DIGITAL CONNECTIVITY AND MIGRATION IN THE INTERNATIONALIZATION OF INDONESIAN LANGUAGE
The development of digital technology and global mobility has created new opportunities for the Indonesian language to play a role as a language of international communication. Through the phenomena of migration and the development of social media, Indonesian is not only used by native speakers but is also beginning to be learned and utilized by the global community. This study aims to analyze the potential of Indonesian as a global language, emphasizing migration trends and digital connectivity in 2025. The methods applied are literature review and content analysis of Indonesian-language digital media reaching international audiences. The results indicate that Indonesian is appealing due to its expressive, communicative nature and its ability to adapt to technology, particularly on platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and language learning applications. However, challenges remain, such as the mastery of foreign languages, the lack of internationalization policies for the language, and limited support for local language technology. This study proposes strategies for the conservation and development of Indonesian through cultural diplomacy, strengthening language technology, and integration into global curricula. With effective strategies, Indonesian has the opportunity to become one of the important global languages in the age of digital connectivity.

Abstrak
Perkembangan teknologi digital dan mobilitas global telah membuka peluang baru bagi Bahasa Indonesia untuk tampil sebagai bahasa komunikasi lintas negara. Melalui fenomena migrasi, diaspora digital, dan ekspansi media sosial, Bahasa Indonesia tidak hanya digunakan oleh penutur asli, tetapi juga mulai dipelajari dan digunakan oleh komunitas internasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji potensi Bahasa Indonesia sebagai bahasa global dengan menyoroti tren migrasi dan konektivitas digital pada tahun 2025. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dan analisis konten terhadap media digital berbahasa Indonesia yang menjangkau audiens global. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa Bahasa Indonesia memiliki daya tarik sebagai bahasa ekspresif, komunikatif, dan adaptif terhadap teknologi, terutama dalam platform seperti YouTube, TikTok, dan aplikasi pembelajaran bahasa. Namun, tantangan tetap ada, seperti dominasi bahasa asing, kurangnya kebijakan internasionalisasi bahasa, dan minimnya dukungan teknologi linguistik lokal. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan strategi pelestarian dan pengembangan Bahasa Indonesia melalui diplomasi budaya, penguatan teknologi bahasa, dan integrasi dalam kurikulum internasional. Dengan pendekatan yang tepat, Bahasa Indonesia berpotensi menjadi salah satu bahasa global yang relevan di era konektivitas digital.

Leadership style, work environment, and workload are very important in determining employee performance success, and to date, many companies still pay little attention to these three things. This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, work environment, and workload on the performance of non-medical employees at Harapan Mulia Tigaraksa Mother and Child Hospital. The participants in this research included 50 staff non-medical at Harapan Mulia Mother and Child Hospital, determined through the Slovin sampling method. Information was gathered by handing out questionnaires completed by non-medical staff at the Harapan Mulia Mother and Child Hospital, which was chosen as the sample. Strategi Pengembangan Siswa Berkarakter dengan Kegiatan Kesiswaan Rutin Teragenda : (MTs Karangkedawang Sooko Mojokerto)
This study aims to explore the strategies implemented by MTs Al Ikhlas Karangkedawang Sooko Mojokerto to develop the character of its students. With planned and routinely implemented student activities, there is a target for character formation and development. The focus of the study includes (1) The process of planning student activities aimed at character formation and development begins with the initiation of Islamic Religious Education teachers at monthly routine meetings to discuss the activities to be implemented. After mutual agreement, the activities are included as habits with a scheduled routine agenda. (2) Implementation of scheduled routine activities as a school step to develop student character. With the assistance of scheduled teachers, students are required to participate in activities by filling out the attendance list. (3) The impact of scheduled activities on student character. Teachers and parents can see changes in student character for the better after participating in Islamic-themed student activities. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach by conducting direct observations in the field. After the data has been successfully identified, the process of validity, reduction and presentation of data is carried out. Research results (1) Religious activity planning is designed at a monthly meeting initiated by the religious teacher, after mutual agreement the activity is included as a structured school program. (2) Religious activities carried out include; joint prayers carried out by visiting the homes of 9th grade students alternately and congregational Dhuha and Dzuhur prayers followed by reciting the Koran together. (3) The impact on students is the formation of religious character, discipline, responsibility and hard work, and indirectly, student activities that habituate religion will foster honesty, social care, environmental care, independence and friendship.Penelitian ini bertujuan menggali strategi apakah yang dilakukan untuk mengembangkan karakter siswa di MTs Al Ikhlas Karangkedawang Sooko Mojokerto. Dengan fokus penelitian (1) Proses perencanaan kegiatan kesiswaan yang menjadi pembiasaan untuk pembentukan karakter siswa (2) Pelaksanaan kegiatan rutin teragenda sebagai langkah sekolah untuk mengembangkan karakter siswa (3) Dampak kegiatan teragenda bagi karakter siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan melakukan pengamatan langsung di lapangan. Hasil penelitian (1) Perencanaan kegiatan keagamaan dirancang pada rapat bulanan yang di inisiasi oleh guru agama, setelah disepakati bersama kegiatan di masukkan sebagai program sekolah yang dilaksanakan secara terstruktur. (2) Kegiatan keagamaan yang dilaksanakan meliputi; do’a bersama yang dilaksanakan dengan anjangsana berkunjung di rumah siswa kelas 9 secara bergantian dan solat dhuha dan solat dzuhur berjama’ah dilanjutkan dengan mengaji bersama. (3) Dampak bagi siswa adalah terbentuk karakter religius, disiplin, tanggungjawab dan kerja keras serta secara tidak langsung kegiatan kesiswaan pembiasaan keagamaan akan menumbuhkan karakter jujur, peduli sosial, peduli lingkungan, mandiri dan bersahabat.

MAKNA PUASA DALAM PEMBENTUKAN KONTROL DIRI ANAK MI: TINJAUAN PSIKOLOGI ISLAM DALAM PERSPEKTIF PENGKAJIAN ISLAM
Character education at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) level places self-control as an essential competency in supporting the academic, social, and moral development of students. Contemporary basic education challenges, such as increased exposure to technology, changes in social interaction patterns, and weak regulation of children's emotions, require an educational approach that is not only cognitive but also value- and spiritually-oriented. In the context of Islamic education, fasting is a form of worship that has both ritual and psychological-educational dimensions that have the potential to shape self-control from an early age. This study aims to examine the meaning of fasting from an Islamic perspective and its relevance to the formation of self-control in MI children through the framework of Islamic psychology. The study used a qualitative approach with a literature review design, analyzing primary Islamic sources (the Qur'an, hadith, and tafsir) as well as secondary literature in the form of Islamic psychology books and national and international journal articles from 2019 to 2024. The data were analyzed using thematic analysis to synthesize the concepts of fasting, self-control, and child development characteristics. The results of the study show that fasting can be interpreted as a means of practicing self-control, developing patience, forming discipline, and strengthening self-awareness, which are relevant to the psychological development stages of MI children, as long as it is implemented gradually and supported by a contextual pedagogical approach.Character education at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) level places self-control as an essential competency in supporting the academic, social, and moral development of students. Optimalisasi Dana Operasional TPQ melalui Pengajuan Keanggotaan FKPQ (Studi Kasus di TPQ Al-Mustajab Surabaya)
This study aims to analyze and propose a solution for optimizing the operational funding of Qur’anic Education Centers (TPQ) through membership application to the Forum for Qur’anic Education Communication (FKPQ). Employing a qualitative approach with a case study design, the research was conducted at TPQ Al-Mustajab Surabaya, a institution experiencing significant challenges in sustaining its financial operations. The findings reveal that the funding system at TPQ Al-Mustajab is not yet optimal. Financial support relies solely on incidental donations from administrators and the community, with no permanent donors, resulting in limited facilities, unstable incentives for educators, and reduced effectiveness in learning activities that require extended instructional time. These conditions highlight the need for a more structured and sustainable funding strategy. Membership in FKPQ is identified as a potential solution, as it offers administrative support, institutional legitimacy, and opportunities for accessing operational assistance. This effort is expected to enhance the welfare of the institution, educators, and students while strengthening the continuity of Qur’anic education at TPQ Al-Mustajab Surabaya.Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dan menawarkan solusi terkait optimalisasi dana operasional Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an (TPQ) melalui pengajuan keanggotaan Forum Komunikasi Pendidikan Al-Qur’an (FKPQ). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Penelitian dilaksanakan di TPQ Al-Mustajab Surabaya sebagai lokus yang mengalami kendala nyata dalam keberlanjutan pendanaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pembiayaan di TPQ Al-Mustajab belum berjalan optimal. Sumber dana hanya berasal dari donasi insidental pengurus dan masyarakat tanpa adanya donatur tetap, sehingga berdampak pada keterbatasan sarana prasarana, ketidakstabilan insentif pendidik, dan kurang efektifnya kegiatan pembelajaran yang mengharuskan perpanjangan durasi belajar. Temuan ini menegaskan perlunya strategi pendanaan yang lebih terstruktur dan berkelanjutan. Pengajuan keanggotaan FKPQ diidentifikasi sebagai solusi potensial karena memberikan dukungan administrasi, legalitas, serta peluang akses bantuan operasional. Upaya tersebut diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kesejahteraan lembaga, pendidik, dan santri serta memperkuat keberlangsungan pendidikan Al-Qur’an di TPQ Al-Mustajab Surabaya
EVALUASI PEMANFAATAN MEDIA DIGITAL DALAM PEMBELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM (STUDI LITERATUR)
The use of digital media in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning is a strategic effort to improve the quality of learning in the digital era. Digital media allows for a more varied, interactive, and contextual presentation of PAI material, thus adapting to the characteristics and needs of students. This study aims to evaluate the use of digital media in PAI learning through a literature study approach. The research method used is a literature study by reviewing five national journal articles relevant to the research topic. Data were analyzed using a qualitative descriptive approach to identify the forms of digital media utilization, the benefits obtained, and the obstacles encountered in its implementation. The study results show that digital media, such as instructional videos, audio-visual media, learning applications, and e-learning platforms, positively contribute to increasing learning motivation, material understanding, and student engagement in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning. However, the effectiveness of digital media utilization is still influenced by teachers' digital competence, the availability of facilities and infrastructure, and the media's suitability to the objectives and characteristics of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning. Therefore, ongoing and planned evaluation is necessary to ensure optimal digital media utilization and support the achievement of Islamic education goals.Pemanfaatan media digital dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) merupakan upaya strategis untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di era digital. Media digital memungkinkan penyajian materi PAI secara lebih variatif, interaktif, dan kontekstual sehingga dapat menyesuaikan dengan karakteristik serta kebutuhan peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pemanfaatan media digital dalam pembelajaran PAI melalui pendekatan studi literatur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan menelaah lima artikel jurnal nasional yang relevan dengan topik penelitian. Data dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif untuk mengidentifikasi bentuk pemanfaatan media digital, manfaat yang diperoleh, serta kendala yang dihadapi dalam penerapannya. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa media digital, seperti video pembelajaran, media audio-visual, aplikasi pembelajaran, dan platform e-learning, memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan motivasi belajar, pemahaman materi, dan keaktifan peserta didik dalam pembelajaran PAI. Namun demikian, efektivitas pemanfaatan media digital masih dipengaruhi oleh kompetensi digital guru, ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana, serta kesesuaian media dengan tujuan dan karakteristik pembelajaran PAI. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan evaluasi yang berkelanjutan dan terencana agar pemanfaatan media digital dapat berjalan secara optimal dan mendukung pencapaian tujuan pendidikan Islam
A NEEDS ANALYSIS OF ENGLISH FOR SPECIFIC PURPOSES (ESP) FOR INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY STUDENTS: A LINGUISTIC AND PEDAGOGICAL PERSPECTIVE
This study aims to analyse the English language needs of Information Technology (IT) students from both linguistic and pedagogical perspectives. The research seeks to identify the students’ specific language requirements and the implications for curriculum design in English for Specific Purposes (ESP). Using a mixed-method approach, data were collected from 80 students of the Information Systems and Technology Program at ITB Semarang through questionnaires, interviews, and document analysis. The findings revealed that reading and writing are the most essential skills for IT students, especially in understanding technical documentation and producing project reports. Students also expressed a strong need for vocabulary enrichment, authentic materials, and digital-based communication practices. The pedagogical implications suggest that ESP instruction should integrate task-based and project-oriented learning, align materials with professional contexts, and emphasize communicative competence in technology-related discourse.

Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi kebutuhan bahasa spesifik mahasiswa serta implikasinya terhadap perancangan kurikulum English for Specific Purposes (ESP). Dengan menggunakan pendekatan campuran (mixed-method), data dikumpulkan dari 80 mahasiswa Program Studi Sistem dan Teknologi Informasi di ITB Semarang melalui kuesioner, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan membaca dan menulis merupakan kemampuan utama yang dibutuhkan mahasiswa TI, terutama dalam memahami dokumentasi teknis dan menulis laporan proyek. Mahasiswa juga menekankan pentingnya pengayaan kosakata, penggunaan materi autentik, dan pembelajaran berbasis konteks digital. Implikasi pedagogis penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengajaran ESP perlu mengintegrasikan pendekatan berbasis tugas dan proyek, menyesuaikan materi dengan konteks profesional, serta menekankan kompetensi komunikatif dalam wacana teknologi
BINARY OPPOSITIONS IN NOTHING SONG BY BRUNO MAJOR: A SAUSSUREAN APPROACH
This study looks at the lyrics of Bruno Major’s Nothing using Ferdinand de Saussure’s view. The study uses a text-based approach. The study finds three pairs, in the lyrics – intimacy vs. Distance certainty vs. Uncertainty and simplicity vs. Complexity. The opposite pairs shape the structure of the song. The meaning in the lyrics does not come from words. The meaning in the lyrics comes from the contrasts, between signs. The result matches Saussure’s idea that language works through differences. I think the study looks at a gap, in research that rarely uses a Saussurean structural analysis, on a single song. I think the study adds to the growth of using structuralism in the study of music texts. Researchers have examined music texts often with a semiotic approach. In practical terms, the findings of this study can serve as a reference for future studies that seek to examine the meaning of lyrics through oppositional structures, while also emphasizing that songs can be understood as complex sign systems, rather than merely emotional expressions. Overall, this research demonstrates that Nothing conveys emotional depth not through explicit narrative but through subtle oppositional tensions, affirming the relevance of binary oppositions as a tool for understanding meaning in contemporary song lyrics.

Penelitian ini mengkaji lirik lagu Nothing karya Bruno Major dengan menggunakan pandangan Ferdinand de Saussure. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan berbasis teks. Hasil analisis menemukan tiga pasangan oposisi dalam lirik, yaitu intimacy vs distance, certainty vs uncertainty, dan simplicity vs complexity. Pasangan oposisi tersebut membentuk struktur makna dalam lagu. Makna dalam lirik tidak muncul dari kata-katanya secara langsung, tetapi dari kontras antar tanda. Temuan tersebut sejalan dengan gagasan Saussure bahwa bahasa bekerja melalui perbedaan.
Penelitian ini mengisi celah kajian, sebab analisis struktural Saussurean jarang diterapkan pada satu lagu secara khusus. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada perkembangan penggunaan strukturalisme dalam kajian teks musik. Sebelumnya, penelitian mengenai teks musik lebih sering menggunakan pendekatan semiotik. Secara praktis, temuan studi ini dapat menjadi rujukan bagi penelitian selanjutnya yang ingin menelaah makna lirik melalui struktur oposisi, sekaligus menegaskan bahwa lagu dapat dipahami sebagai sistem tanda yang kompleks, bukan sekadar ekspresi emosional.
Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Nothing menyampaikan kedalaman emosional bukan melalui narasi yang eksplisit, melainkan melalui ketegangan oposisi yang subtil, sehingga menegaskan relevansi oposisi biner sebagai alat untuk memahami makna dalam lirik lagu kontemporer.

Strategi Pemasaran Digital Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Generasi Z Urban Dengan Perilaku Generasi Z Sebagai Moderasi
Changes in consumer behavior in the digital era create a big challenge for business actors in aligning marketing strategies with the preferences of the digital native generation. This study aims to analyze the influence of digital marketing strategies on purchasing decisions and test the role of Generation Z's behavior as moderation variable. Phenomena such as FOMO, paylater features, and online reviews are the main background. This research aims to provide in-depth insight into the strategies faced by business in the digital era and provide recommendations for optimizing digital channels according to business needs. The research method used is a survey with an explanatory research approach to examine the causal relationship between variables. Data was collected through a questionnaire from 100 Generation Z active online shoppers in the last three months, then analyzed using a quantitative method with the SEM-PLS Technique with the help of SmartPLS software to test the measurement model (outer model) and structural model (inner model). The results showed that Digital Marketing Strategy had a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions with a path coefficient (ß) of 0.452 and a significance value of p < 0.05. Generation Z Behavior was shown to significantly moderate and strengthen the influence of digital marketing strategies on purchase decisions with an interaction value of 0.218 (p = 0.003).
