中国語圏海外短期研修における教育的成果と改善課題 ―英語圏研修との比較を通じて
Get PDFThis study examines the 2025 short-term study program in the Chinese-speaking region (Dalian and Beijing) conducted by the Department of International Communication at Gifu City Women’s College. Using pre- and post-program questionnaires and comparison with an English-speaking program, it analyzed language learning, intercultural exchange, and career awareness. Results showed limited perception of language improvement but increased motivation to study further. The program also fostered friendships and continued communication after returning to Japan, highlighting its strength in overcoming preconceptions. Challenges remained in expressing Japanese culture and linking the experience to career development, suggesting the need for more active output and closer integration with career education.departmental bulletin pape

"China Travel" refers to a keyword that has rapidly risen in popularity on international social media platforms, indicating the growing appeal of inbound tourism to China. Since the beginning of 2024, numerous foreign bloggers have posted about their experiences traveling in China, using the hashtag "China Travel," which garnered significant attention. In response, Chinese internet users engaged with the trend, leading to a phenomenon where videos related to "China Travel" surpassed one billion views. This paper analyzes how the "China Travel" phenomenon suddenly emerged, and by exploring its background and contributing factors, aims to uncover the mechanisms behind it. An approach to education for a healthy food environment
Get PDFWe provided education on a healthy food environment with the cooperation of a student cafeteria, which is a food environment familiar to students, and studied ways of teaching that would encourage students in a dietitian training course to take greater interest in a healthy food environment. The results showed that our systematic approach to dietary guidance classes was able to enhance students’ interest in a healthy food environment, leading to an active learning attitude. Modifying and improving how nudges are used based on the “CAN framework” from the viewpoint of students who are also cafeteria users should have good effects on both the learning of future dietitians and the student cafeteria, which is a food environment itself. However, since one-time behavior change is not enough to promote the practice of healthy eating habits, which requires continuity, we consider that it is useful to maintain a healthy food environment by constantly implementing nudges at the student cafeteria on a daily basis.departmental bulletin pape

Students need to acquire PC skills before entering the workforce. Students have little or no learning opportunities outside of school to acquire PC skills.
