Simulasi Pengaruh Variasi Konfigurasi Kapsul pada Pelelehan Phase Change Material dalam Tangki Penyimpan Kalor Solar Water Heater
Get PDFOne of an energy conversion device for solar thermal energy is solar water heater (SWH). The performance of SWH is influenced by geometric shape, solar irradiation, the rate of heat transfer flux, and heat storage capacity. In this study, phase change material (PCM) applied to increase the capacity of SWH’s heat storage and so that it also can be utilized during the night. One of the things related to SWH geometry is the configuration of PCM capsules in a heat storage tank. In this study the PCM capsule configuration was varied in in-line, staggered, and cross-line. PCM melting simulation modeling uses a numerical method based on finite volume method on ANSYS software using the enthalphy-porosity approach method. HTF flow rates and heat fluxes are constant at 4 1pm and 1000W / m2. The simulation results show that cross-line, in-line, and staggered configurations have not significant difference in melting time of 1.7% and 2.9%. The temperature gradient between HTF and PCM is 4.9 K with the peak of total heat transfer rate of 307 W
Pengaruh Kegiatan Ekstrakurikuler Rohis Terhadap Pembentukan Karakter Religius Siswa SMAN 8 Kota Serang
Get PDFKrisis moral dan akhlak bentuk kurangnya karakter religius yang ditanamkan pada siswa, Fenomena merosotnya karakter religius siswa pada tingkat Sekolah Menengah Atas disebabkan karena perkembangan teknologi dan kurangnya penanaman pendidikan karakter di lingkungan sekolah. Ekstrakurikuler rohis merupakan salah satu alternatif solusi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kegiatan ekstrakurikuler rohis terhadap pembentukan karakter religius siswa SMAN 8 Kota Serang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner berupa angket dengan menyebar data kepada siswa yang mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler rohis di SMAN 8 Kota Serang dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa : Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kegiatan ekstrakurikuler rohis terhadap pembentukan karakter religius siswa SMAN 8 Kota Serang. Data yang diperoleh dari angket kegiatan ekstrakurikuler rohis (variabel x) dan angket pembentukan karakter religius (variabel y) hasil penelitian diperoleh dari F hitung > F tabel (338,566>4,067). Berdasarkan Uji hipotesis koefisiensi korelasi mempunyai pengaruh yang sangat kuat (R) yaitu sebesar 0,942 dari output tersebut diperoleh keofesiensi determinasi (R Square) sebesar 0,887. Dengan demikian bahwa pengaruh variabel bebas (Kegiatan ekstrakurikuler rohis) terhadap variabel terikat (Pembentukan karakter religius) adalah sebesar 88,7% dan 12% dipengaruhi faktor lain seperti faktor lingkungan keluarga, faktor teman dan lain sebagainya.
 
The Optimization of Chlorophyll Extraction from Ulva Sp. with Ultrasound-Assisted Liquid Biphasic Systems Method
Get PDFUlva sp. is a type of green algae that is easily found in the shallow seas of Indonesia and contains various bioactive compounds. Chlorophyll is a bioactive compound that functions as a natural dye, free radical scavenger, and antioxidant in the body. Chlorophyll extraction with conventional methods requires a relatively long time and large amount of solvent. In this research, chlorophyll extraction from Ulva sp. with the Ultrasound-Assisted Liquid Biphasic System (UALBS) method. Ulva sp. as much as 2.5 grams mixed in acetone solvent, added K2HPO4 solution, and carried out the sonification process in a dark room. The extraction process performs at a parameter range of 5-15 minutes, ratio 0.05-0.1 g/mL, and 60-100 mesh particle size. The extracted filtrate was added with petroleum ether and distilled water to form a biphasic condition. The extracted chlorophyll was analyzed with chromatography and spectrophotometry method. Antioxidant activity was analyzed using the DPPH method. The optimum result of Ulva sp. chlorophyll extraction at an extraction time of 10 minutes, the ratio of solids to solvent was 0.1, the particle size of 60 mesh produced a yield of 1.88% with chlorophyll a 20.13664%, chlorophyll b 21.58672% and total chlorophyll 41.71012%, and the percentage inhibition 45.32%.

