    This study investigates the effect of micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSMEs’) financial performance on the provision of People's Business Credit (KUR) financing by PT. BRI Syariah, Bengkulu Branch Office. The research aims to analyze the financial performance of MSMEs, the amount of KUR disbursed, and how financial performance influences KUR financing decisions. The method employed is a quantitative descriptive approach using multiple linear regression analysis. A purposive sampling technique was used to select 80 MSMEs from a population of 150, with specific criteria such as minimum two years of operation and available 2018 financial statements. The financial performance variables examined include liquidity, solvency, and profitability. The results show that MSMEs have an average current ratio of 172.86% (good), a quick ratio of 151.07% (good), and a cash ratio of 39.94% (poor). Solvency ratios indicate a debt to asset ratio of 2.62% (poor) and debt to equity of 7.07% (good). Profitability ratios such as Net Profit Margin (34.97%), Gross Profit Margin (35.32%), and Return on Equity (28.38%) were classified as very good. The average KUR financing provided was Rp169,500,000 with a 48-month term. Statistical analysis confirms that liquidity, solvency, and profitability significantly influence the amount of KUR financing.     [SEED GERMINATION AND FLAVONOID CONTENT OF SORGHUM EXTRACTS UNDER DIFFERENT LEVELS OF DROUGHT STRESS]. Weeds are one of the major challenges in agricultural cultivation systems, as they can reduce crop productivity. One strategy to enhance the production of secondary metabolites in sorghum plants is the application of abiotic stress, such as drought. This approach not only has the potential to produce high-quality extracts but also supports the development of effective bioherbicides. This study aims to analyze the effects of drought stress on flavonoid content and the allelopathic properties of sorghum. The research was conducted from June to August 2024 in the Greenhouse of Bengkulu University, with bioassay tests performed in Pematang Gubernur, Muara Bangkahulu, Bengkulu City. The study employed a single-factor completely randomized design (CRD) using two sorghum varieties, Super 1 and Suri 4. The drought stress treatments included three levels of watering frequency: daily, once every three days, and once every five days. The bioassay was conducted using the petri dish method, where each petri dish was treated with 10 mL of sorghum aqueous extract, 25 mung bean seeds were sown, and incubation was carried out for three days. The results showed that the highest total flavonoid content was found in the Super 1 variety with watering every five days (4067.01 µg/g), while the lowest was observed in the Suri 4 variety with daily watering (2948.07 µg/g). The highest seed germination inhibition was recorded in both Suri 4 and Super 1 varieties under the five-day watering interval.     [TERMITE DIVERSITY IN TEAK IN TULUNGAGUNG AND WONOGIRI REGENCIES]. Termites are insects that have a very high potential for damage to various stands such as teak. This study aimed to identify the diversity of termite species in teak stands in Tulungagung and Wonogiri regencies. Sampling using the transect method with a transect area of 10 m x 60 m and feeding with pine wood placed in five sub-districts in Tulungagung Regency (Kalidawir, Pucanglaban, Tanggunggunung, Campur Darat, and Ngunut) and five sub-districts in Wonogiri (Jatiroto, Jatisrono, Sidoharjo, Slogohimo, and Purwantoro). The results showed that at least four termite species were found, Macrotermes gilvus, Odontotermes sp., Microtermes insperatus, and  Nasutitermes havilandi. Termite diversity in Wonogiri was classified as medium with the highest H’ value (1.08), while termite diversity in Tulungagung was low with the lowest H’ (0.59). The dominance value of termite species in both districts was classified as medium and the evenness value in all observation locations showed an average high evenness index value. The results of the non-metric multidimensional scalling analysis showed that Jatiroto Subdistrict and Ngunut Subdistrict have a high level of species similarity (0.90).  [TERMITE DIVERSITY IN TEAK IN TULUNGAGUNG AND WONOGIRI REGENCIES].     [THE EFFECT OF NATURAL BOOSTERS ON THE GROWTH OF TUBERS OF Amorphophallus paeoniifolius (Dennst.) Nicolson.  Amorphophallus paeoniifolius is a plant with high economic value in the food sector due to its glucomannan content of approximately 20%, which plays a role in lowering blood sugar and cholesterol levels. Its tubers are also rich in resistant starch and glucomannan fiber, offering potential for development as a postbiotic. Additionally, this plant is utilized in the food and cosmetic industries and exhibits antibacterial and antifungal properties. However, its cultivation remains limited, primarily due to a lack of information regarding its benefits and propagation techniques. This study aims to analyze the effect of natural growth boosters on the tuber growth of A. paeoniifolius in the conservation area of the Science Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Bengkulu. The research employed a descriptive method using stem tuber propagation techniques with four treatments: shallot extract, bamboo shoot extract, control (no booster), and Rootone-F, each with six replications. Observed variables included stem height, stem diameter, and the number of shoots over a 10-week period (August–October 2024). The results showed that the shallot treatment yielded the highest growth rate at 66% (4 samples sprouted), followed by Rootone-F at 50% (3 samples), while the control and bamboo shoot treatments each resulted in 16.6% (1 sample). Shallot extract also demonstrated superior efficacy in stimulating the emergence of multiple shoots per tuber. The environmental conditions during the study were optimal, with temperatures of 27.8–32.3 °C, humidity levels of 56.5–77%, and soil pH ranging from 6.15 to 6.5. In conclusion, natural growth boosters, particularly shallot extract, positively influence the tuber growth of A. paeoniifoliu  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh booster alami terhadap pertumbuhan umbi Amorphophallus paeoniifolius. Pengamatan dilakukan di area konservasi Program Studi Pendidikan IPA, FKIP, Universitas Bengkulu selama periode Agustus-Oktober 2024. Penelitian menggunakan 24 sampel umbi yang dibagi dalam 4 perlakuan (kontrol, rootone f, bawang merah, dan rebung bambu) dengan masing-masing 6 ulangan. Parameter yang diamati meliputi tinggi batang, diameter batang, dan pertumbuhan tunas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan bawang merah memberikan hasil terbaik dengan tingkat pertumbuhan 66%, rootone f 50%, sedangkan kontrol dan rebung bambu dengan tingkat pertumbuhan 16,6%. Bawang merah juga menunjukkan keunggulan dalam merangsang pertumbuhan tunas dengan kemampuan menghasilkan lebih dari satu tunas pada satu umbi. Kondisi lingkungan selama penelitian berada pada rentang optimal dengan suhu 27,8-32,3°C, kelembaban 56,5-77%, dan pH tanah 6,15-6,5, yang mendukung efektivitas booster alami dalam merangsang pertumbuhan tanaman

