    The effect of high-intensity interval training on triglyceride levels in obese adolescents

    This study aims to analyze the effect of HIIT training on triglyceride levels in obese adolescents. This study used an experimental method with a pretest–posttest control group design. A total of 32 adolescents with type I obesity (BMI >31–38 kg/m²) were divided into an experimental group and a control group. The experimental group underwent HIIT training with a ratio of 10 seconds of work and 20 seconds of rest for six weeks with a frequency of three times per week, while the control group did not receive structured training. Blood triglyceride levels were measured using the SD BIOSENSOR LipidoCare Analyzer before and after the intervention. Data analysis was performed using paired sample t-tests and independent sample t-tests with a significance level of 0.05. The results showed that HIIT significantly reduced triglyceride levels from 351.1±6.9 mg/dL to 140.1±2.2 mg/dL (p<0.001). In addition, body mass index also decreased significantly from 34.3±0.4 kg/m² to 30.5±0.15 kg/m² (p=0.012). The greater decrease in triglycerides compared to BMI indicates that metabolic improvement can occur more quickly than anthropometric changes. It is concluded that HIIT exercise is effective in lowering triglyceride levels and improving metabolic health in obese adolescents. HIIT can be recommended as an efficient and applicable exercise strategy in efforts to prevent cardiometabolic risks from adolescence.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh latihan HIIT terhadap kadar trigliserida pada remaja obesitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimental dengan desain kelompok kontrol pra-tes dan pasca-tes. Sebanyak 32 remaja dengan obesitas tipe I (BMI >31–38 kg/m²) dibagi menjadi kelompok eksperimental dan kelompok kontrol. Kelompok eksperimen menjalani latihan HIIT dengan rasio 10 detik kerja dan 20 detik istirahat selama enam minggu dengan frekuensi tiga kali seminggu, sementara kelompok kontrol tidak menerima latihan terstruktur. Kadar trigliserida darah diukur menggunakan SD BIOSENSOR LipidoCare Analyzer sebelum dan setelah intervensi. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji t sampel berpasangan dan uji t sampel independen dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,05. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa HIIT secara signifikan menurunkan kadar trigliserida dari 351,1±6,9 mg/dL menjadi 140,1±2,2 mg/dL (p<0,001). Selain itu, indeks massa tubuh (BMI) juga menurun secara signifikan dari 34,3±0,4 kg/m² menjadi 30,5±0,15 kg/m² (p=0,012). Penurunan trigliserida yang lebih besar dibandingkan dengan BMI menunjukkan bahwa perbaikan metabolik dapat terjadi lebih cepat daripada perubahan antropometrik. Disimpulkan bahwa latihan HIIT efektif dalam menurunkan kadar trigliserida dan meningkatkan kesehatan metabolik pada remaja obesitas. HIIT dapat direkomendasikan sebagai strategi latihan yang efisien dan dapat diterapkan dalam upaya mencegah risiko kardiometabolik sejak masa remaja

    Analisis Hubungan Kuantitaf Struktur Dan Aktivitas Sebagai Antioksidan Turunan Senyawa Apigenin Dengan Menggunakan Metode Recife Model 1 (RM 1)

    Penelitian ini menggunakan kajian teoritis HKSA senyawa turunan apigenin menggunakan deskriptor sterik, hidropobik dan elektronik. Nilai deskriptor diperoleh berdasarkan perhitungan kimia komputasi menggunakan  program Hyperchem 8.0.8  dengan  menggunakan  metode  semiempirik  Recife  Model  1 (RM1). Data hasil perhitungan diolah menggunakan program SPSS versi 22.0 dengan metode analisis korelasi dan regresi linear berganda, sehingga diperoleh persamaan HKSA: IC50 = 55,725 + (6,063)Log P + (-0,045) ∆f + (-1,603) μ + (0,902)A n = 16; R = 0,927; R2= 0,859; SE = 2,088; F = 16,746. Dari persamaan HKSA, didapatkan prediksi senyawa yang sangat berpotensi sebagai antioksidan, yaitu 4’,5,7- Trihidroksi-3- metoksi flavon dengan nilai IC50 sebesar 1,51 (μM). Dengan membandingkan nilai IC50, didapatkan hasil bahwa gugus metoksi (OCH3) lebih meningkatkan aktivitas antioksidan dibandingkan dengan gugus etoksi (OC2H5)

    Integration of Islamic Values In Thermochemistry Teaching Materials For Grade XI SMA/MA

