    In the era of digital disruption, human capital optimization is key to an organization's sustainability and competitive advantage. However, a major challenge often faced is the failure to synergize internal communication patterns with dynamic business strategies. This study aims to analyze and measure the influence of strategic business communication on human capital optimization. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through questionnaires from 100 employees of PT. Gema Nusantara Malang and analyzed using simple linear regression with the help of SPSS software. The results showed that strategic business communication had a positive and significant effect on human capital optimization with a coefficient of determination (R2) of 61.2%. This finding confirms that information transparency and clarity of organizational messages serve as important catalysts in improving employee competence and adaptability amidst massive technological change.Di era disrupsi digital, optimalisasi human capital menjadi kunci utama bagi keberlangsungan dan keunggulan kompetitif organisasi (Schwab, 2017). Namun, tantangan utama yang sering dihadapi adalah kegagalan dalam menyinergikan pola komunikasi internal dengan strategi bisnis yang dinamis (Argenti, 2016). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengukur besarnya pengaruh komunikasi bisnis strategis terhadap optimalisasi human capital (Guffey & Loewy, 2021). Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dari 100 responden dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear sederhana dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS (Sugiyono, 2019). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi bisnis strategis berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap optimalisasi human capital dengan nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 61,2% (Ghozali, 2018). Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa transparansi informasi dan kejelasan pesan organisasi berfungsi sebagai katalisator penting dalam meningkatkan kompetensi serta adaptabilitas karyawan di tengah perubahan teknologi yang masif (Nonaka & Takeuchi, 1995)

    Stunting remains a chronic nutritional problem in Indonesia, including in urban areas such as Mojokerto City. Low consumption of nutritious vegetables due to limited land and poor soil quality is one of the contributing factors. This community service activity aims to empower the Asuhan Mandiri Tanaman Obat Keluarga (Asmantoga) Sriwedari group through training in hydroponic vegetable cultivation using the wick system as an effort to provide healthy food for stunting prevention. The implementation methods were designed using the Mission Model Canvas (MMC) framework, including an initial survey, material development, hydroponic technique training, practical planting guidance, and evaluation. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' knowledge and skills in growing hydroponic vegetables. The hydroponic vegetables cultivated (water spinach, spinach, mustard greens, and lettuce) have nutritional content, particularly calcium, which plays an important role in preventing stunting. Community enthusiasm and active participation were key factors in the program's success. Thus, the application of hydroponics is not only a solution to land constraints but also a sustainable community empowerment strategy to enhance household-level nutritious food security

    The Indonesian government is in the process of campaigning stock investment through as an alternative mode of investment for the people who usually invests in fixed assets and bank deposits. Stock investment has many advantages that are often on par with other investment options. Stock investment has many advantages that are often on par with other investment options. Stock investment is also easier to do, the wide availability of smartphones facilities stock investment. Even though is has many advantages, stock investment is not widely known by people, therefore there needs to be training with regards to buying stocks and controlling the investments. As a productive group that has close ties to society and acts as agents of change, teachers are the best partners to work with for this social service. The main partner in this social service are the SMAN teachers from SMAN 1 Kutorejo. The social service started with the filling of forms in order to create a stock investment account and followed by practical training on how to buy and sell stocks.     