Perlindungan Anak Berbasis Masyarakat Perspektif Fiqh Siyasah Tanfidziyah
Child protection refers to all efforts made to create conditions in which every child can fulfill their rights and responsibilities for their proper physical, mental, and social development and growth. The state must take action to prevent and address acts of violence against children, as such acts constitute a violation of human rights. This study analyzes the implementation of Article 12 of Regent Regulation Number 30 of 2021 concerning Community-Based Child Protection, as well as the perspective of Fiqh Siyasah Tanfīdziyah on the implementation of this policy. The purpose of this study is to examine the implementation of Article 12 of the Regent Regulation of Pringsewu Regency Number 30 of 2021 on Community-Based Child Protection and to review it from the perspective of Fiqh Siyasah Tanfīdziyah. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method with a field study approach conducted at the Office of Women Empowerment, Child Protection, Population Control, and Family Planning of Pringsewu Regency. The findings indicate that the policy implementation is still constrained by cross-sectoral coordination, as evidenced by the absence of regular meetings between relevant agencies and village authorities, as well as overlapping authorities in program execution. Budget limitations are reflected in the lack of supporting facilities in the field, such as the inadequate provision of child protection facilities. Nevertheless, the policy is still considered consistent with the principle of maslahah in child protection and the state’s responsibility as outlined in the perspective of Fiqh Siyasah Tanfīdziyah
Status Keuangan Negara Pada Badan Usaha Milik Negara Pasca Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2025
The amendment to the State-Owned Enterprises (SOE) Law introduces a new paradigm regarding the financial status of SOEs. As a result, this change creates a normative misalignment with the concept of state finances, particularly in determining state losses related to acts of corruption. This study analyzes how Law Number 1 of 2025, the Third Amendment to Law Number 19 of 2003 on State-Owned Enterprises, regulates the status of state finances within SOEs and the liability of directors for state losses. The research adopts a normative legal method, guided by legal principles, norms, rules found in legislation, court decisions, agreements, and legal doctrines. The study finds that the state's capital invested in SOEs is now considered the responsibility of the enterprise itself and is no longer regarded as state property. Following the amendment, SOEs are classified as private legal entities; however, they still retain a public dimension in terms of financial accountability due to their management of public assets. Although SOE directors are protected by the Business Judgment Rule, losses resulting from unlawful acts are still considered state losses and are subject to the public law regime governing state financial accountability
Edukasi Bahaya Cyberbullying dan Pelatihan Teknik Self Control Dalam Bersosial Media
In this digital era, many people use social media as a means to convey their aspirations because of the aspect of freedom of opinion and expression. However, quite a few cyberbullying is carried out by abusing freedom of opinion, such as criticizing people, carrying out terror in the form of text messages, and other threatening things. This certainly has to be a common concern so that everyone can use social media wisely. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct further studies on the phenomenon of cyberbullying and appropriate handling through strengthening self-control in social media for all groups. This PKM activity was attended by 20 youth participants in Cipari Village. In this activity, participants are given a thorough understanding of cyberbullying and are given strengthening self-control techniques in using social media. Self-control is controlling behavior by considering the whole before deciding on something, so it can be said that control is related to how each participant can control their own behavior and emotions so that they are able to refrain from doing things that are prohibited. Peningkatan Minat Usaha Mikro (Umkm) Jamu Kota Bengkulu Dalam Pencatatan Transaksi Keuangan
This community service project aims to change MSMEs' perceptions of financial transaction documentation, particularly among Jamu micro-enterprises (UM) in Bengkulu City. Following the offline community service activity, there was a significant increase in interest in documenting financial transactions within Kube, a joint business group in Jamu Sumber Rejeki. Prior to the activity, the group's Gradation Index (GI) was at 100%, indicating a high level of disinterest. After the program, 80% of participants moved into the "quite interested" to "very interested" categories, with a post-test GI score of 3.55, classifying them as "interested." This reflects an increase in interest from 20% to 80%. The target GI score for success was set at 3.6, and post-test results showed an improvement from 2.6 to 3.55, indicating that the activity was "on target" or "successful.