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan, pertama penerapan model pembelaran Project Based Learning dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara anak, kedua penerapan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah anak, dan ketiga efektivitas penerapan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dilanjutkan dengan Kuasi Eksperimen. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi dan catatan lapangan. Subjek Penelitian Tindakan kelas adalah anak kelompok B1 TK Dharma Putri dengan jumlah anak dalam satu kelompok 15 orang. Penentuan kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol dengan cara acak, anak kelompok B2 TK Dharma Putri dengan jumlah anak 15 orang sebagai kelas eksperimen dan anak kelompok B3 TK Dharma Putri dengan jumlah anak 13 orang sebagai kelas kontrol. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara anak dan kemampuan pemecahan masalah anak, dan penerapan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning efektif dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara anak di TK Dharma Putr

    Implementation Of Presidential Regulation Number 78 of 2021 At The Institution Of Balitbangtan BPTP Bengkulu

    This study explores the implementation of Presidential Regulation No. 78 of 2021 on the transformation of BALITBANGTAN BPTP Bengkulu into the Center for the Implementation of Agricultural Instrument Standards (BPSIP). The organizational change involves restructuring, position adjustments, employee transfers, and changes in economic rights. The transition triggered mixed reactions among former BPTP researchers 47% chose to stay under the Ministry of Agriculture in BPSIP, losing their researcher status, while 53% moved to BRIN to maintain it. Using a qualitative approach, the study collected data through in-depth interviews with both groups, field observations, and document analysis. Findings reveal that resistance was driven by long-established organizational culture, job stability, and strong relationships at BPTP, while those accepting the change were motivated by career advancement opportunities at BRIN. The study highlights the need for effective change management, transparent communication, and job security to ensure successful institutional transformation and offers strategic insights for managing organizational change in government agencies.Penelitian ini mengkaji implementasi Peraturan Presiden Nomor 78 Tahun 2021 tentang transformasi BALITBANGTAN BPTP Bengkulu menjadi Balai Besar Penerapan Standar Instrumen Pertanian (BPSIP). Perubahan organisasi tersebut meliputi restrukturisasi, penyesuaian jabatan, mutasi pegawai, dan perubahan hak ekonomi. Transisi tersebut memicu reaksi beragam di kalangan mantan peneliti BPTP, 47% memilih tetap berada di bawah Kementerian Pertanian di BPSIP, kehilangan status peneliti, sementara 53% pindah ke BRIN untuk mempertahankannya. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara mendalam dengan kedua kelompok, observasi lapangan, dan analisis dokumen. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa resistensi didorong oleh budaya organisasi yang telah lama terbentuk, stabilitas pekerjaan, dan hubungan yang kuat di BPTP, sementara mereka yang menerima perubahan dimotivasi oleh peluang kemajuan karier di BRIN. Penelitian ini menyoroti perlunya manajemen perubahan yang efektif, komunikasi yang transparan, dan keamanan kerja untuk memastikan transformasi kelembagaan yang sukses dan menawarkan wawasan strategis untuk mengelola perubahan organisasi di lembaga pemerintah

