Efektivitas Video Project-Based Learning terhadap Level Kebugaran Jasmani dan Status Gizi
This research aims to examine the effect of Video Project-Based Learning on the Physical Fitness Level and Nutritional Status of MKDU Physical Education and Sports Students at the Indonesian Education University. The research method uses an experimental pretest-posttest group design. The sample in this study was students from the Indonesian University of Education who took part in MKDU Physical Education and Sports with an age range of 18-22 years, totaling 37 students. The sampling technique used was cluster random sampling. The research instruments used were the Cooper Test to determine fitness level and BMI to measure nutritional status. Data analysis used the Paired Sample T-Test and the N-Gain Score test with SPSS version 21 software. The research results showed a significant increase in the VO2Max value between the pre-test and post-test results with Sig. 0.000 < 0.005. Meanwhile, the average BMI value is 20.5, including the normal category. The N-Gain Score test for VO2Max is 0.22 with a moderate level of effectiveness. Pengaruh Latihan Drill Terhadap Kemampuan Smash Bola Voli di SMA Negeri 1 Dampal Selatan
Objective This study aims to determine the effect of drill training on volleyball smash skills in extracurricular students of Senior High School 1 Damsel. Smash is a primary attack technique that requires coordination, strength, and precision, but many students still have difficulty in performing it optimally. The research method uses a quantitative approach with a one-group pretest–posttest design. The sample consisted of 12 volleyball extracurricular students selected by purposive sampling. Data were collected through smash skill tests before and after treatment. Drill training was conducted for six weeks (16 meetings). Data analysis used a normality test and a paired sample t-test with a significance level of 0.05. Results The average pretest score showed a score of 33, while the posttest increased to 71 or an increase of 86.84%. The t-test results showed a significance of 0.00 <0.05 with a calculated t of 11.938> t table 2.201, so there is a significant effect of drill training on volleyball smash skills. Drill training has been proven to be effective in improving smash skills through systematic repetition of movements. This method is recommended for use in volleyball learning and extracurricular activities to optimize students' basic techniques.Tujuan Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan drill terhadap kemampuan smash bola voli pada siswa ekstrakurikuler SMAN 1 Damsel. Smash merupakan teknik serangan utama yang membutuhkan koordinasi, kekuatan, dan ketepatan, namun banyak siswa masih kesulitan dalam melakukannya secara optimal. Metode Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain one-group pretest–posttest. Sampel terdiri dari 12 siswa ekstrakurikuler bola voli yang dipilih dengan purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes keterampilan smash sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Latihan drill dilakukan selama enam minggu (16 kali pertemuan). Analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas dan uji t sampel berpasangan dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05. Hasil Nilai rata-rata pretest menunjukkan skor 33, sedangkan posttest meningkat menjadi 71 atau naik sebesar 86,84%. Hasil uji t menunjukkan signifikansi 0,00 < 0,05 dengan t hitung 11,938 > t tabel 2,201, sehingga terdapat pengaruh signifikan latihan drill terhadap kemampuan smash bola voli. Latihan drill terbukti efektif meningkatkan keterampilan smash melalui pengulangan gerakan yang sistematis. Literature Review: Integrating Leadership Values Through Physical Education Learning in Senior High School Students
This study aims to examine how leadership values are integrated into Physical Education (PE) for senior high school students and to identify effective pedagogical approaches that support leadership development. Using the PRISMA 2020 framework, a systematic literature review was conducted across Google Scholar, ERIC, Scopus, Web of Science, DOAJ, and Indonesian databases such as SINTA and GARUDA, focusing on peer-reviewed articles published between 2020 and 2025. A total of 35 studies met the inclusion criteria and were analyzed using a structured extraction matrix. The findings indicate that leadership development in PJOK is most effectively facilitated through the Sport Education Model, cooperative learning, game-based learning, project-based learning, outdoor education, and service learning, all of which provide authentic leadership experiences through structured roles, collaborative tasks, and reflective activities. The reviewed studies consistently reported improvements in responsibility, communication, teamwork, decision-making, and student confidence, although challenges related to teacher preparedness, instructional consistency, and school resources were evident, particularly within Indonesian contexts. Overall, the review concludes that PJOK offers a meaningful platform for fostering leadership among adolescents when supported by intentional, well-designed, and reflective pedagogical practices, underscoring the need for strengthened teacher capacity and the adoption of evidence-based instructional models
