ANALISIS EFEKTIVITAS PEKERJAAN PENANGANAN JALAN LONG SEGMENT DI JALAN KAPTEN BUKHARI GUNUNG MESIR (DAK) KABUPATEN BENGKULU SELATAN
South Bengkulu Regency is rich in economic potential in the agriculture, plantation, fisheries, and tourism sectors. Adequate roads are key to optimizing this potential. Recognizing this, the South Bengkulu Regency Government has initiated a project to handle long segments on Jl. Kapten Bukhari Gunung Mesir, funded by the Special Allocation Fund (DAK). This report examines the conformity of project planning with the results achieved, as well as the conformity of the implementation schedule with the time required. This evaluation includes a comparison of the results of the work with the initial Budget and Cost Plan (RAB) and a comparison of the implementation time with the original plan.
The evaluation results show that the project is in line with the initial plan, both in terms of the volume of work and the completion time. This has resulted in a significant improvement in road quality. Technical constraints such as bad weather and limited material availability were overcome with effective solutions. The project has generated significant economic and social benefits for the community, such as improved accessibility, time efficiency, and increased safety. Recommendations for future projects include improved coordination, more flexible schedule adjustments, better public awareness, regular monitoring and evaluation, capacity building, and more optimal risk management.

PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS MASALAH UNTUK MENINGKATKAN BERPIKIR KRITIS DAN PRESTASI BELAJAR SISWA
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan prestasi belajar siswa. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dan kuasi eksperimen. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI MIPA SMA Negeri 1 Merapi Timur semester genap tahun pelajaran 2022/2023. Melalui teknik purposive sampling diperoleh sampel kuasi eksperimen adalah kelas XI MIPA 2 SMA Negeri 1 Merapi Timur menggunakan lembar observasi dan tes. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif, rata-rata (mean), persentase, dan uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan prestasi belajar pada mata pelajaran biologi siswa kelas XI MIPA SMA Negeri 1 Merapi Timur dan dengan penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah lebih efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran biologi siswa kelas XI MIPA SMA Negeri 1 Merapi Timu
PENGEMBANGAN MULTIMEDIA INTERAKTIF (MI) BERBASIS ANDROID UNTUK MENINGKATKAN SIKAP POSITIF TERHADAP MI
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menghasilkan produk mulimedia interaktif berbasis android yang layak sebagai media pembelajaran tematik yang meningkatkan sikap peserta didik tehadap multimedia interaktif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan metode penelitian dan pengembanagn (Research and Development R&D) menurut Brog and Gall. Subyek penelitian adalah peserta didik SDIT Insan Mulia Kota Bengkulu, SDIT Hidayatullah Kota Bengkulu dan SDIT Nurul Fikri Kota Bengkulu. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah lembar penilaian ahli dan penilaian sikap. Teknik analisa data penelitian ini dengan menggunakan skor rata-rata (mean), skor persentase. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa multimedia interaktif berbasis android layak untuk dijadikan sebagai media pembelajaran dalam pemeblajaran tematik dan penggunaan multimedia interktif dapat meningkatkan sikap peserta didik terhadap multimedia interaktif
The Effect Of Implementing E-Procurement And Internal Control On Prevention Fraud Procurement Of Goods And Services In Bengkulu Government Agency With Moderation Of Organizational Ethical Culture
This study aims to examine the effect of the application of e-procurement and internal control on the prevention of fraud in the procurement of goods and services in Bengkulu government agencies moderated by organizational ethical culture. The population of this study is the Goods and Services Procurement Work Unit of Bengkulu City and Province, using the total sampling or census method, where the entire population is taken as a sample. This research uses a quantitative approach by collecting primary data using a questionnaire distributed to 33 respondents. The data analysis technique uses census / total sampling. This research was tested using the Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA) test with the SPSS 25 for windows program.