    Groundnut (Arachis hypogaea L.) is a cultivated plant that belongs to the Fabaceae family. One of the diseases that commonly attack peanuts is fungus. Fungi are one of the microbial organisms that are found in the soil and the attack carried out by fungi is through plant roots. Infections in peanuts are generally caused by fungi including Alternaria sp, Aspergillus sp, Deshlera sp, Fusarium sp, Mucor sp, Penicillium sp, Rhizoctonia sp, Stemphylium sp, Trichothecium sp. and Verticillium sp.  Isolation of pathogenic fungi in peanut seeds was carried out using the International Seed Testing Association (ISTA 1996) standard seed health testing method consisting of washing and blotter test methods. This research conducted on the identification of fungi, the results obtained were Rhizoctonia sp. Aspergillus sp. and Fusarium sp. Based on the research that has been done, the three types of fungi obtained are not included in the Quarantine Plant Disturbing Organisms, but are classified as Ordinary Plant Disturbing Organisms and the use of the Washing test and Blotter test method can be one way to identify the type of fungus in peanuts.Kacang tanah (Arachis hypogaea L.) merupakan tanaman budidaya yang termasuk dalam keluarga Fabaceae. Salah satu penyakit yang biasa menyerang kacang tanah adalah jamur. Cendawan merupakan salah satu organisme mikroba yang banyak ditemukan di dalam tanah dan serangan yang dilakukan oleh cendawan adalah melalui perakaran tanaman. Infeksi pada kacang tanah umumnya disebabkan oleh cendawan antara lain Alternaria sp, Aspergillus sp, Deshlera sp, Fusarium sp, Mucor sp, Penicillium sp, Rhizoctonia sp, Stemphylium sp, Trichothecium sp. dan Verticillium sp. Isolasi cendawan patogen pada benih kacang tanah dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode pengujian kesehatan benih standar International Seed Testing Association (ISTA 1996) yang terdiri dari metode washing and blotter test. Pada penelitian yang dilakukan pada identifikasi cendawan diperoleh hasil yaitu Rhizoctonia sp. Aspergillus sp. dan Fusarium sp. . Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan ketiga jenis cendawan yang diperoleh tersebut bukan termasuk ke dalam Organisme Pengganggu Tanaman Karantina (OPTK), namun tergolong ke dalam Organisme Pengganggu Tanaman Biasa (OPT) dan penggunaan metode Washing test dan Blotter test dapat menjadi salah satu cara untuk mengidentifikasi jenis cendawan pada kacang tanah

    Optimalisasi Lembaga Farmasi TNI AL Dalam Produksi Sediaan Farmasi Guna Mendukung Ketahanan Kesehatan