The community service program titled "Pelatihan Pemanfaatan AI untuk Pembuatan Perangkat Pembelajaran Mendalam bagi Guru-guru SMK Satya Bhakti I Jakarta" aims to enhance the capabilities of vocational school teachers in leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology to develop more effective and interactive learning tools. This training encompasses the basics of AI, the use of AI tools and platforms for creating instructional media, and the application of deep learning techniques to improve teaching quality. Participants are provided with practical guidance and examples of AI implementation in creating modules, evaluations, and teaching materials tailored to the characteristics of vocational students. This activity to boost teachers' competencies in facing modern educational challenges and provide a tangible contribution to improving the quality of learning at SMK Satya Bhakti I Jakarta. As the spearhead of the teaching and learning process, teachers can utilize AI technology to develop more diverse teaching materials, such as Semester Lesson Plans (RPS), Student Worksheets (LKPD), and instructional content. Thus, this training is intended to enhance the teaching and learning process, particularly in preparing for the implementation of deep learning in schools. The training has provided numerous benefits for teachers at SMK Satya Bhakti 1. These include: teachers starting to create their own learning videos with narration created by ChatGPT. Some teachers are creating interactive PowerPoint presentations with AI visuals and automated quizzes. The use of QR codes and interactive links in lesson plans and student worksheets is becoming common practice. Furthermore, several teachers are able to create more varied and meaningful semester and annual programs. Teachers feel more confident in facing digital learning

    Vocabulary is a fundamental component in mastering the Indonesian language, serving as the basis for comprehension and effective communication. However, elementary students’ vocabulary proficiency remains relatively low, which affects their ability to understand and convey information accurately. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the Wordwall digital learning media in improving vocabulary mastery among fifth-grade students at SDN 2 Cikajang. The research employed a quantitative approach using a pre-experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The sample consisted of 25 students. Instruments used include vocabulary tests and statistical analyses such as normality test, homogeneity test, paired sample t-test, and simple regression analysis. The results revealed a significant improvement in students’ vocabulary achievement. The average score increased from 26.72 (pretest) to 88.16 (posttest). The paired sample t-test showed a significance value of 0.000 (< 0.05), indicating a statistically significant difference before and after the treatment. However, the regression analysis revealed that learning motivation did not have a significant effect on learning outcomes (sig. = 0.700 > 0.05). The findings suggest that Wordwall is effective in enhancing vocabulary acquisition, regardless of students' motivation levels. This indicates that interactive and engaging digital media can independently support students' learning outcomes and should be considered as an innovative alternative in vocabulary instruction. Keywords: Wordwall, vocabulary, learning media, learning outcomes, learning motivationAbstrak Kosakata merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam penguasaan bahasa Indonesia yang berperan sebagai dasar pemahaman dan keterampilan berbahasa siswa. Namun, penguasaan kosakata siswa sekolah dasar masih tergolong rendah, yang berdampak pada rendahnya kemampuan mereka dalam memahami dan menyampaikan informasi secara tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur efektivitas media Wordwall dalam meningkatkan kemampuan kosakata siswa kelas V SDN 2 Cikajang. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan pre-eksperimental dan desain one group pretest-posttest. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 25 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes kosakata, uji normalitas, homogenitas, uji-t, dan regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan antara hasil pretest dan posttest. Nilai rata-rata meningkat dari 26,72 menjadi 88,16. Uji-t menghasilkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (< 0,05), yang berarti terdapat perbedaan signifikan sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Namun, hasil uji regresi sederhana menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belajar tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar kosakata (sig. 0,700 > 0,05). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa media Wordwall efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan kosakata siswa, terlepas dari tingkat motivasi belajarnya. Media ini dapat menjadi solusi inovatif bagi guru dalam menciptakan pembelajaran yang menarik, interaktif, dan bermakna.     Tourism small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are vital to local economies and destination competitiveness, yet they increasingly face expectations to operate in environmentally responsible ways. This article consolidates evidence on sustainability and environmental considerations in tourism SMEs and summarizes how the research field has developed across contexts. Using PRISMA as the review protocol, Scopus-indexed journal articles published between 2015 and 2025 were screened and 51 articles were included in the synthesis. The thematic results indicate recurring clusters focused on environmentally oriented innovation and technology adoption, institutional and stakeholder pressures influencing managerial decisions, and sustainable business model approaches linked to performance and resilience. Context also matters. Studies from developing economies commonly emphasize constraints, adaptation, and recovery pathways, whereas studies from developed economies more frequently examine strategic innovation, more structured sustainability implementation, and business model strengthening. The review offers an integrated map of the literature, identifies priority gaps for future research, and outlines implications for managerial support and policy design aimed at strengthening sustainable tourism SME development