Get PDFLiterary literacy in schools was essential because it had a positive impact on both the academic and personal development of students, such as enhancing critical thinking skills. Students learnt to analyze plot, characters, and themes, as well as evaluated various perspectives and meanings within texts. Literary literacy also enriched vocabulary and language skills. Reading various literary genres expanded students\u27 vocabulary and improved their ability to understand and use language effectively. The aimed of this study was to understand how literary literacy fostered and developeded in schools. This research used a literature study method with a narrative review model. In this narrative review, data from several journals were analyzed and summarized based on the author\u27s experience. The study employed a qualitative method with secondary data obtained from relevant journals. The researchers used a descriptive analytical method, collecting, identifying, organizing, and analyzing various data found. The results of the study showed that the development and enhancement of literary literacy in schools in Indonesia include: 1) Intensive Reading Programs within the GLS program, 2) Use of Technology, 3) Interactive Teaching Methods, 4) Teacher Training and Professional Development, and 5) Improvement of School Libraries

Get PDFThe politeness of speech acts can be influenced by certain sociological factors, for example, relative power, social distance, and the presence of elements of coercion. In its development, politeness in speech acts also develops in its opposite form, namely impoliteness. The focus of the study in this research is the language impoliteness strategy in the film "Siap, Gan!" which appears as a reflection of differences in social levels by focusing discussion on the five strategies of impoliteness according to Culpeper\u27s theory. This research aims to describe impolite language strategies in films. The type of research used in this research is qualitative and the data provision technique used in this research is observation/observation techniques. Observation techniques are carried out without involving what is being observed. The data source for this research comes from a video film entitled "Siap, Gan!" obtained on the YouTube channel. The analysis carried out in this research uses contextual analysis. Contextual analysis involves several elements, namely identifying speakers and speech partners, observing the background or causes of the speech, and the goals to be achieved through the speech data analysis, it is known what types of language impoliteness appear in the film "Siap, Gan!" namely bald on record impoliteness, positive impoliteness, and negative impoliteness. The most frequently used strategy is negative impoliteness. This proves the impoliteness in the film "Siap, Gan!" This tends to be used to attack the speaker\u27s negative face. Some of the data findings indicate that several forms of words that are personally offensive to the speaker due to different social strata are also found to be presented as directly impolite with harsh, insulting, degrading, and critical language
Register Lingual pada Jual Beli Online dalam Aplikasi Shoppe
Get PDFSociolinguistics is one of the fields of linguistics that studies the interaction between language and society. Nowadays, the use of language variations or registers, including in the context of online buying and selling, is increasing. However, despite its frequent use, many people still lack understanding of the registers used in online transactions such as in the Shopee app. Many users, from parents to teenagers and even children, only read or write at a glance without understanding the meaning of the register used. The characteristics of this register are related to the linguistic rules in the advertising text, which are short and contain special terms. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the variety of lingual registers in online buying and selling in Shopee application. The purpose of this study is to identify and describe the forms of lingual registers used in online buying and selling transactions at Shopee. The benefits of this research are divided into theoretical and practical benefits for creators, readers, observers, and users of online buying and selling. The techniques used in this research include listening, reading, and recording techniques, as well as sorting data analysis techniques. The results of this study produce 8 data that show the variation of lingual register in online buying and selling at Shopee. The analysis of registers in online buying and selling in Shopee application contributes as a source of knowledge in the learning process, and can increase understanding for readers and broaden insights in learning

Get PDFThis study aims to determine the level of SMP Swasta Hosana Medan students’ ability to write argumentative texts before and after implementing the Think‑Pair‑Share instructional method, and to analyze the extent to which writing ability influences innovation in using Think‑Pair‑Share at SMP Hosana Medan. A quantitative method was used, collecting and analyzing data in numerical form and applying statistical techniques to test hypotheses. The study examines the impact of students’ argumentative writing ability on the innovation of the Think‑Pair‑Share (TPS) teaching method at SMP Hosana Medan. Findings show that this quantitative experimental study was conducted at SMP Hosana Medan during the 2024/2025 academic year, involving 30 students and employing a one-group pretest–posttest design. The research instrument was an argumentative writing test evaluating five aspects of writing: text structure, language use, content accuracy, argument strength, and creativity. In conclusion, implementing Think‑Pair‑Share significantly improved students’ ability to write argumentative texts—in terms of structure, content, and language style—as evidenced by an increase in the number of students achieving “very good” and “good” categories after the learning process