Eksplorasi Makna dan Konteks Sosial Pepatah Petitih Desa Pulau Sangkar: Upaya Menumbuhkan Karakter Siswa Melalui Pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia
Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi makna dan konteks sosial pepatah petitih masyarakat Desa Pulau Sangkar serta mengkaji potensinya sebagai sumber nilai karakter dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis melalui model interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pepatah petitih memuat sembilan nilai karakter utama, yaitu kehati-hatian dan tanggung jawab, kejujuran dan keadilan, kebijaksanaan dan musyawarah, gotong royong dan solidaritas sosial, keteladanan dan integritas, ketabahan dan keteguhan hati, perencanaan dan hemat, cinta tradisi dan identitas budaya, serta kepedulian keluarga dan sosial. Pepatah petitih juga berfungsi secara pragmatik dalam berbagai ranah, seperti keluarga, musyawarah adat, relasi sosial, dan aktivitas ekonomi. Dengan demikian, pepatah petitih tidak hanya bernilai linguistik, tetapi juga berfungsi sebagai pranata sosial yang relevan untuk pendidikan karakter. Integrasinya dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia berpotensi memperkuat identitas budaya sekaligus menumbuhkan karakter siswa
TEROBOSAN BARU MENGURANGI CYBERBULLYING: KONSELING KELOMPOK CBT DENGAN TEKNIK SELF-CONTROL
This study aims to examine the effectiveness of group counseling services based on Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) with the self-control technique in reducing students' cyberbullying behavior. The study employed an experimental method with a two-group pre-test post-test control design. The population of the study consisted of 55 students from the XI Marketing class at SMK Negeri 1 Kota Bengkulu. A total of 10 students were selected as the sample, consisting of 5 students in the control group and 5 in the experimental group, chosen through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale model and analyzed using the paired sample t-test. The results showed that the experimental group experienced a significant decrease in the average score of cyberbullying behavior from 159.6 (pre-test) to 91 (post-test). Conversely, the control group also showed a decrease, but it was less substantial, from 161.2 (pre-test) to 149.6 (post-test). The t-test analysis revealed that the decrease in the experimental group (68.6) was significantly greater than in the control group (11.6). Therefore, it can be concluded that group counseling services based on Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) with the self-control technique are effective in reducing students' cyberbullying behavior.Keywords: Cyberbullying Behavior, Group Counseling CBT, Self-Control TechniquePenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas layanan konseling kelompok berbasis Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) dengan teknik self-control dalam menurunkan perilaku cyberbullying pada siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain two-group pre-test post-test control design. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari siswa kelas XI Pemasaran di SMK Negeri 1 Kota Bengkulu sebanyak 55 siswa. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 10 siswa, yang terdiri atas 5 siswa dalam kelompok kontrol dan 5 siswa dalam kelompok eksperimen, yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner menggunakan skala Likert, dan data dianalisis menggunakan paired sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelompok eksperimen mengalami penurunan skor rata-rata perilaku cyberbullying dari 159,6 (pre-test) menjadi 91 (post-test). Sebaliknya, kelompok kontrol juga mengalami penurunan, tetapi tidak signifikan, yaitu dari 161,2 (pre-test) menjadi 149,6 (post-test). Analisis uji t menunjukkan bahwa penurunan pada kelompok eksperimen (68,6) secara signifikan lebih besar dibandingkan kelompok kontrol (11,6). Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa layanan konseling kelompok berbasis Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) dengan teknik self-control efektif dalam menurunkan perilaku cyberbullying pada siswa. EFEKTIVITAS LAYANAN KONSELING KELOMPOK DENGAN PENDEKATAN RATIONAL EMOTIVE BEHAVIOR THERAPY UNTUK MEREDUKSI KECENDERUNGAN SELF-INJURY PADA GENERASI Z
This study aimed to prove the effectiveness of group counseling using the Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) approach in reducing self-injury tendencies among Generation Z. The research employed an experimental method with a two-group pre-test post-test control design. The population of the study consisted of eighth-grade students at SMP Negeri 5 Bengkulu City. The sample included 10 students, divided into two groups: 5 students in the experimental group and 5 students in the control group, selected through purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using the t-test. The results of the t-test showed a significant difference in self-injury tendencies between Generation Z adolescents who received group counseling with the REBT approach and those who received group counseling without the REBT approach. Therefore, it was concluded that group counseling with the Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy approach was effective in reducing self-injury tendencies among Generation Z.

