    Digital Leadership as a Bridge Between Digital Transformation and Innovation Performance of Generation Z in SMEs

     Examining how digital leadership may improve innovation performance among millennial workers, this study seeks to answer the question of how Local Enterprises may successfully adopt digital transformation. Our main goal is to find out how digital leadership can help innovation succeed alongside digital transformation. Indonesia is home to 185,672 businesses, the vast majority of which are Local Enterprises. A total of 216 SMEs were selected for the study by applying Slovin\u27s algorithm, which included a 5% margin of error. A systematic questionnaire was issued through Google Forms in order to gather data. This study used SmartPLS to look at how innovation performance, digital leadership, and digital transformation are related. Digital leadership and innovation performance are both profoundly affected by digital transformation, according to the results. Furthermore, digital leadership mediates the connection between digital transformation and innovation performance in addition to directly improving innovation performance. Based on these findings, digital leadership is essential for Local Enterprises to foster innovation through digital transformation. The use of self-reported data and the study\u27s crosssectional methodology are two of the study\u27s shortcomings. A more thorough comprehension of these processes could be achieved by future research that incorporates mixed-methods techniques and longitudinal studies. The relationship among digital leadership, digital transformation, and innovation in Local Enterprises is explored in this study

    ABSTRAK   Singkong merupakan jenis umbi-umbian yang memiliki kandungan karbohidrat yang tinggi sehingga sering dianggap sebagai makanan alternatif pengganti nasi di beberapa wilayah. Desa Pucungroto yang menjadi pilihan Tim PPK Ormawa Himaprodi PBSI yang memiliki beberapa permasalahan, tetapi juga memiliki beberapa keunggulan. Gerakan pemberdayaan yang dilakukan oleh tim PPK Ormawa Himaprodi PBSI melalui program Seputik Sekar (Sekolah Perempuan Aktif, Kreatif, Semangat Berkarya) dilakukan berdasar pada hasil dari tinjauan terhadap permasalahan yang ada di Desa Pucungroto. Di Desa Pucungroto kaya akan sumber daya alamnya terutama pada produk singkong. Namun masyarakat setempat masih terbatas dalam mengolah singkong tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil kesepakatan antara Tim PPK dengan masyarakat Desa Pucungroto, akhirnya tercipta suatu program yang disebut Seputik Sekar Cipta. Metode yang digunakan oleh Tim PPK Ormawa Himaprodi PBSI untuk mencapai tujuan dalam kelas pengolahan singkong sebagai komoditas desa yaitu dilaksanakan metode sosialisasi dan praktik. Antusias peserta dalam mengolah masakan dan mengikuti pelatihan ini sangatlah besar. Hal ini terlihat dari keaktifan peserta serta hasil dari pre-test dan postest yang telah diberikan kepada peserta. Keterlibatan mitra dan instansi guna mendukung keberlanjutan program sangat berpengaruh besar sehingga mampu meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta dalam pengolahan singkong.       ABSTRACT    Cassava is a type of tuber that has a high carbohydrate content, so it is often considered an alternative food to replace rice in some regions. Pucungroto Village, which was chosen by the PPK Ormawa Himaprodi PBSI Team, has several problems, but also has several advantages. The empowerment movement carried out by the PPK Ormawa Himaprodi PBSI team through the Seputik Sekar (Active, Creative, Spirit of Work Women\u27s School) program was carried out based on the results of a review of the problems in Pucungroto Village. Pucungroto Village is rich in natural resources, especially cassava products. However, the local community is still limited in processing the cassava. Based on the results of the agreement between the PPK Team and the people of Pucungroto Village, a program called Seputik Sekar Cipta was finally created. The method used by the PPK Ormawa Himaprodi PBSI Team to achieve the goal in the cassava processing class as a commodity village, namely the implementation of socialization and practice methods. The enthusiasm of the participants in processing dishes and participating in this training was very large. This can be seen from the activeness of the participants and the results of the pre-test and posttest that have been given to the participants. The involvement of partners and agencies to support the sustainability of the program has a great influence so that it is able to increase the understanding and skills of participants in cassava processing.   &nbsp