    The development of artificial intelligence has driven significant transformations in digital advertising practices, in terms of marketing strategy, data analytics, and creative content production. However, the increase in AI-based advertising research still shows a fragmented pattern, requiring comprehensive mapping to understand the knowledge structure and future research development direction. This study aims to map the scientific landscape and formulate a future research agenda for AI-based advertising through a bibliometric analysis and thematic analysis approach. Research data was obtained from the Scopus database and analyzed using VOSviewer software to identify keyword networks, author collaborations, institutions, and countries. The results show that artificial intelligence, marketing, and advertising are the core concepts that connect various research themes, with a shift in trends towards generative AI, large language models, and content automation. Network visualization also reveals the dominance of several actors and countries in scientific collaboration, although opportunities for interdisciplinary research development remain wide open. Overall, this study provides a conceptual contribution by offering a map of knowledge structures as well as a direction for future research agendas that emphasize technology integration, marketing strategies, and ethical considerations in AI-based advertising.Perkembangan kecerdasan buatan telah mendorong transformasi signifikan dalam praktik periklanan digital, baik dari sisi strategi pemasaran, analitik data, maupun produksi konten kreatif. Namun, peningkatan jumlah penelitian advertising berbasis AI masih menunjukkan pola yang terfragmentasi sehingga diperlukan pemetaan komprehensif untuk memahami struktur pengetahuan dan arah pengembangan riset di masa depan. Penelitian ini bertujuan memetakan lanskap ilmiah serta merumuskan agenda riset masa depan advertising berbasis AI melalui pendekatan analisis bibliometrik dan analisis tematik. Data penelitian diperoleh dari basis data Scopus dan dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak VOSviewer untuk mengidentifikasi jaringan kata kunci, kolaborasi kepenulisan, institusi, serta negara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa artificial intelligence, marketing, dan advertising menjadi konsep inti yang menghubungkan berbagai tema penelitian, dengan pergeseran tren menuju generative AI, large language model, dan otomatisasi konten. Visualisasi jaringan juga mengungkap dominasi beberapa aktor dan negara dalam kolaborasi ilmiah, meskipun peluang pengembangan riset lintas disiplin masih terbuka luas.     The phenomenon of natural disasters on the island of Sumatra shows a significant shift from the dominance of geological disasters to an increase in ecological and hydrometeorological disasters, such as floods, landslides, and forest and land fires. This shift indicates that disasters can no longer be understood solely as natural events, but rather as manifestations of ecological crises produced by human activities, exploitative development policies, and weak environmental governance. This study aims to analyze the phenomenon of natural disasters in Aceh, North Sumatra, and West Sumatra from the perspective of Michel Foucault's thinking, particularly through the concepts of power/knowledge and governmentality. This study uses qualitative methods with a Foucauldian literature study and critical discourse analysis approach, by examining books, scientific journals, policy documents, and institutional and media reports. The results of the study indicate that the dominant disaster discourse tends to naturalize disasters and obscure the economic-political power relations that produce ecological crises. The practice of environmental governmentality positions local communities as adaptive subjects to risk, while the structural roots of environmental damage are maintained. This study emphasizes the importance of a critical approach to deconstructing the dominant regime of truth and promoting more just, participatory, and sustainable environmental governance.Fenomena bencana alam di Pulau Sumatera menunjukkan pergeseran signifikan dari dominasi bencana geologis menuju meningkatnya bencana ekologis dan hidrometeorologis, seperti banjir, tanah longsor, dan kebakaran hutan dan lahan. Pergeseran ini mengindikasikan bahwa bencana tidak lagi dapat dipahami semata-mata sebagai peristiwa alamiah, melainkan sebagai manifestasi krisis ekologi yang diproduksi melalui aktivitas manusia, kebijakan pembangunan eksploitatif, serta tata kelola lingkungan yang lemah. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis fenomena bencana alam di Aceh, Sumatera Utara, dan Sumatera Barat dalam perspektif pemikiran Michel Foucault, khususnya melalui konsep power/knowledge dan governmentality. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka dan analisis wacana kritis berperspektif Foucauldian, dengan menelaah buku, jurnal ilmiah, dokumen kebijakan, serta laporan institusional dan media. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa diskursus kebencanaan yang dominan cenderung menaturalisasi bencana dan mengaburkan relasi kekuasaan ekonomi-politik yang memproduksi krisis ekologi. Praktik environmental governmentality menempatkan masyarakat lokal sebagai subjek adaptif terhadap risiko, sementara akar struktural kerusakan lingkungan tetap dipertahankan.     The EduliteZ (Gen-Z Literacy Education) community service program, which aims to improve the writing literacy of Tasikmalaya City students based on Padlet and digital communities, is important because it can help improve students' writing literacy in Tasikmalaya City through the use of Padlet technology and the formation of digital communities. This activity allows students to develop writing skills, access learning resources interactively, and share knowledge and experiences within the digital community. This activity can increase students' interest and participation in writing literacy and prepare them to face the demands of communication in the digital era. The purpose of this community service activity is to improve writing skills, build a digital community, and increase students' interest and participation in writing literacy. This community service activity consists of several stages: the formation of a work team, program implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and adjustments and improvements. During the program implementation stage, training activities, preparation of teaching materials, and technical support are carried out as needed to ensure the success of the program. The outputs of the PbM-PKM activities are the publication of activities in a scientific journal/proceeding, published articles in mass media (print/electronic), increased student ability in mastering digital literacy, and the formation of a digital writing literacy community.     Sinergi Profesional dan Pendidikan Dasar melalui Kelas Inspirasi: Menumbuhkan Cita-Cita di SDN Padusan

    The Inspiration Class program, a community service activity conducted through the Inspiration Class program, is a collaboration between professionals from various professional backgrounds and elementary education institutions to motivate and broaden students' horizons regarding various future professions. This program was held at SDN Padusan, Pacet, Mojokerto Regency, with the primary goal of fostering aspirations, motivating students to learn, and broadening their horizons to the variety of careers they can pursue. Through the direct experiences of professionals, students were encouraged to imagine a broader and more hopeful future. The implementation method included professional introduction sessions, interactive discussions, stimulating work activities, and joint student reflection. The results of the program demonstrated high student enthusiasm, the emergence of new aspirations, and increased self-confidence in pursuing their dreams. This activity demonstrates that synergy between the professional world and elementary education can be an effective strategy for instilling motivational values, hope, and aspirations for the future in children from an early age.  Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat melalui program Kelas Inspirasi merupakan bentuk kolaborasi antara para profesional dari berbagai latar belakang pekerjaan dengan lembaga pendidikan dasar, guna memberikan motivasi dan memperluas wawasan siswa terkait berbagai profesi di masa depan. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di SDN Padusan, Pacet, Kabupaten Mojokerto dengan tujuan utama untuk menumbuhkan cita-cita, memotivasi siswa dalam belajar, serta membuka cakrawala mereka terhadap beragam profesi yang dapat mereka raih. Melalui penyampaian pengalaman langsung oleh para professional, siswa diajak untuk membayangkan masa depan yang lebih luas dan penuh harapan. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi sesi perkenalan profesi, diskusi interaktif, stimulasi kegiatan kerja, serta refleksi bersama siswa. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya natusiasme yang tinggi dari siswa, munculnya beragam cita-cita baru, serta peningkatan kepercayaan diri dalam meraih impian. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa sinergi antara dunia professional dan Pendidikan dasar dapat menjadi strategi efektif dalam menanamkan nilai motivasi, harapan, dan aspirasi masa depan pada anak-anak sejak usia dini
