Decision Support System Assessing Feasibility Taekwondo Athlete (UPN “VETERAN” Yogyakarta)
Indonesian taekwondo athlete's achievements have improved because he managed to win several medals in international championships. Being a taekwondo athlete requires a willingness, discipline, good physical condition, experience, mental endurance, unyielding spirit, and proper posture. The assessment process is still done manually by asking taekwondo for their availability in the match; therefore, it requires a decision support system to measurement of participants (taekwondoin). Decision support is a way to provide problem-solving skills and be able to support the work of a coach in solving problems by giving suggestions towards certain decisions. The purpose of Simple Additive Weighting is to determine the feasibility of taekwondoin selection to become an athlete on the championship team. Dynamic criteria allow adding the criteria needed for coaches and managers. Coaches and managers also can refine taekwondo by adding the required criteria to the agreed additional criteria. The result of this paper is application can give the decision of athletes who deserve to enter the match team. To facilitate managers and coaches in screening the best athletes. The validation test results obtained 85% compatibility between the selection results in the application and manual calculations
Peran Teknologi Untuk Revitalisasi Bandara Dan Transportasi Udara
Sebagian Bandara di Indonesia dibangun untuk kepentingan Pertahanan dan Keamanan. Bandara tersebut dibangun dengan sistem pelapisan berorientasi lapis permukaan (bukan lapis pondasi/base). Saat bandara di design, traffic-nya sangat berbeda dengan traffic pada saat digunakan dari sisi ukuran maupun frekuensi. Sebagian besar bandara di Indonesia dibangun secara bertahap dengab segmentasi perkerasan yang berbeda. Sebagian dibangun diatas tanah lunak, dengan kapasitas daya dukung yang sangat rendah. Sebagai contoh APT Pranoto Samarinda, H. Asam Sampit, Juanda Surabaya, dll. Sebagian dibangun di pegunungan, dengan luas bidang/medan datar (flat) yang sangat terbatas, contoh wilayah pedalaman papua). Bandara di Indensia yang telah dibangun juga dapat mengalamai kerusakan. Secara Umum ada 5 Tipe kerusakan :retak (Cracking), kerusakan pada sambungan (joint seal damage), kerontokan (disintegration), perubahan permukaan konstruksi (distortion), hilangnya kekesatan permukaan konstruksi (loss of skid resistance). Bandara yang mengalami kerusakan dapat mengganggu operasi penerbangan: delay, cancel, diverted, RTB. Kerusakan yang sering terjadi adalah: delamination, depression, dan pothole. Kerusakan tersebut dapat menimbulkan Foreign Object Damage (FOD) yang sangat membahayakan pesawat karena adanya benda asing yang dapat merusak body dan mesin pesawat. Penyebab kerusakan struktur perkerasan movement area (runway, taxiway dan apron) ada 4 faktor, yaitu : air yang meresap melalui permukaan perkerasan yang retak, misal air hujan. air yang berasal dari bawah perkerasan dan membasahi subgrade maupun subbase, misal air tanah, air yang berasal dari kawasan di sekitar bandara dan dapat menggenangi perkerasan, overload atau beban lebih pavement bearing capacity atau max allowable gross weight dari perkerasan lebih rendah dari pada bobot pesawat yang dilayani (RTOW atau MTOW)
Web Based Disaster Early Warning System on Pagar Alam City
Pemantauan curah hujan yang dilakukan oleh BMKG, merupakan modal sebagai dasar penelitian ini yang bertujuan untuk membuat sistem peringatan dini bencana longsor berbasis web pada Kota Pagar Alam, dengan mendata curah hujan yang terjadi sebagai bahan antisipasi terjadinya tanah longsor di wilayah Pagar Alam. Agar penelitian ini berjalan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan menjadi sistem peringatan dini yang bisa diakses secara daring, maka digunakan metodologi penelitian dan analisa yang mendalam. Dengan metode pengembangan sistem Rapid Aplication Development (RAD), dengan perancangan menggunakan flowchart dan Unified Modelling Language (UML), dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQLi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem peringgatan dini bencana longsor berbasis web di wilayah Kota Pagar Alam yang merupakan daerah pegunungan, dengan memanfaatkan klasifikasi curah hujan sangat ringan, ringan, sedang, lebat dan sangat lebat
The Analysis of Implementing Safety Management System (SMS) to Improve The Flight Safety
Flight safety can be created only by good cooperation from all stakeholders in aviation. In other words, each flight stakeholder has the responsibility and contribution to the flight safety. This condition shows the importance of analyzing the implementation of Safety Management System (SMS) in the aviation industry, because it is a part of the State Safety Program (SSP) in accordance with ICAO standard. The research method is presented descriptively related to the aviation safety regulations with the current conditions of implementing flight safety. The results showed the implementation of the Safety Management System (SMS) by each flight stakeholder was running, but the "Flight Safety Promotion" activity had not been able to run properly, because there were no periodic reports issued by regulators on the Aviation Safety Program. Another thing is the violation of the implementation of Safety Management System (SMS) has not been through the "Aviation Professional Assembly", so that the personnelwho committedthe violations will get objective punishment
Region of Interest (ROI) Determination System on SO-40F Pias Card’s Type for Measurement of Sunshine Duration (Case Study: St. Barongan)
The burn marks on the Pias Card are located on a scale of 6 -18 data is the sunshine duration. Determination of Region of Interest (RoI) is done with the aim of reducing noise in the Pias Card image segmentation process. solar irradiation system developed to determine areas that are considered important according to scale using the Cropping method. The system testing was carried out using 107 data of Pias Cards. Type Pias Card is SO-40F. Cropping principle is still manual, namely by setting the height of the image (Heigth), the left border (Left), and the right border (Right) in pixels. Based on testing, the best value settings are Heigth (H) = 5, Left (L) = 125, and Right (R) = 250 with a percentage of cropping success is 91.67%.
