PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT MELALUI PELATIHAN BERCOCOK TANAM DENGAN MODEL CAFARELLA
Abstrak
Pemberdayaan masyarakat merupakan strategi penting untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan kemandirian, terutama di sektor pertanian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas pelatihan bercocok tanam yang menggunakan model perencanaan pelatihan Caffarella. Model ini mengintegrasikan tahapan perencanaan yang sistematis, mulai dari analisis kebutuhan, desain program, implementasi, hingga evaluasi, sehingga program pelatihan dapat disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan spesifik masyarakat. Pelatihan ini menerapkan metode ceramah, forum group discussion (FGD), dan demonstrasi untuk memastikan bahwa peserta mendapatkan pengetahuan teoretis sekaligus keterampilan praktis dalam bercocok tanam.
Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi metode pembelajaran tersebut efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan masyarakat terkait teknik pertanian yang inovatif dan berkelanjutan. Selain itu, peserta pelatihan mampu mengoptimalkan potensi lokal, meningkatkan hasil pertanian, dan menerapkan teknologi yang sesuai dengan kondisi lingkungan mereka. Pelatihan ini juga berperan dalam memperkuat kemandirian ekonomi masyarakat serta meningkatkan ketahanan pangan lokal.

Abstract
Community empowerment is an important strategy to increase prosperity and independence, especially in the agricultural sector. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of farming training using the Caffarella training planning model. This model integrates systematic planning stages, starting from needs analysis, program design, implementation, to evaluation, so that training programs can be tailored to the specific needs of the community. This training applies lecture methods, forum group discussions (FGD), and demonstrations to ensure that participants gain theoretical knowledge as well as practical skills in farming.
The results of the training show that the combination of learning methods is effective in increasing community understanding and skills regarding innovative and sustainable agricultural techniques. In addition, training participants are able to optimize local potential, increase agricultural yields, and apply technology that is appropriate to their environmental conditions. This training also plays a role in strengthening the community's economic independence and increasing local food security.

KETIMPANGAN REPRESENTASI STEREOTIPE PEREMPUAN DALAM RUANG PUBLIK
This research aims to analyse various forms of stereotypical representations of women in the context of public space. The methodology used is library research, with analytical techniques that include selection, comparison, integration, and classification of relevant research on the inequality of stereotypical representations of women in the public sphere. Through this process, this research identifies the relevance of the findings. The results show that women have begun to experience the process of emancipation and actualise their roles in various public spaces such as politics, government, education, and entertainment. In the entertainment sector, women even show dominance compared to men. However, despite the significant involvement of women in entertainment, they still face gender inequality. Public society still often gives negative stereotypes towards women, considering them as domestic creatures limited to housework, childcare, husband's service, objects of male sexuality, and as individuals who are considered weak, emotional, not credible, and powerless

SISTEM HIDROLIK LOADING UNLOADING MEJA PELUNCUR
Mortars have been developed in the field of weapons. One of the developments is the installation of a mortar on the rear of the vehicle platform which is equipped with a navigation system and combined with a computerized fire control system. To support this, a hydraulic system is needed. A hydraulic system is a form of changing or transferring power by using a conducting medium in the form of a liquid fluid to obtain greater power than the initial power released. The purpose of this practical work report is to find out how the hydraulic system works and find out the components used in the hydraulic system for loading and unloading mortar panzers. This research process starts from literature study, field observations, topic determination, data collection, results and discussion, conclusions. Based on this research, the results showed that the way the hydraulic system works, starts from the electric motor which turns on the pump, then the pump sucks the fluid in the tank, after that a fluid flow pressure is produced which then flows towards the valve, the valve will control the direction and pressure, fluid flow rate through the flexible pipe house to the working cylinder. Meanwhile, the components that make up the hydraulic system used are an electric motor with a speed of 1420 rpm, a pump with a power of 12 W and max. pressure 250 bar, manual pump, valve with max. operating pressure 210 bar and max. flow rate 63-100 L/min, flexible house pipe, fluid, pressure gauge, tank with a volume of 50 liters, filter, double acting hydraulic cylinder type accuator.Mortars have been developed in the field of weapons. This study aims to provide empirical evidence of the Effect of Total Quality Management (TQM) and Product Innovation on Competitive Advantage in the Convection and Printing business in Bengkulu City. The data used in this study are primary data, obtained by distributing questionnaires. The sample in this study was 37 convection and printing entrepreneurs in Bengkulu city who had opened a Convection and Printing business that had been operating for at least 5 years. The analysis technique uses the assistance of the SmartPLS 3.0 program. PENERAPAN BALANCED SCORECARD SEBAGAI TOLAK UKUR KINERJA PERUSAHAAN PADA PT ASURANSI JASA INDONESIA (JASINDO)
This study aims to see the performance at PT. Jasindo Insurance, Bengkulu City, using a balanced scorecard approach as a performance measure. There must be four perspectives in implementing the balanced scorecard. The sample of this study were employees / employees of PT. Jasindo Insurance, Bengkulu City, with 52 people and 163 insurance-related company customers. Data were analyzed using IBM SPSS version 20 analysis.