The results showed that (1) e-procurement has a positive effect on fraud prevention in the procurement of goods and services, (2) internal control has a positive effect on fraud prevention in the procurement of goods and services, (3) organizational ethical culture can moderate the relationship between e-procurement and government procurement of goods and services, (4) organizational ethical culture is unable to moderate the relationship between internal control and fraud prevention in the procurement of goods and services. This research can be used as input for employees at the good and services procurement work units in the city and province of Bengkulu to get how the influence implementing E-procurement, internal control and organizational ethical culture so that it will improve employees performance and organizational goals can be achieved properly
HUBUNGAN ANTARA KETERAMPILAN PUBLIC SPEAKING DENGAN KEMAMPUAN BERPENDAPAT PADA MATERI KEANEKARAGAMAN HAYATI DI KELAS X MAN 1 SAMARINDA PLUS KETERAMPILAN DAN RISET
This study investigates the relationship between students' public speaking abilities and their capacity to articulate opinions on biodiversity topics in Class X at MAN 1 Samarinda (specializing in skills and research). Employing a quantitative approach with a correlational design, the researcher selected participants using purposive sampling from classes X-A and X-C. Data were analyzed using the Spearman correlation test, which produced a p-value of 0.001 indicating statistical significance (p < 0.05). The findings reveal a strong, positive, and significant relationship between public speaking proficiency and students’ ability to express views on biodiversity.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara keterampilan public speaking dengan kemampuan berpendapat peserta didik pada materi keanekaragaman hayati dikelas X MAN 1 Samarinda plus keterampilan dan riset. Metode penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneliti yaitu korelasi dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan peneliti adalah purposive sampling dengan kelas X-A dan X-C sebagai sampel. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi spearman. Hasil analisis data yang diperoleh yaitu menunjukkan nilai Sig.(p-value) 0,001 < 0,05, sehingga Ha diterima. Dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dengan kategori kuat dan positif antara Keterampilan public speaking dengan kemampuan berpendapat peserta didik pada materi keanekaragaman hayati di kelas X MAN 1 Samarinda plus keterampilan dan riset.
 
Pengembangan Alat Peraga Efek Rumah Kaca Untuk Menumbuhkan Keterampilan Proses Sains Siswa SMP Kelas VII Pada Tema Pemanasan Global
The purpose of this research is to create a greenhouse effect teaching tool in science learning on the themeof global warming to foster Science Process Skills (PPP) in students. The development model used is a 4-D development model which consists of four stages: define, design, develop, and disseminate. Productvalidation was carried out by science education experts and practitioner experts who showed the level ofproduct validity with a value of 86.18% included in the "excellent" category. The implementation of the useof greenhouse effect props was carried out by grade VII students at one of the junior high schools in SerangCity. The data of the student response questionnaire showed that the teaching aids were able to grow PPPwith a score of 80.37% with the "very good" category. The results of this study prove that the use of teachingaids in science learning on the theme of global warming can help grow students' PPP through practicumactivities.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menciptakan alat peraga efek rumah kaca pada pembelajaran IPA temapemanasan global untuk menumbuhkan Keterampilan Proses Sains (KPS) pada siswa. Dengan Modelpengembangan 4-D sebagai kerangka model pengembangan dalam penelitian ini yang terdiri dari empatlangkah: define, design, develop, dan disseminate. Validasi produk dilakukan oleh ahli Pendidikan IPA danahli praktisi yang menunjukkan tingkat kevalidan produk dengan nilai 86,18% termasuk dalam kategori“sangat baik”. Implementasi penggunaan alat peraga efek rumah kaca dilakukan oleh siswa kelas VII padasalah satu SMPN di Kota Serang. Data angket respon siswa menunjukkan alat peraga mampu menumbuhkanKPS dengan nilai 80,37% dengan kategori “sangat baik”. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan denganmemanfaatkan alat peraga pada pembelajaran IPA tema pemanasan global dapat membantu menumbuhkanKPS siswa melalui kegiatan praktikum
The Effectiveness of Student Worksheet with Problem Based Learning and Ethnoscience to Improve Critical Thinking Skills on Chemical Bonding Material: -