    Ragam Bahasa Jenaka dalam Grup WhatsApp Mahasiswa

    The development of online communication technology today has changed student interaction patterns, including academic communication through class WhatsApp groups. Class WhatsApp groups have become a medium for conveying lecture information, and humorous language often appears within these groups as part of student social interactions. This study aims to describe the forms and types of humorous language used by students and to understand their function in the context of academic communication. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data sources in the form of conversations between students in a WhatsApp group on November 25, 2025. Data collection was carried out through observation and documentation methods, while data analysis used context analysis. The results show that the humorous language that emerged in this WhatsApp group conversation is classified into three types: social humor, political humor, and religious humor. These humors aim to lighten the atmosphere, strengthen relationships between students, and create a more relaxed interaction space without eliminating the group\u27s main function as a medium for academic communication

    Kelurahan Rejowinangun Selatan merupakan salah satu kelurahan yang berada di tengah tengah kota magelang. Magelang merupakan kota dengan populasi penduduknya sekitar 121 ribu jiwa dan menduduki kota terpadat ketiga di jawa tengah. Kota Magelang sendiri sering dijuluki sebagai kota seribu bunga dan itulah yang mendasari niat kami untuk mewujudkan kampung iklim khususnya di Kelurahahan Rejowinangun Selatan sebagai salah satu kelurahan percontohan kampung iklim di Kota Magelang. Program Kampung Iklim (PROKLIM) merupakan inisiatif yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam upaya adaptasi dan mitigasi terhadap perubahan iklim.     The development of digital technology has influenced various aspects of life, including in the fields of education and Indonesian language teaching. The digital era presents opportunities as well as challenges for educators in implementing innovative and relevant methods and strategies. This article aims to examine the impact of the digital era on Indonesian language teaching, especially in the aspects of using digital technology as a learning medium, developing digital literacy, and implementing online learning platforms. Using qualitative-descriptive methods, this article analyzes the role of digital technology in improving students\u27 literacy and communication skills. The findings show that the use of digital technology can increase students\u27 learning motivation and interactivity, but also requires readiness from both educators and students to face digital literacy challenges and other technical obstacles. In conclusion, teaching Indonesian in the digital era must be supported by adaptive education policies and special training for educators to maximize the benefits of digital technology in improving the quality of teaching

    Dalam rangka mendukung gerakan cinta Wastra Indonesia, warga Jepara khususnya generasi muda harus memiliki rasa bangga mengenakan pakaian batik untuk melestarikan wastra batik Jepara. Generasi muda memiliki andil besar dalam pelestarian wastra batik Jepara sesuai dengan tren, kreativitas, dan inovasinya yang mengikuti dinamika kekinian mengenalkan motif batik Jepara melalui media digital. Motif batik Jepara memiliki pola ilustrasi berbeda dibandingkan dengan motif batik lain di luar Jepara dan memiliki makna tertentu yang melambangkan identitas budaya. Batik Jepara berkembang seiring dengan popularitas motif ragam ukirnya. Motif batik Jepara yang dikembangkan dari ornamen ukiran kayu dengan unsur visual disusun dan didesain presisi sehingga menghasilkan motif khas batik Jepara yang memiliki ciri. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melestarikan wastra Indonesia yaitu batik Jepara melalui kajian Semiotik terhadap motif batik Jepara berbasis digital. Metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan analisa teori semiotika oleh Charles Sanders Pierce. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, angket kuesioner, dokumentasi dan studi literatur. Ada tiga elemen dasar yang disebut segitiga semiotika Peirce yakni tanda, objek, dan interpretant. Sajian ketiga elemen semiotika ini mengilustrasikan penciptaan makna yang dikomunikasikan. Motif batik Jepara yang sifatnya diulang-ulang dalam satu desain atau pola, bahkan dalam satu karya, dianalisis menggunakan teori semiotika. Fenomena yang diciptakan melalui desain batik Jepara berdampak langsung pada kehidupan masyarakat Jepara sebab hal ini berperan penting saat proses menentukan warna, bentuk, corak, dan estetika desain secara keseluruhan. Secara filosofi, batik Jepara memiliki ciri khas yang berbeda dibandingkan dengan motif batik daerah lain. Hasilnya adalah penelitian ini memberikan pengetahuan tentang ciri khas pola ornamen yang dimiliki masyarakat Jepara sebagai kearifan lokal yang harus dilestarikan

    Investigating Vague Language Expressions in EFL Students’ Debates in Higher Education

