    The Development of a Short-Distance Running Learning Model Based on Colorful Balls Run Games for Phase C Students

    This study aims to develop a short-distance running learning model based on colorful balls run games for phase C students at elementary school 106 Bengkulu City. This research is a type of Research and Development (R&D) employing the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The method used is descriptive qualitative. The research population consisted of phase C students at elementary school 106 Bengkulu City, with the sampling technique using total sampling. The research instruments included observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Based on the validation results, material experts obtained a score of 92% and media experts obtained 88%, both categorized as "very feasible." The small group trial involving 10 students resulted in an average percentage of 79%, categorized as "feasible," while the large group trial involving 40 students achieved an average percentage of 91%, categorized as "very feasible." Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the short-distance running learning model based on colorful balls run games is feasible to be used as a learning model for phase C students at elementary school 106 Bengkulu City

    KARAKTERISASI PRAKTIKUM BIOKIMIA BERBASIS KONTEKS LOKAL BENGKULU

    This study aims to identify the characteristics of a biochemistry practicum program on DNA isolation from local Bengkulu citrus, developed to enhance students’ systems thinking skills. A descriptive analysis was conducted through the review of course outlines, practicum implementation documents, student learning modules, and worksheets, as well as observations of practicum sessions and evaluations of students’ learning experiences. The practicum program was implemented with 37 students enrolled in a Biochemistry course at a public university in Bandung. The findings reveal three key characteristics. First, the practicum was restructured from a textbook-based model into a contextual practicum using local Bengkulu citrus as an authentic sample. Second, the practicum employed modern laboratory tools—including microtubes, micropipettes, vortex mixers, and centrifuges—which improved the accuracy of DNA isolation and visualization. Third, the activity design integrated systems thinking skills through component analysis, process interrelationships, and result interpretation. Overall, the developed practicum is contextual, modern, and systems-oriented, enhancing both the relevance and quality of students’ laboratory learning experiencesPenelitian ini bertujuan menentukan karakteristik program praktikum biokimia isolasi DNA jeruk lokal Bengkulu yang dikembangkan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir sistem mahasiswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif melalui telaah dokumen RPS, dokumen program pelaksanaan praktikum, modul belajar mahasiswa, dan lembar kerja mahasiswa, serta observasi pelaksanaan dan evaluasi pengalaman belajar mahasiswa. Program praktikum diimplementasikan pada 37 mahasiswa yang mengikuti mata kuliah Biokimia di salah satu perguruan tinggi negeri di Bandung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tiga karakteristik utama. Pertama, praktikum direstrukturisasi dari model berbasis textbook menjadi praktikum kontekstual dengan pemanfaatan jeruk lokal Bengkulu sebagai sampel autentik. Kedua, pelaksanaan praktikum menggunakan peralatan laboratorium modern, seperti microtube, micropipette, vortex, dan sentrifuge, yang meningkatkan akurasi isolasi dan visualisasi DNA. Ketiga, desain kegiatan mengintegrasikan keterampilan berpikir sistem melalui analisis komponen, hubungan antarproses, dan interpretasi hasil.     Effects of Azolla pinnata Compost and Carbonate Lime (CaCO₃) on Soil Chemical Properties, Nitrogen Uptake, and Yield Components of Sweet Corn Grown in Ultisols

    Ultisols, covering approximately 705,151 hectares in Bengkulu, represent a marginal soil type with considerable agricultural potential. However, they are limited by low nutrient availability, low pH, low organic carbon, and high concentrations of exchangeable aluminum (Al) and iron (Fe). These constraints significantly affect the growth and productivity of crops such as sweet corn, which is sensitive to acidic conditions and nutrient deficiency. Soil fertility improvement through organic matter application and liming is a promising approach. Azolla, an aquatic fern with high nitrogen content due to its symbiosis with Anabaena azollae, was used in composted form. This study aimed to determine the optimum application rates of Azolla compost and carbonate lime (CaCO₃) for improving nitrogen up take, growth, and yield of sweet corn in Ultisols. The treatments consisted of four Azolla compost levels (0, 5, 10, and 15 tons ha-1) and three lime rates equivalent to neutralizing 0, 1, and 2 units of exchangeable Al. A factorial experiment was arranged in a completely randomized design with three replications. Data were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA), followed by orthogonal polynomial testing. Azolla compost significantly improved soil pH, organic carbon content, stem diameter, plant height, ear weight, biomass (fresh and dry), and nitrogen uptake. Lime applica tion significantly increased soil pH, stem diameter, and plant height. No significant interaction occurred between the two factors. Although positive responses were observed, the yield remained below the potential of the Bonanza F1 variety, likely due to high rainfall and suboptimal treatment levels.     PENGARUH LAYANAN BIMBINGAN KELOMPOK DENGAN METODE RELAKSASI UNTUK MENINGKATKAN SELF CONTROL PENGGUNAAN MEDIA SOSIAL PESERTA DIDIK

    Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of group guidance services with relaxation methods on improving self-control of social media use of students at SMK N 3 Bengkulu City. The method used is an experiment with a pre-test and post-test design, involving 32 class X Culinary students who were divided into two groups: experimental and control. The instrument used was a self-control questionnaire, and the data analysis technique used a t-test to compare the results between the two groups. The results showed that there was a significant increase in self-control of social media use in the experimental group, with an average score increasing from 93.7 to 132.9, while the control group only increased from 94.7 to 102. The conclusion of this study is that group guidance services with relaxation methods are effective in improving self-control of social media use of students. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan desain pre-test dan post-test, melibatkan 32 peserta didik kelas X Kuliner yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok: eksperimen dan kontrol. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket self control, dan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji t untuk membandingkan hasil antara kedua kelompok. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan signifikan dalam self control penggunaan media sosial pada kelompok eksperimen, dengan rata-rata skor meningkat dari 93,7 menjadi 132,9, sedangkan kelompok kontrol hanya meningkat dari 94,7 menjadi 102. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan metode relaksasi efektif dalam meningkatkan self control penggunaan media sosial peserta didik.     RANCANG BANGUN ALAT PINDAH PASIEN MENGGUNAKAN SISTEM REM ELEKTRIK

    The mobility of patients with physical limitations is a major challenge in healthcare, particularly in the process of transferring from bed to wheelchair, toilet, or examination table. Based on data from BPS (2023) and Regsosek (2023), the number of people with disabilities and the elderly in Indonesia continues to increase, requiring innovation in assistive devices that are safe, ergonomic, and easy to use. This study designed a transfer chair with a solenoid-based electric brake system to improve the efficiency and safety of the patient transfer process. The research method included needs identification, structural and brake system design, fabrication, and functional testing. The calculation results show that the brake system with four 12V DC solenoids produces a total pressing force of 80 N and a braking torque of 6.10 Nm. Energy consumption for 5 minutes is 1.99 Wh with a minimum battery capacity requirement of 166 mAh. The static stability coefficient of 1.14 indicates the device is stable during use. The device is able to withstand static loads of up to 90 kg without brake function disruption and is in accordance with anthropometric data for the Indonesian population. This design contributes to the development of medical devices that are affordable and responsive to the needs of patients and medical personnel.Mobilitas pasien dengan keterbatasan fisik merupakan tantangan utama dalam pelayanan kesehatan, khususnya pada proses pemindahan dari tempat tidur ke kursi roda, toilet, atau meja periksa. Berdasarkan data BPS (2023) dan Regsosek (2023), jumlah penyandang disabilitas dan lansia di Indonesia terus meningkat sehingga dibutuhkan inovasi alat bantu yang aman, ergonomis, dan mudah digunakan. Penelitian ini merancang sebuah transfer chair dengan sistem rem elektrik berbasis solenoid untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan keselamatan proses pemindahan pasien. Metode penelitian meliputi identifikasi kebutuhan, desain struktur dan sistem rem, fabrikasi, hingga pengujian fungsional. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa sistem rem dengan empat solenoid 12V DC menghasilkan gaya tekan total 80 N dan torsi pengereman 6,10 Nm. Konsumsi energi selama 5 menit adalah 1,99 Wh dengan kebutuhan kapasitas baterai minimum 166 mAh. Koefisien kestabilan statik sebesar 1,14 menunjukkan alat stabil saat digunakan. Alat mampu menahan beban statik hingga 90 kg tanpa gangguan fungsi rem dan sesuai dengan data antropometri masyarakat Indonesia. Rancangan ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan alat bantu medis yang terjangkau dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan pasien dan tenaga medis

    Analisis In Silico Aktivitas Flavonoid Daun Pegagan (Centella asiatica) Terhadap Enzim β-Secretase (BACE1) Sebagai Target Terapi Alzheimer