Learning chemistry through the merdeka curriculum prioritize on enhancing 21st century skills include students' critical thinking skills. Due to a number of critical thinking skill constraints, students find out the difficulties to comprehend theory-based in chemistry materials, such as chemical bonding materials. By problem-based learning that integrates ethnoscience content can make learning more meaningful is a way to train and enhance critical thinking skills. This research conducted in terms to quantify the effectiveness of Problem Based Learning and ethnoscience-based student worksheet on chemical bonding material to enhance the critical thinking skills of XI grade senior high school students. The research method used are descriptive quantitative and qualitative of One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. With 36 students of class XI-8 in SMAN 16 Surabaya as the subject, the worksheet stated effective according to the increasingly of N-gain value with an average of 0.7206 that is in the high category. As much as 26 students include into the high category, 8 fall into the medium category, and 2 fall into the low category. Therefore, the finding suggest that student worksheet with Problem Based Learning and ethnoscience-based student worksheet on chemical bonding materials can significantly improve students’ critical thinking abilities
Inovasi Pengelolaan Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam Di SD Islam Baitul A’la Lubuk Linggau
The objectives of this research are 1) Describe innovations in PAI learning planning in the implementation of PAI learning at Baitul A'la Islamic Elementary School, Lubuklinggau. 2) Describe the Implementation of PAI Learning Innovations in the Implementation of the Independent Curriculum at Baitul A'la Islamic Elementary School, Lubuklinggau; 3) Describe student learning outcomes regarding PAI learning innovations in the implementation of the Independent Curriculum at Baitul A'la Islamic Elementary School, Lubuklinggau. This research method is a qualitative descriptive study. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation and documentation. Supporting subjects in this research were the school principal, deputy principal for curriculum, PAI teachers and educational staff. Research results: First, teachers design creative learning and look for ideas for implementing learning in class. This can be done by using quiziz as a learning medium to improve student learning outcomes in addition to using varied learning videos which are expected to increase interest and motivation to learn. student. Second, implementing Islamic Religious Education Learning Innovations, all Islamic Religious Education teachers make learning videos to attract students' interest during the learning process. Third, Third, in terms of learning outcomes regarding learning innovation, students must achieve the Learning Goal Achievement Criteria (KKTP) with the predicate of having developed and this requires good cooperation between all teachers and school principals
EFEKTIVITAS PENGGUNAAN GEOGEBRA UNTUK MEMBANTU SISWA SMP MEMAHAMI KONSEP BANGUN RUANG
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi sejauh mana GeoGebra efektif dalam mendukung pemahaman siswa SMP terhadap konsep bangun ruang. Desain penelitian yang diterapkan adalah kuasi-eksperimen dengan metode pre-test dan post-test. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari siswa kelas VIII di SMPN 5 Anggeraja, dengan data yang diperoleh melalui tes pemahaman konsep dan angket persepsi siswa. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan GeoGebra secara signifikan meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap bangun ruang. Selain itu, siswa memberikan tanggapan positif terhadap GeoGebra karena fitur visualisasinya yang interaktif dan kemampuannya untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penggunaan GeoGebra sebagai media pembelajaran untuk mempermudah penyampaian konsep-konsep abstrak secara konkret dalam pembelajaran matematika
Graduates’ English Communicative Skills and Professional Success: Perspectives from Universities and Industry stakeholders in Bangladesh
In today’s competitive employment market, graduates must be proficient in English communication to succeed professionally. Specifically, fluency in spoken English, professional writing skills, presentation skills, and interpersonal communication in English are critical factors that contribute to workplace success. This study investigates how far university graduates’ English communicative abilities contribute to their success in securing employment and performing effectively in the workplace. This paper broadly examines the needs of graduates for English communicative skills to progress in their careers. A mixed-method approach was employed, combining qualitative and quantitative data. The study was conducted at three purposively selected public universities in Bangladesh: the University of Dhaka, Jagannath University, and Jahangirnagar University. 50 students were purposively sampled, and 15 industry stakeholders from private banks, multinational companies, and English-medium schools in Dhaka were interviewed to explore workplace English proficiency expectations. The findings indicate a strong correlation between English communication skills and employment opportunities. However, many graduates face challenges in professional writing, public speaking, and business communication. Furthermore, the results highlight a considerable distance between the communication demands of the professional world and the English instruction provided at the university level, which results in unpreparedness for real-world communication challenges. In this regard, in enhance graduates' global competitiveness, the study recommends urgent curriculum modifications that prioritize business-oriented communication, industry-aligned training, and real-world English applications
