ARTIKEL REVIEW : STUDI FITOKIMIA DAN FARMAKOLOGI PISANG KEPOK (Musa paradisiaca)
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji senyawa fitokimia yang terkandung dalam pisang kepok (Musa paradisiaca) serta mengevaluasi potensi farmakologinya. Pisang kepok dikenal sebagai salah satu varietas pisang yang memiliki manfaat kesehatan, namun kajian mendalam terkait komponen fitokimia dan aktivitas biologisnya masih terbatas. Dalam studi ini, ekstrak pisang kepok dianalisis menggunakan berbagai metode fitokimia, seperti uji kandungan flavonoid, tanin, alkaloid, saponin, dan fenolik. Selain itu, dilakukan pengujian aktivitas farmakologi ekstrak terhadap aktivitas antioksidan dan anti-inflamasi dengan pendekatan in vitro. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pisang kepok mengandung senyawa fitokimia yang signifikan dan memiliki potensi sebagai sumber antioksidan alami serta agen anti-inflamasi. Penemuan ini memberikan wawasan baru mengenai penggunaan pisang kepok dalam pengembangan obat herbal atau suplemen kesehatan
PEMANFAATAN LUBANG BIOPORI UNTUK PENGELOLAAN SAMPAH ORGANIK DI KELURAHAN LEMPUING KOTA BENGKULU
Kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat di RW 03 Kelurahan Lempuing bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan keterampilan warga dalam pengelolaan sampah organik melalui penerapan teknologi lubang biopori. Kegiatan dilaksanakan selama tiga hari (28–30 April 2025) dan mencakup tujuh RT. Metode kegiatan meliputi penyuluhan interaktif dan praktik langsung pembuatan lubang biopori di sepuluh titik strategis, termasuk rumah ketua RT dan tokoh masyarakat. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa warga tidak hanya menerima informasi, tetapi juga aktif berpartisipasi dalam diskusi serta implementasi teknologi. Sebanyak 10 lubang biopori berhasil dipasang, dan pipa disediakan sebagai percontohan berkelanjutan. Keterlibatan tokoh masyarakat berperan penting dalam memicu partisipasi warga lainnya. Kegiatan ini menjadi langkah awal dalam membangun sistem pengelolaan sampah organik yang lebih baik, berkelanjutan, dan berpotensi untuk menjadi contoh di wilayah lain sebagai solusi ramah lingkungan berbasis masyarakat
Pengaruh Latihan Complex Training Terhadap Power Tendangan Sabit Dalam Pencak Silat Persaudaraan Setia Hati Terate Cabang Kota Bengkulu
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan complex training terhadap power tendangan sabit dalam pemcak silat persaudaraan setia hati terate cabang kota Bengkulu penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Quasi eksperimen, dalam penelitian eksperimen ini sampel yang di gunakan adalah atlet pencak silat persaudaraan setia hati terate cabang kota bengkulu sebanyak 20 orang instrumen yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes power tendangan sabit selam 10 detik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pengaruh latihan complex training terhadap power tendangan sabit dalam pencak silat persaudaraan setia hati terate cabang kota bengkulu,menyatakan bahwa tes akhir dengan prolehan nilai Signifikansi 2 tailed 00,1 dengan taraf signifikan = 0,05 maka nilai tes akhir harus lebih kecil dari taraf signifikan maka ,artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dengan menggunakan program latihan complex training pada power tendangan sabit pada pencak silat persaudaraan setia hati terate cabang kota bengkulu.
Abstract
This research aims to determine the effect of complex training exercises on the power of sickle kicks in the Bengkulu city branch of the Pencak Silat Brotherhood Loyal Heart Terate. This research is a quasi-experimental research, in this experimental research the samples used are Pencak Silat athletes from the Loyal Heart Brotherhood Terate branch of the Bengkulu City branch. as many as 20 people. The instrument used in this research was a 10 second crescent kick power test. Based on the results of the research and discussion, this study concludes that the effect of complex training on the power of sickle kicks in the Bengkulu City branch of the Pencak Silat Brotherhood Faithful Heart Terate Significance value 2 tailed 00.1 with significance level = 0.05 then the final test value must be smaller than the significance level then with significant traf = 0.05, meaning that there is a significant influence using the complex training program on the power of sickle kicks in the pencak silat brotherhood loyal heart terate branch in Bengkulu City
Penerapan Metode Latihan Reaction Time Test Terhadap Kecepatan Reaksi Stimulus Visual Atlet Sepak Bola Persik Kendal
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji penerapan metode latihan reaction time test terhadap peningkatan kecepatan reaksi visual pada atlet sepak bola persik kendal. Kecepatan reaksi visual merupakan faktor kunci dalam pengambilan keputusan yang cepat di lapangan sepak bola, seperti merespons pergerakan bola atau lawan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimen dengan desain pre-test dan post-test. Sebelum mengikuti program latihan, waktu reaksi visual atlet diukur menggunakan reaction time test yang melibatkan stimulus visual berupa cahaya atau pergerakan objek yang harus segera direspons. Program latihan dilakukan selama empat minggu dengan variasi kecepatan dan jenis stimulus visual, bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan atlet dalam merespons stimulus dengan lebih cepat. Setelah program latihan selesai, dilakukan post-test untuk mengukur perubahan waktu reaksi atlet. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan uji t untuk membandingkan perbedaan waktu reaksi sebelum dan setelah latihan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam kecepatan reaksi visual atlet sepak bola Persik Kendal setelah menjalani program latihan ini. Peningkatan waktu reaksi visual ini diharapkan dapat berdampak pada peningkatan performa di lapangan, khususnya dalam hal pengambilan keputusan yang cepat dan tepat.
