    Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the culinary industry must maintain product quality, which is influenced by food innovation in addition to taste and appearance. Product quality is an important factor in maintaining business competitiveness amidst increasingly tight culinary business competition. However, in catering MSMEs, the implementation of product quality based on indicators of presentation, taste and innovative food is still inadequate. This condition has the potential to reduce the level of consumer satisfaction and the business image in the eyes of customers. The aim of the research is to explore product quality at Family Cattering MSMEs in Bogor, identifying the main problems that arise in Family Cattering. The research uses qualitative methods, through direct observation of production and presentation procedures, as well as interviews with business owners. The data obtained was analyzed descriptively to describe actual conditions in the field. Research findings show that there are still problems with presentation indicators, including packaging that is easily damaged, lack of business identity in packaging design, and an unattractive buffet layout. The texture of the rice is too soft and the taste of the food is uneven is the main problem with the taste. Meanwhile, in innovative food (food innovation), Family Cattering already has quite a variety of menus, but innovation in developing new menus and serving is still limited. This research emphasizes that presentation by adding additional mats or containers made from mica, packaging so that it is not plain, changing water products to better known brands, varying batik motifs, making buffet tables more regular, taste adjustments in water dosage and cooking time. This research can be used as a guide for academics, practitioners, business people and other stakeholders.Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di industri kuliner harus menjaga kualitas produk, yang dipengaruhi oleh inovasi makanan selain rasa dan penampilan. Namun, pada UMKM katering, implementasi kualitas produk berdasarkan indikator presentation (penampilan), taste (cita rasa), dan innovative food (inovasi makanan) masih kurang memadai. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengeksplorasi kualitas produk pada UMKM Family Cattering Bogor. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif, melalui observasi langsung terhadap prosedur produksi dan penyajian, serta wawancara dengan pemilik usaha. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masih ada masalah dengan indikator presentation (penampilan), termasuk kemasan yang mudah rusak, kurangnya identitas bisnis dalam desain kemasan, dan tata letak prasmanan yang kurang menarik. Tekstur nasi yang terlalu lembek dan rasa makanan yang tidak merata merupakan masalah utama pada rasa. Sedangkan pada innovative food (inovasi makanan), Family Cattering telah memiliki variasi menu yang cukup beragam, namun inovasi dalam pengembangan menu baru dan penyajian masih terbatas. Penelitian ini menekankan bahwa presentation dengan menambahkan alas atau wadah tambahan berbahan mika, kemasan agar tidak polos, mengganti produk air ke merek yang lebih dikenal, melakukan variasi motif batik, meja prasmanan dibuat lebih teratur, taste penyesuaian takaran air dan waktu memasak.     This community service program aimed to empower Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs/UMKM) in Kelurahan Miji through the development of a digital e-book based on local potential as a medium for character education in the era of digital modernization. The main problem faced by partners was the limited digital literacy and the lack of promotional and educational media to strengthen entrepreneurial values and character education. The program used training and mentoring methods through workshops, hands-on practice, and continuous assistance in designing and developing e-books. The results showed a significant increase in participants’ understanding and skills in creating digital e-books, as well as an improvement in their ability to integrate local wisdom and character values into digital learning media. The produced output was a functional e-book featuring local UMKM products that can be used as an educational and promotional tool. The program successfully strengthened creativity, independence, and collaboration among participants, supporting sustainable community empowerment in the digital eraThe EduliteZ (Gen-Z Literacy Education) community service program, which aims to improve the writing literacy of Tasikmalaya City students based on Padlet and digital communities, is important because it can help improve students' writing literacy in Tasikmalaya City through the use of Padlet technology and the formation of digital communities. This activity allows students to develop writing skills, access learning resources interactively, and share knowledge and experiences within the digital community. This activity can increase students' interest and participation in writing literacy and prepare them to face the demands of