Pengenalan Strategi Branding Produk Lokal Pada Usaha Mikro Kecil Dan Menengah (Umkm) Melalui Media Digital Di Desa Sri Kuncoro
Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) based on local resources have great potential in driving village economic growth. However, low product branding capacity is often a major obstacle in increasing MSME competitiveness in the wider market. This community service activity aims to introduce basic strategies for local product branding to MSMEs in Sri Kuncoro Village, Central Bengkulu Regency, by utilizing digital media as an effective and affordable promotional tool. Through socialization, participants were introduced to the importance of brand identity, product storytelling techniques, basic principles of packaging design, and the use of digital platforms such as WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and local marketplaces. It is hoped that this activity will increase MSMEs' understanding of the importance of product image, expand market reach, and encourage the growth of businesses based on local potential
Pengembangan Bahan Ajar Cerita Rakyat Kepahiang “Asal Mula Lubuk Lebar” Berbasis Cergam pada Pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia untuk Penguatan Literasi Peserta Didik Kelas IV SDN 09 Kepahiang
The purpose of this study was to develop, describe the level of feasibility, find out the user's response and find out the effectiveness of the Development Of Kepahiang Folk Story Teaching Materials “Origins Of Lubuk Lebar” Based On Picture Stories In Indonesian Language Learning For Strengthening Literacy Of Class IV Students At SDN 09 Kepahiang. The type of research used is research and development (Research and development). The research model in the development of teaching materials is the ADDIE model. The type of data used is quantitative and qualitative data using instruments in the form of interviews, needs analysis questionnaires, questions, expert validation sheets and user response questionnaires. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the teaching materials that have been developed are suitable for use as teaching materials in class IV Indonesian content. The results of expert validation were 0.95 from material expert validation and 0.94 from design expert validation, and 0.96 from linguist validation. The user response was very good because the results of the class IV teacher questionnaire analysis showed a percentage of 95% with very good criteria. As for the response from students, it obtained a percentage of 95.4% with very good criteria. The teaching materials developed are effective for increasing the literacy literacy of fourth grade students at SD Negeri 09 Kepahiang. PENGEMBANGAN BAHAN AJAR MATERI SIKLUS AIR BERBASIS PjBL BERBANTUAN VIDEO YOUTUBE UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR HOTS PESERTA DIDIK di KELAS IV SEKOLAH DASAR
The purpose of this study is to develop teaching materials for water cycle material based on Project Based Learning assisted by YouTube videos to improve HOTS thinking. The type of research used is Research and Development (R&D) research using the ADDIE model. The types of data used are quantitative and qualitative data, namely quantitative data using a questionnaire assessment score given by the validator while qualitative data is criticism and suggestions from expert validation. Based on the results of the study, it was obtained that the application of science learning using teaching materials for water cycle material based on the Project Based Learning model assisted by YouTube videos improves HOTS thinking. This is indicated by the results of the pretest and posttest assessments. HOTS thinking ability on the pretest results of analytical thinking (C4) was 38.25, evaluating thinking (C5) was 35.25 and creative thinking (C6) was 27.29. Meanwhile, the average posttest results of analytical thinking (C4) were 94.50, evaluating thinking (C5) was 90.33 and creative thinking (C6) was 94.50. The application of science learning by developing water cycle teaching materials based on Project Based Learning assisted by Youtube videos significantly increased HOTS thinking ability. This is indicated by the average pretest of HOTS thinking ability in the control class of 34 while the average posttest result was 93.The purpose of this study is to develop teaching materials for water cycle material based on Project Based Learning assisted by YouTube videos to improve HOTS thinking. Pengembangan LKPD IPA Menggunakan Model Problem Based Learning pada Materi Sifat-Sifat Cahaya untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis Siswa Kelas V Sekolah Dasar
Problem based learning model is one of the learning models that can be used in the classroom learning process that aims to improve students' critical thinking skills. The purpose of writing this paper is to describe the Science Student Worksheet, the concept and principles of problem based learning on the dimensions of the ability to provide simple explanations, induce induction results, and define terms in science learning on the Properties of Light for fifth grade elementary school students. The research method is research and development (research and development) of the ADDIE model. The subjects of this study consisted of two classes in two schools. Class V of SDN Sukaraja is the subject for the limited trial and class V of SDN Rantau Telang is the subject for the effectiveness test. Data were collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and test results. Data were processed using percentages and ranges of values classically and individually. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the problem based learning model has proven effective in improving the critical thinking skills of fifth grade students of SDN Rantau Telang because it obtained a value of 0.7248 and is included in the high category. Exploring students’ attitudes towards their own English accent: insights from SMA Negeri 1 Stabat