    RIPIN (National Industrial Development Master Plan) 2015-2035 has placed the Pharmaceutical Industry as one of the priority industries to be developed. Meanwhile, the results of the ASEAN Summit in September 2023 held in Jakarta stated that Indonesia had the lowest score for indicators of drug availability and costs, which was 54.02. The existence of BPJS Kesehatan in 2014 greatly reduced the role and function of the Navy Pharmaceutical Institution as the pharmaceutical industry owned by the TNI AL. Currently, Lafial only produces pharmaceutical preparations for health support whose need is very limited because the state budget received is also reduced. In order to support and increase the availability of medicines in Indonesia, the role and function of Lafial should be utilized. The purpose of this study was to design the right business strategy for Lafial to meet the needs of national medicines while reducing dependence on the state budget through SWOT analysis and QSPM matrix. This was qualitative research using a descriptive analysis approach to further explore the internal and external parameters factors of Lafial. The data collection technique used was triangulation from in-depth interviews and FGDs on key personnel pharmacists as well as questionnaires through Google Forms for all pharmacists outside key personnel and secondary data collection. The results of the study on the strength component score was 2.022; the weakness component was 1.540; the opportunity component was 2.020 and the threat component was 1.673. With these results, Lafial's position is in cell number I of the IE matrix and quadrant I of the SWOT quadrant. The strategy analysis using QSPM provides that the strategy of sharpening market penetration through coordination with the Officials and Heads of the Navy health facilities to use Lafial's finished products has the highest TAS value with a value of 5,611. Then the strategy of developing the market through coordination with the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Finance to be able to produce and deposit PNBP has a TAS value of 5.204. The last strategy is a strategy to increase operational efficiency through coordination with the state-owned and private pharmaceutical industry through drug toll manufacturing activities with a TAS value of 4.332.RIPIN 2015-2035 telah menempatkan Industri Farmasi sebagai salah satu industri yang menjadi prioritas untuk dikembangkan. Sementara hasil KTT ASEAN pada September 2023 yang diselenggarakan di Jakarta menyatakan bahwa  Indonesia memiliki nilai terendah untuk indikator ketersediaan obat-obatan dan biaya yaitu sebesar 54,02. Adanya BPJS Kesehatan pada tahun 2014 membuat peran dan fungsi Lembaga Farmasi TNI AL (Lafial) sebagai industri farmasi milik TNI AL menjadi sangat berkurang. Saat ini Lafial hanya memproduksi sediaan farmasi untuk dukungan kesehatan saja yang kebutuhannya akan sediaan farmasi sangat terbatas dikarenakan APBN yang diterimakan juga berkurang. Dalam rangka untuk mendukung dan meningkatkan ketersediaan obat-obatan di Indonesia maka peran dan fungsi Lafial seharusnya dapat dimanfaatkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang strategi bisnis yang tepat bagi Lafial untuk memenuhi kebutuhan obat-obatan Nasional sekaligus mengurangi ketergantungan terhadap APBN melalui analisis SWOT dan matriks QSPM. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan secara deskriptif analisis untuk lebih mendalami parameter dalam faktor internal dan eksternal dari Lafial. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah secara triangulasi menggunakan data hasil wawancara mendalam dan FGD terhadap apoteker personel kunci serta kuesioner melalui Google Form terhadap seluruh apoteker di luar personel kunci serta pengumpulan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian atas nilai skor komponen kekuatan adalah sebesar 2,022; komponen kelemahan sebesar 1,540; komponen peluang sebesar  2,020 dan komponen ancaman sebesar 1,673. Dengan hasil tersebut maka posisi Lafial berada pada sel I matriks IE dan kuadran I dari kuadran SWOT. Analisa strategi menggunakan QSPM memberikan bahwa strategi mempertajam penetrasi pasar melalui koordinasi dengan Petinggi dan Kepala faskes TNI AL untuk menggunakan produk jadi Lafial memiliki nilai TAS tertinggi dengan nilai 5,611. Kemudian strategi mengembangkan pasar  melalui koordinasi dengan Kementerian Kesehatan dan Kementerian Keuangan untuk dapat menghasilkan dan menyetorkan PNBP memiliki nilai TAS sebesar 5,204. Strategi terakhir adalah strategi meningkatkan efisiensi operasioanl melalui koordinasi dengan industri farmasi BUMN dan swasta melalui kegiatan toll manufacturing obat dengan nilai TAS sebesar 4,332. &nbsp

    RANCANGAN STRATEGI BISNIS PT GAMMA MITRA LESTARI SEBAGAI DISTRIBUSI RADIOFARMAKA DAN ALAT KESEHATAN FASILITAS KEDOKTERAN NUKLIR