Get PDFThe aim of this research is to show and test the influence of organizational culture, work discipline and competency on teacher performance through motivation at MA Sunniyyah Selo Grobogan. This research is quantitative. The results of the T test show that the organizational culture of MA Sunniyyah Selo in Tawangharjo District, Grobogan Regency has a positive and significant impact on teacher motivation, Work discipline has a positive and insignificant impact on the desires of MA Sunniyyah Selo teachers in Tawangharjo District, Grobogan Regency, Competence and work discipline of MA teachers Sunniyyah Selo. Meanwhile, the results of the F test of equality show that organizational culture, work discipline and skills have a positive and significant effect on the motivation of MA Sunniyyah Selo teachers, Tawangharjo District, Grobogan Regency. The F test for equation 1 also shows that organizational culture, work discipline and skills have a positive and significant effect on the performance of MA Sunniyyah Selo teachers, Tawangharjo District, Grobogan Regency. Apart from that, the results of the determination test show that with a total R square value of 0.6222, the intervention variables of organizational culture, work discipline, competence and motivation contribute 62.22% of the performance variables of MA Sunniyyah Selo teachers, Tawangharjo District, Grobogan Regency. Other variables, such as communication, work environment, training, and other variables not included in the research model amounted to 37.78%. The results of the path analysis show that organizational culture has a greater impact on performance than motivation-oriented communication. The influence of work discipline on performance is more influenced by motivation than communication that is motivated by motivation. The influence of competence on performance is more influenced by motivation than competency on performance. . Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Contextual Teaching And Learning Untuk Meningkatkan Aktivitas Dan Hasil Belajar Administrasi Pajak Di SMKN 1 Sidikalang
Get PDFThis study overcomes the problem of low activity and learning outcomes of students in class XI AKL 1 SMK N 1 Sidikalang, consisting of 36 students. This study aims to improve activity and learning outcomes by using the Contextual Teaching and Learning model. Data were collected through activity observation sheets and learning outcomes tests, then analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. 1) In cycle I, the first meeting showed an average of 27.77% active activities, then in cycle II, it increased with an average of 77.77% active activities. 2) The average pre-test score was 72.77% with 17 students (47.22%) complete, post-test cycle I 75% with 19 students (52.77%) complete, and post-test cycle II 85.27% with 32 students (88.88%) complete, meeting the success indicator ≥85%. In conclusion, the application of the Contextual Teaching and Learning model succeeded in improving student learning activities and outcomes
The Development of Digital Teaching Materials on The Topic of Sound Waves to Practice Problem Solving Skills
No full textThe low ability of students in problem solving and teaching materials that are still lacking for students to be able to make learning resources, especially learning from home. In general, this study aims to describe the feasibility of digital teaching materials on sound wave materials developed to practice ; problem solving skills. In particular, this study aims to describe; (1) The validity of digital teaching materials, (2) The practicality of digital teaching materials, and (3) The effectiveness of digital teaching materials. By developing digital teaching materials in the form of teaching materials, lesson plans, student worksheet, and study result test. The research was developed using the ADDIE model. The test subjects were 14 students of class XI MIPA 1 SMA Negeri 10 Banjarmasin. The sampling technique was carried out based on consistency in the pre-test, post-test, and attendance. The research data were obtained from validation test sheets, learning outcomes tests, and student response questionnaires. The data were analyzed descriptively-qualitatively, the average, and the minimum completeness criteria. The results showed that; (1) The validity of teaching materials with an average score of 3.63 is in the very good category, (2) the practicality of teaching materials with an average of 3.24 gets a good category, and (3) the effectiveness of teaching materials using the Minimum Completeness Criteria declared effective with 86% of students having a minimum completeness criteria score and an N-gain of 0.71 so that digital teaching materials can be said to be good. The conclusions of the research obtained are the development of digital teaching materials on Sound Wave material to practice problem solving skills which are declared suitable for use in learning activities. With the existence of digital teaching materials, sound waves can be a decent source of learning for students and practice problem solving skill