Application of Web-Based Plant Disease Diagnosis (Case Study: Farmers in Pagaralam City)
The purpose of this research is an expert system to diagnose diseases on web-based rice plants that can make it easy for farmers to get knowledge about rice diseases and how to handle them. Pagar Alam is a mountainous area, the majority of which are farmers. Data obtained from the Department of Agriculture of the City of Pagaralam stated that there were several types of rice planted in the Pagar Alam area, including Situbagendit, IR 64, Padi TS, Inpara 1-8, but most Cierang rice species were planted in the Pagar Alam area. It is not impossible for farmers to experience a yield setback, even to the point of crop failure due to lack of knowledge about the diseases that attack their rice plants. The system development method used is Rapid Application Development (RAD). Therefore, the researchers made an application of a Web-Based Expert System for Rice Disease Diagnosis to Improve the Welfare of Farmers in Pagar Alam City. With the application of an expert system, it can provide information on plant disease pests and can diagnose the symptoms of plant diseases, especially rice plants, as well as provide a solution to overcome them, which can later be used to reduce or reduce the risk of crop damage. Analysis of Work Posture Based on Quick Exposure Check & Manual Task Risk Assessment Method
Manual material handling (MMH) is one of the most vulnerable forms of activity with the emergence of risk of injury to the body, for example musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). This study aims to analyze the work posture carried out by workers at PT. Multitech Advanced Printing Indonesia on the work of moving raw materials. The work includes a series of activities, namely lifting, carrying, and lowering. Of the three activities, lowering was chosen as the most potentially dangerous for workers. This study uses the Quick Exposure Check (QEC) method and Manual Task Risk Assessment (ManTRA) to assess the risk of work injury. Based on the results of the QEC method, the value obtained is 59.88% while the ManTRA method gives the highest value of 2 points from the three conditions for the improvement work posture. Effect of Welding Current on Mechanical Properties of Aluminum Alloys in Dissimilar Joint by GTAW Process
Welding technique is one of the process connection metal in the manufacturing industry. Aluminum alloys have several advantages including: light, good electrical and corrosion resistant properties. Welding application of dissimilar aluminum alloys with the 5083 and 6061-T6 series such as building structures, bridges, railroad frames, ships and oil platforms. The joining of dissimilar aluminum alloys by welding technique is difficult because the metal has different thermophysis properties. The study aimed of this research to analyze the mechanical properties of variation welding current on joint area GTAW. Visual observation shows that the joint specimen with the low current (100 A) has low penetration in welding groove, whereas at the high current (140 A) undercut occurs on the side of the weld seam, there are spatter and deposits (excessive added material). The hardness test with the current 120 A shows the regular distribution and has the highest tensile test of 201 MPa
Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Design of Bamboo Creative Industry in Godean Sleman District Area
Performance issues are not only important for upper middle and large companies, but also important for Small and Medium Industries Creative Industries. To evaluate the current condition of a creative industry, the creative industry needs to determine the multi-criteria Key Performance Indicator (KPI) properly and correctly. Therefore in this study, researchers tried to design a Key Performance Indicator (KPI) for the creative industries of bamboo crafts in the Godean district of Sleman. The design of KPI uses the Balanced Scorecard method which includes setting strategic objectives, determining key performance indicators (KPI). Rest and Soap Comparison on Web Service Technology for Android Based Data Services
Comparison between ReST API and SOAP web services in providing data services that are carried out to support the improvement of these web services. The data tested is divided into 2, namely data with the same size format and data with different size formats. The test is divided into 3 stages, the first collecting with 10 data, the second 20 data, and the third 30 data, by carrying out data loading from each comparing web service. From the overall results obtained from the ReST API runs faster than SOAP. With an overall total data collection time on different devices with the same size format in the ReST API it produces 3.4 seconds and SOAP produces 3.9 seconds. While receiving data on different devices with different size formats on the ReST API, it takes 4.7 seconds and SOAP takes 5.3 seconds
