The effects of stock buybacks on PBR and regulatory capital ratio
Get PDFThis paper first examines the effects of stock buybacks on the Price-to-Book-value ratio (PBR) through the Book value per share (BPS), which serves as the denominator of PBR. It then analyses the impact of stock buybacks on the regulatory capital ratio, focusing on the banking sector well-known for its notably low PBR in Japan. Finally, it considers the challenges faced by many banks.
The analysis reveals that the extent and direction of changes in PBR and the regulatory capital ratio resulting from stock buybacks vary depending on the current levels of these indicators.

A study from the perspective of preconception care on the learnings gained by female students of non-healthcare majors through the obstetrics nursing experiences taught by midwives
Get PDF目的：助産師資格を持つ大学教員が非医療系女子大学生に行った「産科看護体験」の学びを明らかにし、プレコンセプションケアの視点から検証した。
方法：女子大学生2～3年生を対象に行った「産科看護体験」のレポートをデータとし、質的記述的に分析した。
結果：対象者34名のデータを分析し【身をもって体感する妊娠・育児での苦労と負担】【小さくてもひとつの命であることへの尊重と触れ合う喜び】【自身の将来の家族像への期待と不安】【母親になった女性への共感とサポートの重要性】【子どもを育てる親への畏敬の念】【貴重な学習機会の実感】の6つのカテゴリーを抽出した。
結論：助産師が行う青年期の女子学生への「産科看護体験」は、知識・技術の獲得により将来への準備となること、妊婦や母親などへの理解を深める機会となることが示された。さらに、自身のライフコースを考え命の尊厳や親になることを真剣に考えるきっかけになることが明らかになった。
Purpose: This study aimed to describe the training in “obstetric nursing experiences” provided by university faculty with midwifery credentials to female students majoring in nonhealthcare fields.
Method: The obstetric nursing experience involved simulating pregnancy and newborn care and included problem-solving practical exercises. A university faculty member with midwifery certification conducted an obstetric nursing experience for second- and third-year students taking liberal arts courses in 2021. The post-class reaction papers were used as data and analyzed qualitatively and descriptively.
Results: Data from 34 participants were analyzed. The obtained data categories included: The difficulties and the burdens of pregnancy and childcare experienced firsthand; The respect for the fact that it is a life and that it brings joy when interacting with it; The expectations and the anxieties of the image of their own future family; The empathy for women who become mothers and the importance of support; The awe for the parents raising children; The sense of a precious learning opportunity; and so on.
Conclusion: The “obstetric nursing experience” prepared adolescent female students for the future by equipping them with knowledge and skills in pregnancy, newborn care, and problemsolving. It deepened the understanding of their counterparts, including pregnant women and mothers. Furthermore, the experience provided an opportunity to think about charting a life course and to contemplate the sanctity of life and becoming a parent seriously.departmental bulletin pape

Trends in Research on Involving People with Mental Disorders in Education at Nursing Universities
Get PDF目的：文献検討により精神疾患を抱える当事者の看護系大学における授業参加の国内外の研究動向を概観し、今後の研究課題を分析することである。
方法：医中誌、Pubmed、CINAHLを用い、キーワードを国内文献は「当事者」「看護」「教育」「学生」、海外文献は「lived experience OR experts by experience OR service user OR consumer」And「education」And「mental＊ OR psychiat＊」And「nurs＊」And「student」とし検索し、研究目的に合致した国内文献13件、海外文献22件を研究対象とした。抽出された文献を年次、研究デザイン、研究対象、当事者の授業参加度、内容別に分類した。
結果：国内では9件（69.2%）がテキスト分析であり、12件（92.3%）が学生を対象であった。一方、海外ではフォーカスグループインタビューが10件（45.5%）を占め、当事者対象の研究が7件（31.8%）みられた。
考察：今後は量的研究や当事者対象の研究が実施されていくべきである。departmental bulletin pape
About the Influence by Which Consultation Business Gives it to Organization of the Nursery and Workplace Climate : Focusing on External Experts Talked about by the Director
Get PDF本研究は、今日の保育・幼児教育現場において、他機関との連携の必要性が言われるなか、外部の専門家による巡回相談という事業について、園長をはじめとする園組織への影響力やニーズを概念化し、保育環境・職場環境に資することを目的とする。
具体的には、巡回相談を利用した園運営の責任者である園長等施設管理職（以下、園長）へのインタビューを通し、利用する目的や要望等、巡回相談によって園側が感じ取っている効果や課題を明らかにし、巡回相談事業が、園長が担う園運営や人材育成に対し、関与する要因について可視化し、保育実践や保育者の専門性に望ましい連携・協働のあり方について提言する。
分析結果より、保育環境に影響すると園長が感じている巡回相談事業について、〔アウトリーチ型の予防的支持〕〔間接的な保育・子育て支援の共鳴関係〕〔孤立から園を守るコンサルテーション〕〔巡回相談員に求める姿勢〕が重要な要素として示された。departmental bulletin pape
