No full textStudents in the liberal arts, broadly defined, have many career options, but their paths do not always follow as straight a line as in other majors. This session invites faculty especially in humanities, arts, and social sciences fields to discuss possible faculty contributions to student career development. Leslie Blakney of Career Development will share the new Career Development model and key services and resources provided to faculty. Rebecca R. Noel of History will lead brainstorming about faculty roles in career development through curricular and co-curricular activities and further gather needs towards integrating career development into student learning. With increased preparation and coordination, faculty can greatly assist the Career Development Office in promoting student career development success. All faculty and staff welcome

We divided the class into appropriate groups: management, product development, finance, marketing, operations, and an integrative leadership team to bring all ideas together.