    This study aims to design a strategy for the company to face competition in the pharmaceutical distribution business in nuclear medicine facilities. As a company that acts as an importer, PT Gamma Mitra Lestari faces the challenge of intense competition with several competitors who have direct distribution power. This research uses a qualitative approach with an in-depth interview method with the company's key person to identify internal and external factors that affect business strategy. External factor analysis was conducted using the PESTEL model and Porter's Five Forces, while internal analysis used the VRIO framework to assess the company's resources and capabilities. The results revealed that PT Gamma Mitra Lestari has advantages in terms of relationships with suppliers and product quality, but is still limited in terms of efficient distribution channels. Based on these findings, the suggested strategies include improving market education to expand technology adoption and raise awareness related to nuclear medicine in new hospitals, supplier diversification to reduce the risk of dependence on a single supplier, and collaboration with BRIN and leading hospitals to develop products and meet local market needs with high TKDN. This research provides implications for other nuclear medicine industry players in designing adaptive and sustainable business strategies.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang strategi bagi perusahaan dalam menghadapi persaingan bisnis distribusi farmasi di fasilitas kedokteran nuklir. Sebagai perusahaan yang berperan sebagai importir, PT Gamma Mitra Lestari menghadapi tantangan kompetisi yang ketat dengan beberapa pesaing yang memiliki kekuatan distribusi langsung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode wawancara mendalam terhadap key person perusahaan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor internal dan eksternal yang mempengaruhi strategi bisnis. Analisis faktor eksternal dilakukan dengan menggunakan model PESTEL dan Porter's Five Forces, sementara analisis internal menggunakan kerangka VRIO untuk menilai sumber daya dan kapabilitas perusahaan. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa PT Gamma Mitra Lestari memiliki keunggulan dalam hal hubungan dengan pemasok dan kualitas produk, namun masih terbatas dalam hal saluran distribusi yang efisien. Berdasarkan temuan ini, strategi yang disarankan meliputi tingkatkan edukasi pasar untuk memperluas adopsi teknologi  dan meningkatkan kesadaran terkait kedokteran nuklir di rumah sakit baru, diversifikasi pemasok untuk mengurangi risiko ketergantungan pada satu pemasok, dan  kolaborasi dengan BRIN dan rumah sakit terkemuka untuk mengembangkan produk dan memenuhi kebutuhan pasar lokal dengan TKDN tinggi. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bagi pelaku industri kedokteran nuklir lainnya dalam merancang strategi bisnis yang adaptif dan berkelanjutan.&nbsp

    This study investigated the effects of Communication, Information, and Education (KIE), service quality, location, and pricing on customer satisfaction and their subsequent influence on customer loyalty at XYZ Pharmacy. Employing a quantitative descriptive methodology through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), the data from 277 respondents were collected that provided insights via structured questionnaires. The findings reveal that KIE and pricing exert significant direct impacts on customer satisfaction and loyalty, establishing them as critical factors for maintaining competitiveness in the pharmacy industry. In addition, service quality was found to significantly enhance customer satisfaction, although it does not directly translate to loyalty. Strategic location, on the other hand, plays a pivotal role in fostering loyalty but has a less pronounced effect on satisfaction. Customer satisfaction emerges as a crucial mediating variable, underscoring its importance in bridging service attributes and customer loyalty. The study emphasizes the necessity for XYZ Pharmacy to adopt a holistic and customer-centric approach. This includes leveraging competitive pricing, effective communication, and a strategic location to cater to its core customer base, which predominantly comprises productive-age individuals residing locally. Furthermore, the study highlights the value of integrating technological innovations, such as digital health services, and delivering personalized customer engagement as key strategies for differentiation in an increasingly competitive healthcare market. The research also provides practical implications for pharmacy businesses, suggesting that investments in digital platforms and data-driven customer relationship management can significantly enhance customer retention. This underscores the importance of creating long-term value for both the business and its customers, paving the way for sustainable growth and mutual benefits.Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh Komunikasi, Informasi, dan Edukasi (KIE), kualitas layanan, lokasi, dan harga terhadap kepuasan pelanggan serta dampaknya terhadap loyalitas pelanggan di Apotek XYZ. Lokasi strategis menjadi elemen penting dalam mendorong loyalitas pelanggan, meskipun pengaruhnya terhadap kepuasan relatif terbatas. Kepuasan pelanggan terbukti menjadi variabel mediasi yang krusial, menegaskan pentingnya atribut layanan dalam membangun loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini menyoroti perlunya Apotek XYZ untuk mengadopsi pendekatan holistik yang berfokus pada pelanggan, termasuk dengan memanfaatkan harga kompetitif, komunikasi yang efektif, dan lokasi strategis guna memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan lokal yang mayoritas berada pada usia produktif. Lebih lanjut, penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya inovasi teknologi, seperti layanan kesehatan digital, serta interaksi pelanggan yang dipersonalisasi sebagai strategi utama untuk membedakan diri di pasar layanan kesehatan yang semakin kompetitif. Penelitian ini juga memberikan implikasi praktis bagi bisnis apotek, dengan menekankan bahwa investasi pada platform digital dan manajemen hubungan pelanggan berbasis data dapat secara signifikan meningkatkan retensi pelanggan.