Hasil Uji-t diketahui bahwa terdapat perbedaan kecenderungan self-injury antara remaja generasi z yang menerima konseling kelompok dengan pendekatan rational emotive behavior therapy dan remaja generasi z yang menerima konseling kelompok tanpa pendekatan rational emotive behavior therapy, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa layanan konseling kelompok dengan pendekatan rational emotive behavior therapy efektif untuk mereduksi kecenderungan self-injury
HUBUNGAN ANTARA SELF EFFICACY DAN DUKUNGAN SOSIAL TERHADAP FLOW AKADEMIK PADA SISWA
Abstract
This study aimed to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and social support on academic flow in students. The population in this study were vocational high school students in Bengkulu City with a sample of 212 students taken using a simple random sampling technique. The instruments used were self-efficacy, social support, and academic flow questionnaires. Data analysis used multiple regression. The results of the study showed (1) there was a significant positive relationship between self-efficacy and academic flow in students with a correlation value of R = 0.125 (p <0.05), (2) there was a significant positive relationship between social support and academic flow in students with a correlation value of R = 0.684 (p <0.05), (3) there was a positive relationship between self-efficacy and social support on academic flow in students with a sig. 0.000 <0.05. The simultaneous relative contribution between self-efficacy and social support on academic flow was 59.9%. Therefore, it can be concluded that self-efficacy and social support have a positive relationship on academic flow

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara self efficacy dan dukungan sosial terhadap flow akademik pada siswa. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu siswa SMK Kota Bengkulu dengan sampel berjumlah 212 siswa yang diambil dengan teknik simple random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner self efficacy, dukungan sosial, dan flow akademik. Analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) ada hubungan yang positif signifikan antara self efficacy terhadap flow akademik pada siswa dengan nilai korelasi R= 0,125 (p<0,05), (2) ada hubungan positif signifikan antara dukungan sosial terhadap flow akademik pada siswa dengan nilai korelasi R= 0,684 (p<0,05), (3) ada hubungan positif antara self efficacy dan dukungan sosial terhadap flow akademik pada siswa dengan nilai sig. 0,000 < 0,05. Sumbangan relatif secara simultan antara self efficacy dan dukungan sosial terhadap flow akademik adalah sebesar 59,9%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa self efficacy dan dukungan sosial memiliki hubungan yang positif terhadap flow akademik.

INSTALASI PHOTO ELECTRIC SENSOR SEBAGAI PENUNJANG PENGEMBANGGAN SISTEM TRANSFER PNEUMATIC REAKTOR KARTINI BERBASIS PLC
The installation of photoelectric sensors as a supporting element for the development of a pneumatic transfer system based on Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) in the Kartini Reactor aims to enhance efficiency and accuracy in operational processes. This study integrates photoelectric sensors to detect capsules in the pneumatic transfer system, which previously required manual intervention. The sensors send signals to the PLC, which controls actuators automatically. The system was optimized through installation, calibration, and testing, involving the measurement of capsule speeds for both empty capsules and those containing 3-gram samples. Results indicate significant operational efficiency improvements, with average transfer speeds of 12.41 m/s for empty capsules and 11.76 m/s for filled ones. MAINTENANCE PADA VERTICAL RAW MILL CK-310 TIPE ROLLER MILL PLANT - 10
A vertical raw mill is one of the main tools in cement production, which functions as a material grinder measuring from 5-7 cm to 90 microns. The tool also performs in the drying process of raw materials to reduce the water content before entering the suspension preheater section. The maintenance process on the vertical raw mill is carried out while the machines are operating. The maintenance is used to prevent and predict the production machine. The method is inspection using an infrared thermometer and vibrascanner. Kajian Strategi Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Tolitoli dalam Menjaga Populasi Burung Maleo Sebagai Satwa Endemik dan Ikonik Sulawesi
Burung Maleo (Macrocephalon maleo) merupakan satwa endemik Sulawesi yang saat ini mengalami penurunan populasi akibat perburuan telur dan degradasi habitat, meskipun berbagai upaya konservasi telah dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi efektivitas kebijakan dan strategi konservasi di Kabupaten Tolitoli, mengidentifikasi tantangan, serta merumuskan rekomendasi penguatan pelestarian. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi literatur, observasi, dan wawancara dengan pemangku kepentingan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa eksploitasi telur merupakan ancaman utama, disertai fragmentasi habitat. Di sisi lain, partisipasi masyarakat berkontribusi positif dalam pengawasan dan penghentian perburuan. Namun demikian, keterbatasan dana, sulitnya aksesibilitas, dan kurangnya dukungan pemerintah menghambat efektivitas konservasi. Keberhasilan pelestarian Maleo memerlukan perlindungan habitat, pencegahan eksploitasi telur, serta penguatan kolaborasi lintas sektor berbasis masyarakat
