No full textThe aim of the research is to determine the improvement in writing skills of class X TKI 2 SMK Negeri 5 Surabaya after the implementation of the Google Classroom learning media?Writing is a skill that does not just appear suddenly, but develops through a gradual process. This process starts with a basic understanding of language and written structure, which then develops through continuous practice. Every stage in the writing process, from stringing words together to forming paragraphs and organizing ideas coherently, takes time and dedication. As time goes by, a person's writing ability will improve, reflecting maturity of thinking and greater clarity of expression. Every new piece of writing is an opportunity to learn and develop further. Even experienced writers continue to learn and improve their skills with each new work they produce. This process allows writers to continually explore new ideas, try different writing styles, and overcome new challenges in expressing themselves. Anecdotal texts are often structured by presenting situations or events that make the characters feel annoyed or ridiculous. These situations usually describe moments where a person's hopes or expectations conflict with the reality at hand, thereby triggering mixed emotional reactions. The sense of ridiculousness in anecdotal texts not only serves as entertainment, but as the main driving force of the story. Classroom Action Research (PTK) is a research method carried out by teachers in their own classes with the aim of improving the efficiency and quality of education. PTK focuses on observing and evaluating the ongoing learning process, as well as efforts to find and implement strategies that can improve student learning outcomes.

ANALISIS MIKROSTRUKTURAL DAN MAKROSTRUKTURAL PADA WACANA PENGUMUMAN KORAN KOMPAS EDISI 2 DESEMBER 2024
No full textThis study aims to describe the microstructural and macrostructural analysis in the discourse of the Announcement of Recruitment Fraud in the Name of PT Kao Indonesia published in Kompas on December 2, 2024. The results of this study are theoretically useful for providing enlightenment regarding the discourse analysis model for one form of discourse contained in newspapers and is practically useful for providing meaningful contributions in terms of learning to write, especially writing announcements more precisely. This research is descriptive. Based on the microstructural analysis of the announcement discourse, grammatical cohesion was found in the form of cataphoric endophoric references, clause substitution, ellipsis, and causal, combination, choice, and purpose conjunctions. Lexical cohesion is indicated by repetition (repetition) of anaphora and synonymy (equivalent words) of words and phrases. Based on the macrostructural analysis, in understanding the context of the situation and culture, the principles of personal interpretation, the principle of locational interpretation, and the principle of temporal interpretation were found. Meanwhile, the context that accompanies understanding inference is physical context, epistemic context, and social context.

Hasil penelitian ini bermanfaat secara teoritis untuk memberikan pencerahan mengenai model analisis wacana atas salah satu bentuk wacana yang termuat dalam surat kabar dan bermanfaat secara praktis untuk memberikan kontribusi yang berarti dalam hal pembelajaran menulis, terutama penulisan pengumuman secara lebih tepat. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif. Berdasarkan analisis mikrostruktural pada wacana pengumuman ditemukan adanya kohesi gramatikal berupa pengacuan (referensi) endofora kataforis, penyulihan (substitusi) klausal, pelesapan (ellipsis), dan perangkai (konjungsi) sebab akibat, gabungan, pilihan, dan tujuan. Kohesi leksikal ditunjukkan dengan repetisi (pengulangan) anafora serta sinonimi (padan kata) kata dan frasa.Berdasarkan analisis makrostruktural, dalam memahami konteks situasi dan budaya ditemukan prinsip penafsiran personal, prinsip penafsitan lokasional, dan prinsip penafsiran temporal. Sedangkan konteks yang menyertai dalam pemahaman inferensi adalah konteks fisik, konteks epistemis, dan konteks sosial. Kata kunci: wacana, pengumuman, mikrostruktural, makrostruktura
UNDERSTANDING THE CHALLENGES OF OUTCOME-BASED EDUCATION IN ENGLISH LANGUAGE TEACHING: A LITERATURE REVIEW
No full textOutcome-Based Education (OBE) prioritizes measurable learning outcomes but often faces significant implementation challenges. This research explores the barriers to adopting OBE within English Language Teaching (ELT) by conducting a systematic literature review. Key challenges identified include issues with teaching methodologies, institutional support, curriculum design, and assessment practices. Teachers struggle to transition from traditional, teacher-centered approaches to student-focused methods, often due to inadequate training and resources. Additionally, aligning lessons with clear learning objectives and developing effective assessments remains difficult. Limited school support and resistance to change further complicate the adoption of OBE. This study provides valuable insights and offers recommendations for educators and policymakers, emphasizing the importance of targeted training, sufficient resources, and structured guidance to effectively implement OBE in English language education.