Abstract
This study aims to test the application of the reaction time test training method to improve visual reaction speed in Persik Kendal soccer athletes. Visual speed is a key factor in making quick decisions on the soccer field, such as reacting to the movement of the ball or opponents. The method used in this study is an experiment with a pre-test and post-test design. Before following the training program, the visual reaction time of athletes was measured using a react time test involving visual stimuli in the form of light or object movement that must be responded to immediately. The training program was carried out for four weeks with variations in speed and type of visual stimulus, aiming to improve athletes' ability to respond to stimuli more quickly. After the training program was completed, a post-test was conducted to measure changes in athletes' reaction time. The data obtained were analyzed using a t-test to compare the difference in reaction time before and after training. The results showed a significant increase in the visual reaction speed of Persik Kendal soccer athletes after undergoing this training program. The expected increase in visual reaction time can have an impact on improving performance on the field, especially in terms of making quick and accurate decision
Pemanfaatan Karbon Aktif Berbasis Biomassa Lokal sebagai Material Elektroda Superkapasitor: Review
Pemanfaatan karbon aktif berbasis biomassa lokal sebagai bahan elektroda superkapasitor menawarkan alternatif berkelanjutan dalam teknologi penyimpanan energi. Artikel ini menyajikan tinjauan sistematis terhadap karakteristik fisik dan elektrokimia dari karbon aktif yang disintesis dari berbagai biomassa lokal, antara lain tandan kosong kelapa sawit (TKS), ampas biji kopi robusta, kulit durian, kulit pisang, sekam padi, dan batang jagung. Studi ini menganalisis data luas permukaan spesifik (BET), struktur pori, jenis aktivator kimia, serta performa kapasitansi dari masing-masing material. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa karbon dari ampas biji kopi dan TKS memiliki kinerja terbaik dengan kapasitansi spesifik masing-masing 130 F/g dan 107,83 F/g. Meskipun luas permukaan tinggi merupakan faktor penting, hasil juga menunjukkan bahwa distribusi pori, dominasi mikropori/mesopori, dan jenis aktivator kimia memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap performa elektroda. Oleh karena itu, pendekatan sintesis yang mempertimbangkan keseimbangan struktur pori dan aktivasi kimia menjadi strategi penting dalam optimalisasi material elektroda superkapasitor berbasis biomassa
Students’ Perception toward English Online Assesment by Using Exambro
The objective of the study is to find out the students’ perception toward English online assessment by using Exambro application. This research used descriptive quantitative methods. The data was collected by using a questionnaire from the eighth-grade students in one of favourite school. The questionnaire was adopted by the Shraim theory. It consists of six aspects, namely reliability, validity, pedagogy, security, practicality, and affective factors. This study involved 96 students who were separated into three classes. The SPSS program of computer was used in analysing the data from questionnaire. The data were analysed in quantitative way. The findings are the students have positive responses to all the aspects of perceptions toward online assessment. The highest mean is in security aspect. The mean is 4,13. Then the mean of validity (4,03), the reliability (3,80), the practicality (3,77), the pedagogy (3,50), the affective factors (3,30). From 18 statements in questionnaire, 17 statements got positive perception, while one perception which is about online assessment can reduce the stress and anxiety got the negative perception. The researcher suggests the next research to explore the parents’ perception toward online assessment by using Exambro application
A Panel Data Spatial Regression Approach for Modeling Poverty Data In Southern Sumatra
This research examines the use of spatial panel data regression approach to model poverty data in the Southern Sumatra region. The main objective of the study is to model poverty in the Southern Sumatra region using spatial panel data regression. Panel data from districts/cities in South Sumatra, Jambi, Lampung, Bengkulu, and Bangka Belitung during the 2015-2021 period were used in the analysis. The spatial panel models used in this study are panel SAR regression and panel SEM. The results show that the spatial panel data approach is better at explaining variations in poverty levels compared to non-spatial models. A significant spatial spillover effect was found, where the poverty level of an area is influenced by the conditions of its neighboring areas. The results of the analysis show that the best model to use in modeling the Poverty Percentage data in the Southern Sumatra region is the Spatial Autoregressive Fixed Effect (SAR-FE) model based on the smallest AIC and BIC values. Factors such as average years of schooling and life expectancy are proven to have a significant influence on the percentage of poverty in the SAR Fixed Effect model
PENGARUH MODEL DISCOVERY LEARNING BERBANTUAN MEDIA AUDIO VISUAL TERHADAP PENGETAHUAN FAKTUAL DAN KONSEPTUAL SISWA KELAS V SD