The norms of linguistic correctness often stigmatize non-standard accents and varieties of English, reinforcing a perception of inadequacy among non-native speakers. This stigmatization is particularly evident among students learning English as a foreign language, many of whom may view native-like accents as the ideal, which can diminish their confidence in their own speech. This study investigates the attitudes of students towards their own English accents, aiming to uncover the underlying reasons for these attitudes and identify their preferred English accents. Utilizing a descriptive research design, a set of questionnaires was administered to 34 students at SMA Negeri 1 Stabat, North Sumatra, Indonesia. The findings reveal that most students have negative attitudes towards their own English accents, largely influenced by affective factors such as self-esteem, anxiety, and fear of judgment. In contrast, behavioral and cognitive factors contribute to more neutral stances. The majority of students express a preference for the American accent, a choice shaped by the global dominance of American media, the Indonesian education system’s focus on American English, and the perceived career benefits tied to American English proficiency. Furthermore, students associate the American accent with prestige, higher social status, and enhanced employment prospects. These findings underscore the need for educational interventions that challenge the bias toward specific accents and promote a more inclusive appreciation of the diversity within the English language. The study’s implications are critical for educators and policymakers in developing curricula that foster positive attitudes toward diverse English accents, ensuring that learners feel confident in their unique linguistic identities
A Analisis Kemampuan Literasi Sains dan Berpikir Kritis Siswa SMP pada Pembelajaran IPA: Analisis Kemampuan Literasi Sains dan Berpikir Kritis Siswa SMP pada Pembelajaran IPA
Students' scientific literacy and critical thinking skills are very important to meet the challenges of the 21st century, especially in science learning. This research aimed to determine the scientific literacy and critical thinking abilities of junior high school students. This research uses quantitative descriptive methods. Data collection techniques were done using instruments to test students' scientific literacy and critical thinking abilities. The research subjects were 29 class VIII students. The results of the research show that the students' scientific literacy abilities with an average score of (29.89) are very poor. Of the three indicators of scientific literacy based on PISA, evaluating and designing scientific research received a score of (41.38) poor, interpreting scientific data and evidence received a score of (20.69) very poor and explaining phenomena scientifically (27.59) very poor. Meanwhile, critical thinking skills received an average score of (37.93) which was very poor. Of the five indicators of critical thinking based on the Ennis framework, giving a simple explanation got a score of (79.31) good, building a basic classification got a score of (24.14) very poor, making an inference got a score of (31.03) very poor, making an explanation more continued to get a score of (13.79) which was very poor, managing strategies and tactics got a score of (37.93) which was very poor. The results of this research showed that the scientific literacy and critical thinking abilities of junior high school students in science learning were still low.Kemampuan literasi sains dan berpikir kritis siswa sangat penting untuk memenuhi tantangan abad ke-21 terutama pada pembelajaran IPA. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan literasi sains dan berpikir kritis siswa SMP. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan instrumen soal tes kemampuan literasi sains dan berpikir kritis siswa. Subjek penelitian adalah 29 siswa kelas VIII. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan literasi sains siswa mendapat rata-rata nilai (29,89) sangat kurang. Dari tiga indikator literasi sains berdasarkan PISA, pada mengevaluasi dan mendesain penelitian ilmiah mendapat nilai (41,38) kurang, menafsirkan data dan bukti ilmiah mendapat nilai (20,69) sangat kurang dan menjelaskan fenomena secara ilmiah (27,59) sangat kurang. Sedangkan kemampuan berpikir kritis mendapat mendapat rata-rata nilai (37,93) sangat kurang. Dari lima indikator berpikir kritis berdasarkan kerangka Ennis, memberi penjelasan secara sederhana mendapat nilai (79,31) baik, membangun klasifikasi dasar mendapat nilai (24,14) sangat kurang, membuat inferensi mendapat nilai (31,03) sangat kurang, membuat penjelasan lebih lanjut mendapat nilai (13,79) sangat kurang, mengatur stategi dan taktik mendapat nilai (37,93) sangat kurang, Hasil penelitian tersebut menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan literasi sains dan berpikir kritis siswa SMP pada pembelajaran IPA masih rendah
