practice. By using the normative legal research method, it is concluded that: 1. The law has guaranteed legal certainty in the provision of restitution rights for victims of TPPO through the authority of law enforcement officials starting from the stages of investigation, prosecution and judges' decisions. Legal Certainty of Restitution for Victims of Crime in Trafficking in Persons in Indonesia is still dependent on the Court. Practically, what happens in the jurisdiction of the Decision of the Garut District Court Number 187/Pid.Sus/2018/PN.Grt, there is no right of restitution including in the ruling that has permanent legal force on the case of the Criminal Eradication of Trafficking in Persons. 2. Restitution of victims for trafficking in persons according to Law Number 21 of 2007 concerning Eradication of Crime in Trafficking in Persons, is compensation for victims/heirs charged to perpetrators of crimes based on court decisions that has permanent legal force for material losses and / or immateriality suffered by the victim or his heirs. Restitution as refer to the form of compensation for: loss of wealth or income; suffering; fees for medical and / or psychological care measures; and / or other losses suffered by victims as a result of trafficking in persons. Provision of restitution carrying since the decision of the first court was dropped. Restitution is carrying within 14 (fourteen) days. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kepastian hukum restitusi korban tindak pidana perdagangan orang di Indonesia dan Bagaimana penerapan restitusi dalam praktik peradilan. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif disimpulkan bahwa: 1. Undang-undang telah menjamin adanya kepastian hukum terhadap pemberian hak restitusi bagi korban TPPO melalui kewenangan aparat penegak hukum mulai dari tahap penyidikan, penuntutan dan putusan hakim. Kepastian Hukum Restitusi Korban Tindak Pidana Perdagangan Orang di Indonesia masih tergantung kepada Pengadilan. Pada praktiknya yang terjadi di wilayah hukum Putusan Pengadilan Negeri Garut Nomor 187/Pid.Sus/2018/PN.Grt, tidak ada hak restitusi dicantumkan dalam amar putusan yang berkekuatan hukum tetap terhadap perkara Tindak Pidana Pemberantasan Perdagangan Orang. 2. Restitusi terhadap korban tindak pidana perdagangan orang menurut Undang-Undang Nomor 21 Tahun 2007 Tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Perdagangan Orang, merupakan pemberian ganti rugi kepada korban/ahli waris yang dibebankan kepada pelaku tindak pidana berdasarkan putusan pengadilan yang berkekuatan hukum tetap atas kerugian materiil dan/atau immateriil yang diderita korban atau ahli warisnya. Restitusi sebagaimana dimaksud berupa ganti kerugian atas: kehilangan kekayaan atau penghasilan; penderitaan; biaya untuk tindakan perawatan medis dan/atau psikologis; dan/atau kerugian lain yang diderita korban sebagai akibat perdagangan orang. Pemberian restitusi dilaksanakan sejak dijatuhkan putusan pengadilan tingkat pertama. Pemberian restitusi dilakukan dalam 14 (empat belas) hari

Business management training in Dampit Village aims to increase MSMEs' productivity, quality, and development. Training on human resources is one of the efforts to develop human resources in a planned manner to increase knowledge and skills, especially in a job that can achieve the goals of an organization/company. The training uses lesson studies which are divided into several stages of implementation; the first stage is planning, the second stage is implementation, and the third stage is reflection. The participants seemed to be very enthusiastic due to the existence of this training, as can be seen from the number of participants who attended and were active in this training activity. The result of this training explained that participants were happy to take part in this training, the material provided was easy to understand and could improve their skills. This shows that each participant has mastered the training

    Test construction and its implementation become an important aspect of assessment that need  to be understood for English teachers, especially in teaching reading comprehension. The activity of sharing knowledge with teachers in the Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP) community aimed at sharing experiences and knowledge on how to construct and apply assessments, especially on reading comprehension skills according to the characteristics of English subjects and the target skills to be achieved. The mechanism of knowledge sharing activities is carried out with several steps of assistance, including: determining the competencies to be measured, materials, formulating indicators, determining items, cognitive level and form of questions. As an evaluation and reflection step, it ends with a Focus Group Discussion (FGD). This activity has a positive impact on the quality of learning, this can be proven by the achievement of outcomes; implementation of HOTS-based test construction.