Tantangan utama yang diidentifikasi mencakup permasalahan metodologi pengajaran, dukungan kelembagaan, desain kurikulum, dan praktik penilaian. Para guru kesulitan melakukan transisi dari pendekatan tradisional yang berpusat pada guru ke metode yang berfokus pada siswa, seringkali karena pelatihan dan sumber daya yang tidak memadai. Selain itu, menyelaraskan pembelajaran dengan tujuan pembelajaran yang jelas dan mengembangkan penilaian yang efektif masih sulit dilakukan. Terbatasnya dukungan sekolah dan penolakan terhadap perubahan semakin mempersulit penerapan OBE. Studi ini memberikan wawasan berharga dan menawarkan rekomendasi bagi para pendidik dan pembuat kebijakan, menekankan pentingnya pelatihan yang terarah, sumber daya yang memadai, dan panduan terstruktur untuk menerapkan OBE secara efektif dalam pendidikan bahasa Inggris
Analisis Perbandingan Tegangan Pada Panel Surya Sistem Tracking Dan Statis

Energi surya sebagai pembangkit listrik dengan menggunakan teknologi panel surya system tracking masih jarang ada, karena saat ini masih menggunakan panel surya statis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbandingan besarnya tegangan listrik yang dihasilkan oleh panel surya system tracking dan statis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimental. Data hasil pengukuran tegangan listrik dibandingkan antara panel surya system tracking dan statis, kemudian dilakukan analisis. Hasil yang diperoleh, pada panel surya yang menggunakan solar tracker menghasilkan total tegangan 241,8 volt, tegangan maksimal sebesar 16,60 volt pada pukul 08.30 wib, dan tegangan minimal sebesar 13,05 volt pada pukul 15.30 wib. Pada panel surya statis dapat menghasilkan total tegangan 221,01 volt, tegangan maksimal sebesar 14,1 volt pada pukul 12.30 wib dan tegangan minimal sebesar 13,20 volt pada pukul 09.30 wib. Dari hasil penelitian, tegangan yang dihasilkan panel surya dengan solar tracker lebih besar dibandingkan dengan panel surya statis
Perbandingan Prediksi Saham BTPN Dengan BBRI Menggunakan LSTM(Long Short Term-Memory)

Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan prediksi harga saham untuk meminimalkan risiko kerugian. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji kinerja model memori jangka pendek panjang (LSTMs) dalam memprediksi harga saham di sektor perbankan. Data yang digunakan adalah data harga penutupan harian perbankan pada tanggal 16 April 2001 sampai dengan tanggal 30 September 2022. Tahap eksplorasi meliputi (1) entri data untuk memperoleh data harga penutupan dan (2) praproses data untuk mencari nilai data yang hilang. (3) Pemisahan data yaitu pemisahan data menjadi data latih dan data uji dengan perbandingan 80:×20.(4) Normalisasi data.Artinya, mengubah data ke skala yang sama. (5) Rekonstruksi data untuk mengubah data ke dalam format array. (6) Gunakan data pelatihan untuk melatih model yang terdiri dari dua lapisan LSTM dan satu lapisan. (7) Uji model pada data uji menggunakan MAE dan evaluasi hasil prediksinya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, nilai uji MAE BTPN sebesar 0,014443 dan nilai uji MAE BBRI sebesar 0,014066

No full textThis research effort aims to examine the implementation of Mojokerto Mayor Regulation Number 28 of 2022 and to determine the impact of the implementation of the Mojokerto City Social Service P3A in implementing Mojokerto City Mayor Regulation Number 28 of 2022. This study uses a qualitative descriptive methodology, combining interview techniques, documentation, data validity assessment, extended observation, continuous observational involvement, and triangulation. Primary data were obtained through interviews with informants from the Mojokerto City Social Service P3A and recipients of disability assistance, while secondary data were obtained from literature studies related to the implementation of Mojokerto City Mayor Regulation No. 28 of 2022. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the mayor's regulation No. 28 of 2022 concerning Disability Protection by the Mojokerto City Social Service P3A has shown effectiveness and success in achieving policy objectives. The integration of this policy with programs such as "Bhaksos Bareng Mas PJ" and "Mas PJ Antusias Kemaslahatan" demonstrates the city government's commitment to building an inclusive and equitable environment for all members of society, with a special emphasis on individuals with disabilities. Studi ini menggunakan metodologi deskriptif kualitatif, menggabungkan teknik wawancara, dokumentasi, penilaian validitas data, observasi yang diperluas, keterlibatan observasional berkelanjutan, dan triangulasi. Data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan informan dari Dinsos P3A dan penerima bantuan disabilitas Kota Mojokerto, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari studi literatur terkait implementasi Perwali Kota Mojokerto No.28 tahun 2022. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa elaksanaan peraturan wali kota No. 28 Tahun 2022 tentang Perlindungan Disabilitas oleh DINSOS P3A Kota Mojokerto telah menunjukkan efektivitas dan keberhasilan dalam mencapai tujuan kebijakan. Integrasi kebijakan ini dengan program-program seperti "Bhaksos Bareng Mas PJ" dan "Mas PJ Antusias Kemashlahatan" memperlihatkan komitmen pemerintah kota untuk membangun lingkungan yang inklusif dan adil bagi semua anggota masyarakat, dengan penekanan khusus pada individu penyandang cacat. Get PDFThe Coaching of the Mathematics Olympiad for prospective teachers in the Mathematics Education Study Program, Islamic University of Majapahit aims to improve student competence in guiding elementary school (SD) students. This program includes strengthening Olympic mathematics materials and problem-solving strategy training. The implementation method consists of three stages: planning, implementation, and evaluation. The results of the activity showed a significant improvement in students' abilities, with the average posttest score higher than the pretest. This program makes a real contribution in preparing students as competent educators in coaching the mathematics olympiad.