    Debate serves as a vital method in English as a Foreign Language (EFL) learning, offering students a platform to enhance their speaking skills. However, EFL students often encounter challenges in debates, including the use of vague language. This study investigates the occurrence and patterns of vague language (VL) in EFL students’ debates, aiming to fill a gap in the literature regarding its impact in educational settings. Employing discourse analysis, data were collected from debate transcripts of 24 fourth- semester students at a public university in Central Java, Indonesia. The findings revealed 261 instances of vague language out of 9,317 words spoken, with vague possibility indicators being the most frequent (52.11%). While vague intensifiers and subjectivizer were present, they did not match the frequency of vague possibility indicators. The analysis illustrates the strategic importance of vague language in debates, despite its potential stemming from limited language proficiency. VL served various communication purposes: generalizing statements, navigating limited knowledge and proficiency, maintaining face wants and politeness, giving the right amount of information, saving time by simplifying communication, defending arguments confidently, being a rhetorical device, adding emotion, and helping to express complex ideas. Moreover, the study highlights the need to enhance both linguistic skills and strategic tactics among students to navigate complex debate scenarios effectively. The implications underscore the importance of addressing linguistic proficiency in EFL education, integrating explicit instruction on identifying and avoiding vague language, and fostering a culture of linguistic awareness in the classroom to promote effective communication skills among students

    Transitivity Analysis of The Main Character in Front Desk: Linguistic Portraits of Racial Dynamics in Young Adult Fiction

    This article applies Systemic Functional Linguistics (SFL) to conduct a transitivity study of racial prejudice depiction in Kelly Yang\u27s young adult fiction novel "Front Desk." The study dives into the linguistic representation of racial dynamics utilizing SFL\u27s transitivity paradigm, focusing on the experiences of Mia, the main character of the novel dealing with racial prejudice in the United States. Beginning with a review of relevant literature on racial bias in literary works, the study offers a conceptual framework, stressing dominant groups\u27 property claims. The analysis deconstructs Mia\u27s experiences through material, verbal, relational, mental, and behavioral processes, exposing how linguistic choices generate systemic hurdles and social biases. The findings highlight Mia\u27s frequent physical actions, emotional responses to racial discrimination, and extensive verbal communication, all of which demonstrate the pervasiveness of systemic hurdles in her life. The study contrasts Mia\u27s experiences with characters from other literary works to interpret racial relations. The study examines the language of race in "Front Desk," emphasizing the novel\u27s dual importance in showing immigrant problems and promoting critical observations on racial concerns. The conclusion states that the novel\u27s linguistic portrayals play a critical role in influencing readers\u27 understanding of racial dynamics, emphasizing language\u27s ability not just to reflect but also to question existing conventions

    Asma Nadia published the novel Bidadari Untuk Dewa, which tell the story of  Dewa as the main character. Dewa’s honesty and perseverance serve as key traits that help him navigate the challenges of his life. Moreover, Dewa exemplifies how true love can heal wounds, improve economic conditions, and create opportunities for happiness. The author’s writing inspired the researcher to explore the novel using a sociological approach to literature, examining the author’s worldview, social and cultural  background, as well as the character and their relationships. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method, producing descriptive data derived from dialogues, monologues, and narratives in the novel Bidadari Untuk Dewa by Asma Nadia. The study findings reveal that Bidadari Untuk Dewa portrays the real-life journey of  Dewa as henavigates the challenges of life in Bandung  overcoming life’s hardships. Set in Bandung, Dewa consistently applies Islamic values in his life as a way to embrace the destiny ordained by Allah

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hasil prinsip pengembangan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi berbasis Technological Pedagogical Content Knowladge sebagai aksentuasi keterampilan berbahasa produktif dalam pembelajaran menulis teks deskripsi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian didapatkan berdasarkan hasil analisis kebutuhan yang dikombinasikan dengan empat teori prinsip pengembangan media pembelajaran yang dikemukakan oleh Richard Mayer. Empat teori prinsip pengembangan media pembelajaran tersebut meliputi prinsip kedekatan spasial (spatial contiguity principle), prinsip pemberian sinyal (signalling principle), prinsip segmentasi (segmenting principle), dan prinsip pra latihan (pre training principle). Penelitian ini dapat ditindak lanjuti sebagai acuan dalam pengembangan media pembelajaran berdiferensiasi berbasis TPACK sebagai penguatan keterampilan menulis teks deskripsi