    This study aims to produce chemistry teaching materials for Thermochemistry that contain Islamic values. The development of teaching materials was carried out using the Four Steps Teaching Material Development (4STMD) method. This study focuses on the Design and Development stages. The results of the teaching material development at the Design stage produce a teaching material design. The Development stage in developing teaching materials uses the Four Steps Teaching Material Development (4STMD) method, which consists of four stages: selection, structuring, characterization, and didactic reduction. The first stage begins with a selection process that produces 11 competency achievement indicators and 18 concept labels that must be developed. In the source selection step, 2 international textbooks and 1 high school textbook were used. The results obtained at the structuring stage are concept maps; macro structures and three levels of representation that are in accordance with the context of daily life and Islamic values. Characterization was carried out by 30 high school students and it was found that 4 texts were included in the difficult to understand category so that didactic reduction was carried out. The results of the didactic reduction stage were texts that were difficult for students to understand were given treatment with a type of didactic reduction back to the qualitative and neglect stages. The conclusion obtained from the results of this development research was the formation of chemistry teaching materials for Thermochemistry material that integrated Islamic values.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan bahan ajar kimia materi Termokimia yang memuat nilai Islam. Pengembangan bahan ajar dilakukan menggunakan metode pengembangan Four Steps Teaching Material Development (4STMD). Penelitian ini berfokus pada tahapan Design dan Development. Hasil pengembangan bahan ajar pada tahap, Design menghasilkan rancangan bahan ajar. Tahap Development dlaam pengembangan bahan ajar menggunakan metode Four Steps Teaching Material Development (4STMD) yang terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu seleksi, strukturisasi, karakterisasi dan reduksi didaktik. Tahap pertama ini diawali dengan seleksi menghasilkan 11 indikator pencapaian kompetensi dan 18 label konsep yang harus dikembangkan. Pada langkah seleksi sumber digunakan 2 buah buku teks internasional dan 1 buah buku SMA. Hasil yang didapatkan pada tahap strukturisasi adalah peta konsep; struktur makro dan tiga level representasi yang sesuai dengan konteks kehidupan sehari-hari dan nilai-nilai Islam. Karakterisasi dilakukan oleh 30 Siswa SMA dan diperoleh bahwa 4 teks termasuk kedalam kategori sulit untuk dipahami sehingga dilakukan reduksi didaktik. Hasil dari tahap reduksi didaktik adalah teks yang sulit dipahami peserta didik diberikan perlakuaan dengan jenis reduksi didaktik kembali kepada tahapan kualitatif dan pengabaian. Kesimpulan yang didapatkan dari hasil penelitian pengembangan ini terbentuknya bahan ajar kimia materi Termokimia yang terintegrasi nilai islam

    Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat desain model bahan ajar menulis cerita yang memasukkan kearifan lokal SASAMBO (Sasak, Samawa, Mbojo). Model bahan ajar ini didasarkan pada teori didaktik dan kearifan lokal. Prinsip-prinsip teoritis tersebut diintegrasikan ke dalam komponen modul: bahan ajar, bagian pelatihan dan penilaian, aktivitas siswa pada bahan ajar, glosarium bahan ajar, dan ilustrasi/grafik. Kami menggunakan desain R2D2 (Reflektif, Rekursif, Desain dan Pengembangan) sebagai metode penelitian kami. Hasil penelitian berupa rancangan model (prototipe) bahan tulis narasi untuk berbagai bahan sastra yang dapat diterapkan pada genre tulisan lain.     Efektivitas Layanan Bimbingan Klasikal Teknik Permainan Simulasi Untuk Mereduksi Kejenuhan Belajar Pada Siswa

    Abstract This study aims to determine the effectiveness of classical guidance services using simulation game techniques in reducing students' learning burnout. The research employed a quantitative experimental method with a two-group pretest-posttest control design. The subjects consisted of 50 students from SMK N 4 Kota Bengkulu, who were divided into two groups: an experimental group and a control group, each consisting of 25 students selected through simple random sampling. Data were analyzed using an independent samples t-test. The results showed a t-value of 36.70 with a significance value (2-tailed) of .000 (p<0.05), indicating a significant difference in learning burnout levels between the experimental and control groups. These findings suggest that classical guidance services using simulation game techniques are effective in reducing students' learning burnout.     ANALISIS BEARING PADA OUTPUT SHAFT GEAR REDUCER PUMPING MENGGUNAKAN SIMULASI ANSYS