communication in the digital era. The purpose of this community service activity is to improve writing skills, build a digital community, and increase students' interest and participation in writing literacy. This community service activity consists of several stages: the formation of a work team, program implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and adjustments and improvements. During the program implementation stage, training activities, preparation of teaching materials, and technical support are carried out as needed to ensure the success of the program. The outputs of the PbM-PKM activities are the publication of activities in a scientific journal/proceeding, published articles in mass media (print/electronic), increased student ability in mastering digital literacy, and the formation of a digital writing literacy community.     Learning to write poetry in elementary schools plays an important role in fostering creativity, empathy, and appreciation for literature. However, many students face difficulties due to limited imagination, word choice challenges, and low motivation. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of poetry writing instruction using a website-based medium with Canva in terms of process, outcomes, and students’ learning motivation among fourth-grade students in Sumedang Utara District. The research employed a quasi-experimental method with instruments including a teaching module, observation sheets, tests, and questionnaires, analyzed using both qualitative and quantitative approaches. The findings reveal that the learning process was carried out very effectively with an observation score of 91, student learning outcomes were classified as high with an average score of 71.0 and a z-score of -2.10 within the interval –2.33 < z < 2.33, and learning motivation was also high with an average score of 82.81. Keywords: Learning Media, Poetry, Website, CanvaPembelajaran menulis puisi di sekolah dasar berperan penting dalam menumbuhkan kreativitas, empati, serta apresiasi terhadap karya sastra. Namun, banyak siswa mengalami kesulitan karena keterbatasan imajinasi, pemilihan kata, dan kurangnya motivasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat keberhasilan pembelajaran menulis puisi dengan media berbasis website menggunakan Canva ditinjau dari proses, hasil, dan motivasi belajar siswa kelas IV di Kecamatan Sumedang Utara. Metode yang digunakan adalah quasi eksperimen dengan instrumen modul ajar, lembar observasi, tes, dan angket, serta analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pembelajaran terlaksana sangat baik dengan skor observasi 91, hasil belajar siswa tergolong tinggi dengan rata-rata 71,0 dan zhitung -2,10 berada dalam interval –2,33 < z < 2,33, serta motivasi belajar siswa juga tinggi dengan rata-rata 82,81.     This study aims to describe the use of ZEP Quiz as an innovative evaluation medium in Indonesian language learning, especially in news text material in grades XI-12 SMAN 1 Bangsal. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with 32 research subjects. Data was obtained through observation, evaluation, and digital documentation of learning results that were automatically recorded through the ZEP Quiz platform. The results showed that students showed high enthusiasm, actively answered questions, and were able to utilize digital features to support the learning process. The ZEP Quiz auto-recap feature provides fast, objective, and accurate information on learning outcomes. In addition, the use of ZEP Quiz creates an interactive and fun evaluation atmosphere, thereby increasing student motivation, engagement, and understanding of news text material. Thus, ZEP Quiz not only serves as an evaluation tool, but also as an active learning medium that supports the development of students' interests, motivation, and critical thinking skills in learning Indonesian in the digital era. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan 32 mahasiswa sebagai subjek penelitian. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, implementasi evaluasi, dan dokumentasi digital hasil pembelajaran yang direkam secara otomatis melalui platform ZEP Quiz. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa menunjukkan antusiasme yang tinggi, aktif berpartisipasi dalam menjawab pertanyaan, dan secara efektif memanfaatkan fitur digital untuk menunjang proses pembelajaran mereka. Fitur rekap otomatis ZEP Quiz memberikan informasi yang cepat, objektif, dan akurat tentang prestasi belajar siswa. Selain itu, penggunaan ZEP Quiz menciptakan suasana evaluasi yang interaktif dan menyenangkan, yang meningkatkan motivasi, keterlibatan, dan pemahaman siswa tentang materi teks berita. Oleh karena itu, ZEP Quiz tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai alat evaluasi tetapi juga sebagai media pembelajaran aktif yang mendukung pengembangan minat, motivasi, dan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia di era digital

