Lovebird (Agapornis) is a type of bird that has become the belle of new pet birds lately. The interest of the hobbyist in this one song is because Lovebird has a unique chirp. For beginner lovebird fans, the lack of knowledge and experience about lovebird birds results in various cases of fraud in choosing a quality lovebird. They were disappointed expensive lovebirds that had been purchased but did not match what was expected.Lovebird chirping voice recognition can be learned and recognized through the learning process of speaker recognition, which is part of voice recognition. Speaker recognition captures the frequency of the lovebird's voice, then compares it with the sound frequency of the existing training data. The sound frequency and the long duration of chirping of lovebird birds will be extracted through the Mel-Frequency Cepstral Coefficient (MFCC) method. Information in the form of Mel Frequency Cepstrum Coefficients from input data and training data is then compared to the Dynamic Time Warping method. The methodology used in this study uses the grapple method. The results of this study were obtained an accuracy value of sound validation by 80%. It is hoped that with the capabilities of this system, it can help bird chirping lovers know the sound quality of lovebird birds that are good, moderate, and less. Also, it can help the jury of birds chirping, so that it can be used as an accurate standard in classifying lovebird sounds

PT. XYZ is one of the companies engaged in the production of motorcycle spare parts. In carrying out its operational activities, PT. XYZ has a procurement process. Generally in applying of good procurement, employees must submit a document submission of goods in the printed form and must meet their supervisor directly to ask for approval in a signature. This condition requires quite a long time until the submission document reaches the Director because they have to wait for the signature of each related section. That is quite an obstacle for the employee who submits because the longer the approval process, the longer the procurement process. To overcome this obstacle, a good procurement information system web based was built using phased development methodology. The information system uses SQL Server as database and ASP.Net as programming language. Good procurement information system web-based can accelerate the procurement process

    No full text
Savonius turbine is a simple vertical axis turbine which work because of a difference drag force between blades. This turbine can convert kinetic energy on water flow into mechanical energy. The Savonius water turbine can work on low water flow speed. This research aimed at a Savonius turbine that has some of its parameters modified. The research tested the effects of water flow speed and the use of a deflector towards the modified Savonius turbine’s performance. It is concluded that Savonius turbine without the deflector, reached a maximum power coefficient at the flow speed of 1,1 m/s with the value of 0,163 at tip speed ratio of 0,845. As for the same speed (1,1 m/s) the turbine that used the deflector reached a maximum power coefficient of 0,307 at tip speed ratio 1,136. The highest coefficient of power was reached when the turbine got tested with the deflector at flow speed of 0,9 m/s with value of 0,354 at tip speed ratio 1,230

Every participation in the activity is always proven by the presence of a certificate. Issuance of certificates requires fees for paper, printing and distribution. The emergence of the era of paper less should be able to transform the presence of the certificate. Paper less is stopped by the presence of digital documents that can be accessed independently (portable), easily and across platforms. Portable Document Format or abbreviated as PDF one of the popular documents that can be distributed via the internet. So that PDF can be used as a document base to realize e-Certificate. However, it is necessary to develop a good application to facilitate the presence of the e-Certificate, and present solutions related to the authenticity of the certificates produced

Simulation is one of the tools to solve the problems in a system, including hospital systems. The hospital has objectives and entities that are different from other systems, namely service to patients (humans) primarily, so making some decisions requires consideration due to the complexity of the variables within them. This preliminary study will discuss what problems might occur in the hospital and how the application of the simulation in solving the problem. Based on observations and interviews conducted, it is known that there are four issues: 1.) hospital services 2.) labor allocation (nurses) 3.) capacity and number of rooms/beds 4.) drug supply. Based on the literature search results, it is known that the simulation has the ability to solve these problems. The results of this literature review will then be used as a basis for developing simulation models in hospitals which are the object of research