    Bearing is one of the main components in the gear reducer pumping unit that plays an important role in supporting the performance of the output shaft. In working conditions, this component receives high loads that can affect deformation, stress, and bearing life. This study was conducted at PT Bukaka Teknik Utama with the aim of analyzing the total deformation, Von Mises stress, safety factor, and bearing life using Ansys Workbench R1 2024 Student software simulation. The analysis was carried out by creating a bearing geometry design using SolidWorks 2024, determining AISI 52100 material, meshing, giving radial and axial loading, and static analysis simulation. Specific data, such as 32230 SKF bearing specifications and load values, were used to ensure the accuracy of the results. The results of the analysis showed a maximum deformation value of 0.17348 mm, a maximum Von Mises stress of 76.579 MPa, a minimum safety factor of 5.876, and an average bearing life of 1.057 x 1012 hours. From the analysis that has been done, the results obtained are that the bearing life is too large due to the limited mesh size and the small loading given so that the results obtained are inaccurate. The results of the analysis indicate that the bearing is in a safe condition to support the given load. This study recommends improving the quality of meshing in the simulation to obtain more accurate results.Bearing merupakan salah satu komponen utama pada unit pemompaan gear reducer yang berperan penting dalam mendukung kinerja poros output. Pada kondisi kerja, komponen ini menerima beban yang tinggi yang dapat mempengaruhi deformasi, tegangan, dan umur bearing. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT Bukaka Teknik Utama dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis deformasi total, tegangan von Mises, faktor keamanan, dan umur bearing menggunakan simulasi software Ansys Workbench R1 2024 Student. Analisis dilakukan dengan membuat desain geometri bearing menggunakan SolidWorks 2024, menentukan material AISI 52100, melakukan meshing, memberikan pembebanan radial dan aksial, serta simulasi analisis statik. Data-data spesifik seperti spesifikasi bearing SKF 32230 dan nilai beban digunakan untuk memastikan keakuratan hasil. Hasil analisis menunjukkan nilai deformasi maksimum sebesar 0,17348 mm, tegangan von Mises maksimum sebesar 76,579 MPa, faktor keamanan minimum sebesar 5,876, dan umur rata-rata bantalan sebesar 1,057 x 1012 jam. Dari analisis yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh hasil bahwa umur bantalan terlalu besar dikarenakan ukuran mesh yang terbatas dan pembebanan yang diberikan kecil sehingga hasil yang diperoleh kurang akurat. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa bantalan dalam kondisi aman untuk menahan beban yang diberikan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan untuk memperbaiki kualitas meshing pada simulasi agar diperoleh hasil yang lebih akurat

This study aims to determine the effects of ecobricking on attitudes towards environmental care in scientific instruction among fifth-grade students in Elementary School cluster XIXI in Bengkulu City. This study examines the differences in values before and after ecobricking using a one-group pre-test-post-test approach. The methodology utilized is a quantitative approach, specifically employing the Pre-Experimental Design process. This study encompasses all children in grade V from cluster XIX of Elementary Schools in Bengkulu City. The selection process considered several factors and ultimately included only one school, SDN 69 Bengkulu City. The VB class of SDN 69 Elementary School in Bengkulu City was selected as the sample for the study. Applying purposive sampling for the purpose of sampling. The study utilized a closed questionnaire with a Likert scale, which was administered both before and after the experiment. The acquired data are analyzed using quantitative analysis. The significance of the disparity between the periods before and after the therapy was evidenced by the findings of the post-test analysis. Subsequently, a t-test, which is a hypothesis test, is conducted utilizing a t value of 7.780, surpassing the critical value of 2.005 from the t table. The results of the t-test reveal that the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted.     This research aims to describe the process of making finger painting works of art and the results of finger painting works as fine art works. This type of research is qualitative research with descriptive methods. The research subjects were class I B students at SD Negeri 02 Bengkulu City. The instruments in this research were the researchers themselves using observation, interviews and documentation. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis is carried out by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. This research data validity technique uses triangulation and member checking. The results of this research: (1) The process of creating a work is carried out in 4 stages, namely preparing tools and materials, the stage of providing material on basic finger painting techniques, the stage of preparing sketches, and the stage of painting using your fingers. The work created is in the form of finger painting. When preparing the materials and tools, neither the teacher nor the students experience any difficulties. Next, in the stage of explaining the basic techniques of Finger painting, all groups had no difficulty. The final stage was painting the picture, group 3 experienced difficulty. (2) The students' work is described based on the elements of fine art which include the elements of spots, lines, colors, textures and light and darkness as well as the principles of fine arts which include the principles of unity, balance, rhythm, emphasis, proportion and harmony. Thus, it can be concluded that all the work of class I B students at SD Negeri 02 Bengkulu City has been made using basic Finger painting techniques and the work created contains elements and principles of fine art. However, the principle of proportion is still less visible in his work.This research aims to describe the process of making finger painting works of art and the results of finger painting works as fine art works.     Pengaruh Media Pop-Up Book Terhadap Pemahaman Konsep IPAS Pada Siswa Kelas IV Kota Bengkulu

    This research aims to determine the influence of pop-up book on the ability to understand the IPAS concept of landscape material in Bengkulu in grade IV students in Bengkulu City. This research is quantitative research using the quasy experiment method and the Matching Only Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design type of research design. The population in this study was class IV in Bengkulu City. The instrument used is a written test sheet in the form of multiple choice questions totaling 10 questions with data collection techniques in the form of pretest and posttest questions. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical tests, prerequisite tests (normality and homogeneity tests), and inferential/hypothesis tests. The results of the hypothesis test obtained from the average posttest value and tested using the independent sample t-test show that the thitung value using Equal Variences Assumed = 2,910 and the Sig value. (2-tailed) has a value of 0,005 and the ttable distribution value is 2,000, so that the thitung > ttable (2,910 > 2,000) and Sig. (2-tailed) 0,005 < 0,05. This shows that there is a different understanding of the IPAS concept in the experimental and control groups caused by the treatment of the two different groups. Based on this test, H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted, so it can be concluded that there is an influence of the pop-up book media on the ability to understand the IPAS concept of landscape material in Bengkulu among class IV students in Bengkulu City