    Penyakit Alzheimer adalah jenis gangguan otak progresif yang menyebabkan penurunan kemampuan berpikir dan daya ingat akibat penumpukan protein yang disebut beta-amiloid (Aβ) di otak. Enzim yang disebut BACE1 berperan penting dalam pembentukan Aβ, menjadikannya target utama pengembangan pengobatan Alzheimer. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji potensi dua senyawa dari daun Centella asiatica, yang dikenal sebagai alfa-terpineol dan beta-caryophyllene, sebagai inhibitor potensial BACE1 menggunakan metode berbasis komputer. Struktur molekul kedua senyawa ini diperoleh dari basis data PubChem, sementara prediksi aktivitas biologis dan toksisitasnya dilakukan menggunakan perangkat PASS Online dan ProTox-II. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa alfa-terpineol memiliki aktivitas biologis yang kuat sebagai inhibitor glutamil endopeptidase II (Pa = 0,744) dan ubikuinol-sitokrom-c reduktase (Pa = 0,775), sementara beta-kariofilen dapat berperan sebagai agen antiinflamasi dan stimulator Nrf2 (Pa = 0,722). Uji toksisitas menunjukkan bahwa alfa-terpineol memiliki LD50 sebesar 2830 mg/kg (kategori V) dan beta-kariofilen memiliki LD50 sebesar 5300 mg/kg (kategori VI), yang menunjukkan toksisitas rendah. Kedua senyawa ini juga memiliki kemampuan untuk melewati sawar darah-otak, yang merupakan fitur penting untuk obat yang menargetkan sistem saraf pusat. Oleh karena itu, alfa-terpineol dan beta-kariofilen berpotensi sebagai agen neuroprotektif alami yang dapat menghambat aktivitas BACE1 dan mengurangi pembentukan plak amiloid pada penyakit Alzheimer

    Pengaruh Massage Effleurage dan Aromaterapi Jeruk Kalamansi (Citrofortunella Microcarpa) Terhadap Nyeri Persalinan

    Persalinan merupakan serangkaian peristiwa pengeluaran janin yang ditandai dengan kontraksi uterus dan pembukaan serviks, diikuti dengan keluarnya janin, pengeluaran plasenta dari jalan lahir. Kontraksi ini menimbulkan nyeri pada pinggang, daerah perut dan menjalar hingga paha. Terapi non farmakologi yang dapat di gunakan untuk mengurangi nyeri persalinan kala I salah satunya yaitu massage effleurage dan aromaterapi jeruk kalamansi (Citrofortunella microcarpa), yang mengandung decanal untuk menstabilkan sistem saraf sehingga menimbulkan efek menenangkan dan perasaan rileks. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh massage effleurage dan aromaterapi jeruk kalamansi (Citrofortunella microcarpa) terhadap nyeri persalinan pada ibu bersalin kala I di Kota Bengkulu. Metode : Rancangan penelitian ini, penelitian kuantitatif survey. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian Quasy experiment design jenis two-group pretest-posttest design. Jumlah sampel 30 responden, kelompok intervensi 15 responden dan kelompok kontrol 15 responden. Pengukuran skala nyeri menggunakan numerical rating scale (NRS). Pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik accidenta lsampling. Uji normalitas data menggunakan menggunakan Shapiro-wilk. Analisis data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Hasil : ada analisis bivariate menunjukkan bahwa nilai pretest dengan rata-rata 5,40 dan posttest rata-rata 2,93 dengan p-value = 0,000 < α = 0,05. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh massage effleurage dan aromaterapi jeruk kalamansi (Citrofortunella microcarpa) terhadap nyeri persalinan pada ibu bersalin kala I di TPMB Kota Bengkulu.     Penguatan Literasi Anak-Anak Desa Kebrengan, Kabupaten Wonosobo Melalui Rangkaian Program Kerja KKN Literasi Unsoed

    The community service program was conducted for 35 days in Kebrengan Village, Mojotengah Sub-district, Wonosobo Regency. The program aimed to foster reading interest and strengthen literacy skills among elementary school students. The activities included read-aloud sessions, book reviews, storytelling based on reading materials, and book-based projects. The target group was elementary school-aged children. The results indicated active student participation, increased reading interest, improved self-confidence, and higher visit rates to the Al-Mannan Village Library. Despite several challenges, such as limited facilities and varying literacy levels, the program was successfully implemented and considered effective. It is expected to continue sustainably and provide long-term benefits.Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilaksanakan selama 35 hari di Desa Kebrengan, Kecamatan Mojotengah, Kabupaten Wonosobo. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan minat baca dan penguatan literasi pada anak usia sekolah dasar. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan meliputi kegiatan membaca nyaring, mengulas buku, membuat cerita berbasis buku bacaan serta membuat project berbasis buku bacaan. Sasaran dari kegiatan ini adalah anak-anak usia sekolah dasar. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan partisipasi aktif siswa, peningkatan minat baca, kepercayaan diri, serta kunjungan ke Perpustakaan Desa Al-Mannan. Meskipun ditemukan beberapa kendala seperti keterbatasan sarana dan perbedaan kemampuan literasi, program ini tetap berjalan dengan lancar dan cukup efektif. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat berjalan secara berkelanjutan dan memberi manfaat jangka panjang