The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of science learning using the Discovery Learning model assisted by audio-visual media on factual and conceptual knowledge. The type of research used is quasi-experimental research using a pretest-posttest control group design. The type of data used is quantitative data, namely using question instruments and expert validation sheets. Based on the results of the hypothesis test, it was found that the application of science learning using the Discovery Learning model assisted by audio-visual media had a significant effect on factual and conceptual knowledge. The N-Gain test on the factual knowledge of the experimental class was 93% in the effective category, while in the control class it was 34% in the ineffective category. Knowledge of the concept of the N-Gain test in the experimental class was 86% in the effective category and 26% in the control class in the ineffective category. The correlation test shows there is no significant relationship between factual and conceptual knowledge. The application of science learning using the Discovery Learning model assisted by audio-visual learning media has a significant effect on context knowledge. This is demonstrated by the posttest average of conceptual knowledge in the control class being 54. Meanwhile for the experimental class the average result is 91. Furthermore, there is no relationship between the dimensions of factual knowledge and conceptual knowledge in science learning using the Discovery Learning model assisted by audio-visual media.ABSTRACT

Pengembangan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) Berbasis Model Kooperatif Tipe Stad Untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Kognitif Dan Afektif Pada Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila Kelas IV
This research aims to develop Student Worksheets (LKPD) based on the STAD Type Cooperative model to improve cognitive and affective learning outcomes in class IV Pancasila Education subjects. The method used in this research is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model, which consists of five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The type of research used by quasi-experimental researchers uses a posttest control group design. The type of data used is using question instruments and expert validation sheets. It is hoped that the developed LKPD used can help students understand the material, especially the fourth principle of Pancasila. The research results show that LKPD based on the STAD type cooperative model is effective in improving cognitive learning outcomes. This is necessary with the results of the T test (Independent Sample T Test) which shows a significant difference between the experimental class using LKPD with a mean of 89.33 and the control class with a mean of 39.33. Technology Transfer of Compost Briquette Production from Household Organic Waste in Sawah Lebar Baru Sub-District: Alih teknologi pembuatan briket kompos dari limbah organik rumah tangga di kelurahan sawah lebar baru
Compost produced by economically non-productive residents in Sawah Lebar Baru Subdistrict has remained underutilised, leading to accumulation and limited economic benefit. This community service activity aimed to introduce Seed Briquette Technology as an innovative solution to enhance the value and usability of household compost. The programme involved knowledge dissemination and hands-on training on how to produce seed briquettes using existing compost. The compost was compacted into Soil Blocks—pressed blocks with a central hole—using a manual moulding tool. This tool was introduced and distributed to local residents during a technology transfer session conducted by the Faculty of Engineering in RT 29. The participants responded with strong interest and demonstrated the ability to apply the technique successfully. Community members were able to convert their compost into functional seed briquettes, showcasing both skill development and successful adoption of the technology. As a result, the participants gained valuable technical skills which are expected to support future income generation. The activity highlights the potential of simple, locally adapted technologies to improve waste management and economic empowerment in urban communities.
Kompos yang dihasilkan oleh warga yang secara ekonomi kurang produktif di Kelurahan Sawah Lebar Baru selama ini belum dimanfaatkan secara maksimal, sehingga menyebabkan penumpukan dan manfaat ekonomi yang terbatas. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan Teknologi Briket Benih sebagai solusi inovatif untuk meningkatkan nilai dan kegunaan kompos rumah tangga. Program ini melibatkan penyuluhan dan pelatihan langsung tentang cara membuat briket benih menggunakan kompos yang ada. Kompos tersebut dipadatkan menjadi Soil Block—blok padat dengan lubang di tengah—menggunakan alat cetak manual. Alat ini diperkenalkan dan diserahkan kepada warga setempat pada sesi alih teknologi yang dilakukan oleh Fakultas Teknik di RT 29.
Para peserta menunjukkan minat yang besar dan berhasil menerapkan teknik ini dengan baik. Warga mampu mengubah kompos mereka menjadi briket benih yang fungsional, yang menunjukkan baik pengembangan keterampilan maupun keberhasilan adopsi teknologi ini. Sebagai hasilnya, para peserta memperoleh keterampilan teknis yang diharapkan dapat mendukung peningkatan pendapatan di masa depan. Kegiatan ini menunjukkan potensi teknologi sederhana yang disesuaikan dengan kondisi lokal untuk meningkatkan pengelolaan sampah dan pemberdayaan ekonomi di komunitas perkotaan