Publich Perceptions Of The Services Of The Drinking Water Supply System (Spam) In The Pondok Kelapa District Unit Central Bengkulu District
This research aims to analyze community perceptions of SPAM services in the Pondok Kelapa Subdistrict Unit, Central Bengkulu Regency. This type of research is descriptive research. The population and sample in this study were all SPAM customers of the Tirta Raflesia Regional Public Company, Central Bengkulu Regency in Pondok Kelapa District, totaling 1,582 families with a sample of 158 families taken using systematic random sampling. The data analysis technique in this research uses descriptive analysis. The research results show that public perception of SPAM services is in the quite good category. The quantity of service is in the good category because there are still complaints from the public that the water they receive does not meet their daily needs or is still insufficient, the water that flows to their homes is small so it takes a long time to get the amount of water needed. Then the quality category is good because the water that flows into people's homes is clear, odorless and tasteless. Suggestions to the Tirta Raflesia Regional Public Company, Central Bengkulu Regency, to be able to pay attention to and quickly resolve customer complaints regarding the quantity of SPAM services because the water they receive does not meet their daily needs or is still insufficient, the water that flows to their homes is small, so it takes a long time to get the required amount of water, in order to improve SPAM services and ultimately have an impact on community satisfaction with the services provided by the Tirta Raflesia Regional Public Company, Central Bengkulu Regency
ANALISIS KOMPARASI PENDAPATAN DAN FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PENDAPATAN PADA USAHATANI BAWANG MERAH VARIETAS BIRU LANCOR DAN BATU IJO DI KABUPATEN PROBOLINGGO
Consumer demand for shallots continues to increase yearly, influencing farmers to cultivate the commodity. One of the influential factors is the use of good-quality seeds. The superior seed varieties used in shallot cultivation in Probolinggo Regency, East Java Province are Biru Lancor and Batu Ijo. Both varieties are equally superior in production, but there are advantages and disadvantages to each of them. This study investigates the income disparities and influential factors between two varieties of shallot farming: Biru Lancor and Batu Ijo. The research in Dringu District, Probolinggo Regency, was conducted in four selected villages as sample areas. Employing multistage purposive sampling, 60 shallot farmers participated, with 30 utilizing Biru Lancor and 30 adopting Batu Ijo varieties. Data collection involved primary and secondary sources, with surveys and interviews. This research used quantitative methods, including income analysis, t-tests, and dummy multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. The findings reveal significant differences in farming income between Biru Lancor and Batu Ijo varieties. Key factors influencing shallot farming income encompass seed type, land costs, pesticide expenses, labor expenditures, production yields, and selling prices. This research provides valuable insights into optimizing shallot farming practices and enhancing farmers' income levels.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan pendapatan usahatani bawang merah dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pendapatan bawang merah varietas Biru Lancor dan Batu Ijo. Penelitian dilakukan di Kecamatan Dringu Kabupaten Probolinggo dengan empat desa sebagai daerah sampel penelitian. Daerah penelitian dipilih secara multistage purposive sampling dengan mengambil 60 petani bawang merah yang terdiri dari 30 petani pengguna varietas Biru Lancor dan 30 petani pengguna varietas Batu Ijo. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan metode survei berupa data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer didapatkan dari hasil wawancara dengan petani menggunakan kuisioner, sedangkan data sekunder didapatkan dari data-data terkait topik penelitian. Metode analisis data yang digunakan berupa kuantitatif yaitu analisis pendapatan, uji beda dua sampel independen (t-test) dan analisis regresi linier berganda dummy dengan SPSS. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan terhadap pendapatan usahatani yang menggunakan varietas Biru Lancor dan Batu Ijo. Feasibility Model Of Controlled Atmosphere Storage Implementation For Shallot Farmers In West Java
Smart postharvest technology in the form of Controlled Atmosphere Storage (CAS) is needed to increase the shelf life of shallot. However, the application of CAS requires high investment costs related to the initial setup such as land, warehouse, CAS, and CAS supporting equipment. Thus, it is necessary to analyze the benefits and costs for farmers' welfare reflected by adding the amount of farming margin and income from other sources considering the time adjustment. This study aims to build a dynamic model for the application of CAS technology in shallot farming and evaluate its costs and benefits for farmers' welfare. The method used is the integration of cost and benefit analysis into a dynamic system model. The results showed that shallot farmers’ income is very sensitive to price changes and increasing storage costs. Hence, adopting CAS technology could mitigate some of these effects by reducing post-harvest losses and allowing farmers to store their production in favorable situations. Moreover, the CAS model showed that in the management level, CAS could be feasible (in terms of NPV, IRR, and Net B/C), if the storage cost is at least IDR 2.000/kg. According to the minimum profit limit for farmers, the maximum storage cost is IDR 1.500/kg, which makes the CAS unfeasible to run. The successful adoption of CAS is contingent upon substantial financial support from both private-sector investors and government entities. Therefore, the CAS technology is more appropriate for adoption by stakeholders in the food industry who require a consistent year-round supply of shallots
PENGARUH KOMBINASI ADSORBEN SEBAGAI MEDIA FILTRASI DALAM MENURUNKAN ZAT PENCEMAR DALAM AIR LIMBAH LAUNDRY
Limbah laundry adalah salah satu limbah yang dapat mencemari lingkungan. Hal ini dikarenakan tingginya kandungan organic yang ada dalam limbah laundry. Metode yang bisa digunkana dalam menurunkan zat pencemar yang ada dalam limbah laundry adalah menggunakan proses filtrsasi. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan kombinasi adsorben (arang tempurung kelapa, zeolite, silika, antrasit, ferolit, kerikil, ijuk, pasir biasa dan arang kayu) dalam menetralkan pH serta menurunkan kadar BOD, COD, TSS dan kekeruhan pada air limbah laundry. Metode yang dipakai pada penenilitian ini adalah penggunaan filtrasi dengan variasi ketebalan 15 cm, 20 cm dan 25 cm. Diperoleh pengukuran BOD senilai 31,33 mg/l pada variasi ketebalan 20 cm namun belum mencapai standar baku mutu yang ditetapkan yakni 30 mg/l. Hasil Pengukuran COD, TSS, pH dan kekeruhan dengan penurunan maksimum didapatkan dengan memakai ketebalan 25 cm, COD sebesar 91 mg/l dan TSS senilai 25 mg/l mencapai standar baku mutu COD senilai 100 mg/l dan TSS senilai 30 mg/l, pH sebesar 7,94 masih bersifat basa dan kekeruhan senilai 21,33 NTU sudah mencapai mutu yang ditetapkan yaitu 25 NTU. Dalam penelitian didapat bahwa sistem filtrasi dengan variasi ketebalan berpengaruh dalam menurunkan kadar kontaminan yang terdapat dalam limbah laundry karena diperoleh Fhitung > Ftabel dengan hasil 47,49 > 4,10. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan jadi solusi dalam pengolahan limbah cair laundry dengan proses filtrasi.
