    The power generated by a power plant driven by windmills and waterwheels and solar power is unstable,. each depends on wind speed, water flow, and solar radiation, repeatively. This results in the acquisition of energy not being optimal if the load is not adjusted to the capability of the generating power. In this study a load control automation system has been created that can adjust to the ability of the resource so that optimal energy is obtained by the hysteresis method.     The Geothermal power plant at PT Geodipa Dieng has been operating for more than 10 years. It has undergone for several improvements including the replacement of turbines where to increase turbine efficiency. Before changing the turbine, the efficiency of turbine has decreased due to several factors, such as decrease in load, maintenance, usage, the lifetime etc. Therefore it needs to be analyzed the effiency of the turbine to find out whether the turbine is still feasible or not, and to find out whether it has necessary to replace the turbine again. The result of the turbine generator efficiency are obtained in one year from April 2017 to March 2018 with an average value of 70-85%. Based on the literature, the value is still at the turbine efficiency standard in general, which is 60-80%. So the turbines can still be categorized reliably and do not need to be changed

    Mechanical Properties Of Tensile And Bending Strength Analysis In Biocomposite [SAGOO/PMMA] Material

    Biocomposite material is a common material used in biomedical application. One of medical problems related to bone restoration which caused by accidents and injuries resulted in fracture bone parts. Biocomposite (Sagoo/PMMA) is being developed as a solution to solve that particular problem. In current research, tensile and flexural strength of sagoo/PMMA is tested and examined. There are correlation between value of tensile strength, value of bending strength, and curing time, with maximum tensile strength and bending strength were achieved by curing the specimen for 12 hours, with the maximum value of tensile strength is 3,337 MPa, and the maximum flexural is 2,653 MPa. The minimum tensile strength was achieved by curing the specimen for 6 hours with minimum value of tensile strength is 1,502 MPa, while the minimum flexural was acquired at curing time for 24 hours with minimum of bending strength is 0,536 MP

    Multivariate Time Series Forecasting Using Recurrent Neural Networks for Meteorological Data

    Rainfall is related to a number of factors that are interdependent and influenced by dynamic global time, region and climate factors. Determination of relevant predictors is important for the efficiency of the rainfall estimator model. Although some climate modeling studies in one region/country have high accuracy, this model is not necessarily suitable for other regions. Determination of predictor variables by considering spatio-temporal factors and local / global features results in a very large number of inputs. Feature selection produces minimal input so that it gets relevant predictor variables and minimizes variable redundancy. Recurrent Neural Networks is one of the artificial neural networks that can be used to predict time series data. This study aims to predict rainfall by combining the SVM classification method and the RNN method. Tests on the Perak 1 daily and monthly weather data (WMO ID: 96933) and Perak 2 Station daily and monthly data(WMO ID: 96937), showed high accuracy results with an R2 are 92.1%; 94.1%; 90.9% and 89.6%

    Most of the gate arm at railroad crossings in Indonesia still using manual systems. Operator error and failure of a manual gate arm operate are factors in the occurrence of accidents on the railroad crossing. SCADA for railroad gate arm is an automation control system to open and close a railroad gate arm that has 2 lanes (double track). The system uses a PLC Schneider M221 as a controller and an HMI as an interface. The HMI allows operators to monitor system conditions in real-time. Four pairs of photosensors on the right and left side of the gate arm are used to detect trains in each lane. Information from the photosensor is processed by the PLC to control the gate arm motor, buzzer, indicator lights, and information display to the HMI. There are 2 operation modes, automatic and manual. In automatic mode, when the photosensor detects a train is about to pass, the gate arm closes, the buzzer goes on, the red light flashes. After the photosensor detects that the train has passed, the gate arm will open, the buzzer will off, and the green light will off.  if the photosensor are damaged then manual operation mode is using by pressing the open or close button.

SCM is very effective for use in addressing the supply chain and securing competitive advantage and improve organizational performance not only within the Organization but the Organization among the supply chain. SCM will be used to provide the information the State of the stocks of raw materials and will be enabled as a reminder (reminder) and the order of the raw materials to the supplier by using Massage Passing or SMS Gateway. Model SCM is expected to control the inventory of goods, either over stock or stocks that are already able to save stock with time quickly and efficiently.

    Improving The Use of Frans Kaisiepo Airport Through Alternative Election Development of Regional Potentials of Biak Numfor Regency (Case Study: Biak Numfor District, Papua)

    Frans Kaisiepo Airport is the airport with the first international status in the Papua region with the airport managing agency PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero) and has runway specifications and airport facilities that are fairly good and complete. The airport is located in the Biak Numfor-Papua district, where the district has regional potential that can be developed to increase the utilization of the Frans Kaisiepo airport such as tourism, fisheries, industry and Biak Numfor as a place / space research facility. In this research, it is intended to choose alternative potential of the Biak Numfor district area to be developed in order to improve the utilization of the Frans Kaisiepo Biak Numforairport.              In this study, the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is used to choose the best alternative potential for the region from the existing potential areas, with the steps in the AHP are (1) Problem decomposition (2) Matrix preparation (3) Assessment /weighting for compare elements (4) Normalization (synstesis) of priorities and consistency tests and (5) Decision making / decision making. Then given suggestions for efforts to develop the potential of selected areas using SWOT analysis.              The results of the priority assessment in this study, the final results for the selection of alternative potential areas that are expected to increase the use of Frans Kaisiepo airport are tourism potentials that have the highest priority weight of 0.379, followed by fisheries potential with a priority weight of 0.318. Next, the third and fourth priority sequentially are industry potential and space research facilities with a weight of 0.169 and 0.132. From the results of the SWOT analysis, several efforts that can be made to develop the tourism potential of Biak Numfor Regency are as follows: (1) Optimizing management of tourism potential (2) Increasing tourism promotion efforts in Biak Numfor district (3) Increasing professional human resources to improve the tourism performance of the Biak Numfor district area.

    Cryptography of Java Language Using Basa Walikan Methods in Yogyakarta

    Basa Walikan can be used as one of the methods in cryptography because the Basa Walikan character exchange process is not easily understood by all people who can speak Javanese. Basa Walikan used in this research  is Basa-Walikan in Yogyakarta, which is sourced from Javanese script characters written in a two-line countdown rule. In Roman characters it becomes ha, na, ca, ra, ka, da, ta, sa, wa, la, pa, dha, ja, yes, nya, ma, ga, ba, tha, nga. The characters in Javanese script are written in 4 (four) lines. The process of character reversal in Basa Walikan uses the mechanism of the first line exchanged with the third line and the second line is swapped to the fourth line as well as the opposite. In this research software for message safety with Basa Walikan was made. From the White Box and Black Box test results it can be concluded that the encryption process and the description process are in accordance with the design of the application being made.     Development An Android Based Pemeriksaan 5 Menit (P5M) Information System

    P5M is a readiness inspection activity such as the attributes and attendance of students before practicing. Students whose attributes are incomplete will be recorded in P5M sheet. Each attribute has a violation point or hour minus. P5M data, will recapitulate the number of hours minus. Constraints that occur in the Astra Manufacturing Polytechnic, namely the filling process of P5M sheets is still manual. This causes the time required to recapitulate minus hours to be long, which is on average 5 minutes. This causes the process of renewing the number of hours minus students and the process of paying hours minus being hampered. To overcome this, an Android-based P5M information system was made. This information system was developed using the Extreme Programming methodology and the MySQL database. With the P5M information system, it can eliminate the process of recapitulation of minus hours and reduce paper usage