    This community service activity aims to improve the competence of educators in the development of digital teaching tools through the integration of artificial intelligence (AI). The target of the activity is teachers in Tirak Village, Kwadungan District, Ngawi Regency, East Java Province, which will be held on November 29-30, 2025. The implementation method includes interactive lectures, demonstrations, project-based practices, and intensive assistance in the use of the ChatGPT application for the preparation of teaching tool components (learning objectives, summary materials, activities, LKPD, assessments, and rubrics) as well as Gamma.app for making presentations/visual materials. Evaluation is carried out using pre-test and post-test, accompanied by the assessment of digital teaching tool products through weighted rubrics. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' understanding of the responsible use of AI, marked by an increase in post-test scores compared to pre-tests, as well as the ability of participants to produce at least one digital teaching tool package that is more structured and attractive. The activity showed that AI integration training using ChatGPT and Gamma.app effectively improve teachers' skills in compiling digital teaching tools that are ready to be applied in the classroom, with follow-up recommendations in the form of periodic assistance to strengthen the quality of assessment and final editing of teaching tools

    Implementasi Edukasi Lingkungan melalui Beach Clean Action untuk Meningkatkan Kebersihan Pesisir Pantai di Kawasan Sirkuit Internasional Mandalika

    The Pertamina Mandalika International Street Circuit's coastal region is a popular tourist destination with great natural beauty, however it also confronts significant environmental problems, especially plastic trash pollution. A community service project called Beach Clean Action: Anyone & Everyone is Invited aims to raise environmental awareness and encourage locals and visitors to participate in keeping the beachfront clean. Volunteers, university lecturers, locals, and tourists participated in the event on September 2025 at Kuta Mandalika Beach, Seger Beach, and Tanjung Aan Beach. The implementation method consisted of preparation, beach clean-up action combined with environmental education, and evaluation stages. The results indicate that plastic waste was the most dominant type of debris collected, followed by organic waste. Large community and tourists participation, including international visitors, demonstrates that beach clean-up activities are effective as environmental education tools and in fostering collective responsibility for coastal ecosystem preservation. This initiative contributes to temporary waste reduction and promotes sustainable waste management awareness in the Mandalika Special Economic Zone.Kawasan pantai di sekitar Pertamina Sirkuit Internasional Mandalika merupakan destinasi wisata unggulan yang menghadapi permasalahan pencemaran sampah, terutama sampah plastik akibat meningkatnya aktivitas wisata. Kegiatan Beach Clean Action: Anyone & Everyone is Invited merupakan bentuk pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang bertujuan meningkatkan kesadaran dan kepedulian terhadap kebersihan lingkungan pesisir melalui pendekatan edukatif. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada bulan September 2025 di Pantai Kuta Mandalika, Pantai Seger, dan Pantai Tanjung Aan dengan melibatkan dosen dan mahasiswa FKIP Universias Mataram sebagai fasilitator edukasi lingkungan, bersama komunitas, masyarakat lokal, dan wisatawan. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi tahap persiapan, aksi bersih pantai yang terintegrasi dengan edukasi pengelolaan sampah dan pelestarian ekosistem pesisir, serta evaluasi kegiatan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa sampah plastik merupakan jenis sampah yang paling dominan ditemukan. Tingginya partisipasi masyarakat dan wisatawan, termasuk wisatawan mancanegara, menunjukkan bahwa aksi bersih pantai efektif sebagai media edukasi lingkungan dan penguatan kepedulian terhadap keberlanjutan ekosistem pesisir. Kegiatan ini berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan kebersihan pantai serta menumbuhkan kesadaran kolektif akan pentingnya pengelolaan sampah berkelanjutan di kawasan wisata KEK Mandalika.     The purpose of this study is to prove the influence of principal leadership, work motivation, work environment and job satisfaction on the performance of teachers of SMP N 3 Lasem. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire. The data source used in this study is from primary data sources in the form of respondents' answers from the distribution of questionnaires to teachers of SMP N 3 Lasem. The population in this study is all teachers of SMP N 3 Lasem. The sampling method used in this study is using saturated samples, so the sample in this study is all 33 teachers of SMP N 3 Lasem. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that the job satisfaction variable has a significant positive effect on the performance of teachers at SMP N 3 Lasem, while the variables of principal leadership, work motivation and work environment have a positive but insignificant effect on the performance of teachers at SMP N 3 Lasem, while the results of the determination coefficient test show that the Adjusted R Square value is 0.865 so that it can be interpreted that the variables of principal leadership, work motivation, work environment and job satisfaction can explain 86.5% of teacher performance, while the remaining 13.5% of teacher performance is influenced or explained outside this research model.Mengetahui bagaimana faktor-faktor seperti kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, motivasi karyawan, lingkungan kerja, dan kepuasan kerja memengaruhi kinerja guru SMP N 3 Lasem ialah tujuan utama penelitian ini. Untuk mengumpulkan informasi untuk penelitian ini, digunakan kuesioner. Data sekunder diperoleh dari sumber sekunder, seperti tanggapan siswa terhadap survei yang diberikan kepada para pengajar di SMP N 3 Lasem. Setiap pendidik di SMP N 3 Lasem berperan sebagai populasi dalam penelitian ini. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari seluruh 33 pengajar dari SMP N 3 Lasem karena digunakan metode pengambilan sampel jenuh. Kami menggunakan regresi linier berganda untuk menganalisis data. Kebahagiaan kerja, suasana kerja, motivasi, dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah para pengajar di SMP N 3 Lasem dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa di antara faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kinerja guru SMP N 3 Lasem, kepuasan kerja adalah yang terpenting, dengan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, motivasi kerja, dan lingkungan kerja semuanya memiliki pengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan. Menurut tabel di atas, yang menampilkan hasil uji koefisien determinasi, koefisien Adjusted R Square adalah 0,865. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan kepuasan kerja dapat menjelaskan 86,5% variasi dalam kinerja guru. Sisanya, yaitu 13,5% variasi, dianggap tidak dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel atau faktor-faktor tersebut

    This study aims to describe the forms of locutionary, illocutionary, perlocutionary, and implicature speech acts in the "Readers' Letter" section of the Solopos Daily Newspaper. Data collection used non-participant observation with note-taking techniques. Data analysis employed referential, distributional, introspective-reflexive, and abductive inference techniques. The results of the discussion indicate that metaphors in the readers' letters contain pragmatic functions such as assertive, directive, and expressive. The pragmatic functions found indicate the indirectness of intent in metaphorical expressions. This indirectness of intent indicates a politeness strategy used by the readers' letters writers to maintain a good relationship with the readers. The readers' letters writers give the readers the freedom to agree or disagree with the discourse presented. Keywords: locutionary speech acts, illocutionary, perlocutionary, implicaturePenelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan bentuk-bentuk tindak tutur lokusi, ilokusi, perlokusi, dan implikatur dalam surat pembaca “Rubik Pos Pembaca” di Harian Solopos. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik non participant observation dengan notetaking technique. Analisis data menggunakan teknik referensial, distribusional, refleksif introspektif, dan inferensi abduktif. Hasil pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa metafora dalam wacana surat pembaca mengandung fungsi pragmatik berupa asertif, direktif, dan ekspresif. Fungsi pragmatik yang ditemukan mengindikasikan ketidaklangsungan maksud dalam ungkapan metaforis. Ketidaklangsungan maksud menunjukkan adanya strategi kesantunan penulis surat pembaca untuk tetap menjaga hubungan baik dengan pembaca.     Pengaruh Machine Learning dalam Mitigasi Risiko Kredit, Deteksi Fraud dan Mitigasi Kerugian Finansial Perbankan Digital

    This study aims to analyze the effect of Machine Learning (ML) adoption on the effectiveness of credit risk mitigation and fraud detection in the digital banking sector, focusing on Bank Jago for the 2024-2025 period. The increasing digital transaction phenomenon demands a more precise security and risk management system than conventional methods. Using a quantitative approach with simple linear regression analysis through SPSS, this study examines the effect of ML Adoption (X) on three dependent variables: Non-Performing Loan Ratio (Y1), Fraud Detected (Y2), and Prevented Losses (Y3). The results show that ML Adoption has a significant negative effect on the NPL Ratio. Furthermore, ML has a strong positive significant effect on fraud detection and the value of prevented losses. These findings support Stewardship Theory, where management uses intelligent technology as an instrument to protect customer interests and maintain the company's financial stability. This study concludes that ML integration is a key determinant in maintaining the health of assets and the security of the digital banking ecosystem in the future
