Research on Job Satisfaction of Nurses Working in General Hospitals and the Factors that Make Them Feel Job Satisfaction
Get PDF目的： 本研究は総合病院で働く看護師の「働きがい」と「働きがいを感じる要因」を明らかにすることを目的とした。
方法： 2017 年9 月～10 月に1 都5 県の総合病院で働く看護師12 名に、「働きがい」と「働きがいを感じる要因」についてインタビューを行ない、KH Coder を用いて計量テキスト分析を行った。
結果：「 働きがい」の単語間の結びつきでは、「思う－患者－言う」が繋がっており、特に「思う－患者」「患者－感じる」の結びつきが強かった。また、「育てる- 責任－取る」と言う繋がりもあった。「働きがいを感じる要因」では、「思う－仕事－楽しい－感じる」が繋がっており、「指導－教育」「指導－後輩」の繋がりが特に強かった。
考察： 単語間の結びつきから、患者との関わりや、患者と接することの楽しさが看護職の「働きがい」となっていることが伺えた。さらに、「後輩に指導」をすることや「指導した後輩」が成長することも看護職の「働きがい」となっていた。departmental bulletin pape

Linguistic Characteristics between English-language Education Journals
Get PDFTo investigate English-language education discipline-specific expressions in terms of linguistic characteristics, the abstracts of 240 research articles published in three international English-language education journals were gathered. The abstracts of articles that appeared in three high impact factor journals showed no significant differences in linguistic features apart from the number of words per sentences. These results are especially useful for novice writers for whom English is a foreign language.departmental bulletin pape
