Impression of screen and color decoration on it
Get PDFThe relationship between a color decoration position on a screen and the effect is discussed. The experiments are carried out in order to investigate the changing of impression of a screen according to the position of decorations. 48 kinds screens, i.e., combinations of 4 patterns position and 12 kinds of colorations, are prepared. The subject see the screens and answer the impressions by using SD-method. As a result, it becomes clear that the position of decorations doesn't give any effects on the impressions, generally. Especially, all screens with soft image colorations, e.g., "clear," and "natural," are evaluated as same impression. In addition, the decorations put on the bottom of a screen effect stronger on subjects' impression than the decoration put on the top of the screen.The relationship between a color decoration position on a screen and the effect is discussed. The attitude survey about a mother's fashion to female college students
Get PDFThe attitude survey about a mother's fashion was investigated to 102 female college students. I found that 56.9% of them had imagined a mother's fashion, when simple clothes was worn. 54.9% of them considered that the mother wore the clothes with which she is pleased. 27.5% of them thought that a mother's fashion did need to change. The student who wants to change a mother's fashion desired to change so that a mother may look youthful. 72.5% of them thought that a mother's fashion did not need to change. I thought that since the mother wears the clothes with which she is pleased, a student thought that change of a mother's fashion is unnecessary.The attitude survey about a mother's fashion was investigated to 102 female college students. Dyeing properties of the safflower
Get PDFIn a boiling state in the general dyeing with vegetable dyes, dyeing is carried out in a boiling state, after having extracted the pigment of the trees and plants t in a boiling state. However, you can dye cloth at room temperature without heating when you dye cloth with a safflower or an indigo. Therefore, a safflower can be is dyeing stuffs of the energy- saving type. In this report I reported on dyeing properties when I dyed cloth with a safflower. First yellow pigment, safflor yellow , was extracted . Next you can get red pigment, carthamin, after adding alkali, and neutraliz- ing with acid. I used this red pigment as dyeing stuffs. I evaluated two kinds of alkali, two kinds of acid, dyeing result in four ways in total in this study.. The dyeing result was indicated as lightness. I used this value and evaluated it with color difference. Even in the case of each alkali, acid, both got about the same dyeing result. Silk and wool of the animal fiber, and cotton of the vegetable fiber were dyed well. Effects of cooking practices at school on students cooking skills
Get PDFA survey was conducted among 534 college freshmen (2008-2009, age:18-20) to investigate effects of cooking practices in home economics classes at junior high school and high school on students' cooking skills. With increasing the number of times they have experienced cooking practices, the number of students, who liked cooking and had a specialty dish, increased. Students with experiences in cooking have acquired cooking skills compared with students without experiences in cooking at junior high and high schools. We found that cooking practices at schools were quite effective on learning cooking skills for students, especially for students, who did not cook home.A survey was conducted among 534 college freshmen (2008-2009, age:18-20) to investigate effects of cooking practices in home economics classes at junior high school and high school on students' cooking skills. The role of SHIBORI in the "Yoko's One Piece of Cloth" series: at the center of exhibitions for 40 years