Program ini meliputi penguatan materi matematika olimpiade dan pelatihan strategi pemecahan masalah. Metode pelaksanaan terdiri dari tiga tahapan: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada kemampuan mahasiswa, dengan rata-rata skor posttest lebih tinggi dibandingkan pretest. Program ini memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam mempersiapkan mahasiswa sebagai pendidik yang kompeten dalam pembinaan olimpiade matematika.

Get PDFThe smoothness of a production process depends on increasingly advanced technology that has an impact on time and labor, therefore, companies need to make adjustments to technological developments to support company performance. This study aims to analyze the smoothness of production that affects machine maintenance, The study was conducted at CV.XYZ located in Gresik Regency, In this study, data on the smoothness of the production process was collected from 2021, 2022, and 2023 using the Probability Method with the formula for the smoothness of the production process, With the results of data for 2021 77%, 2022 82%, and 2023 73%, At the level of smoothness of the production process at CV. XYZ is included in the criteria for less smooth. It can be seen from the data on the smoothness of the production process of CV. XYZ where the percentage level of smoothness in achieving business production is still in the range of 73% -82%. The production process is said to be smooth if the company is able to achieve 100% smoothness. So it can be concluded for CV. XYZ should create a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) in the implementation of machine maintenance activities in order to have guidelines and references in carrying out these activities, minimizing errors that occur in the implementation of machine maintenance. Further improving the maintenance schedule on each machine used, it is recommended to carry out maintenance every month regularly and routinely so that the production process will run smoothly and meet the targets that have been set and so that the smoothness of the production process runs smoothly and can meet the targets that have been set by CV. XYZ, it is necessary to carry out periodic machine maintenance and carry out special handling by carrying out light or major services that are carried out regularly and routinely.Kelancaran suatu proses produksi tergantung pada teknologi yang semakin maju yang berdampak pada waktu dan tenaga kerja oleh karena itu, perusahaan perlu melakukan penyesuaian terhadap perkembangan teknologi untuk mendukung kinerja perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa kelancaran produksi yang mempengaruhi pemeliharaan mesin, Penelitian dilakukan di CV.XYZ yang berada di Kabupaten Gresik, Pada penelitian ini mengumpulkan data kelancaran proses produksi dari tahun 2021,2022, dan 2023 dengan menggunakan Metode Probabilitas dengan rumus kelancaran proses produksi , Dengan hasil data tahun 2021 77% , 2022 82% , dan 2023 73%, Pada tingkat kelancaran proses produksi pada CV. XYZ masuk dalam kriteria kurang lancar. Dapat dilihat dari data kelancaran proses produksi CV. XYZ dimana tingkat persentase kelancaran pencapaian produksi usaha masih dirange 73%-82%. Proses produksi dikatakan lancar apabila perusahaan mampu mencapai kelancaran 100%.
Maka dapat di simpulkan untuk CV. XYZ sebaiknya membuat Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) dalam kegiatan pelaksanaan pemeliharan mesin agar memiliki pedoman serta acuan dalam melaksanakan kegiatan tersebut, meminimalisir kesalahan yang terjadi dalam pelaksanaan pemeliharaan mesinnya. Lebih ditingkatkan lagi jadwal perawatan pada setiap mesin yang digunakan, dianjurkan untuk melakukan perawatannya setiap bulan secara teratur dan rutin sehingga proses produksi akan berjalan dengan lancar dan memenuhi target yang sudah ditetapkan serta agar kelancaran proses produksi berjalan dengan lancar dan dapat memenuhi target yang sudah ditetapkan oleh CV. XYZ, maka perlu diadakannya pemeliharaan mesin secara berkala dan melakukan penanganan khusus dengan cara melakukan service ringan atau besar yang dilakukan secara teratur dan rutin
FACILITATING DIGITAL PROJECT-BASED LEARNING INTEGRATED WITH LOCAL WISDOM AND DEEP LEARNING IN ISLAMIC CULTURAL HISTORY EDUCATION AT DARUL QURAN SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL MOJOKERTO
No full textThe subject of Islamic Cultural History (SKI) is often considered to be textual memorization material, so there is a need for innovative learning media that is relevant to technological developments. This community service aims to provide assistance in creating local wisdom-based digital projects using a Deep Learning approach at Darul Quran High School in Mojokerto. The implementation method uses Participatory Action Research (PAR), which involves socialization, content development workshops, and technical assistance. The main focus of this project is the digitization of historical Islamic sites in Mojokerto using simple artificial intelligence technology for object classification and historical narration. The results of the community service showed an 85% increase in students' understanding of SKI material and a 78% increase in teachers' digital literacy skills. The integration of local wisdom in digital projects has proven to increase students' emotional attachment to Islamic history in their environment, while equipping them with future technology skills