    KONSTRUKSI GURU BERDIKARI DALAM KARYA BERBASIS ARTIFICIAL INTELEGENT(AI) DI ERA TEKNOLOGI

    Regulation of the Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform (Permen PANRB) No. 16 of 2009, dated 10 November 2009, concerning Functional Positions of Teachers and Their Credit Points, states that one aspect related to literacy activities is creating works of art.  In this case, artistic works take the form of literary works in the form of narrative stories (prose). Narrative storytelling is one way to train social sensitivity. This can be drawn from everyday themes. From observations of teachers, it is evident that most teachers have a desire to work and educate more freely. However, they are still limited in expressing their ideas comprehensively and to the fullest extent. Several obstacles include: 1) a lack of comprehensive understanding of the nature of literary works, including prose,  2) a lack of sensitivity in capturing the relics of life as ideas and sources of stories, and 3) a lack of motivation in creative work, in this case, digital screenwriting. Given these problems, the practical solution and objective of this community service programme are to assist in utilising artificial intelligence (AI) to create works, enabling teachers to be more independent in their work. The artificial intelligence (AI) referred to here is Canva, Noveltoon, Capcut, and TikTok. This community service programme is in collaboration with e-guru.id. With the broad reach of the e-guru platform, it is hoped that this training will increase the capacity and improve literacy among teachers in Indonesia. This aligns with the Ministry of Education and Culture's Content Creator Teacher programme. In addition, teachers' skills can also be utilized to introduce various Ministry of Education and Culture programs and expand independence in teaching and learning, which requires a broader distribution of literacy.Peraturan Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi (Permen PANRB) No. 16 Tahun 2009 tanggal 10 November 2009 tentang Jabatan Fungsional Guru dan Angka Kreditnya  menyatakan bahwa salah satu aspek yang berkaitan dengan kegiatan literasi adalah menciptakan karya seni .  Karya seni dalam hal ini berbentuk karya seni sastra yang berupa cerita naratif (prosa). Bercerita secara naratif merupakan salah satu cara untuk melatih kepekaan sosial. Hal itu dapat diangkat dari tema-tema keseharian.Dari observasi pada guru-guru, sebagian besar guru memiliki keinginan berkarya dan mendidik dengan lebih bebas. Namun, masih terbatas untuk menuangkan gagasannya secara menyeluruh, komprehensif, dan maksimal. Beberapa hal yang menjadi kendala, antara lain: 1) kurangnya pemahaman yang utuh tentang hakikat karya sastra, termasuk prosa,  2) kurangnya kepekaan dalam menangkap relik-relik kehidupan sebagai gagasan dan sumber cerita,  3) Kurangnya motivasi dalam kerja kreatif, dalam hal ini mengekranisasi dalam bentuk digital. Dari permasalahan tersebut, solusi praktis sekaligus tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah melakukan pendampingan pemanfaatan Artificial Intelligence (AI) untuk menciptakan karya sehingga guru dapat berdikari dalam berkarya. Artificial Intelligence (AI) yang dimaksud  berupa canva, noveltoon, capcut, dan TikTok. Pengabdian ini bekerja sama dengan e-guru.id. Dengan luasnya keterjangkauan platform  e-guru, diharapkan pelatihan ini, mampu menambah kapasitas dan peningkatan pembudayaan literasi pada guru-guru di Indonesia. Hal ini sejalan dengan program Kemendikbud Guru Konten Kreator. Selain itu, keterampilan guru juga kelak dapat digunakan untuk mengenalkan berbagai program Kemendikbud dan memperluas kemerdekaan dalam belajar mengajar diperlukan distribusi literasi yang lebih luas.     Analysis of the Implementation of Physical Education Programs in Early Childhood

    Physical education plays an essential role in the development of gross motor skills in early childhood. Physical activity helps children improve gross motor skills and reduces the risk of health problems; therefore, physical education programs play a significant role in supporting their growth and development. This study aims to examine the impact of physical education programs on the gross motor development of 5 6-year-old children at Bunda Kandung Kindergarten. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through semi-structured interviews and documentation. The research subjects were two informants: the principal and the classroom teacher. To ensure data validity, the researcher employed triangulation of sources. Data analysis was conducted using Miles and Huberman's model, which comprises three main stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results showed that the physical education program was not running optimally, as evidenced by low child participation, a limited variety of physical activities, and limited supporting facilities. These findings emphasize the need for a comprehensive evaluation and development of physical education programs to enhance their effectiveness in promoting gross motor development in early childhood
